A warm evening, a beautiful dinner, and a place I already want to come back to ✨ Last night I had such a heartfelt meeting over dinner at the romantic café Arden in West Hollywood — soft lights, cozy vibes, quiet conversations, and that feeling when time slows down just a little. Places like this truly invite you to relax, open up, and enjoy the moment 🤍 I’m learning how important it is to make time for soulful connections — even in between walks by the ocean or reading books at the hotel. These warm meetings with inspiring people fill me up so much and often spark new songs 🎶✨ A few years ago, right here in Hollywood, I started writing songs in English for the first time… and it still feels unreal that my very first English song is coming out soon. I’m counting the days until the premiere and celebrating a new, happy creative year, inspired by the most beautiful places in Los Angeles 🌴🌅 I truly love West Hollywood — there are so many cozy and delicious spots here that always make me want to return again and again.

I visited Arden Restaurant in West Hollywood for brunch and it was amazing! The place is absolutely beautiful, calm, elegant, and filled with natural light. Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly plated: the 🦪 Oysters on the Half Shell, 🍳 Smoked Salmon Benedict, 🍔 Wagyu Beef Burger, and ☕ Rose Vanilla Latte were my favorites. The service was friendly and the whole atmosphere made it such a relaxing brunch spot. Definitely one of the prettiest restaurants in LA, can’t wait to come back!

The restaurant is elegant and full of charm from the floral décor to the relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Javier, who went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. He was so attentive, kind and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The Arden was a really nice spot! Our waiter was super friendly, and the burrito was really good my boyfriend loved it. The only downside was that the matcha lavender drink took a long time to come out; we were almost done eating by the time it arrived. Other than that, the place has a great vibe. If you want to sit inside, I recommend making a reservation.

Arden is a gorgeous West Hollywood brunch find bright, stylish, and full of that California-sunshine energy. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon on the patio, starting with a glass of Veuve Clicquot, my signature sip that always sets the tone for a great meal. The dishes were both stunning and delicious. The oysters arrived super fresh on a bed of ice, dressed with edible flowers and bright citrus — a picture-perfect platter that tasted as good as it looked. The parmesan truffle fries were another standout: crispy, indulgent, and served with a creamy dip we finished way too fast. Service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elevated — true West Hollywood vibe where you can unwind, celebrate, and feel taken care of. Visited Arden restaurant on a Saturday with a reservation and had a great time. We ordered the lobster mac n cheese and the salmon Benedict and it was both filling and delicious. I did not catch our servers name but he was great and very friendly and personable. Will definitely be back. Beautifully decorated as well.

Loved the vibe here — the decor is super cute and cozy! It’d be nice if they used real flowers on the tables, though. The food was really good and nicely plated. The branzino was hands-down my favorite — perfectly seasoned and something I’d totally come back for. The tagliatelle was just okay, nothing special, so I’d probably skip it next time. The cocktail was refreshing and hit the spot. Overall, a great spot for a nice dinner!

I had a great evening at Arden, very trendy place not just a joint to go out and get a bite but you can get classy and creative drinks on a place with a cool vibe, I got the crispy brussels sprouts with honey to start, and they were delicious perfectly crisp, for the entree I had the Ricotta Gnocchi with Wild Mushrooms was rich, and well seasoned, definitely one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in a long time. The service was warm and attentive.

Came here for a girls brunch recently and loved our experience! The entire restaurant is stunning, and makes it feel like you’re dining inside a garden oasis. Every little detail is so beautiful, from the decor to the food. We loved the pancakes, truffle scramble, and smoked salmon benedict, as well as the lattes. I genuinely loved my experience here at Arden to celebrate my anniversary! The entire space is covered in artificial, but well maintained flowers, plants, and chandeliers with warm lamps on the side that emit a light pink light. There are separate dining areas that provide a different experience from a cafe style in the front, to a conservatory feel in the back with lots of hanging baskets, to the main dining room that screams elegance and of course the bar that opens up to the sky amidst more hanging flowers. We visited during the holidays, so they also had a Christmas tree set up that changed colors and the fireplaces were lit up, adding another magical element to the space at night. Personally I think we got the best seat in the house, which I recommend reserving ahead of time since it gets packed, inside the main dining room in the far back corner facing the bar and front of the house. You can see almost everything from there, but know that no matter where you sit, you’ll have a lovely view. Our server was also outstanding and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted without feeling rushed and pressured into anything. Note however that there is a 3% credit card fee, so unless you have a cash back or points system that matches or exceeds this charge, I recommend bringing cash. Food-wise it was a hit and miss situation, which is why I couldn’t give it a full 5 stars despite enjoying my visit. To start we ordered the Tuna Truffle Crudo, which was crusted and blackened around the edges of the slices, yet raw in the middle. It was quite spicy, contrasted with a small dollop of avocado cream and crispy fried onions, radish and microgreens. While the sweet yet acidic sauce underneath had the potential to unite the entire dish with a fresh, bright flavor, it didn’t stick to the fish because it was so watery. You couldn’t taste it and the spice ended up overpowering each bite as a result. If the sauce stuck to the fish more, perhaps by turning it into a thicker syrup consistency, then it would be more balanced. We also ordered the Shaved Brussels Sprouts, which unfortunately was not as appetizing of a salad as I was hoping for a few reasons. First, the vegetables were really dry, almost like they’d been cut ahead of time and left out until someone ordered. You could tell when you looked at the snap peas for example, which had that white hard edge from losing all its moisture. Also, raw brussel sprouts can be tough to work with, but if they scrunched them up with salt like cabbage or kale, they can release more of their juices and be easier on the palate both flavor and texture wise. Adding more vinaigrette to the plate would have done wonders on its own accord, especially because the dressing itself is delicious. I also really liked the added crunch of the crispy quinoa and think adding a pop of sweetness by adding dried cherries, cranberries, pomegranate or even bits of tangerine would have also elevated the dish. Now the Charred Octopus with Romesco, a favorite dish on the menu, was absolutely the best thing I ate all night and I would come back for it specifically. I loved how well the octopus was cooked, with a nice char on the outside, thinly sliced and not in the least bit chewy. The potatoes were firm enough to retain their shape, but soft enough to melt in your mouth alongside the butter and chives. The romesco itself was also outstanding, seasoned really well and was just the right amount for the entree. It was flavorful and had a perfect thicker texture for dipping that wasn’t too watery, nor too chunky. The Lobster Rigatoni was also very tasty, but it didn’t blow my mind. I liked that there were chunks of lobster in it as opposed to minced or ground meat, and the pasta was cooked al dente with a nice chunk of burrata on top. I enjoyed the vodka sauce a lot as well, but it didn’t have enough of it. Really what I craved in this dish was something that contrasted the heavy, creamy nature of the dish, like pops of acidity and nuts and perhaps fresh herbs like basil.

