My go to place in west sac. A bit expensive as a large drink is over $5 but they always taste great. My go to drinks are the jazmines milk tea n classic rose milk tea even though they have a great variety.

The tea here is absolutely amazing. They are all brewed perfectly and the toppings are yummy. The boba is the perfect texture, the grass jelly is high quality, and I love getting the fig jelly. Try different times, some times it's pretty packed and sometimes there is no wait at all.

I love this place. Always friendly service and I love trying all the different drinks. I have eaten here a few times now and foods always been great. I get my toddler the vegetable chow main. He enjoys he’s noodles while I get my own treat. So fare the passion fruit smoothie with fig jelly is my favorite. I’m sure I will enjoy them all. Can’t wait. 😋

I love this place. Always friendly service and I love trying all the different drinks. I have eaten here a few times now and foods always been great. I get my toddler the vegetable chow main. He enjoys he’s noodles while I get my own treat. So fare the passion fruit smoothie with fig jelly is my favorite. I’m sure I will enjoy them all. Can’t wait. 😋

The prices seemed a bit cheaper than most shops, but it's because their cup sizes are slightly smaller than the typical bubble tea cup. The tea itself was flavorful and I enjoyed the premade flavor options they had with multiple toppings.

I ordered lobsters balls, noddles, basil chicken and calamari. The first thing that I didn’t like was the lobster balls it was really rubbery and there was no flavor or no seasoning . The noodles are not like the other T4 because I ordered garlic noodles and they said they don’t have that so instead they gave me some fat noodles witch was chow mein. Im use to the thin noddles with garlic and basil like South Sacramento location. The chicken is always on point so I definitely love that and we highly recommend it. Calamari, however I don’t eat but my friends said it was good. I just wish that all locations would serve the same food because the noodles are nothing like the other T4 location..

Employees are not very friendly and can come off as rude. This is our regular to go to and today my bucket is full. Their drinks are good and I personally think they got it down when it comes to that. I hope they can improve their costumer service. Next time I hope they greet us and say thank you because there would be no business if regulars and costumers like us don’t invest our money here.

Food took too long to come out and staff left it on the counter without advising anyone. When the chicken came out it tasted odd. The watermelon slushie was really good, however, they had 'order by kiosk' but still had the gall to ask for a tip after I placed my own order, kinda funny.

My boyfriend specifically ordered a "Thai tea with boba." After stating that clearly, the cashier asked if he wanted any additional toppings, and he said no. When the drink came without boba, I politely pointed it out—not trying to make a big deal, just wanting him to be happy. Instead of fixing the issue, Alondra began arguing with me about what was said. It felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional, even for someone who may still be learning customer service. To make things worse, I later found a hair in my food. The only person who showed any genuine concern or offered an apology was the manager, who did have the food remade. The food itself was fine, but the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness make it hard to justify ever coming back.

It was like drinking pure sugar but since we cannot consume much sugar for health reasons we had to throw both teas away. A complete waste of $16 + tip. Not to mention 2 teas took over 15 min to get and there was only 1 other person in the store. The employee was clearly angry to be there, sighing and slamming bottles down on the counters. There was someone in the back loudly watching videos online but never came out front. All in all, we will never be back.
