This place has never done me wrong. Seriously spicy too - Bravo guys !!

Cashier and waitress was a fairly young, short, brown curly haired female with tattoos and black "trainer" shirt. To say she was phenominal is an understatement. The location was obviously a bit short staffed, but she handled it like an absolute boss! Extremely courteous and friendly to every single customer and gave every customer their needed attention. I literally can't say anything negative because this young woman handled the front of the restaurant masterfully and with such ease. She deserves every accolade and every award. She was truly amazing.

This review is based primarily on service and management... I'm writing this review out of my appreciation for the manager and staff that have exceeded my expectations in their care for the customer.✨️ I'm a person of habit, and I like the same order the same way. Even though the franchise has undergone several menu changes, the manager has still made and remembered my order exactly the way I like it and I can't express how satisfied that has made me.😁 Thank you for your care for the customer, we appreciate you!✨️ I will continue to order for that reason, and based on my review, I hope I've convinced you to try here too for great service.

Food was quick and accurate. Good tacos and sauces

Honestly. I wasn’t excited to come here. Came in on a Tuesday and got their special. Expected something like Taco Bell but I was surprised. It’s was much better and put me in such a great mood. Couldn’t stop talking about it. Came back the following week and dang, I might be there next week too. The churros are really good too, and for $3 bucks, you can’t beat it. Thanks for 2 great meals.

We were greeted with the sweetest, most helpful front worker girl who took our order and recommended the deals of the day. We went for all the deals and got our food within 5 mins. Food was delicious, hot sauce bar have us a lot of yummy options, the place was overall fun, friendly, and an easy lunch option. Highly recommend. Mango Tango Shrimo Tacos - bright & delicious!!! Awesome inside and well kept outside they even have two reserved spots for quick in and out takeout!! The hot sauce bar is always fun and the food is always on point or exceeding my expectations and the TACO TUESDAY AND THROWBACK THURSDAY are great deals! YUMMY!

This is the best Tijuana flats I’ve ever been to. Very friendly, food is great! I probably eat here more than I should lol, but they’re very kind and the food is great. Great job 👏

Awesome atmosphere! Staff was very friendly. The portions were really large and the sauce variety was excellent. However, 4 stars because my burrito was cold.

It’s a little more expensive than some of the other taco chains but is very good. I love trying all of the crazy sauces. I do wish they had a couple more traditional taco sauces with medium seasoning because most of them are very hot.

This place is really hot or miss. Sometimes the food is great and other times the food is absolutely horrible. The queso cheese for chips is almost always old, thick, and not hot. If you order two of the same meal (meaning the same meal for you and same meal for someone else in your group) someone will get all the meat and the other will mostly be filled with veggies/rice. Is this place amazing, nope not at all. Is it convenient, it can be. Would I ever go out of my way to come here, absolutely not.

Food is good as usual but service is lacking. Employees are horsing around with lack of attention to the orders. People waiting around while it’s freezing inside. Management needs to pay more attention. I have a better experience at the Jupiter location.

They always have good food but every time we do take out, it takes 10-15 minutes longer from the time they tell you it will be ready. Most of the time it is food that doesn't take much prep. I would dine in if I wanted to sit inside and wait. Not to mention the last time they forgot to put the salad dressing in there. Won't be doing take out anymore unfortunately.

It's not very clean in the dining room. No trash cans and the table tops are dirty mostly you need to clean them yourself to get a clean one.

We used to love this place but not coming back after being a regular weekly customer for years. Quality of the food and service went downhill. They routinely get orders wrong. They typically forget sauces, special requests, incomplete items, etc. I stopped ordering delivery since is difficult to get things corrected and means I have to drive back to the restaurant. When picking up it is tiring to check orders before leaving and ask for missing items. I can’t justify their lack of attention to service and quality since they don’t seem to be busy at all (place is always empty). Please ask the lady packing orders to remove her personal headphones and pay attention to the work she is supposed to do. I’m not coming back. No wonder why the other 2 locations in Palm Beach Lakes and Wellington closed. I wouldn’t be surprised if this one is next.

The sauces are always a hit here (the bar setup deserves 5 stars), but the chicken in my burrito was hard and not fresh. Consistency matters — customers should get fresh, well-marinated chicken every time. Until greeting, cleanliness, and food prep improve, I will not be visiting this location again. not sure if they are just not being careful or it was done on purpose but i was eating my bowl and found a piece of plastic mid eating. Never eating here

cashier was extremely disrespectful.. asked for a coke she aggressively slid it over no straw or cap. when i looked at her like umm wheres the rest she answered with “what else do you want” no hello or anything either. extremely rude!

Horrible food. I ordered the megajuana chicken burrito, supposed to come with rice and beans, but none in it, as well as old dry chicken that was covered in cheese to possibly hide the possibly hour or two old chicken? Not a good place to eat. I threw up not even 15 minutes after ONE BITE!!!!! I reccomend avoiding this specific location for the food, but the customer service was good, as well as the feel of the place. If they made there food better then maybe they would actually get customers. Also fire the employees there. Hell i could do better in that kitchen on my own. Not worth a bunch of kids being lazy making garbage food that makes people sick.

Placed on order online, they never brought it out, the order was for my kids and myself. I Called after waiting there for 15 minutes after it said my order was completed and ready. The girl who answered blamed it on the iPad and took zero accountability. Asked for a refund and that will be my last time visiting a Tijuana flats restaurant.

When you order make sure you don't do it through Door Dash otherwise you will receive a totally inedible to eat meal. They do this because they are not responsible for your money and Door Dash only will returns you 2.99 for a meal of 14 dollars. However, they are paid for a service that they do not offer, so they take advantage of the situation. The only job is to put together your meal with the ingredients you asked for and they do it wrong. It's not about money, it's about giving a good service regardless of whether you see the customer's face or not. Totally disgusting customer service when they are the ones who make the mistake.
