Texas de Brazil - Westlake

This was my first time here and it was such a great experience. Danielle was our waitress and she was such a treat. Extremely attentive and nice. I didn’t realize it was a buffet. I knew they brought different meats to the table but that’s about it. There was a wide variety of selections. I loved their tabbouleh, rice and beans, mashed potatoes and fried bananas. My favorites of the meat were the spicy steak and garlic parmesan steak. Be sure to try their chimichurri sauce! I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful early dinner here with my family while Christmas shopping. The hostess, servers and gaucho presenters were so polite and extra attentive. The restaurant is so beautiful and clean. The salad/ hot food buffet is delicious and high class. They have lobster bisque and sliced ciabatta bread that had my 4 year old in heaven. Texas De Brazil comes around with fresh delicious meats of all sorts. My favorite was the Brazilian sausage and my boyfriend loved the garlic filet and the spicy picanha. The best part was kids under 5 were $5 and under 2 years old are free. The deserts were so delicious the banana fosters cheesecake was the best in my opinion but the chocolate cake was great too. Highly recommend for an anniversary or special birthday for someone you love ❤️

Service was good and the food was awesome, you get your own sides and servers walk around with fresh cooked meat and cut it right on your plate definitely something different to check out!

First of all Cecilia, our server, was perfect. She was funny, good humored and extremely efficient. It was our 45th wedding anniversary and she made it special. The meat servers were very good. Also, they were very friendly. The meat is high quality. The lamb and flank steak is outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful night. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant and everything was amazing from the food to the service. Ryan was exceptional in walking us through the whole process And explaining all the different cuts of meat that were being served to our table down to the seasonings and flavor. He also broke down everything the salad bar had to offer Across from the bar. And at the end, he even sold us on the dessert we ended up getting the chocolate mousse cake 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone who has never been before. Please ask for Ryan. He is great.

This Texas de Brazil was absolutely amazing! This was my husband’s and my first time here and before we even left we were planning our next dinner here! I made the reservation about 2 weeks ago through open table (I think) for 6:30 the night of our anniversary, we ended up being half an hour early and they were still able to sit us right away! Our waitress was super sweet, the restaurant was clean, and the meat servers came around regularly! The bacon wrapped filet mignon was to die for! The Parmesan crusted chicken was so tender and juicy! We weren’t really a fan of the mashed potatoes BUT the potato salad from the salad bar was outstanding! Our desserts were amazing as well! 10 outta 10 already recommending to everyone I know!! Can’t wait to go back with friends!

My wife and I love this place🖤🤎🖤🤎 we usually go early afternoon/evening so no reservation is needed. Meats are medium which is perfect for me, but the wife likes well done. There's a little wait for it but they'll happily oblige. The salad and soup bar is awesome. (Chef kiss to the lobster bisque 🤌🏿)

This place was absolutely beautiful, and a carnivore’s dream, of course. We went for Valentine’s Day and everything was perfect. If you haven’t been, please go. It is a rare and unique dining experience.

My son took me here for my 50th Bday, My first time ever here & There Service & Food was Amazingly good... JORDAN provided excellent service and kept checking in for our needs... Place was very Clean and Service again was the Best I have had in a long time... Thank you! ☆☆☆☆☆

We came out for dinner last minute for our 3 year anniversary. We were a little underdressed because we didnt see a dress code. However, we were treated no different. Our server Brenda S was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and so kind. The food was phenomenal. The men who carved the meats at our table were all so kind and never left our plates empty. It was literally the best experience we've ever had. We will definitely be back, and dressed a little nicer next time.

An absolutely amazing experience! Service is of the highest priority here and the food also tastes amazing. Although everyone is welcome I'd call it a great date night spot rather than a family restaurant.

Every time I go there, I get out so full Great steak staff so friendly and respectful, table available always when reserved with no waiting time

We were seated immediately, and the salad bar was fresh and well-stocked. The highlight of our visit was the incredible meat carved right at our table—every cut of steak, sausage, and lamb was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server, Joey, was fantastic: helpful, attentive, and enthusiastic, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We went to celebrate my son's birthday. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The salad bar is amazing all in itself. There is so many choices and the all are fresh and delicious. The meat selection, the cook and flavor are melt in your mouth amazing. The entire experience was so much more than we expected. Dessert was a great way to finish the entire meal. Compliments to the staff for creating such a wonderfully enjoyable experience.

