Cute family owned restaurant and they welcome you in like family too! They are friendly and help with recommending dishes. My friend got the steak and it was juicy and tender and I got the fried tempura and it was so good and flavorful. Restroom is very clean. Will be coming back again!

We had a seafood hot pot, fried intestines, and this amazing chicken covered with onions and greens. Every dish had some great flavors to it and those 3 alone fed 4 hungry people. We ordered food trays for party at home. Very good fried rice, garlic beef, grilled squid, chicken salad. I dont like the fried shrimps but they taste good. Will order them again for party.

Posting on behalf of my aunt who dined here: Group of 17 people, bill over $600. They ordered bo nuong, bo bit tet, goi ga xe phay, pho ap chao, tom hum trung muoi, com chay, lau. Basically everything on the menu tasted delicious. Great place to gather with friends, family, colleagues. They received a live violin session to celebrate as well and loved it.

The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming — he personally cooked the dishes we ordered (everything was delicious!) and even surprised us with a beautiful violin performance. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and such a unique personal touch made this place stand out. Our group gives it 5 stars and we will definitely be back and recommend it to friends. Highly recommended! 🎻

i’m from VA and I come to Westminster CA very often and every time I come, this is my go to Restaurant & Lounge for great food, very friendly environment, service is awesome. and the owner is very sweet and supper nice. Always give me warm welcome and make me feel good and happy. Many options of good food, great karaoke and fun dancing, recommend to call ahead to reserve your table for dinner

My experience at LV Restaurant & Lounge was disappointing, to say the least. Despite the rave reviews we had seen on Facebook, our family's catering order left us thoroughly unimpressed. We typically order from Tram Chim restaurant and have always been satisfied, but we decided to give LV a chance based on the buzz. We ordered combo #1 for our small family gathering, spending around $300 for 5 trays of food. Unfortunately, none of the dishes lived up to our expectations. Here's a breakdown of our experience: 1. Salt & Pepper Shrimps: The shrimp were far from fresh and lacked the expected chewiness. Freshness is key with seafood, and these shrimp just didn't meet the mark. 2. Fried Rice: The fried rice was bland and lacked any distinct flavors. It didn't resemble the house special, salted fish, or crab fried rice that we're accustomed to from other restaurants. It tasted like a mishmash of white rice, butter, and fish sauce, with a large fried egg on top. 3. Salt & Pepper Squid: The squid were also bland and overcooked, resulting in a chewy texture. This dish was far from enjoyable. 4. Shaken Beef: This was the low point of the meal. The beef had no flavor and was severely overcooked. Despite the abundance of garlic in the dish, none of its flavor came through. It felt like they might have used frozen garlic, which affected the taste. 5. Chicken Dish: The chicken was the most tolerable of the bunch, but still didn't compare to the quality we're used to from other restaurants like Lam Van or Tram Chim.

$80 for frozen soup and only mustard green vegetables. Never come back.

When we found out the walls had wet paint from what I assume to be some renovation, all she said was “sorryyyy” in a very sarcastic and insincere tone and dismissed it by asking us what we’d like to order. She also took another table’s utensils to give to us. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting, not to mention the food takes forever to come out as well when the restaurant isn’t even busy. The bathrooms are filthy as well. I would highly recommend everyone that avoids this place.

The employees clearly didn’t care because of the tone they spoke in.
