Top notch operation. Everything about it is awesome. I’ve been to a few of these. Obviously made fresh food and all of it has been great. Same price as trash places that serve frozen food. Def give it a try.

It was my first time here. The place is very nicely decorated and I loved the intimate feeling of it. We were seated immediately and Cassie was our server. She explained the menu and we ordered the meatloaf and sliders. The food arrived on time and it was excellent. Cassie made the whole experience wonderful. Trust me, I will be back. Food was fantastic, service was great!! Had the G.O.A.T chicken sandwich. No picture but my husband's side of Mac and cheese was one of the best I've had!!

Husband had the trio-salad, chili and half a club sandwich. He thought the club was the best sandwich he had ever had. The salad was mixed greens with cheese, carrots, tomatoes and great croutons (not greasy or burnt). The chili was amazing, it was topped with onion, sour cream and tomato, and their chips that came with it are my favorite kind of chip-thin, crunchy, slight taste of lime-reminds me of a good Chipotle chip. I had the chicken parmesan and it had excellent flavor, cooked to perfection, great sauce and the perfect amount of cheese; however it did not have a lot of noodles. The chicken parmesan came with crunchy, buttery, delicious garlic bread. For dessert, we shared a slice of chocolate cake -it was dense, great filling, great ice cream.

We went for happy hour 3-6 daily and wow! The portions are huge. We had the chilled shrimp - excellently prepared with cocktail and boom boom sauce. The chicken tenders and fries was on point and the quesadilla was so much we had to bring some home. The stand out was the cabbage patch kids app! Brussel sprouts grilled with parmesan and a lemon aioli, again - so much we brought some home. The he bar tenders were very amazing! They created a skinny cocktail to meet my individual needs and ask. The place is still well maintained and everything clean and in good working order. Hidden gem for some, family favorite for many! Don't miss this great location- they are serving it up delicious!!

The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I met up with old coworkers from previous jobs. We always have a really good time. The servers are part of the reason we go here. We always have good service and I'm always there for the wine! 🍷 🥂

Ashlie waited on us this evening. She was very attentive, but not overly. 👍🏻 We enjoy taking our granddaughters there because the food is always consistent & they can be picky. We average a visit every couple of weeks.

Great place to stop and see my son who is going to Ohio State. Food is delicious, priced affordably, and great for a meeting spot to catch up. My son likes it cause the portions are so big, he has leftovers to take home. Servers are always friendly, but we do prefer the bar area as a little quieter. Overall it is a great location for a meal.

We were traveling all weekend and stopped in for dinner. This is the first time we have been to this specific location. This is a great family friendly place. Everything was clean and the staff was all very friendly. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. The food was all high quality and left us feeling recharged after a busy weekend on the go. We will be back many more times. I have zero things to even suggest they change.

They have fantastic thin pizza. Great atmosphere. I had the Sicilian.

Nice variety of choices on the menu if bringing family or friends. My brother and I split a really delicious pizza and we both had tossed salads that were good-sized and crispy cold.

Family and I were in town for a hockey tournament, the food was good, average prices, and our waiter was on point, spent about $80 for 2 beers 2reg drinks 2 meals 1 kids meal and 2 appetizers

Excellent food and atmosphere. The haddock sandwich wasn't quite what I was expecting. Usually you get a large fillet on a hoggie but this was multiple small fillets on a hamburger bun but SO good. The lady had the meatloaf and said it was fantastic. Good drinks and good service made for a most pleasant evening.

Love the soy glazed salmon. Staff was nice. Busy, yet very efficient flow. Never have had a bad experience here!

Rusty Bucket is a local favorite here in Columbus and for good reason—it’s always a welcoming, family-friendly spot. While the chili was just okay, our main dishes were excellent. The burger topped with jalapeño poppers was a definite standout—such a fun and tasty combo! Big thanks to Ben for the great service and making the meal even better!

This is a good place to eat instead all the over hyped places near Polaris, and it's only a few minutes down the road. It's a traditional American pub menu, with comfort food, sandwiches and pizza, but a much better quality than the big chain restaurants. The Cuban sandwich is a highlight, delicious roast pork and a fantastic bread. They have a good beer menu, without having dozens of brands you'd never try. Service is always prompt and friendly. Overall a great stop on a road trip or after a big shopping day.

Our 12 person family group sat outside on the patio for lunch. It was a beautiful day in Westerville. The servers were very attentive and patient with us. The menu has a variety that met our needs and everyone said the meal was great. The spinach dip was very good. Sis said the 3 way was tasty. Spouse liked the Baja tacos.

Three of us had a delicious meal on the patio on a Monday evening. The host was polite and prompt to seat us. The server was friendly, efficient, and courteous. I always ask for a substitutions everywhere I go, and she got it 100% correct. The food came out fast and everyone enjoyed what they got. I recommend the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was tasty and a great portion. We’ll be back soon!

Fantastic experience. We were stopped over on a road trip and the Rusty Bucket was pretty close to our hotel. Just reading the description was enough for the decision to go. But the food and excellent service makes it a must visit for anyone. The selection was excellent and they even had some nice options for top shelf bourbon.

It has been quite awhile since we had ate ar Rusrt Bucket but just enjoyed a nice early dinner there. Our waitress, Ashlie was outstanding and we took advantage of the happy hour drink specials. I enjoyed the RB burger and my wife enjoyed the fish and chips. Will definitely be back soon!