My wife and I love Texas De Brazil at Crocker Park, Westlake Ohio! Last night we went again for my birthday. The food and service was again wonderful. James S did a great job as one of our servers. Our other server Justin also was fantastic as usual. They both were very attentive and so was the entire staff at the restaurant. We will be back again soon!

I had an amazing experience at Texas de Brazil! The food was absolutely delicious — every cut of meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The salad bar was also impressive, fresh, and full of great options. But what really made the night special was the outstanding service. Donato was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our entire meal. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Thank you, Donato, and thanks to the entire Texas de Brazil team for such a wonderful dining experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Eve was our server, made the night very memorable. The food was absolutely stunning. From Eve, to the manager and the gentleman serving the meats. Everyone went above and beyond to make an impression. They were doing it for everyone. If there was something you wanted to try, they made sure that it made to your table. Pace yourself, you can get overwhelmed very easy with all the selections they have to offer. A must go,!!!! Make sure you go to the Westlake location.

Ordered from here on Door Dash. I had leg of lamb and parmasean chicken drummettes. Both were delicious. Didn't care for the mushrooms as they were in a.gravy looking concoction. Potatoes were fine. But thise little rolls- ong they stole the show. Good food. Delicious bread

Made a reservation for 7pm they said there was a 15-minute time frame, so we were actually able to get in and sit down at 6:45. Very friendly, very nice place. Once we sat down, the waitress came and took our drink orders. They instructed us we could go to the buffet, and the meat waiters would be around shortly. This was our 1st time going, so I was pretty excited. The buffet is not normal it is all high-end, and everything I tried was absolutely wonderful. The meat waiters come around maybe every 5 to 10 minutes and offer you different types of meat. It's pretty cool that you get to try maybe 10 different meat types. I did not have a single one that I did not enjoy. The dessert was just as good as everything else it was fresh and well worth the money. If I had any complaint, the waitress I paid with cash did not bring my change back. When my wife asked her about the change, she was rude with my wife, put the money on the table, and left. I was not very happy with this. I'm an extremely good tipper, but I thought it was unfortunate that the waitress acted this way. I would still go back and try it again.

Got there shortly after they opened and had the salad bar only but been to other locations and have had the full steak dinner. The salad bar was amazing: clean, orderly and well kept with every item radiating freshness as if it was just prepared moments earlier. The service was also top notch. A bit ironic but the best item in the salad bar is the smoked salmon.

We went tonight for a birthday celebration, we were impressed with the food selection as well as the service, our server was phenomenal, and she went above and beyond to address any issues we had. Unfortunately the wine selection was lacking and overall unexpressed. Food has been a bit salty but that is a personal preference! 8/10

The food and atmosphere is perfect, and although the service was great for the most part, our server asked an inappropriate medical question to my mother regarding an issue with the restroom being filthy. That was gross and unprofessional of him. That is also a HIPPA violation. He lost out on a tip, and he should get some punishment of some kind from his manager. I’d suggest firing him. Also when my step father told the front desk about it, it looked like she laughed it off as my step father was walking away.

Valentine's Day dinner with the LOML.. place was hopping. Main dining room was busy, noisy to the point that we didn't hear our table called for. Need a better system to call reservations to their tables other than a greeter with a soft voice calling your name. Meal was kinda meh... tried seven different meats and only three stood out: the remaining four meats were either bland or tough and stringy. Server forgot our drink order. Experience was nice tho; waiters bringing the fresh meats to your table and carving them for you was nice. We weren't even shown the desert tray😭🤣. Definitely a one and done experience. Marble Room in Cleveland still rocks😎

This was a last minute decision for Christmas dinner, and one of the few restaurants open on Christmas Day. The dinner price was not communicated to us until the end of the meal when the bill arrived, so we were a bit surprised to see the cost was $56.99 per plate. Every table was filled, and the noise level was very loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation with the person you were dining with. The pricing and heavy business may have been due to the restaurant being one of the few open options for the holiday. An unusual situation occurred at the table next to us, where a guest had an emotional support dog. When they asked for a to-go box, they were told the restaurant does not allow or provide them. The dog’s owner then removed doggie bags from the dog’s leash, filled them with leftovers, and tied them back onto the leash, something I had never seen before. That said, the food was very good. The salad bar offered many fresh and healthy choices, and the meats served tableside were exceptionally good. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. James and Joey did an excellent job, and considering how busy the restaurant was on a holiday evening, they and the other servers who brought meats to our table were very polite, friendly, and attentive. Their professionalism truly stood out and helped make the experience enjoyable despite the ambiance for the price of our dinner.

