Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to sort us out a table last minute. Food was amazing and steak cooked to perfection!

Food and service was excellent. Very friendly staff. The meat was spot on and the argentinian rib eye was delicious. Calamari was fresh and tender. Definitely worth the price. Great wine selection too.

Highly recommend - we had the rump steak with an additional 100g each. We were stuck in traffic and ended up being half an hour late (we called 15 mins after when we had signal) and they were so welcoming. Our waiter was also very nice and talkative

Diana our waitress is a superstar, made sure everything was perfect for us, the mocktails were amazing didn’t miss the alcohol at all, these are the best steaks I’ve ever had, like ever! Cooked perfectly seasoned perfectly! The sauces to complement the steaks were soooo good I was shocked! And the mash is to die for!

Buenassado was a good experience for a family dinner, the staff were very prompt and polite! The lady that served us was amazing, good quality steaks and burgers, but I think a bit pricey for the portions. Overall I do recommend buenassado restaurant at bluewater 👍🏻😊

I come here every time I come to bluewater. Not just for the food but for the amazing people. There’s one manager that just will not stop dancing, I love it! Unfortunately, last week Saturday, a different manager greeted us with a horrible vibe, looked at my kids from top to bottom and telling me make sure the kids sit at the table. You don’t know my kids, if my kids would be walking around the place, I’d understand if she’d come and tell us nicely to get the kids sitting at the table. But a lovely waitress by the name of Mihaela, completely changed the whole experience. She beamed of good vibes. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding! I cannot express how much I appreciated her energy and her joyful attitude. The food was great. But this review is more for Mihaela! Amazing! Thank you Mihaela for spreading cheer!

Yesterday afternoon we went for lunch at Buenasado Restaurant in Bluewater and had the most incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and looked after by Prisca, who was an absolute star throughout our meal. As our server, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making us feel so special. She is truly one of the best we’ve ever met and turned a lovely lunch into a memorable one. The food was equally outstanding. Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. From start to finish, the entire meal was faultless. We would highly, highly recommend Buenasado Bluewater to anyone looking for exceptional food paired with service that goes above and beyond. A huge thank you again to Prisca for making our afternoon unforgettable – we will definitely be back!

This is where to go for some Quality meat/steak. Very fresh and succulent we enjoyed the platter board and it was amazing. Customer service was top tier and welcoming they also have good space for prams. I will be definitely returning. Thanks guys keep up the good work ;)

The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. Robert was attentive, knowledgeable and happy to help with recommendations. The food was to die for!!!! Both Steaks (one being lamb) were cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoe was full of flavor and smooth. The fries crispy but not oily. The tenderstem Broccoli infused with chilli oil hit right! Paired with the house Melbec which tasted wonderful. Then there was dessert.....OMG is all I can say about the lemon meringue and the apple empanadas. The background music was varied, at a good volume and had something to make you tap your feet. Great date night spot. Would definitely recommend 👌

Lovely food, nice drinks, but above and beyond for us, was our server, Martina. She was so nice to us and friendly in a genuine way. You can see that clearly. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. 🤩

We have always struggled to find good restaurants around Dartford, having sacrificed the vibrancy of a nice high street for a spacious home. That’s why we were delighted to have discovered this gem of a restaurant in Bluewater. We went there tonight for my partner’s birthday, and we were met by super friendly staff with big smiles. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. My partner had the Buenos Aires burger, and I chose the Argentinian sirloin steak. Both meals were cooked to perfection and the Malbec sauce that came with the steak was rich and decadent. I had a side of broccoli which was seasoned with chilli and good quality olive oil and was a perfect crunch level. The side of portobello mushrooms was also super tasty and mushrooms were packed with flavour. The fries were also cooked beautifully and our meat paired perfectly with the house red Malbec. All in all a very pleasant experience, we will certainly visit again!

Attentive staff, not too bad of a wait for food. Steak cooked as requested although would not get mushroom sauce. Peppercorn sauce is a lot better. Chips very fluffy and crispy on the outside

Had a lovely meal here last night and would definitely recommend 👌🏻 we had the padron peppers and chorizo al malbec to start which were really tasty. Then we had the steak sampler board to share which was outstanding! Each cut of meat was cooked perfectly and so tasty. Unfortunately didn't have space for dessert after all of that but would love to come back and try them. Kids menu had a steak option which is unusual and my son loved it. My daughter had the pasta which was also very tasty. The service we had was outstanding, our waitress was so good with the kids which makes such a difference when eating out. 😊

My friend and I were supposed to be eating elsewhere but the meal has been awful and we left feeling hungry and disappointed. We popped our heads into the door of this so wonderful place to ask if we could just have dessert and coffee. We were greeted with the happiest staff! They made us so welcome and looked after us even though we were not having a full meal. We ended up ordering three items from the dessert menu (we had left our dinners). They were all homemade and were absolutely delicious. Can highly recommend the Bannoffee Pie, Lemon Meringue and the Cheesecake. We loved the atmosphere and have decided that when we next meet for dinner we will be eating here. The staff are engaging, helpful, kind and turned what was a disastrous evening into a brilliant one!!

Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, staff is helpful and kind, always willing to help, especially the young male server who was great tonight. The food was good and up to standard and just what you’d expect from such a place. Bueno!

First time dining here and will be back again for sure. I am a steak lover so went for a 9oz Ribeye medium rare and it was absolutely superb! Cut like butter and melt in the mouth, genuinely one of the best steaks I have ever had. The rest of the meal was excellent too and service was great, quick but not rushed. Can't wait to visit again!

Outstanding from start to finish. We were welcomed to our table by the lovely Hazel who couldn’t have been more friendly. Diana’s service was flawless and she treated us like family. Chef Eduardo & the team cooked everything to perfection. I’m a trained chef and my son even said Eduardo’s Argentinian 14oz ribeye was better than mine 😂 Finally, even the kids burger is clearly homemade and a very good size - delicious! Went to Buenasado Steakhouse Friday for a birthday meal. The atmosphere was lovely, really nice vibe, got seated in a lovely spot. Everyone that spoke to us from when we arrived to when we left were all so polite, friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Genuine feel! Got greeted with some birthday drinks on arrival which was a lovely touch by the restaurant and not requested, so this is just another example of going above and beyond to make it special. Our waitress was so lovely & although we were there up untill closing didn't make us feel in a rush to finish our meal. They brought out a lovely personalised birthday dessert which was perfectly timed and a lovely touch! From the moment we sat down to the moment we left we had such a great time. The food was incredible, tried a few new starters that were new for us and they were all amazing. The steaks were the best ive had in a long while, after being advised by the staff, the choice of steak made was a really good suit. We will definitely be going back for our next celebration! We went here on the off chance yesterday, as we wasn’t going to eat, but Omd are we so glad that we did!!! Our waiter Rob, was so nice, calm, and very informative.He told us about how the food was prepared, how the beef was farmed etc. I had a lovely steak salad, and hubby had a burger and chips. I must say that my salad was absolutely delicious. The flavours were the best I have tasted. We will definitely be going back there again, even though it’s over an 70 mile journey there, so 140 mile round trip haha… but it’s worth it!! Sorry, no pics, as it was too delicious to stop to take one 😀

Food came quick. Good service. Would recommend for the steaks. We ordered the rib eye 11oz steak and mushroom pasta. The steak was tasty. Pasta was tasteless. Plus the steaks was halal which we came for

Had a lovely birthday lunch to celebrate a friend. The food was nice, had spaghetti king prawns mix. Smallest portion ever! The swordfish steak and mashed potatoes looked good. Overall not bad.

Excellent, perfectly cooked chateaubriand steak that my partner and I shared, the sauces are delicious too but the side of chilli broccoli was a little disappointing - just steamed with a few sliced chillis on top. Service was good. Nice wine in nice wine glasses. The decor is a bit uninspiring and could do with a different playlist but I would happily return.

Wow, where to begin, didn't like the table they placed us but that feeling changed when the waitress came to us, she was able to recommended certain food and it was delicious 🤩, unfortunately couldn't give her more tips because she made a mistake she ordered for my son of 6 years old adult plate of chicken 🙄. Atmosphere could be better

We tried the Beef Empanadas for starters and the Buenasado Argentina ‘Grill on the board’ for mains. The meat was delicious and we really enjoyed every bite .. would definitely recommend the place. Great ambiance, friendly staff and quick service

The steaks were really great, I enjoyed the selection fo steaks you could have and really the only highlight of the restaurant, the sides were average but the desserts were of poor quality. My family and I thought we had covid as anything with dulce de leche tasted of absolutely nothing. The price was a lot and for four people the price was not worth the dinner, especially for a £30 service charge which was ridiculous, after having steak juice spilt all over the table and the floor.

Poor service Portions very small in comparison to the price. All standard sauces are Makro basic. Drinks also very basic. Chunky chips from the freezer pack. Not homemade! Judging this - I may think the meat is the same quality! With regards to atmosphere- the staff points you to the public toilets without knowing you dined at the restaurant! Steaks are cooked with the same quality as we prepare at home. I consider good restaurant is somewhere where it's tastier than cooked home food. Thank you

Having been to many Argentinian Restaurants in Spain I maybe expected too much. Strange not to get any bread with the large portion of provoleta, tasty but needed something more than a slice of tomato on top. The rib eye was OK, I had it medium rare with salad but came more like medium and the fat hadn't rendered. Tasty but no sear at all which was a shame. I might try a burger if I went back with friends. I asked for a small bottle of sparkling water but all they had was a 1l bottle so I had to have a still bottle as the only small they did. Unusual for a large restaurant. Staff very friendly and attentive, just the food wasn't as good as I've had in other Argentinian restaurants.

