This MCD location is near the Westminster & Goldenwest intersection. Separate parking lot for dine-in and mobile order pickup. It can be messy to park with how the lot was designed. Indoor dining area is cleaned and spacious. Family with children will appreciate the separated enclosed dining area with playground equipment. Bathroom needs more attention....

Earlier today at a McDonald’s location, I witnessed a deeply troubling situation involving a customer and a staff member. The restaurant was nearly empty, with no other customers visibly present. A young person had briefly rested their feet on a seat — not causing any disturbance or damage — when a female employee approached aggressively and, shockingly, struck them with a metal rod. There was no warning, no attempt at a verbal resolution — just immediate physical violence. The force used was completely disproportionate to the situation and, frankly, inexcusable. The victim was clearly stunned and in pain. To make matters worse, the overall service at this location was already poor. The bathrooms were locked, and when the victim tried to use them, the doors wouldn't open. No staff made any effort to help or explain the situation. The entire experience was hostile and unsafe. It raises serious questions about employee conduct, management oversight, and basic customer service standards. An immediate investigation is needed, and accountability must follow. No customer deserves to be assaulted over something so minor

The only reason I stop at this McDonalds is because its near my house and its open early. But the last 3 times I went through the drive through, I've found egg shells in my breakfast sandwich. I dont know about you, but that's like finding food wrapper in your food. How can such a large chain have so little quality control? Teach your cooks how to Crack eggs and leave the shell out. Not that hard, my kids can do it.

Unfortunately, the fact that this McDonald's nickels and dimes you for additional condiments is ridiculous. But they don't all seem to be on the same page as the majority of the managers are very customer friendly, but there's some managers that don't provide good customer service.

This location continues to have issues with their "system". 2nd occurrence within a few weeks. This location is 24 hours, I went early morning, about the time they switch over to breakfast. Approx 4am. Told at the drive-thru that their system is down. Told cash only, cant use points accrued through the app. Or order any special pricing items from the app. This appears to be because they are switching over to breakfast and are using that time to get breakfast items ready. I didn't have enough cash, couldn't use my points, and, I wanted to get a coffee (reduced pricing through the app), but couldn't due to the system being down. They need to come up with a better method.

Check the McDonalds app and it showed that store is open for Christmas's morning so went ahead and placed an order. Showed up and there are a lot of cars and ppl waiting outside with their mobile orders but the store is CLOSED. The app finished the transaction, took the money and ppl r now stuck outside without their foods. There are no way to dispute the order on the app either. Guess I just have to call my bank and file a chargeback
