This McDonald’s actually sucks so bad. I’ve been coming to his McDonald’s for a while and if you order anything larger than 1 meal, they WILL mess up your order. Almost as if they do it on purpose. I don’t expect much except a correct order. I don’t think I’ve EVER and i genuinely mean ever gotten the correct order from this McDonald’s location. They seriously need to consider management switching and hiring an entire new staff there is absolutely no way anyone can possibly mess up 2 meals. Nothing difficult just all wrong. I will never be giving a single dollar to this location ever again. Terrible.

Rudest staff at a McDonald's Let me order breakfast and pay fit it at 10:55am and then made me stand there for 20 minutes to then tell me it's passed 11am no more breakfast. Then why did you key me order and pay tor it. After another 20 minutes waiting for my refund the manager had the nerve to say it wasn't her problem!!! She needs to he fired immediately!@

This McDonald’s is horrible. It says online that they are open 24/7 and the hours posted on the front door say the same, but they are often closed around 1am. I have also come through the drive thru around 11pm or midnight and been told they are closed because they have to count the registers, and sometimes they give no explanation at all. If this location is not truly open 24/7 then the hours should be updated so customers are not wasting their time. They also have a large sign out front stating it should only take 30 seconds from the time of paying to get your food or your next meal is free, but they have never honored this. Instead they ask customers to back up or pull forward and wait, which feels misleading and like a way to avoid the policy. Overall this location is inconsistent and disappointing

This mcdonald's service was terrible... they're extremely racist.... it was already a small mixed crowd gathered by the time they opened there doors at 6am... the first issue was that they only allowed the two white people inside but me and another African American lady was completely ignored and remained outside for an additional 15 mins... even when it came to ordering my food i had to use the app.... bc the sevice at the counter was awful... and while sitting in the dining area the cashier got into it with other black customers place do some type of sensitivity training here or something.

I'm usually pretty patient, but waiting 15 minutes behind two people in the drive thru because they handed the first person the wrong bag. First of all, the person who got the wrong bag walked back through the drive-thru and gave the bag back, and the worker took it back through the window which is a big No-No because the guy already opened the bag to see that his order was wrong! Come on, you're putting hamburgers and french fries in a bag how hard can that be?

Just went to this location and am absolutely disgusted. Ordered on the mobile app and had a pretty big order. When we got to the window we were told the order was showing up as a different location, yet in the app it said it was sent to this location. I find it funny that other people left reviews saying they always have excuses on why they can’t make mobile orders. Lazy people… drive the extra five minutes to the other location.

Made my first order ever on Uber Eats today and my Big Mac was missing. Tried contacting Uber Eats and all they say is that they’re working on it. They finally get in contact with me and ask for a picture and I’m like how do I take a picture of a missing item?Now my coworker is left starving and our lunch break is over. Management needs to be changed at this location. Couldn't get lunch today because they didnt have change at 1pm in the afternoon. Ordered food waited for almost 5mins to be told they didnt have change. How do a popular fast food restaurant not have change around lunch time?

I was just here tonight. I ordered food at 9:35 and didn’t get my order until 9:57. I ordered a number 7 (10 piece nuggets) meal and a McDouble. I got a single burger and 8 chicken nuggets. Seriously??? I waited 20 minutes and then you all rip me off on food I paid for? What in the actual hell…. I’m so annoyed - I didn’t even get what I paid for. Makes absolutely no sense.

THEY BLEW IT AGAIN... ordered breakfast online, got to the store, they had a big line when I finally got to give them my code they said pick it up at the window. Another long wait. then they told me they canceled my order. because 10:30 had already passed... REVISED MY REVIEW. I placed the mobile order today like I have many times before at this location and it gave me my code, but the person on the speaker said they didn't have the order. They had me order again at the window and so I got my order but my bank card showed I was double charged. I went back in to talk to the manager and they said it was the bank. I said, I have my order number right here and it won't generate unless it's paid. They were adamant that it was the bank and that I'd have to wait a few days before I could do anything. My five-star rating of this McDonald's went to a one star rating, because they were not at all willing to reverse the second charge. All my previous excellent experiences at this location are voided because of a manager who could not understand what I was asking and said it was not their fault OLD REVIEW. This McDonald's is fast and the mobile order makes the experience nearly seamless. The driving is tight if you got a big truck but they always get people through relatively fast. My favorite is the McGriddle and I can get it on mobile order special for less than six bucks for the meal.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. I set aside time to wait for my order, only to watch employees chatting and ignoring my presence. Despite my order being ready and sitting on the counter, it took over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. When I finally asked for help, the manager, a Spanish lady, kept saying, “That is not my job, that is not my job.” When I asked her who’s job it was, she simply replied, “I don’t know.” As an African American, this treatment feels all too familiar and is incredibly disturbing. It’s disheartening to feel invisible, especially for something as simple as picking up food. The lack of customer service was appalling, and I left frustrated and dissatisfied. This needs to change—everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope this raises awareness about the ongoing issues at this establishment.

FOUND A NAIL ON MY FOOD! yesterday I ordered DoorDash, after couple bites of my burger I found a nail inside my burger!!!!! Not at the bag, not at the box, INSIDE THE BURGER!!!!!
