What an incredible experience. Yeah so what this place is located in hotel. The vibes? The view? The atmosphere? The crowd? Unmatched. We saw two celebrities here. It was so chill. The cocktail menu is so fun. The food was delicious. Loved the hummus. The burgers and fries were so good. The desserts were fun and different. The staff was so friendly as well.

Best food and service in all Hollywood. Michelin star quality in a tulum wrapped atmosphere. Come to entertain a group or come to to entertain your soul. Chris was our server an was amazing 10-3-25 at 8:10pm.

Artsy hotel entrance? Checked Rolling hills and city views? Checked Pricey food and cocktails? Checked again. Casa Madera is pure West Hollywood glam — trendy, buzzing, and designed to impress. I’ll be honest, I hesitated between 4 and 5 stars because the prices are… ambitious. But in the end, we had such a great night that it’s still a solid 5 for me. Cocktails? Excellent. Food? Delicious and beautifully plated. Atmosphere? Lively, stylish, and made for a night out with friends. The music is loud — not “can’t hear yourself think” loud, but definitely “let’s dance in our chairs” loud. The other downside besides prices: parking. Limited availability and a valet fee that makes you wish you’d Ubered. That said, Casa Madera delivers on its promise — great drinks, great food, and a vibe that makes the splurge worth it

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Casa Madera in Hollywood, and it was an unforgettable experience! But the real star of the show was the Seafood Tower, which was hands-down one of the most impressive and delicious seafood displays I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Each piece of seafood was expertly prepared and presented, and the flavors were absolutely incredible. Throughout the meal, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring that our glasses were always full and our needs were met. The service was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. One of the highlights of our experience was the beautiful patio seating area, which offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere amidst the bustling city. My experience at casa madera was off to slow start when I arrived and got seated on the lounge I was unhappy with it because we were celebrating a birthday and after talking to the manager he really came through for us and made us feel special we ended up getting an awesome table and had such a great dinner experience as well my favorite thing was definitely the mushrooms carnitas so worth a try!! Atmosphere is so lively and great for a celebration🎉

had a lovely experience at Casa Madera in West Hollywood! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful stylish, vibrant, and full of good energy. On weekends, there's a live DJ which adds a fun, upbeat vibe to the evening, but it’s still not overwhelming if you’re looking for a more relaxed night. I went with my 5-month-old baby, and surprisingly, it was totally fine for him too. The staff was very accommodating, and the overall ambiance made it a pleasant experience even with a little one. The food was delicious every dish we tried was well-seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put care into the presentation and ingredients. Overall, Casa Madera is a great spot for a night out, whether you’re with friends, on a date, or even with a baby in tow. I’d definitely come back!

I had a great experience. We got seated, and they took our drink order which unfortunately took forever even our appetizers came out before our drinks. It just seemed like they were very behind at the bar and kitchen. However, the manager Erik was so accommodating and took care of us for the rest of the night for the inconvenience at the beginning. He was actually checking on every guest multiple times throughout the night which I’ve never seen at other restaurants before, he really went above and beyond. We ended up having a great night and a great experience the food and drinks were amazing I would absolutely be coming back.

Michael was amazing! He helped celebrate my mom’s birthday beautifully. The food was great, the service was amazing, and the ambient was perfect.

Excellent food. I had the jalapeño and cucumber salad and it was excellent and a generous portion. I also ordered grilled crab legs and they were great and the sauce they provided was even better… I had two drinks…my favorite was called something spiritually religious, I believe..? Which was also great… the first one not so much but over all… the experience was five star, the service five star and the food and cocktails 4.5 star … being that it’s on sunset blvd you shouldn’t expect anything less…

Casa Madera is such a vibe beautiful atmosphere, great energy, and an overall perfect date night spot in West Hollywood. We started with the ceviche, which was fresh and flavorful, and the hamachi with serrano, which was absolutely delicious. The guacamole was solid, and the black truffle burrata was rich and indulgent definitely a standout. We also tried a few tacos that were tasty and well prepared. The chicken milanesa was just okay. While the grilled pineapple on the plate was yummy, the dish itself lacked flavor compared to everything else and wasn’t my favorite of the night. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, and the service paired well with the lively yet intimate atmosphere. Overall, Casa Madera delivers on ambiance and most of the food a great place for cocktails, shared plates, and a fun night out, even if one dish missed the mark.

Situated inside the hotel, Casa Madera is one of those restaurants that is more of a ambience/rooftop view, then solely food for the price. Might be worth an occasional splurge, depending on what experience you’re looking for, overall the food was decent, entertainment was great and the scenery was beautiful.

We had reservations at Casa Madera, Valentines Day for the views and ambiance! Only downside is The food, looks better than it actually is just a lack of overall flavor and portions could use some love!

The steak was good but portions were small not really worth the price. Food is decent but just small. The music was too loud.

We came to Casa Madera for a girls’ night out — four friends, a beautiful evening, good food, good music. We ordered 2 bottles of tequila, spent over $2,000, and had a great time — until the end. Right after I paid the bill, the security guards suddenly approached us and aggressively demanded that we leave immediately. One of my friend was not feeling well and just needed to rest for a few minutes — yet the guards were rude, impatient, and even tried to physically push us out. We were shocked. We were calm, respectful customers who had just spent a significant amount of money — yet we were treated like troublemakers. This was absolutely unacceptable and humiliating. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially in a place that claims to be “high-end.” Casa Madera, your staff needs serious retraining — respect and empathy should never be optional.

I had a very disappointing experience at Casa Madera. During my visit, a busser accidentally dropped a cup on me, and it actually hurt when it hit me. All I received was a quick “sorry,” and nothing else was done to address it. I told the host about it, hoping for some care or concern, but she told me she couldn’t do anything. On top of that, we had ordered drinks but didn’t feel taken care of at all, so we decided to get up and leave. As we were leaving, the host tried to tell security that we had a tab open — even though our drinks never even made it to our table. Accidents happen, but what matters is how staff respond. Instead of empathy and professionalism, I felt dismissed, ignored, and then wrongly accused. This entire experience really changed how I view the customer service here.