The speakeasy was closed, and the women’s restroom was out of order 🚪, so I had to use the gender-neutral one — not ideal. On the bright side ☀️, the drinks were great, and the staff was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and even toasted our anniversary with complimentary tequila shots 🥂💃. Overall, it’s a fun spot for cocktails and good vibes 🍸✨. Just not the lush, romantic garden I imagined. Don’t come hungry — or you might leave disappointed.

The Only Real Trinity

Went to Arden’s for the first time with a friend, and let me just say, it was a test of patience right from the jump. We had reservations, but apparently, that just means “congratulations, you get to wait 15 minutes less than the people who didn’t call ahead.” Finally seated, we sat there like abandoned houseplants waiting another 10 minutes for someone to notice us. Not a strong opening act. For appetizers, I went with the mignonette oysters on the half shell, while my friend had the salmon tartare. We wanted the octopus, but apparently, it swam away earlier that day. I ordered a Mojito, which was… fine. Not life-changing, but it had mint and rum, so mission accomplished. Dinner time: I ordered the filet mignon, my friend had the Branzino. She got her fish first, while I sat there like the kid left out at Christmas. After about 10 awkward minutes, and a “hey, where’s my food?” moment with the server, my plate finally arrived. My friend’s only gripe was her fish was a little overdone. My steak? Ordered medium, but came out more medium rare. Not a dealbreaker, but not the romance I was hoping for either. Dessert was another adventure. I wanted the flourless chocolate cake, but nope, “not available.” Strike two on the menu. Ended up with berries and Chantilly cream, which, let’s be real, is just whipped cream with better marketing. Hard to screw that one up. The ambience? Fantastic. The food? Decent. The service? Somewhere between “meh” and “is our server on break?” All in all, not the worst night, but not sure I’ll be sprinting back either. Slightly disappointing.

Honestly amazing normally- but today was my birthday and i recommend being careful with the insane way they cut a cake if you bring one. They cut the cake in half vertically AND horizontally and then gave us tiny pieces? and the pieces were put on the plate upside down? It honestly looked like fantastic Mr Fox ate my birthday cake when they brought out the leftovers. For a plating fee of $5 for a birthday cake it felt really passive aggressive and was really bizarre.

I really wanted to like Arden, but my experience was honestly disappointing from start to finish. We were a party of six with 8:30 PM reservations, yet we weren’t seated until 9:49 PM and yes, I have screenshots. When we arrived, the hostess couldn’t even find our reservation at first and suggested we kill time at the indoor bar. While at the bar, I went to use the restroom, only to discover the men’s urinal was broken, which forced me to wait 15 minutes in line. Later, I found out this urinal has apparently been broken for a year. Not a great first impression. Since the indoor bar was small and cramped, we decided to move to the outdoor bar, especially since the restaurant was already clearing out (it was around 9:10 PM, an hour before closing). The outdoor bartender, however, was incredibly rude. He told us we had to go back inside and finish our drinks before he could serve us, even though only a few of us had drinks left and they were already paid for. We explained the situation, but he still refused to serve us until we finished and returned inside. So we basically chugged our drinks just to move forward. When I asked him if he could finally take our order, he looked at me condescendingly and told me I needed to pick up my empty glass and take it back to the indoor bar myself before he could take my order. I was genuinely shocked. I even asked him, “Are you serious?” Because honestly I don’t work there. I asked for a manager, and it took forever for him to show up. I could see the bartender explaining the situation to him, and the manager looked annoyed not at the situation, but at having to come talk to us. He literally rolled his eyes and ignored us for about 10 minutes before finally walking over. When I explained what happened, he seemed to find parts of it humorous, though he did apologize. After that, the bartender finally started taking everyone’s drink order… except mine. He flat out ignored me. The manager noticed and had to take my order himself. Even then, I never received my drink. Eventually, we did get seated, but the manager never checked on us again. Overall, between the extremely long wait, broken restroom, unprofessional bartender, and poor management, this visit was really disappointing. The service needs serious attention. I hope this was just an off night, but based on everything we experienced, it didn’t feel that way.
