Comments: Our service was amazing! Brandy went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our party understood the rolls and made suggestions (which were delicious)! We had a great evening celebrating my daughter's 21st bday. After leaving we realized one of our party members left behind her purse....we were so scared it was gone! When we realized we quickly reached out to the restaurant and we were so happy to hear it was there. When picking it up we were so grateful for a wonderful business that not only provides wonderful service, delivers great food but has honest staff!

Had an amazing experience at Sushiya on Sunset Blvd! I don’t eat meat or fish, which can be tricky at a sushi spot, but our server Sasha went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She had the chefs create special off-menu accommodations just for me, and everything was delicious. Sasha’s warm, attentive service and beautiful personality made the night extra special. The restaurant is truly lucky to have her—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Honestly the place is the only Sushi place I'd go to. I've tried others in between but NO. The rolls are super good and service pretty good. Obviously it's also in the best area there is in all of LA. Edit: visited and food was still pretty good.

We arrived with a party of 6 without reservations on a Saturday night and got right in…..I would recommend requesting Brandy as your server and she provides great service with grace and honesty! We had a delicious dinner and when we left, one of our teenagers left behind their purse. We did not notice until the next morning. After contacting them they were so gracious and let us know the purse was I their lost and found. This is a must go …… you don’t always find awesome food, great service and honesty all in the same spot! Highly recommend!

Thank you Glen! I've been to Sushiya atleast 20+ times. My recent experience was by far the best!! I ordered the Sushi Chef's recommendations and wow, absolutely delicious. I don't really know what I ordered.

The food here was just amazing! Especially the one with prawns on top. Would definitely recommend. It's probably best to sit outside though as the inside isn't as clean.

I can't say enough about how good the food was, we sat at the bar and I think the wait staff forgot about us, although we didn't wait very long but the manager came over and apologized and offered us desert on the house, we left before we got desert so we could get to our show but the sushimi was fire. And the appetizer was so Delicious, lobster, crab and cheese sticks. I highly recommend

Great sushi, easily manageable bite sizes. Highly recommend, I had the rainbow and dragon rolls and some shu mai. The California roll is imitation crab stick, NOT crab salad (which is great because I do not like Mayo in my sushi! )

Best sushi In West Hollywood / Los Angeles. Everything is so tasty from apps to sushi rolls, I could eat here everyday ! Views and outdoor seating is lovely as well as great service. Drinks are also amazing

Perfect Sunset Plaza location with a large free parking lot behind. The sushi is fresh and the menu is inventive Sushiya is great when you have people with you that prefer food other than sushi. I was shocked at how good the Pad Thai and sliders are The entire staff is fantastic. Grab a table outside on Sunset Plaza….fun people watching

Sushiya on Sunset is so good. The food is incredible super fresh, beautifully presented, and honestly some of the best sushi I’ve had. Everything we ordered was amazing. The service is also fantastic. The staff are friendly. I was there for a girls night and it was the perfect spot! I won’t mention names but during our seating on two separate bookings there were a few very famous artists and actors which made it a great spot for people watching!! Highly recommend.

Love this place so many vegan options. Located right on the Sunset strip in Sunset plaza and there's plenty of free parking in the back. I went for happy hour with a friend and we had a great time. Be sure to try the lychee Martini!

We arrived without reservation with a group of 7 people and got seated in less than 7 mins, even though the restaurant was packed. We got lucky! Our servers and other staff are friendly and provide excellent service! The food took around 20 mins to be served, and when it came out, it kept coming, and the food was good but not excellent, not WOW. We enjoyed it 4/5. They have indoor seating and sushi bars or tremendous outdoor dining! The music was a bit loud if you sat in front of the restaurant door. Everybody looked happy and chilled, dine here and enjoy the beautiful weather with lovely views of West Hollywood! Some people walked on without rsvp and waited over 15 mins to be seated, so I highly recommended booking a table if possible. There is plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant.
