Everyone is so nice and it feels like an upscale Dennys that makes sense. The staff also keeps the restaurant tidy and clean. Service is excellent! Shout out to Monica as well

I have been coming too this location for some time now, but there has never been a better waiter than Javier. He has been waiting on me since 2021, and every day I leave a better man. Two 👍🏻 up for him.

Starting off saying. Service there was great her is Amanda. She made sure that I was taken care of . And she made me feel like I was not only a customer but the family self held a conversation on a professional level she was nice and respectful if I was to come back there I would ask for her so . If you ever in town make sure to ask for her I promise you you won't be disappointed

The 635 LBJ branch in Irving is awesome! The store manager Eli was nice and accommodating. We held our breakfast meeting there and the service was excellent. Shout out to our server Alexis who did a fantastic job! This Dennys diner is highly recommended!

This probably was the cleanest and safest denny’s I’ve been to!! Food was excellent! Service was great. Leslie was very accommodating and nice! A gentleman that looked like either the manager or owner was extremely caring and wanted to make sure we received top tier service and food!!

I love taking my family to this Dennys. We live closer to the one in Lewisville but, we drive a little further because of the great service they have. Monica is one of the best people we have met, she is friendly and up beat and has already remembered our order! The food is always fresh and hot and has an inviting atmosphere. Plus it is located by the little shopping center so you can walkoff all those pancakes and hash browns while you shop.

Monica is AMAZING! We love sitting in her section. She is kind and always remembers us/ our orders. This dennys is great, staff is nice and takes care of their customers! Super cheap food that’s actually good! We both get coffees and meals and our total is typically around $30 which you can’t find at a trendy brunch restaurant

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Wow, just wow, our family had stopped by the ihop across the highway and automatically got red flags from the moment we walked in, and so we opted to head to this Dennys since it was close by, and omg, did we make the right move by coming over here! The service is 100000/10 for it only being 2 ladies from what we saw, they did a spectacular job! Ellie and the other lady that was the cook—I believe we did not get her name unfortunately, but wow, everything was 10000/10 from the moment we walked in to our food and them being attentive while they got a rush as well. Ellie told us while we were checking out that they are closing a lot of Dennys everywhere, and we were in shock. I hope they keep this location because these 2 ladies are very hardworking, and you can tell they're passionate about what they do!

It was amazing... It was our first time to that particular Denny's and now, it will be our Denny's. Our waitress was awesome, she didn't act like we were just customers, she acted like we've known each other for years. She shared with us about her becoming success at the "DOPE HOUSE", you get it girl... I will not forget about the cook, he was awesome as well, I ordered a steak and I can't see NO BLOOD, he got it right the first time. I have to send my steaks back because it moos, aggghhhh. In all, this Denny's rocks and everyone that was there, makes it rock...💯💯💯

We received an excellent service today. I do think the food is better here compared to similar chains. At the same time, while there were only 4 couples dining, I got frustrated by the seating arrangement and all of us having to seat so close to each other. That takes a lot away from a Sunday lunch.

When we got to the restaurant it was pretty full and only one server. He was so kind and patient the whole night. We realized once we sat down that there were no dish washer, no other employees and he was trying to keep everyone happy. His managers came in to help him wash some dishes and get situated. I can’t say enough good things about him and his service.

The food at this location was really good, we had the eggs, bacon, pancakes and French toast. Christine was a great host, she was attentive to our table and made sure our order was even better than what we order. The atmosphere was chill, the day we went wasn’t crowded and the background music was nice.

Found this Dennys after we moved to Las Colinas and Im so happy we have a nearby Dennys! Servers are always nice and their manager are always checking on you if you need anything. Ambience is nice and the place looks well kept.

I stopped at Denny's on my way to work because I was hungry. Honestly, I didn't want to stop there because of some bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised because the food and service were five-star. I had a sirloin steak breakfast on a Friday morning, and it was delicious. The cook was amazing.

