Eataly was amazing! It was our first time and a great spot- love the market and restaurants. We went to La Pizza & La Pasta and our server told us all the ingredients they use are available to purchase in the market. Jen was our server and was superb! We loved the service and the food was unreal!!

I had an incredible experience at Eataly West Palm Beach! Everything about the place is beautiful, vibrant, and full of energy. I dined at Pastaio and the food was absolutely amazing — authentic, fresh, and perfectly executed. It truly felt like I was in Italy. The flavors, the texture of the pasta, the simplicity done right… outstanding. Without a doubt, the best location in West Palm Beach. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves real Italian food and a great atmosphere.

Eataly is a really beautiful place. If you have not been to Italy, & you want a taste, smell & feel of the glory of "Eatalia", or if you long for a reminder of all that is bellisimo, stop in to this cultural center in City Place. This is like a food court, so don't let the fancy appearance fool you. Commoners like myself & Joe are welcome! There are so many different areas inside of Eataly. And if you'd like, you can look around and shop, and get a slice of pizza to go or a pasticcio dessert. If you DO want fancy, there is a restaurant, which you should probably make a reservation for as you first enter on the fountain side of Eataly. There is another restaurant toward the back, that is much more casual, and you are able to walk in for seating. Our pizzas were divine. The taste truly brought back the memories of being in an Italian alleyway, popping into a hole in the wall with a hot pizza oven...very authentic. Very delicious. Molte bene. Do check this lovely new venue out.

December 24,2025- We had an excellent dining experience at La Pizza and La Pasta Eataly at City Place, West Palm Beach. From the moment we walked up to the reception desk, the friendly hostesses immediately seated us per our reservation at an intimate table, which we very much appreciated. Our designated server, Julio Mora was very knowledgeable, efficient, attentive and so polite throughout our entire dining experience. The Assistant Mgr Christopher and the GM Chris exemplified excellent customer service skills and true professionalism that needs absolute commendation! Yes, unfortunately these superb qualities are a very rare experience nowadays! All of our ordered dishes came out in a timely manner and they were all deliciously presented to portray the authentic Italian cuisine. We certainly enjoyed everything that the Eataly West Palm Beach area had to offer, from the espresso bar, the grocery shopping, the superb dining experience and the delicious pastries and desserts. We will be returning again to enjoy another memorable experience.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfectly aligned. Lola at the front greeted me so warmly and even said she had a special table just for me outside, and she truly did...it was perfect! The weather, the service, and the food were all amazing, and the complimentary birthday treat was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. I especially want to recognize Lola, Julio, and Martin for going above and beyond to make my visit feel so special. Thank you all for an unforgettable birthday experience. I truly felt celebrated!

This place is a feast for the eyes and it's baked goods are wonderful enough to bring tears to the eyes upon a few bites. A charming mini Italian mini mall of sorts with food, dessert, shopping, and fine dining. Had fun shopping for goodies. Will definitely be back 💖

The best Italian restaurant I've ever tried, and the service was incredible! Isaiah's service was even better. I would definitely go back and recommend it! They made my friend's birthday unforgettable.

Eataly was extremely packed and the traffic getting there was rough. No valet and a long wait to get a table to eat, so definitely come prepared for that. Once we were seated though, the experience turned around. Our server was so kind and efficient, and honestly every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and accommodating (thank you to the hostesses for helping me find a table indoors not outside!!). The food was really good overall. The pizza had great flavor, though the bottom was a bit soggy — that’s the only thing I’d improve. Despite the crowds, the service and quality made it worth it. I’ll be back. Thank you. v

Julie was wonderful and friendly! She ran up our order at the checkout and offered us 20% off our order with membership. She also told me about a free coffee. Lovely Italian lady!

Eataly in West Palm Beach feels like walking into a lively Italian marketplace, with a ton of energy, great smells, and something to look at everywhere you turn. The space is modern and bright inside the historic Harriet Himmel Theatre and there are plenty of counters, tables inside and out, two restaurants, a bar, and a great market. It works really well for a fun time out, people‑watching, or taking out‑of‑town guests who enjoy food‑focused experiences. The food delivers on the concept: fresh pasta, crisp‑edged pizza, and classic Italian dishes, plus excellent desserts, coffee, and gelato. There’s also a full market with Italian products, cheeses, meats, and sweets, so you can shop for ingredients before or after your meal. It’s easy to make an afternoon of it by grabbing a drink, having lunch, and then wandering the market. Service is generally friendly and professional. Overall, it’s not the cheapest spot in town, but for Italian food lovers it’s a fun, immersive experience that feels unique to West Palm.