Tasty food served by friendly staff in a clean environment. Kitchen sfaff need to wash their hands after using the toilet 🚻 which are up two flights of stairs , for hygiene purposes & customer safety! Don't spend £5 for bottled water which is a rip off!

This place is not halal the steaks are not halal. Thank god the staff that I asked was an amazing young lady who advised me that the steaks are actually cooked on a grill which they also cook pork on. Which clearly doesn’t make them halal anymore. 3 Stars for the honesty.

First time and probably the last time visiting this restaurant. Im gonna talk about the service, was friendly so I can't complain about that, our waitress Edina was nice and polite. The food, I think, wasn't great, like I thought. I ate the chorizo with fries and salad, I couldn't finished my meal, wasn't fresh at all, the pudding was bad, wasn't fresh, I was exciting to eat the cheesecake and dulce de leche, but unfortunately wasn't fresh, that's a shame. The other thing, if you decide to have lunch, forget about asking for a cocktail cos they don't have a barman until 5 pm, so I was disappointed about that. My expectation was high but unfortunately I ate in the wrong restaurant. I thought it was an Argentinians restaurant. I thought everything was gonna be good but unfortunately wasn't good like a thought. We paid around £135 for me and my husband, I think for the price I spect a much better restaurant. I prefer not to recommend this restaurant. The only good thing was the service, thanks, Edina. I give you a 5 star for the awesome service.

The food and staff are exceptional however the manager on New Year’s Day was unprofessional. I understand that children must be seated at the table but they simply went to their mother who was speaking to a friend at a different table. The manager then approached me and threatened to refuse service if my children did not sit at the table, which would force us to leave. This was a significant shock as they had simply walked to their mother. I would not recommend this restaurant for that reason. However, if you can visit when the manager is not present it is a fantastic establishment and the other staff were very pleasant. This review is directed at the manager (Shobna) who should be ashamed of herself and the restaurant should consider replacing her as I’m sure they’re going to lose a lot of customers with her attitude.

A truly ridiculous place. Made a booking for 7pm on an evening, which was confirmed. Received a call an hour before requesting that we make our order over the phone, as the kitchen closes at 7pm - 3 hours before the advertised closing time. Totally abnormal practice and unlike anything I've ever seen in hospitality. Won't ever be back.

Our first (and sadly last) visit to Buenasado Argentine Steakhouse – Bluewater was tainted by an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with the manager on duty — which is such a shame, because the food and service were amazing aside from this. I asked to use the ground-floor accessible toilet and was refused entry because I was told I “wasn’t allowed” as it was “only for disabled people”. I asked the manager how she could possibly know whether or not I have a disability, and she replied that if I could prove it, she would “happily” open it. I explained that I shouldn’t have to prove a disability, especially when the sign states “not every disability is visible”. The manager then compared it to having to prove a disability for a parking space. At that point, I walked away. No one should be challenged or pressured to disclose/prove a disability just to access an accessible facility. What makes this even more shocking is that this behaviour came from the manager, who should be setting the highest standard for staff. In my view, the manager urgently needs retraining in disability awareness and inclusive customer service. We chose to come as a family and spend a considerable amount of money, and this incident ruined what should have been a wonderful evening.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, yet the manager, Shabna, refused to let us change tables. There was no valid reason given, and the attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional. We were dining with children, and this restaurant clearly does not know how to accommodate families or show basic flexibility. Simple requests were dismissed, which made us feel unwelcome from the start. Overall, poor management and lack of customer service. I would not recommend this place, especially for families with kids.

When we entered the 6 of us were directed towards a table. We requested another one and very reluctantly we were given one. It was not busy in there so it shouldn’t have been an issue but the male waiter behaved as if it was! Maria was sarcastic stating it was a steakhouse when being asked about a vegetarian burger. She had no knowledge of it. If you are selling something then get to know about it is my opinion. The male waiter on duty was rude and gave the impression that everything was too much of an issue. I asked where the till was and he states I have the card machine here, again I asked where is the till and his childish body language didn’t like it. It was a simple question and I didn’t want to know about the card machine that was in his hand, he didn’t like this. Needless to say we will not be going there again. Dreadful customer service by rude staff.

After early evening shopping Me and my partner was looking forward to going to this restaurant as reviews look pretty good so at 8:35 we Turned up this restaurant it didn’t look really busy so I was pleased to get a table, but then was told they’re closed 8.30 which seemed really weird closing so early on their website closing time was 10 pm so was very frustrated And disappointed So we went to Brown’s instead no problem. There was happy to accommodate us.