I just had the best experience at Denny's! First of all, the place was super clean. The staff was amazing. We showed up as a party of thirty. We had planned to go across the street to ihop, but they were closed and had to make a change of plans quickly. Elia greeted me out the door and I immediately told her how big my party was going to be. She was super accommodating and super sweet. Her and the cook took care of us and made sure everybody had everything they needed. The service was fantastic.

The food smells great from the parking lot to the pit. We enjoyed the 8oz ribeye with loaded baked potato and a multiple meat plate of brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage, and shrimp poppers with fried okra and jalapeno cream corn. It was all great!

My experience here was top notch. My server was very friendly and polite. She knew alot about the menu and recommended the nachos with a side of jalapenos. For dessert I had a strawberry milkshake. I couldn't finish the milkshake so I took the rest home. The bathroom was spotless. This dennys is right off the highway very accessible. I forgot to take a picture but I will highly recommend.

This Denny’s location is by far the best one I’ve been to in DFW. It’s where I most like to go when I want the “full breakfast” with all of the bells and whistles, so to speak. Javier, one of their staff members, regularly provides just about the best service one could ask for. He goes above and beyond to remember his customers and his quality control is second to none, in general, let alone in the fast-paced breakfast space. On a related note, Denny’s coffee is not merely the best around, but this location keeps it consistently fresh and Javier will see to it that your mug is never empty for long if at all. If you want a proper breakfast in every respect, this Denny’s is where you need to go.

What a very nice welcome from our waiter, Valentin. Honest smile and extremely helpful with the menu. I noticed he engaged every one of his tables with the same big smile. I would come back here again. He is a nice way to start your day. My food came out fast and hot. The pancakes especially were light and fluffy. That batter was made this morning for sure. Great experience and one of the cleanest Denny's I've ever been in. It is at the location by The now-closed Original Pancake House which was next to Torchy's. The staff was nice when I went there and it wasn't too crowded either. It wasn't too hot or cold temperature wise as well. For my breakfast meal I had pecan pancakes (which is a seasonal dish) which were really tasty. It's a dish I think anyone's should try once. The place inside was clean and it wasn't too noisy or anything either. They don't have as many booths as a regular Denny's, but there is still plenty of space. I plan to go again in the future to try more dishes and post them as well.

Tiffany was our hostess, server, and cashier on a day that was much busier than on our normal day. There were at least 10 tables throughout the store. I was concerned at first but surprisingly Tiffany set my mind at ease. She’s always been kind, friendly, polite and respectful. I’m writing this review because over the last two years of dining at this particular store, I’ve seen many things that just shouldn’t be on display in any work environment. I thank Tiffany for being a professional and going above and beyond. Truthfully, she’s the only reason I still dine there. I appreciate and thank you Tiffany.

Hello so this Denny's it's pretty nice well kept up. Has the service it's usually pretty good. But today server we had was not. For whatever reason I don't know she took our order and dropped it off never came back until the ticket was printed and dropped off not a thank you not a hello which is I'm fine with that part but she never came back once to see if we needed anything I had to get up get my own napkins I had to not drink my water too fast because I was running low. If you are a server and don't feel like serving someone because of their race you're in the wrong job. It was my dad's and my birthday this week just wanted to have a breakfast with him. I was going to do the Happy Birthday song for him from the staff but did not do it after all. And I was willing to give the server at least $20 tip after thinking about it I did not give her anything. I will go again sometime but if I see her I will make sure I don't get her as a server.

Went here for the free veterans day original grand slam. Thank you Denny's for.giving back to us Veterans on Veterans Day! Everything was hot and fresh. Our waitress was very kind. We are early risers so we were there around 6am when it wasn't crowded yet.

I was there in the afternoon to a completely empty restaurant. There was 1 server & 1 cook. The server was polite but spoke broken English; he was moderately attentive.

Took my family for nostalgic reasons. The place was clean and the server was friendly but the food was very meh...they fill the waffles with sugar gradually. Way too sweet and honestly a lazy way to ad flavor to a classic food. Weve tried revisiting Dennys a few times hoping for a good experience but this will be our last attempt, sadly.

Prices have gotten out of hand. $18 for a breakfast item is nuts. $4 for coffee is crazy.

