To celebrate my wife and I anniversary I selected this restaurant due to its location, great reviews, and ambiance. It did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by our waiter and other staff members. We started with Bang Bimini Shrimp as an appetizer. The shrimp was large and delicious. We ordered two drinks and they were on point. For the entree I order NY Strip with the lobster special and my wife ordered the Salmon. Everything was perfect! Steak was a 10, lobster was a 10, salmon was a 10. The restaurant even provided a dessert for our anniversary which was very nice. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu. This may be the best restaurant in West Palm Beach if you ask me. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

An absolute must restaurant. We all thoroughly enjoyed service by Connor and greater by the lovely GM Cheryl. Pork chop was the hit of the night. My husband is still talking about it. Other pics is the buffalo chicken sandwich and the steak tips. Incredible evening and already trying to figure when we are going back!!

This resturent is very nice and great.I went there with my wife & kids,we order a family dinner. Ashly take care our order & table. She was very nice & polite. The meal was delicious. No complain.My family love this place.😊

Loved this place the minute I walked in. It's so warm and welcoming. Love the way it's set up with all kinds of seating options. Including outdoor dining. We sat at the bar. It's large and cozy at the same time. Drinks were great and so were bartenders Brooke and Debbie. We had such a great time with them. And a special thanks to Paul. Behind every great place is a great manager.

For planning my after hours work event I worked with Cheryl, who from the time I made my reservation to the night of the event was in communication with me ensuring the event was booked, everything I asked for was provided. This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Cheryl planning a large party event (15+) attendees. The first being a birthday party for my mother, where we had an exceptional time then too, so I knew from that experience returning here my guest and I would be very well taken care of. Per usual, we had a great time last night. All 15 in my party showed up, everyone brought cash which made the process simpler at the end of the night covering the bill we were a little over but we decided to leave it as an additional tip for our waitresses (they deserved it). We had Kiana and Melissa, they were AMAZING!!!! They were very attentive, made sure our bread stayed warm on the table, kept filling our water glasses, they are knowledgeable about the menu they were able to answer questions on their favorite items of the menu to help my guest select their meals, Kiana and Melissa were very personable too, I appreciated that. Kiana and Melissa were very attentive to the table whenever we needed something. My guest had a really good time last night everyone enjoyed their time there, we ordered drinks at the bar all the drinks were made with perfection. The food was served hot, very tasteful. To my knowledge no one has complaints about their food. Thank you again Cheryl for organizing this event for us. This was a first time outside of work meet up for us, I’m glad we chose Bimini Twist the bar has been set high!!

We enjoyed a great dinner this evening. Started with the octopus which was cooked to perfection and the to the main course. I had the ahi tuna that was fresh and delicious. Seared of course. My husband had a delicious lobster tail. Dessert was amazing.cocktails were perfect. The entire experience was great due to our amazing server Hadley. She was very friendly and checked on us many times even though the place was packed. Hadley deserves 10 stars. Will ask for her to be our server next time we return.

This is where I requested to go to celebrate my birthday. I absolutely love the fillet mignon. It just melts in your mouth tender and juicy. The key lime martini keeps bringing me back for more. The service is always incredible! I would recommend a reservation especially on weekends. If you are looking for a place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special date night. This place is place to go.

I chose this restaurant based on the reviews and I am sharing ours.The restaurant is large with options for privacy, tables, and seating at the bar, suitable for all occasions. The service is organized, with a clear guide to your table. The menu has a significant variety, and a breadbasket is provided. The service is particularly good and fast, and the food was excellent and plentiful. They have a very good wine list, and the wines by the glass are of exceptionally superior quality. Special mention goes to Melanie, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. This place is very popular, go early and ask for a table near the window or at the back, as it gets a bit noisy as more diners arrive.

Celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary at Bimini Twist. Great choice. Food was freshly prepared and delicious. Had Maple Mustard Salmon and Yellow Tail Snapper. Both dishes were wonderful. Our server, Kayla, was friendly and warm to us and helpful with our questions. We would definitely dine here again

Spicy Calamari (3/5) - wanted to try calamari a different way. The flavor was good, but the coating wasn't cooked evenly on the whole dish. Yellowtail Snapper (added jumbo lump crab meat and béarnaise) with a Loaded Baked Potato (4/5) - snapper was great! They were generous with the crab and it was fresh. The béarnaise was creamy and a great addition to the fish. However, my potato was hard and crunchy which I wasn't a fan of. The Spinach Maria did save the sides of the dish for me though! I hate breadcrumbs and it was so good that I didn't mind them. White Clam Risotti with Shrimp (5/5) - the plating was the best I've ever seen for risotto and this dish was amazing! The risotto was creamy, cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor! The bites of clam were a pleasant surprise as well. Shrimp were large, fresh and cooked well. I would suggest serving it with a lemon though.

Florida ambience with youthful , friendly staff. A bit noisy, but active & festive vibe. Booth seating is tight but tables are available. Suggest reservations on most nights. A little pricey, but quality food , beverage and service. Great seafood selections and they serve a good steak and baked potato, too! Maybe not a 5 star experience, but you feel like you got what you paid for when you leave. This is now a regular dining spot for me. I like it!

Very yummy food. Great atmosphere and attentive staff. I wish they had oysters but that's the only complaint. Good pour on drinks. On the pricey side but you can't deduct points for that. Don't go here if it's not in your price range.

