Pulled into an empty drive-thru at night and didn't get any response from the speaker. There's silence for 3 minutes and I pull up to the window to pick up my online order. Told that I have to let them know at the ordering screen first before pulling up to the window. Food's fine but that is some jank service

Most of the younger staffs here are pretty courteous. However one of the older lady in the back, she's really rude. I just got in the bathroom for 5 minutes or less. I was washing my hands getting ready to come out. That lady knocked and yelled really loud. I asked who is it. She said you need to come out. I said OK let me wash my hands. She kept on banging on the door and said No you need to get out now! And kept on knocking. So I came out and ask her what's going on? She said he's waiting. He came after, someone is in the restroom I am sure any normal person would just wait their turn. That's normal. Why she had to drag me out like that after 5 minutes and when I was washing my hands ready to leave. She told me not to come back here anymore. I hope she's not the manager there, because this behavior seems a bit abnormal. I asked for her name and she won't give it to me. Perhaps she knows the owner doesn't come that often that's why she can scream and yell at customers at the top of her lungs whenever she wants for whatever silly reason and nobody would know.

My food was so soggy. I order my meal with regular fries I get it with nothing but curly fries. The food is soggy and looks like it’s been out for ever and got the scraps. Pls do better

I come here after work on a weekly basis , because I love the food. Unfortunately, I will no longer support this location, due to rude customer service, and lack of basic fast food skills. The drive thru employee who works later in the night, who never has a smile on her face, and will never put the sauce you ask for in the bag, or napkins is really something else. There will be zero cars in the drive thru line, and the employee will take the order incorrectly, then get mad at you for “correcting” their mistake. This is a reoccurring habit, and is unfortunate to see this employee be miserable in life. The Del Taco down the road from here is much better!

I go to this branch twice a week with my daughter and we order two meals and they always ask us what we like with the order, ranch or ketchup, but today I went and ordered two sandwiches and asked the lady who works there to put ranch sauce with my order. She said I have to pay for the sauce. I told her I always order and get free sauce with my order. She spoke to me in a very rude way and when I told her I was here yesterday and got free sauce she said to me okay I will check the cameras and I left disappointed and really I will not go to this branch again.

The manager needs to step it up honestly there where hardly any customers and workers in the back doing there thing i asked to use the restroom they gave me the code and when I walked in it was disgusting really there's hardly any customers at this time nor cars in the drive way and you don't have the audacity to clean the restroom ??? I took pictures if I could post them I would too .!

This is a good place and the food is good but the service is horrible because when i asked them i wanted to order a 8 piece nuggets combo and they gave me to go and when i got home i was ready to eat and when i opened the box it was a regular cheese burger and the fries were soggy. The food was okay but they got my order wrong.

This Jack in the box is so bad when they filled up the French fries or curly fries. I pay extra $3 more for a curly fried, they only filled just barely enough to top.and all of their curly fries are broken in small pieces. This is second time it happened to me. I wish I can upload the pictures. Very disappointed of this location

My brother and I was in the mood for Jack in the Box today so we visited this location since it was a convenience location to where we were going. As for food quality, it was up to standard compares to any other Jack in the Box that we had. But for customer service, it was a whole different standard. When we got to the location, my brother needed to use the restroom and it was an “emergency”. The restroom was locked. So we asked the front counter lady, Rosario to let my brother use the restroom since he really needed to go and it’s an emergency. She replied, “hold on sir”. We patiently waited, there were 2 customers before us and she took her sweet time to take their orders. When it was our turn, I said again, “can my brother uses the restroom, it’s an emergency”? She replied: “are you going to order?” “Of course,” I responded. She finally opened the restroom door. My brother barely made it to do his business. I understand that restroom is for customer only. But we were customers and it was an emergency. Does this lady not understand what “emergency” means? My brother who is 14 could’ve done his business at the lobby because he was holding for too long. His face was pale should’ve made it obvious. We will continue being Jack in the Box customer. But this location at the corner of McFadden and Brookhurst will no longer get our business.

Very bad service, didn't get a receipt, didn't get my order correct. When I got home realized my order was partially wrong. When I drove back to confront the issue, the supervisor got defensive, and wouldn't give me a discount. The guy named Armando in the drive through claimed I had only ordered one bacon cheeseburger when I ordered two, and I made sure he put down two. He said yes. When I went back he said he had only heard me order one. I would highly recommend not going to this location. Due to the fact that they don't work with the customers. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in their customer service. I also think they need to re train ALL their employees in customer service. It's not the first time the employees have messed up on my order, where I had got home and had to drive back. I have been a manager as well as a supervisor, and the employees I had on my shift had better customer service than this Jack in the box location. I was always taught in my line of training and work at fast food restaurants, that customers are always right. That if an employee messed up on an order, we gave free items,or a really good discount. And I didn't get that here. I was really disrespected and degraded as a person as well as a customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.
