Everything is truly Wagyu in this Michelin award winning entity. You self-order and then they serve your table. It is noticeable that they have regulars ensuring that they are all about customer loyalty. We had the philly steak, salad, and lumpia. The salad was my favorite, it combined chimi-churi with crispy shredded steak that was perfectly complimented with fresh arugula. Best guys in there were so sweet !
Palm Beach Meats is a gem: Florida’s only all-Wagyu butcher shop and fast-casual spot, proudly holding a Michelin Bib Gourmand for outstanding quality at great value. The menu shines with creative, indulgent dishes using premium Wagyu. Highlights included the fried Wagyu bologna sandwich — crispy, melty American cheese, mustard, on toasted bread with house chips: pure comfort elevated to luxury. The Wagyu Bulgogi Bowl was flavorful and satisfying — tender shaved Australian Wagyu in bulgogi sauce, topped with fried egg, kimchi, pickled veggies, and rice. The beef carpaccio salad offered delicate, fresh slices with arugula, shaved Parmesan, and bright accents. Everything highlights the incredible marbling and richness of Wagyu without being overly heavy. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, the space is modern-casual with outdoor seating, and you can grab premium cuts to go. A must for meat lovers seeking something unique and delicious in West Palm.
I came here to check it out after already having dinner and decided to get the tallow brownie sundae. This was a fantastic decision as this sundae, while simple in theory was extremely complex in flavor and delicious. The tallow brownie, the local ice cream, and the fish sauce and tallow caramel all complemented each other perfectly. Connie and Jess were amazing and got me excited to come back in the not too distant future.
Palm Beach Meats West Palm – Lunch Takeout… Not to Be Missed! I’ve been a loyal customer of this incredible, high-quality gourmet shop—Palm Beach Meats—for a few years now, and I’ve always adored their Denver cut / Australian Wagyu. It’s truly next-level: delicate, rich, and absolutely delicious. Yesterday, I finally tried something from their takeout lunch menu. Wow! The Wagyu Beef Tapa was unbelievable—perfectly cooked, beautifully packaged, and still warm when I got home to plate it. Jason helped me that day, and he couldn’t have been more helpful or gracious. I arrived early because I was in the neighborhood, and even though the kitchen wasn’t open yet, he assured me my order would be ready just five minutes after they started service. True to his word, when I returned 30 minutes later, my lunch was waiting—hot, fresh, and exactly as promised. He even greeted me by name and remembered my order. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t forget. Their wine selection and gourmet accompaniments are clearly curated by true food lovers—everything in this store is exceptional. Try anything (or honestly, everything) at least once. You won’t be disappointed!!
Great food & halal options available. We tried their Wagyu BBLT, cheesesteaks, wagyu wontons & brownie sundae, everything was really good. Will definitely visit again. The restaurant is not open for dinner on weekends, so would suggest stopping by for lunch.
This place is truly a gem! Great knowledgeable and friendly staff amazing food. This is the first time in history I was able to eat a burger without any condiments! The Philly cheesesteak is also mind-blowing. The quality of meat are second to none. So good to the point. I bought some of the burger meat, hot dogs and pork chops to bring home. I made the trip from homestead just to check it out it did not disappoint!
Started a new job up from Boca Raton, so I had to try a new spot in the West Palm area. This spot did not disappoint! No gimmicks, just a great cheesesteak. Big flavor, perfectly melted cheese, and a soft toasted roll that held everything together. It came with crispy chips on the side and a I purchased a Coke to wash it down. Simple, classic, and exactly what I was in the mood for. The staff were super friendly, and I would definitely recommend anyone stop by. I’ll be back to try more from the menu! Btw please restock the Michelin t shirts in XL. I wanted to purchase a couple!
Stopped by for lunch and have a good menu with lots of options to choose from. Got the Philly cheesesteak and it had a lot of flavor, really excellent choice. You can also sub out the chips for fries. Highly recommend & will be back.
We went after the kitchen closed (3pm) on a Saturday but knew we would go back the next day and that we did!! And it didn’t disappoint. We chose the Wagyu hot dog, the Philly cheese steak and the burger! Amazing! Is it pricier than your regular scheduler fast food joint? Yes. Is it worth every penny? Absolutely yes!!! Service was great, recommendations great! We’ll be back… probably even next weekend. lol
Insanely delicious. Pricey but worth every penny in both quality and taste. Absolute best cheesesteak I have ever had. The hot dog was also delicious. Casual presentation, incredible flavors and top quality ingredients. I’d love to see a happy hour menu with smaller bites to sample more options, or a weekly sale/feature of a particular cut from the butchers case. Great spot for people who appreciate high quality, delicious food.