Jessica was amazing!! Very attentive and came to our table frequently. We aren’t from the area so she gave us amazing spots to check out in the area. Awesome experience with jessica, we will be back.

First time at the new location and it’s completely delicious with standouts being the pizza, meatball and chocolate n’ hazelnut sundae. Jen took great care of us, but the entire staff was warm and attentive.

This was a very clean and pretty place. I went with my friend and with family. I got dessert both times and it was super yummy. The staff is also kind and very helpful.

Our waitress, Britney, was incredible. Very informative and extremely kind. Always checking up on us and lovely to talk to. Martina, one of the managers, was also an amazing addition to our experience. She came to check on us and brought me extra shrimp for my pesto pasta. Loved the service and atmosphere at the outdoor seating.

My wife and I had been eagerly awaiting the grand opening of this place, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The service we received from Fred, the General Manager of II Pastaio, was outstanding. We had the opportunity to sample three dishes, and each one was fantastic. One was a rich, bolognese-style pasta, another was a creamy squash Alfredo pasta, and the standout dish was pasta stuffed with veal, served in an incredible Marsala sauce. We will definitely be regulars here! We love this place and are so happy it has finally opened. We can’t wait to come back soon. Wishing great success and many blessings to this wonderful new business.

The pizza was excellent, the pasta was good, the service was great, and the wine list was also excellent. It was a little bright for my taste and that's why atmosphere only got four stars. I'm spoiled that my wife is a great cook of Italian food but I found the pasta bolognese a little under seasoned.

Great new place with restaurants and quick bites. The restaurant makes their own pasta great selection of items to purchase and wine

Definitely worth a visit. The chocolate pick ‘n’ mix is great and so is the Pantone. It tends to be very crowded and the lines to get to the stations are long so plan to spend some time.

Amazing food and great service! You won’t get closer to Italy than here. I have been in Italy several times and this restaurant knocks out most of Italian restaurants. Best focaccia I tried

Overall a great experience. The food was delicious, the venue is modern and service was great. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious food.

Food at Eataly is always 5 stars. Considering they are new, the service there was not as good as the NYC location. Location itself is beautiful and I know it’ll do well in WPB, FL. I’ll have to see over time before making more judgement h c

This was our first time at Eataly since it opened. What an experience! everywhere you walk is something special, and they even have viewing kitchen set up where they make pasta from scratch. Amazing looking sweets, homemade pizza, cheeses, two restaurants (that I could see) surrounding a vast array of imported goodies, like pastas, Pannetonne, olive oil, vinegar, pesto, red sauces, and even fresh produce. Eataly opens at 8:30 for the breakfast crowd and closes around 10:00 pm (11:00 on the weekend) for the dinner and cocktail crowd.

Eataly WPB is a fabulous welcome addition to city place. I went in for the first time yesterday and was lucky enough to be greeted by Sandra, who told me if I signed up for an Eataly rewards card I could get 20% off my entire purchase as well as a free coffee! I got an iced latte which was absolutely delicious and enjoyed it while I walked around the store. They have a lovely selection of Italian pantry products, wine as well fresh items such as cheese and produce. I will definitely be back to eat at one of the restaurants on premise in the near future. Thanks Eataly WPB for a great shopping experience!

Kenny, Reagan and Connor at the bar are always so hospitable. They give a 100% luxury experience every time the food is amazing. The drinks are top notch and the experience could not be better. We love coming to Italy on a Tuesday on a Wednesday and on a Friday it’s always spectacular.

We dined at La Pizza and La Pasta. Incredible service from all the staff. They went above and beyond, effortlessly. Delicious food, amazing atmosphere and incredibly good value. Great vegetarian options also. Would recommend to anyone.

We finally checked out Eataly! The place was so packed it was borderline insane, but it was a Sunday and they did just open! Lots of amazing options for pasta, pizza, sandwiches, meats, cheeses and Italian wines. It was smaller on the inside than I expected and mainly a restaurant, which is different than some of the other Eataly locations. I had assumed it would be multiple floors like Chicago and NYC, but it was only one. Nonetheless, the restaurant inside was great. We loved sitting at the bar and the staff was incredible. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. We purchased some olive oils, pastas and sauces while we waited for the text stating that our bar seats were available. I did love how dressed up everyone was here, it almost feels more Palm Beach, then WPB. The food was amazing but it was very pricey, definitely NYC pricing. At the inside bar we had a delightful bruschetta, truffle pizza, the focaccia bread and their cacio e pepe. Everything was great! The pasta was cooked perfectly, although I would have added more pepper. We spent a fair amount but the experience was a lot of fun. We’ll be back soon!