I came here for my 22nd birthday and thanks to our waiter, Ben, it was an experience to remember! After my mom mentioned it was my birthday, he went out of his way to make sure we all had a spectacular evening. His service was unBENlievabley wonderful, joking around with us and went out of his way to bring me a delicious slice of cake with a candle. The service and food here is always great, but special shoutout to Ben for enhancing our experience!

Decided to go out for dinner on New Year's eve and got a reservation for 5:15pm. I had a bowl of French Onion soup and the wedge salad to go with Gary's 3 Way which is the Monday special. My wife got a Taco Salad and thought that the ground beef was too salty. Strawberry cheesecake for dessert. It wasn't totally crowded when we got there but was when we left. Our server, Ben, was friendly and efficient.

No complaints about this establishment. My wife enjoyed our time at the rusty bucket. This Sicilian pizza was reasonably priced and tasted excellent 🙂

Pretty good. The service was fine and the food was good. Maybe a little overpriced for what you're getting especially the fish and chips however, when you think about the fact that we don't have much fish out here and need it shipped it makes sense. But overall nice experience not bad but maybe not my first choice to go to for food.

I had a great first experience with this restaurant. I only went for lunch, so I got the BBQ chicken chopped salad. While it was good and I did go at lunchtime, I did see that many people there before me did not have their food, so they were having some issues getting the food out very quickly. For me, that was ok. I was not in a rush, and when I got my salad, I could tell my chicken was freshly cooked and seasoned so well. See pic below. The place has a bunch of tvs, even 1 in the men's room, which I thought was unique and fun. I thought the salad was great, and I ordered a bread pudding dessert. My waitress was fantastic and met all my needs. The texture and flavor of the ice cream were so good. I think it's a little overpriced as a salad, and a dessert was still $23, but all in all, it's a nice restaurant. I will try it again in the future. I would recommend trying this place yourself. As you can see in the pics, there is a big covered patio, and we'll parking but if you go during lunch, you may have to walk a little like I did. Nice lil brew house. Had some sliders and son had some chicken strips. Sliders were good he said strips were ok. The beer batter isn't his favorite. Waitress was nice but took a lil long on refills not long enough for a bad rating though

I often shy away from rating a place this highly but we showed up with a bunch of folks and quickly had a table and were having our drinks taken. Moscow mules were particularly well liked. There also was a good selection of beer. The pretzel bites were wonderful! Highly recommended.

Definitely a bad service or the waitress was having a bad day, she was rushing to take orders , although the restaurant was empty, was not letting us complete food. The food was delicious as usual. The seasonal Strawberry cake was the highlight ✨️ 😋

Cheesesteak was just alright. Jersey Mikes is still a better option. I typically get the fish and chips which is really good, however it is currently priced at $19.99.

I ordered a cheese steak which was very flavorful and good My partner will order the chicken parm which was okay but horrible at the end when we found a very long hair in his food. The manager removed that plate from the bill but that was it. The fries came out cold so we had to order another order so they would be hot. We probably won't return because of the hair and the food. Also there was a dirty female bathroom that needed to be cleaned.

Overall it was a typical sports bar chain. There wasn't anything that made it memorable in any way to me. The beer selection was minimal and the food was just okay. I had the cheesesteak and it barely qualified as such. It was mostly cheese and was overly greasy. The fries were cold, mushy, and not crispy in any way. I would say they were worse than some cafeteria fries I've eaten in the past. My star rating is based on my desire to return. I can say I probably won't return when I'm back in the area.

Super frustrating the fries were not properly cooked and definitely not properly seasoned. Some of them felt cold inside like they weren’t fully cooked. My buffalo chicken sandwich was not properly coated with sauce and it tasted fishy like the oil was super old. Super disappointed.

My husband and I went to lunch at the Westerville location. We both ordered the fish dinner which is priced at $20. When I food came my husband received two nice sized pieces of fish. I however got one piece of fish. Old Bag of Nails is better and cheaper.

Went to RB for a beer, chili and wings, as in the past we've had great experiences. Server was unmotivated and unprepared. He appeared put out when we asked what beers were on tap. Over all the food arrived in a reasonable time. Wings were average, chili was acceptable. However, would not order it again. Overall, expected more from RB. Really disappointed. Surprised, since we came at a time when the place was nearly empty... I would have received equal or better service and food at Roosters or Big Walnut Grill (Sunbury). Wings and chili are much better at BWG! Over, service below average, food average to below average.

I was so excited to order the meatloaf plate. Sad! I got delivered a tiny container of sauce for meatloaf and rice and potatoes on the cold side. If you change $22 for a delivery meal that’s fine but quality not good. Meatloaf had an old texture and delivery driver dropped mine as soon as he picked up 1 mile away and brought right here

I had the most disgusting burger in my life. Found weird thick chunks in my meat.

It was quiet which was nice. But my issue is they weren’t busy at all, maybe 5 other tables with people, most with food already. We got there and waited at the host stand for like 5 minutes before we were even seated. Then we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to come and our waiter only even checked on us twice during that time. Terrible service wasn’t even the worst part. The fries were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. I ordered the daily special the Italian torpedo and it was extremely bland and the bread was soggy as well. My girlfriend also stated to me that her chicken tenders were soggy and didn’t want to finish them. Overall terrible and would not recommend. Also food is expensive for how bad it is