I've worked in the restaurant industry so it was just a frustrating experience. A lot of the meat was overcooked so it was like chewy charcoal with some of the smaller or outside pieces. Not including, my party of 2 not being able to be seated off a walk in for 90 minutes so we put in a reservation online for 10 minutes later to be able to get seated. The waitress asked for any requests, I asked for the lamb. After waiting 10 mins I received my lamb that was overcooked ruining the meat altogether. The management asked of my experience and I let them know and they disregarded my thoughts. Definitely have a preference on Brazilian Steakhouses now, after that waste of money experience.

Made birthday reservations for 14. It’s 6pm Sunday night, the restaurant is almost empty. Waiters were courteous, food was alright, a cute experience if you’ve never been. The salad bar is big and beautiful. The servers only cycled the meat 2 rounds then stopped at 7pm. I had to request them to bring a 3rd round. FYI I was not offered complimentary birthday cake- just a heads up for birthday goers! Our only complaint is the water leaking/dripping in our hair, clothes, food, it was on the table! To the point where I asked the waitress if there was a leak, she said she was sorry for the inconvenience but it cannot be helped that there is not a leak that it’s just condensation from the a/c unit… We sat in the back left.

The place was absolutely crazy on Valentine’s Day. Sitting and eating while a crowd of 30+ is standing up in the corner waiting to have a seat. We had a reservation for 8:30 and got sat at 9:00p. We didn’t have to wait as long as many other people; I will say when we did get sat, everything was Ok. Food was great, the salad bar was a little scattered around looking. But besides that, it was pretty good! Will probably go to the east side location the next time.

Food and atmosphere were quite good; however service was lacking and I thought it was pretty silly they couldn't accept my expired bday coupon despite our table being a 12 top. The amount of money they made on us and they couldn't even take $20 off. Sad.

11/9 À la carte flank steak, ordered medium rare to rare but got medium well/well done instead 11/10 went again today. I ordered 1lb beef sirloin and 1/2lb leg of lamb, and received more lamb than beef, neither was over 1lb. Meat is nicely cooked though. Hope to-go service quality can improve.

First of all they sat us right by the door and it was cold out. They had tons more tables open in the restaurant so I asked to move. The food was excellent. The waitress cared more about the party next to us than us. Why couldn’t she grab my play while she walked by. I sat with dirty dishes in front of me for 1/2 of my stay. It’s really not that hard to clear dishes, I used to waitress. It was my boyfriend bday and my mom bought a tiny cake and we could t even really celebrate it with dirty dishes all around us. Not good when you spend over a hundred dollars for dinner.

Caution. Don't go if you are looking for amazing food, go if you are looking for a fun experience. Also maybe because it was a week day at 6pm but the meat hardly came around. We never saw the same meat twice. Our server was amazing. The hostess was arguing with a customer on the phone when we walked in and she was rude/abrasive. Highly recommend the Brazilian cheese cake. For two people who each got a drink, dessert & full dinner was $166. The price didn't match the quality. Fun to try but we will not be returning. Thanks for the experience

I gave it a 2 star because they was able to accommodate my large party even after reservations was messed up. Service at this location however was extremely slow with both food and drink refills. After getting home, I also noticed I was charged full price for my 6 and 9 years old that was supposed to be half. Definitely a huge difference between this location and the ones in Houston Texas. Food was great as ever though when we did get some.

I get that St. Valentine's Day is busy but maybe taking walk ins while people who made reservations at the beginning of the week is a bad business practice. Had a reservation for 745. It was 815 and people who had reservations for 715 were just being seated while walk ins were seated almost immediately for some reason. I will not make the mistake of reserving for TdB again. Nor will I make the mistake of coming back to the Westlake location again.