The food had great flavors, even though the portions were a bit small. I especially recommend the pizza and the pasta, which was perfectly al dente and very flavorful. The lasagna tasted homemade, and the gnocchi were absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and although the prices are slightly high, the restaurant is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I went on a Sunday, and it was very busy, which shows how popular the place is. I’d definitely like to come back on a less crowded day to enjoy it even more.

Really a nice place. Food was good, service excellent and atmosphere was nice. We had the truffle appetizer, it was excellent. The truffle pizza was good. The lasagna was ok. We just returned from a month in Italy, so is is hard to compare with the food there.

Two restaurants with seating in and out. Coffee and breakfast items from a display case. Pizza and sandwiche station. Good retail area. Great selections to grab and go.

Nice restaurant and market. Food was good but not out of this world, for the time you have to wait on their wait list. At the moment it seems as it is too crowded during weekends at least. I waited for 2:30 hours, and did so just because I added my name to the list and did other chores in the meantime. By the way, they estimated the time correctly as we were a party of 15; so I am not complaining of the time it took us to get a table nonetheless I think it is too packed.

I decided to try out the quick service pizza and dessert counter at the new location of Eataly. After visiting the Aventura location, I had high hopes before entering. The building is restored and the developers did an amazing job designing the interior and creating a nice atmosphere. The combination of grocery, quick service and sit down options makes Eataly a great establishment. I found the pricing to be a little high but overall the flatbreads, pizza slices and desserts were good. I look forward to coming back to the establishment to try the sit down experience!

Eataly is an impressive space — visually appealing, energetic, and exactly as bustling as one would expect. Unfortunately, the food itself fell well short of expectations, and the only thing that truly saved this visit from being a one-star experience was the outstanding service. I ordered a calzone that amounted to little more than two layers of pizza crust with minimal filling — dry, bland, and frankly disappointing. My partner selected a gnocchi pesto dish that was noticeably undersized and overly salty. To be fair to our server, we were warned in advance that the portion would be small, which we appreciated. We also shared calamari that was equally underwhelming. Although the menu advertised zucchini as an accompaniment, what arrived resembled fragmented, fried remnants more akin to broken French fries than actual zucchini. Adding to the frustration, we were charged an additional five dollars for a side of marinara. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. The manager remained composed, attentive, and genuinely eager to make things right. She recommended several alternative pizzas, and the one we ultimately tried was quite good. In addition, they graciously comped us a cannoli in acknowledgment of the initial misstep, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. While I don’t anticipate returning based on the overall food quality, credit is absolutely due to the service team for preventing what could have been a complete disappointment. Their professionalism and responsiveness were the clear highlight of the experience.

I’ve visited several Eataly locations and expected more from the Palm Beach location. The space felt noticeably smaller, and the overall experience didn’t compare to other locations. We had dinner at La Pasta and La Pizza, where the wait was over an hour. While the service was good, the long wait was disappointing. We ordered pizza, which was delicious—the tomato sauce in particular was very flavorful. I also ordered the truffle pasta. The pasta itself was cooked perfectly al dente, but unfortunately it was served cold, and the portion was very small for a $40 dish. For that price, I would expect a warm meal and a more generous portion. The flavors were good, but the value fell short. We picked up pastries to go, and they were overly sweet. The cannoli was especially disappointing, as it tasted more like feta cheese than a traditional cannoli filling. The pistachio and pear cakes were better, but still too sweet for my taste. On a positive note, the cappuccino was excellent. Overall, the market and dining experience felt overpriced, and I would likely choose a different Italian restaurant next time

My sister and I decided to check out Eataly, since it’s been extremely popular and constantly packed. When we arrived, we put our name in and requested outdoor seating. We were told we’d receive a text once our table was ready. After receiving the text, we went to the counter as instructed, but ended up waiting there for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. When someone finally assisted us, we were brought to our table—only to wait another 10 minutes before a server came over. What made this frustrating was that several servers were nearby, seemingly in a meeting, yet no one communicated with us. Even a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have made a big difference. Once we were finally able to order, the food itself was good. Food We started with Cotto Toscano and Focaccia Bianca with extra virgin olive oil. The prosciutto and bread were very good—fresh, flavorful, and enjoyable. For my main dish, I ordered the Spaghetti al Pesto, Gamberi e Lime (squid ink spaghetti with basil pesto and shrimp). It was well-cooked, flavorful, and definitely a highlight of the meal. Overall Thoughts The food delivered, but the service and wait time took away from the overall experience. Given how busy and hyped Eataly is, better communication and attentiveness are needed to make the experience feel worth the wait. Rating: 6/10 Good food, but service improvements would go a long way.

