The staff here is always pleasant and nice to deal with first thing in the morning If Tim Hortons corporation sees this review: get better lids! I couldn't open mine. Smashed through with my straw and still couldn't get it. Almost had shards of plastic in my drink .... And it's STILL not open. Also, make the parking lot and drive through lane bigger at this location!!!! 4 parking spots?? And it's about impossible to not hit the curb in the drive through lane here
Visited while traveling from out of town, and they were so patient since I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Ordered iced coffee and a half dozen donuts. Everything was delicious.

I went inside and then in the drive through on separate occasions. Both times I received food and coffee that was delicious and hot. The customer service was friendly and fast. The tables inside were dirty and I chose to eat in my car instead of utilizing their dining area. Overall I would recommend you visit Tim Hortons. My recommendation is their latte and farmers wrap.

Want to say a huge thank you for making my pups day! Everytime he sees you all he knows what's coming and I can see how happy he is. I lost my other two baby's not long before we got him and my heart was shattered. Kept asking my self if they knew how much they where truly loved. I make sure everyday I try and make this one feel like he rules the world....and he does mine and everyone else's lol. Thank you again!

Second visit to this location, this time for Buffalo donuts and a large mocha iced Capp to get an offer through the app. Went with my brother and cousin after hitting the beach in Barcelona. Service was fast on this Wednesday afternoon at 5pm and we had no issues. This is a nice midsized location, not as small as the mini store in north Jamestown or the full size in Lakewood. 🏖️🍩
Was a bit of a rocky start in the area, but they seem to be getting it together. Standard Tim Hortons menu. They have the jelly filled Timbits...some locations don't. I've had great customer service lately and speedy service as well!

Newer location which came in handy for a quick breakfast before hitting the road. Food was hot and delicious. Pretty quiet in the very early morning hours. The cashier was helpful when we placed our order, so that we got the best deal.
They need to bring back the maple dip donuts! I can't believe they took them away. All tim Hortons should have them

My wife and I ordered (2) B.E.L.T.'s. When we got back in the truck we started eating them. No L or T - just Bacon Egg and Bagel. Totally defeated the purpose of driving into town from I-90 while passing through. We don't have Tim Hortons where we live and were pumped for the BELT. No dice, just a glorified bagel.
I frequent Tim Hortons but since visiting this store I would rather travel elsewhere. Rarely has my order been processed correctly and when I questioned the errors I am met with rudeness or indifference I arrived home with the incorrect order and was told to come back and they would correct it. I was not driving another 16 miles roundtrip because they can't fill an order correctly. Today I went through the drive thru for the new Tiramisu cold brew and they had never heard of it. I also ordered a frozen lemonade and was informed that they didn't have that available either. I then pointed out that the Happy hour price of my cold brew was supposed to be 3.00 and was told they already scanned my card so I would have to wait till next time. There is only one young lady there that does her best to correct the errors and they are plenty so she deserves a raise. Thoroughly disappointed with this location.

I figured I would call and tell them, I mean this place is new and people are still training I think... oh... no receipt now either. Never put it into my bag. Ok so I look up the number and call. Girl who answered offered for me to come and grab it now. Well let's face it I live 20 min away and obviously in a rush, hence the drive through order. So she went to get the manager and guess what she came back and said her manager wasn't there... I mean wouldn't you know that prior to setting the phone down to get them?! She said they will call me back later or tomorrow took my information and much to my surprise they never called! Initially I just wanted my money back or maybe my meal at another time. I was patient and kind, but yet got screwed out of a meal, my money and my time. So disappointed.

The recent price increases (almost 20 percent) as of October 10th , have become untenable. I want to thank you for pushing me to prepare my coffee at home now A Tim Hortons bot replies, which leads you to a page that is "down temporarily , and to try again later." Corporate doesn't care about you. Blake Tarana is the owner of the Southern Tier Tim Horton Franchises. He is solely responsible for raising the prices. Again, thank you for allowing me to save $2400 annually. Hopefully a market saturated with coffee options (mcdonalds, 7/11, crosbys, and 2 local shops on the main drag.) stops getting gouged. About 6 bucks for a latte is insane, particularly for a mid tier shop.
Latte machine barely ever works! I get my drink and it’s cold or Luke warm… inconsistent flavor, today my vanilla chai tastes like warm milk!!! So frustrating When it’s made right they are amazing but this only happens 30% of the time. 👎🏼
We ordered 3 scrambled wraps and 1 croissant sandwich. When we opened the bag we were missing one breakfast wrap. Went inside to try to get the missing item. Waiting 6min only to have the sandwich passed out the drive thru and be told we would have to wait another 12 minutes for the food and we're given NO compensation for the missing item. This is not the 1st time this month the order has been wrong, only the 1st time I have taken the time to say something. DISAPOINTED. DO BETTER.
I do have a couple complaints on two items. I ordered two ham and Swiss on croissant and got them on rolls and I ordered extra on it which was bacon and got nothing on either sandwich. Didn't find out until I got back to work and I only had ten minutes to eat.otherwise I would of gone back. People need to ready the slips double check the orders before handing them out. Mingya
If you want the little girls in the drive thru making your sloppy order and staring your husband in the face then this is the place for you. Came through the drive through and the little Ariana girl or whatever her name is was so worried about starring in my husband’s face that my drink was sloppy and had toppings dripping everywhere when she handed it to us smh 🤦♀️ poor customer service and food
Worst location of all the local ones - went today around 5pm and the three girls working tonight were beyond rude and didn’t have a single donut in their case - I asked the girl on the head set three times what donuts they did have and her response was to ignore us so we left and didn’t get anything. Last time I ever come here - the girl named Anna /Auna is literally so rude everytime I have been in there . Apparently Gina needs to get people with customer service skills because this location severely lacks it. Last time for me and will continue to go to my normal location .
Excited to have a T.H. locally but they're not off to a great start. A few of the staff members are rude, ordered food one time and they forgot to put turkey on a turkey bacon club and the drive through Lane design is an absolute joke. I drive a 3/4 ton pickup and it is impossible to drive through there without going over a curb. Not really trying to damage my rims so definitely won't be using drive through there. Could have been designed way better.
We came down from Chautauqua and went thru the drive thru. Ordered for 3 of us. 2 of the drinks were made wrong?? and one was wrong size. We did not have time to turn around and go back to complain. This is the second time now. Not one for complaining but come on pay attention. We will drive to lakewood from now on or go to the nice coffee shop on main st in Westfield "Full Strength Coffee Company"

Sucks mostly, if you can avoid it! Running coffee through the filter more than once, it tastes like water, and not keeping the cream filled causes the coffee to be made wrong. Customer service sucks, they need someone from Vineyard Drive in Fredonia to come and train these guys. They always make the coffee best on Vineyard unless a person is new and then they train them right.