We arrived at 6:00 p.m. for our 6:30 p.m. reservation and were told we would be seated at 6:30, so we headed to the bar. Unfortunately, the bar area was completely packed with diners. We managed to get two drinks, but there was nowhere to comfortably stand or sit and enjoy them due to how crowded it was. We ended up going outside and sitting on a bench near the entrance, which wasn’t ideal and made it difficult to enjoy our cocktails. But we didn’t have to wait too long. We were seated promptly at 6:30, and our server, Gianna, was friendly, gracious, and accommodating throughout the evening. It was a busy night — my husband’s birthday and the evening before Valentine’s Day — and we certainly took that into consideration. We ordered only main courses: a ribeye steak cooked medium rare with vegetables and potatoes, and I ordered the Valentine’s special, Pistachio Crusted Grouper with broccolini and sauce. Nothing else accompanied the special, though we were offered a choice. The food took quite a while to arrive, and Gianna apologized, explaining that the kitchen was slammed. When our meals finally came out, it was clear my dish had been sitting under the heat lamps, and the steak was undercooked. We sent both meals back — the steak for being undercooked and the grouper for being overcooked. I love fish this was treat for me having grouper The steak came back cooked perfectly, but unfortunately my grouper was once again overcooked. The restaurant did remove the grouper from our bill, which we appreciated. While we were thankful for the service and the effort to correct the issues, the overall dining experience was disappointing — especially for a birthday celebration. There aren’t many restaurants in that area that have managed to stay open, and we truly wish this had been a better night.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. Tonight we celebrated our son’s birthday. Reservation was at 5pm for a party of 5. Upon walking in, the manager (who has been there for 23 years) and the hostesses did not greet us and continued their conversation until and third hostess greeted and seated us. We ordered calamari and spinach dip which were absolutely fantastic. Althoigh dinner orders (steaks, salmon, fish) were placed immediately, It took well over an hour for meals to be served and arrived cold. Our table was not cleared and the waiter ghosted his assigned tables. We have always had 5 star service and reviewed same but this was a fail. Recommend a refresher on customer service all around. The Manager, Paul, used to be more involved and engaging.

My wife and I ate here last year and it was phenomenally spectacular. The tuna was fresh and delicious, steaks cooked perfectly and very flavorful, the coconut shrimp was to die for. I decided to take my wife here for Valentines day and it was horrible. The server was very attentive to other tables but was scarce to ours, at one point another server came to our table to take the salt and pepper Shaker and drink menu for another table when we were clearly using them. Our appetizers took way to long to arrive, When our coconut shrimp and calamari came out it was obviously sitting under a heat lamp which made them soggy and rubbery. The entree was Ahi seared tuna which was flavorless and watery like. The filet streak tasted like a freeze dried steak ( we all know what that taste is like if you cook). When we asked for the manager he was not apologetic but defensive saying "we never freeze our steaks". Instead of asking how he can make it right he just said " what do you want me to do?" very rudely. Its a shame because I really did enjoy enjoy this place before but this experience has changed my mind. If only they would have asked to give them a chance to make it right, re-fired our order and got it out to us without it sitting too long this review may have gone a very differently.

First time there sat there for at least 15-20 min with no greeting. The communication between the app and myself wasn’t clicking. We had a birthday and requested singing. No one told me there was no singing. The atmosphere was so loud and un inviting that we almost got up to leave. It seemed as if our waitress was more concerned with tables drinking alcohol then us non drinkers. She was attentive when she wasn’t busy but catered to the larger parties drinking first before tending to us, party of three. Our reservation was at 7 pm, 2 hours after they opened and the yellow tail snapper was already sold out, that’s what we came for. Very disappointed. I had salmon with burnt garlic, potatoes cold, veggies cold. The food wasn’t special to me. I’ve had a better experience at Bonefish grill than I did at this over priced place. The food wasn’t worth the cost. We ate the food because we waited sooooooo long for it so we were starving! We had our 10yr old son and he ordered Mac-n cheese , expecting it to be at least homemade. It was Kraft, from a box. Disappointing. We didn’t get out of there until 8:50. I expected waiting long due to it being horribly busy but we left just after eating so with all that time we were waiting on the waitress & on the food. I won’t be going back there. Again, much better experience at Bonefish grill or at this point Texas Roadhouse! . My advice, stick with what you know. It was a birthday dinner that wasn’t special nor was the food. At least at these places they make you feel special about your birthday. Sorry Bimini, you didn’t exceed my expectations, you didn’t come close….

I don’t even know where to start. First of all, we ordered onion rings, and were served 4 greasy rings with jam. Immediately after my family and I experienced TERRIBLE service. They later sent me a burger with bacon on it, when I specifically asked for a plain cheeseburger. The burger was also COMPLETELY raw as if it were still mooing. All foods were at a frigid temperature. My daughter had ordered well done steak, they sent out a RED steak and when we addressed it the waitress began to catch an attitude. After this, they sent out the manager, who told us that it was the lighting making the meat appear raw, and that it is perfectly cooked. This service and food completely ruined my family’s New Year, and we will NOT be returning! Just know, you lost a customer. The bad part wasn’t even how terrible the food was, it was the ignorance and blatant disrespect coming from these workers.

They later sent me a burger with bacon on it, when I specifically asked for a plain cheeseburger. The burger was also COMPLETELY raw as if it were still mooing. All foods were at a frigid temperature. My daughter had ordered well done steak, they sent out a RED steak and when we addressed it the waitress began to catch an attitude. After this, they sent out the manager, who told us that it was the lighting making the meat appear raw, and that it is perfectly cooked. This service and food completely ruined my family’s New Year, and we will NOT be returning! Just know, you lost a customer. The bad part wasn’t even how terrible the food was, it was the ignorance and blatant disrespect coming from these workers.