Quite yummy, excellent selection of Wagyu beef items. Had some Wagyu burgers for lunch they were quite delicious akon gwith Wagyu bacon and an egg over easy.
This place gets a lot of South Florida hype. And I gotta tell you… it deserves it. There’s a reason local food influencers fawn all over it. There’s a reason it was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. It’s because Palm Beach Meats is a real one. I came for lunch and had the Wagyu burger. It was thick and juicy and delicious. Served simply with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a slice of cheddar, the meat was the star. No fried eggs on top. No avocado on top. No pretension. The house made chips were crispy and salty and satisfying. I also had the Wagyu Lumpia. There’s a good chance it’s the best I’ve ever had Shhhhhh, don’t tell my mom, or my aunties. This is served with a dipping sauce that I wish that bottled and sold. It’s also a store and butcher shop. There’s fancy sodas, fancy beer, fancy ice cream, and fancy cheese all in an environment that is down to earth and relatable for regular people. It’s also very clean, smells good, and the staff is super friendly. Get in your car and go here
Absolutely love Palm Beach Meats! I recently attended their Biscuit Brunch Pop-Up, and it was an experience worth raving about. Their Wagyu patty biscuit was the highlight of my meal—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with a flaky, buttery biscuit. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed Sunday brunch. The staff were super friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. If you’re a foodie or just love a nice atmosphere , this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend arriving early because these biscuits are so good, they sell out fast! Five stars all the way!
Palm Beach Meats is a well-known and my favorite spot in West Palm Beach, combining a butcher shop with a casual dining experience. Recently awarded a Michelin star 👏 They’re famous for high-quality, locally and worldwide raised meats and offering a menu that highlights their fresh cuts in dishes like burgers, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards. The Philly cheesesteak I had is one of their signature items 😋, but my favorite…I will keep a secret. Come and discover yours:) The restaurant’s tropical-inspired decor is cozy and inviting. I loved a mix of wooden tables, leather chairs, and a modern yet tropical aesthetic with the counter in the background, with its display of freshly packet meats from all over the world that reflects the restaurant’s focus on quality and taste. It became my spot to unwind and enjoy a selection from homestyle/ casual to gourmet meals. Check their calendar, there is always a surprise dinner invite from the Chefs All I can say ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had a great lunch, best place in Palm beach for dining in and meat. We come weekly and love it!

Palm Beach Meats is a must-visit if you’re into high-quality cuts and learning about where your food comes from. We picked up some Japanese Wagyu and Australian Wagyu hot dogs to cook at home. The person helping us was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences, sourcing, and how to best prepare everything. I walked away not just excited to eat, but feeling like I genuinely learned something. Can’t wait to go back and try more!
My first time after hearing rave reviews. Sorry half my sandwich was eaten before I thought to photograph but I can say in the most positive way- I’m ruined for life. This Philly sandwich is PERFECT! Any other will never satisfy me and bring me as much joy as this one! I also liked that the store highlights local artisans (Mama Gizzi Pasta, Eathai, and local spices!) I can’t wait to go back!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding hospitality at Palm Beach Meats, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. Clearly, a place designed for guests who appreciate great food and a comfortable dining experience. My wife and I tried the “must-have” Wagyu Philly Cheesesteak, and it was absolutely delicious. The quality of the meat truly stood out. The house-made chips had the perfect crunch and were full of flavor, and the fries were just as impressive. One detail I especially appreciated was that the ketchup and mayonnaise were brought to our table in their original bottles, perfectly refrigerated and spotless. It’s small touches like that which show the management and staff genuinely care about cleanliness and the overall guest experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back to try more items on the menu; everything sounded tempting. Overall, this is a must-visit spot in Palm Beach, with a clean environment, professional staff, inviting ambiance, delicious food, and convenient parking. Highly recommended!
First off ,I like the idea of eating a meat dish right from a butcher. The atmosphere of the butcher shop is fun and inviting. They had a great selection of sodas and beers. The seating was comfortable. I ordered a Wagyu Burger , wagging empanadas and a Nutella brownie baked with beef tallow. I ordered their menu special which included an entree, appetizer and dessert for 35.00. I must admit, my burger was cooked perfect, the empanada was fried correctly and was crispy . The only qualm I have is that the sliced potato chips were a miss. Some or even half of them were soggy and some under cooked. I wish they did steak fries or hand cut fries to accompany their burgers . I came for the burger and to try their beef. The empanada was tasty, could have been seasoned a little more but once again the quality of the beef made up for it.the Brownie was excellent and rich. Overall I had a good experience.