Our service experience was terrible. First, it took a while for our server to greet us after we were seated. He apologized, said he was in the back, and didn’t realize we were there. Then he took our drink order and never came back. We were sitting near the bar and saw when our drinks were made. They sat there for 25 minutes. I finally had enough and was going to go up there myself to get them as soon as the bartender came back. Finally, as I was getting up, another server brought them to us. By that time the ice was almost fully melted. My boyfriend was out of water for a while before he went up to the bar to ask for a refill. Another server told him she would bring a pitcher to our table and refill our water. At that point we told her we had been ignored by our water since he took our drink orders over 30 minutes prior. She told us he was dealing with another table wanting separate checks and was busy. I asked her if we were supposed to get the mashed potatoes, bananas, etc brought to our table. By the time she went and brought them to us, 40 minutes had passed and we were upset and done eating. She eventually got our server and when he came back to our table, it had been close to 45 minutes since he was last there and took our drink order. He was apologetic. He did explain he was having issues with large party he had wanting separate checks. I understand that, but that does not change the poor experience we had. We were completely ignored and had to take it upon ourselves to find other people to help us. The manager came over and took our drinks off our bill because I explained how the ice was almost completely melted by the time we got them and took 15% off the bill. The staff doesn’t appear to work together or help each other out, and the guests suffer. Our table was right next to the bar. The bartender had to have seen those drinks sit there for 25 minutes, and had to have known those drinks belonged to us. She could have brought them to us. It would have taken her 20 seconds. Instead she just let them sit there. Our server could have asked someone else to check on our table if he was too busy. He could have taken 2 minutes and brought our sides and drinks and then go back to dealing with the check issue with the other table. Instead we were completely ignored. Even with the discount, our bill came to $105 for the 2 of us. We definitely did not get a decent experience for that price. In a positive note, the food was good and the meat guys were great. They were always coming around. That is why I rated the service a 2 instead of a 1. I went a couple years ago and the place was packed. Today, they were less than half full on a Saturday night. I assume there is a good reason for that. I doubt will be back. There are much cheaper restaurants that offer a much better experience.

It’s really sad and embarrassing to me how I came here for the first time with 8 of my family members to celebrate my birthday (8/19) and not only did we wait for over an hour to get fillet after the out it in the order for us, this was what the waitress brought out for me. Everyone has cocktails, and we all bought desert spending close to 800$ between all of us. This was disappointing. When my family members spoke to the front manager or host, he smirked as if it was a joke. I’ve never felt so embarrassed. Do better. This was a terrible first experience

Shorter woman brown eyes brown hair at front desk working togo's cursed in front of guests and was unprofessional 2-14-26 5:50pm. I understand it's valentines day but under no circumstance do you curse in front of guests.

I tried to keep an open mind going into this place. This place is soo horrible. The steak taste like it was cooked in water then put on a grill ..... Totally Disgusting. We spent over 200 dollars for 2 people. I will never go back .

We knew Valentine’s day would be busy, but being sat for a 7:30 reservation at 8:30 was a little crazy. Workers were cussing and arguing visibly in front of the guests. Had to ask three times for the temperature of our meat to be how we liked it just to get told by our server “it’s a busier night we might not be able to” 😂 She also disappeared and after waiting almost 15 minutes for sides and 25 minutes for our check to be picked up, we left.

Food was good when it was brought around, service sucked was slow and took 20 minutes to get drinks and then 20 more minutes to get my cocktails also had a 30 minute period where we just stopped getting served food all together when we weren't even close to done so we just ended up asking for the bill and leaving, unfortunately this is the 2nd time in a row like this so I don't think we will be back. Not worth the $145.99 we spent.

DISAPPOINTMENT. If you are like I am and expect a company to live up to what they have offered on their website then please DO NOT GO HERE! 20% off when you sign up for their rewards program and dessert/ something special offered for anniversary and/or birthday is what is clearly in print. Neither one was received and I was totally ignored when I brought it up. My husband and I went here for our 10th anniversary. We'd heard good things and decided to give it a shot. I signed up for the rewards, made reservations for an anniversary dinner. We were seated promptly when we arrived. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. She explained how dinner would go and left to get our drinks. We headed to the salad bar. Everything looked lovely. I tried the shrimp salad and charcuterie items. The first shrimp I bit into was mushy and the olive has a pit in it. I spit both into my napkin. I was immediately turned off of the salad bar. While we were trying our salad bar items the gouchos started coming to our table. Our red/green cards were flipped to red. We had to go get a plate from the salad bar just to get the meat that was being brought over. It was one right after another. Which would have been fine but we weren't ready and didn't have our sides on the table yet. The waitress came over apologized for them serving us before we were ready. The pork ribs and drumettes were the only meat items my husband and I found pleasing. We were seated for an hour and a half and never had the same meats come by twice except for the picanha. We ordered dessert to go and got our bill. No 20% off and no special thank you for spending our anniversary at this establishment. Worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. I would not recommend. I wish I would have read other reviews before going to Texas de Brazil. If you want an upscale establishment that is true to it's word and cares about its reputation than I would highly recommend The Angry Bull in Huron for the best steak and prime rib.