Very disappointed with this one. My pasta was cold and too small portion for the price. I had to ask them to warm it up… totally unacceptable…..the pesto pasta was cooked with no salt and the sauce was very watery. We asked for a piece of bread and the waitress said they didn’t have it unless you pay for it. The focaccia was good. Inside is very crowded and confused. The flow is not good. You have to stay in a long line to get the desserts and ice cream. I don’t think I would come back.

N
Nancy

We waited about forty five minutes to be seated which I didn't mind.Because we did not have a reservation. The service was really not very good. We had asked if we could have drinks, and it took a very long time. And then when we reminded our waitress, she said, oh, yes, it's coming, and we saw her putting it in at that point. So she never even put our drinks in. The calamari was extremely salty. Our main dish was OK. The pasta part was good, but again, very salty, I would not go back for a couple of reasons. For the prices that they're asking, I just don't feel the service. And the quality of their food was, it's warranted. If you just go and get the candies or some ice cream or some treats that's perfectly good. But as for the restaurant area, not so much. It's a shame because i've been to italy so many times and I really wanted to love this place.

H
Howie Alli

Right now I am not a fan if this place. It is overcrowed with long wait times to get anything. I went on a table wait list on Sunday and was number 41. Everything is very expensive. Nice to walk around and browse if there were not so crowded. If you are looking for Italian products they have it and large of amount of various cheeses.

We generally love Eataly, and since this location had recently opened, we went there today to experience it. We spent 40 minutes in traffic just to get there from Boca Raton. We chose an early time, especially since we were with our child. When we arrived, it was around four o'clock, and they told us there was a line and we would have to wait about an hour. We were added to the list. We waited outside with our child for about an hour, but no one called or messaged us. We asked the person who took our reservation if there might be a problem. They said their kitchens were very busy and they were having trouble serving. I think they even had a flood in their kitchen!!! I couldn't believe it... We had spent more than an hour waiting, and we experienced this while thinking we would go inside and eat our meals. The restaurant didn't even feel the need to inform us... I don't know whether to be upset that we waited for an hour with our child and couldn't eat, or that the lines at other restaurants in the area were getting longer as time passed, or that my child was crying because he was so hungry... It was very, very rude and I didn't expect this from them. They made us experience something that we would only expect from inexperienced restaurants. Then we found a restaurant with a view of Eataly and ate our meal. It's impossible to describe our disappointment!!!

M

I— I cannot make this up this may have been the very worst dining experience i’ve ever had anywhere. I cannot believe the audacity of this establishment and the manager shane. I am not a practicing vegetarian, but i do not eat pork or beef so I requested mushrooms for protein (on the side) of my $37 spaghetti and the manager had to personally come to our table to tell me that “the chef won’t do it. it will ruin the authenticity of the dish”. I suppose now I know that authentic italian spaghetti is served cold with HARD noodles and absolutely zero flavor. I had to find salt and red pepper flakes from a service cart nearby to save my meal because it was SO HORRIBLE this was just my experience, but everyone in my party of 10 was very disappointed from the prices, the selection of food, the wait to be seated, the wait for the food to come out, and the service. we are not people who every send food back or even complain enough to leave a review, but we were very clearly getting ripped off. none of the food came out at the same time. even the manager SHANE agreed that this was not an experience he would bring his family to. But shane proceeded to give us 20% off our next visit. (THAT WOULD NEED TO BE REDEEMED BEFORE 1/4/2026) as if we would ever come back, and we came on 12/26/2025. to be treated this way any day is unacceptable, but for it to be a birthday dinner made it especially disappointing. if you have made it this far do not waste your time coming here. there’s a cheesecake factory down the street

The place was beautifully decorated but our experience was very poor. We ate at the pasta restaurant. The service was very slow even though the place was relatively quiet on a Wednesday evening. The appetizer was great, but the pastas.. I’ve never had that happen before.. we have been to Italian restaurants before, we eat out a lot, but both dishes were just plain bad. They smelled bad and tasted awful, we were not even sure how to handle that so we asked for our check and left the plates like the picture half full.. had to go to dinner after dropping over 100$ for a bad food. Obviously we had a bad experience. Not recommending.