I recently visited Denny's and unfortunately, my experience was just okay, but the food was truly disappointing. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was what you'd expect from a diner, but the quality of the food left much to be desired. My meal was bland and lacked any real flavor, making it quite unappetizing. I had high hopes for a classic diner experience, but the food did not live up to those expectations. Overall, while the staff was nice and the place was clean, I can't recommend Denny's based on the food alone. Two stars for the service, but the culinary experience was a letdown.

If you only eat soft scrambled eggs, your out of luck this locations absolutely can not make them correctly after 3 tries I was like forget it and just left with hard fried eggs that taste like rubber. However they can cooked the bacon and sausage well done. Check your to go box before you leave unless you want to waste gas going back.

Hello…a group of us visited Dennys for a late dinner after a event we attended. We were treated horribly during our visit. To the point where we were going to walk out. The service was horrific. I questioned the quality of service and was told that the cook didn’t speak English and that was the reason why the order was delayed. We did receive the food;however, we received the wrong orders and one of the orders was missing. I asked for the order to be corrected and the server refused. This interaction at this location has to be the worst dinning experience I have ever dealt with. When it came to time to pay we were given credit for one meal. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. We paid the check and left. I write this as a reminder that people should be treated fairly…that if quality services can not be provided then the people that are responsible should be notified.

Ordered a house salad and they literally just gave us a pile of lettuce and a piece of avocado without the skin even peeled off. Can’t make this stuff up.

Place an order in-app. “Maria” gives it to wrong person. I try to pick up, have ID that says my name, nothing they can do. No refund, no remade order, have to contact corporate. Maria says “some asian lady came in with the order, idk”. I ordered through the Denny’s app..no DD or UberE. But no solution. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times in the last couple months and I will never set foot in a Denny’s as long as I’m alive. And good thing I have extra money to get more food. Would hate to be someone where that was my family’s/kids breakfast for the day

01/23/26 6:20AM Took my daughter to Denny’s for her very first time before school, was hoping to make it a fun memory. Unfortunately, it was a total letdown and we left pretty disappointed. Our server never wrote a single thing down, then proceeded to get both of our orders wrong. I asked for an extra egg with my meal—it didn’t show up. My daughter ordered over-medium eggs and got a pile of scrambled instead. When we politely pointed it out, the server went into the kitchen and started loudly pressuring the cook. Next thing we know, the cook is yelling back and literally slams the remake plate onto the pass-through so hard I thought it was going to shatter. We fill confident it was the servers fault because he didn’t write our orders down to begin with. There appeared to be no manager on duty. The whole scene was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly kind of embarrassing to witness with my kid sitting right there. On top of that, the staff hardly even acknowledged us, just felt ignored. Food was meh even when it was finally correct, and the vibe was just off the entire time. To top it all off, our breakfast came to about $50 after everything for 2 breakfast plates. For that price, with such poor service, wrong orders, and bad attitudes from the employees, I don’t see how this place even stays in business. Safe to say we won’t be coming back. There are too many other breakfast spots that don’t make you feel like you’re interrupting a family feud just to get some eggs—and charge half as much for a better experience. Hard pass.

If you're going to charge $46 for a party of 2 to eat potatoes, bread, eggs and processed meats, it should be extremely good food and exceptional service. Unfortunately, only the price was true. Food items were either over or undercooked and the service was worse than the food. The server was rude, forgot EVERYTHING we asked for, we got one offer for a coffee refill long after we finished our meal and basically disappeared after food was delivered. Never coming back to this location.

Went in for my birthday to get my free slam rewards and wasn't given the value slam was given the original and was charged. When looking at the difference between the two there wasnt any difference AT so why not give me what I came for Monica D. Wasn't greated when I walked in stood at the counter until I just decided to seat myself. Pancakes are super sweet, eggs are boxed eggs and not good at all and the turkey bacon was so limp I was scared to eat it. Do not plan on returning. TRASH

I ordered cheese sticks and fried fish, and both were really bad. The cheese sticks tasted old and oily, and the fish was soggy with no flavor. I’ve been to other Denny’s before, but this location is definitely the problem. Really disappointed with the quality here.