Tried Palm Beach Meats today and had the Wagyu burrito, Wagyu lumpia, and Wagyu Chicago-style hot dog. The presentation of each dish was impressive, but the flavors didn’t quite match the visual appeal. Everything tasted alright, but nothing really stood out as unique or special besides the fact that it was made with Wagyu beef. If I go back, I’d probably skip the prepared dishes and just try the steak instead. One highlight is their selection of Wagyu meats for purchase—you can pick from a wide variety to cook at home, which might be the better way to experience what they have to offer. Overall, a decent spot, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of flavor.

I generally give restaurants three chances before writing a review, and I’ve now tried this place through dine-in, takeout, and delivery. Overall, the food is excellent — I’ve had the hot dog, burgers, Philly cheesesteak, and now the egg biscuit, and each one has been impressive. That said, I’m rating this restaurant a three, and honestly, it could even be a two. Service is one of the most important parts of any establishment, especially now when eating out is more of a luxury than ever. The atmosphere here is quiet and it’s rarely busy during the times I’ve visited, but the service has consistently been some of the slowest I’ve experienced in Palm Beach. Please don’t tell me that having a Michelin-level chef explains the wait — this isn’t an episode of The Bear. A reasonable wait time should be around 15–25 minutes. Today, it took 35 minutes for just two sandwiches, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Dine-in service usually runs about 20–25 minutes as well. Do I recommend this place? If you have time to spare, absolutely — the food won’t disappoint. But if you’re on a work lunch or have a tight schedule, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Great food, but the service needs serious improvement.
The flavor of the food was all really good, nothing to complain about there. We ordered as a take out their famous cheese burger and the Wygu breakfast burrito. They got our order wrong and gave us the wrong burrito so we had to go back for them to re make our burrito. They told us to keep the Wygu burrito they incorrectly gave us so we had an opportunity to try both burritos on the menu. Let’s start with the Wygu burger. We opted for the 2.00 up charge truffle aioli which was very good. When we opened the box we were pretty shocked by the small size of the burger giving the high price point of 20 bucks. We were also very disappointed by the cheap grocery store style potato bun they used. Very very small flat basic bun. We could see where the bun was detached from other buns which is very telling that the bun was mass produced off the shelf generic bread as well as The taste and consistency so I say this with confidence. A burger which has two key ingredients, meat and bread, those two items should be the star of the show. They should honestly either be making fresh brioche buns or sourcing from a nearby bakery. For me the meat was juicy but the burger did not knock out socks off. The Wygu burrito neither my wife or I cared for as it was lacking meat and was 90% rice and beans. It was giving chipotle vibes minus the guac. As for the breakfast burrito when we finally got it, was honestly the star of the show. I’ll admit it was a little oily but it was delicious. We were both thinking this place is a one and done but the breakfast burrito would definitely make us come back for that item specifically and perhaps try something else on the menu. Nice staff, they just need to focus on order accuracy, and nice take out packaging. Taste is subjective, but I really hope management will take my advice on the bun for the burger because that bun really does not elevate the meat in any way… unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the burger, but I did take a photo of both burritos one of which showing a lot of rice I had to empty out of my half and then the breakfast burrito which again was very tasty.

Cute little unassuming building off of Dixie Highway. Was super excited to try as I was really in the mood for some well cooked meat and have been wanting for try since seeing them in the Michelin guide. Very casual place but the staff was nice. Sadly when I got the burrito there was maybe 1-2oz of meat and 90% rice. Couldn’t taste the meat at all !! I spoke to the staff who was kind enough to bring it to the chefs attention who then came out to try to make it right. Definitely would not recommend the burrito. My husbands cheesesteak had a great flavor but he also wasn’t crazy with the amount of meat compared to the mouthful of bread. The best thing we ate were the fresh potato fries. I also wasn’t crazy about the selection of foods on the shelves due to them having nitrates, canola oil, and preservatives we don’t eat. If they want to sell upscale, high quality casual food just make the burrito $25-$30 and make it the best, most bomb flavor, meat packed burrito and do it right !! We would not come back unless they redid the menu.
