We love meatball subs, on Italian herb, and cheese bread with lettuce. 🍅 spinach. Olive american cheese toasted with Chipotle sauce, lil mayo , which is very delicious

I visited April 13, 2024 @ 9pm It was very clean. The lady’s had great customer service skills. Very nice experience. I was so happy they had the Pretzel sticks. Thanks ladys.

My husband and I went there last night, we wasn't sure what we wanted the lady working I think her name was Amanda was very helpful.. it was her and a young man working and they were kinda busy but we really liked how they kept everyone happy while waiting for our food. Big difference from a few months ago. Another better..

I tried the 6" monster and it was very good. My wife had the chicken bacon ranch and it was a lot better than it had been in the past. My son got a ham on Italian he really liked it and he is a very picky eater. There was mud on the floor but they started cleaning it up as soon as they got a chance.

Not sure what the deal is with the manager here, but every time I come in she gives me dirty looks and is very unhelpful! I love Subway, but I'll be taking my business to a different store.

Placed order for a couple of trays from out of town via EZCater on their website, for a gathering there in town. Sandwiches were ready and bagged, right on time, beautifully prepared, and my guests raved about how fresh and good they were, and especially how soft and good the bread was. So appreciative as this was an important family event for me - people who hadn't gathered in many, many years. I picked them up myself and didn't need the delivery. The lady at the counter that Monday morning was kind and courteous, and most helpful! Much appreciated!

Such friendly staff!!! Im super excited for their new protein bowls!!! Same meat as a footlong without the bread! My soup was piping hot and I loved how the store was decorated for the Holiday!

I visited this location on recently and overheard one of the workers making monkey sounds towards a man in the lobby who was a person of color. I myself am a person of color and have previously had an amazing experience with another worker, Taylor, so I’m greatly confused how this establishment allows racism to be spread by others when there is already very few that actually treat customers humanely. The racist worker goes by the name of Silas. It’s so unfortunate that getting great food comes at the cost of the color of someone’s skin.

We came to this Subway today in Westminster, SC. We have never been here before. I wanted to share our experience. 1st we pulled up at the drive through and to my surprise there was actually a menu and a speaker to speak directly with the employees to order. This was Awesome however, we opted to go in. The customer Service was Amazing, the food was So fresh! The bread was fresh and still warm. I was So pleased with our meal. The service was quick and excellent. Jeremiah was So kind to us, I am not sure if he is a manager but he should be. I say this because I have worked years in the customer service industry and it doesn’t matter what the product it’s how you are treated as a customer. Thank You Subway for hiring Jeremiah and Thank You Jeremiah and the team for the excellent service and excellent food you gave us. We will drive from Seneca to come back to the Westminster Subway! Thank You and God Bless.

My wife used the app to order as I was on the road. I got there just about the time the order arrived. Two young men greeted me and took care of us at the drive through. They were both so nice! Kept me informed as things progressed. Had not been in a while, will definitely be going back soon!

This is a good local Subway, clean, good food, friendly staff and seems well run. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for people that aren't local because of the location of it, parking can be a little confusing. Otherwise, for local people, it's great.

Very dissatisfied with the "new" Subway. At most, I saw basically the same stuff... just rearranged and described differently. The biggest change made was a price increase. Not impressed Subway. All that said, I still eat there.

(3.5)Good..not great customer service. Place was clean with decent bathroom. Staff greeted customers and got orders right. Just need to work on the time spent with each customer, so food is not sitting idle on the counter too long.

Let's talk about the subway for a minute. I've lived in the town most of my life and I've seen the subway go through some changes. Their lowest was when they had the garlic butter and there was a guy that couldn't tell the difference between the sizes of scoops, I set my sandwich out for 2 days and it was still soggy and wet. That's beside the point let's talk about tonight. The young girl that is obviously part Hobbit and has red hair and blue eyes it was her second day working there according to her own words, she did a good job with our sandwiches too spicy Italians extra meat she got a little excited with the handfuls of the peppers and onions all in all it was a good sandwich. To that girl please learn portion control and try your own food, anything you do you will Excel.

I got the subway club.My complaint is about the little girl making the sandwiches with that big nose ring hanging on her nose .It is so Gross! I'm sure she needs the job ,just get rid of the nose ring please.

We order on line and they say food is ready at 7:30 pm and was ready until 7:45, then none of the subs have Lettuce and olives

The owner charges eight dollars, or the price of a veggie sub for a loaf of bread she pays 99 cents for. I've spoke to numerous owners, and they charge the Is equivalent of three cookies. I know there are many families with children with autism that love the Italian herben cheese, but aren't paying seventeen bucks for two loafs of bread. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to make a couple bucks of a loaf of bread, it stead of possibility throwing them away at night.

This trip was terrible. I've never been charged for water($2) the churro was tough and what wasn't tough snapped like hard pretzel. I should have sent it back but I'm not one to complain.

Ordered online. Tea tastes like it has chemicals in it. My sandwich was missing the cheese. Would have been a one star, but the food was ready when I got there. Pizza sub. Where is the meat?

Got my bread and noticed how the bread seemed smaller than usual which the employee agreed with before saying a lot of them looked smaller so she grabbed a bigger loaf for me. Then I asked for a melt but was ignored. Won't be getting my favorite anymore unfortunately. It's just not worth it anymore.

Unfriendly staff. Cold food even after I ask for it to be toasted. There is just no quality or good taste in a Subway sandwich. Only reason to stop was there was no line and fiqured it would be quick.

Went there Saturday, unfortunately the service wasn’t as great as when I go on other days. One of your staff members, Alister if I remember, gave me attitude which was quite displeasing to say the least. Food was fantastic per usual though!

Closed 1 hour early according to hours posted on the door. Was still in there but doors locked. Will NOT go again. They have done this way too many times. We can't depend on them to be open during posted business hours.

Went to the drive thru window and the 2 kids inside looked at us and continued putting cookies in the oven. Never came to the window to get my order.

I just want to say what poor service. I sat in Drive thru waiting for someone to to take my order, no one ever came over the speaker. I sat there for 7minutes, before driving around to the window. Where I sat waiting. I understand you can get busy, but the polite thing to do is to let your customer know you will be with them asap. I sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. When they finally came to the window they acted like they didn't even see me. I asked if there speaker worked they said it broke this morning! Well put a sign up letting customers know to drive around to window were they can take your order!

I used to love this place and previously worked here but this past couple months I haven't go a a single time and gotten my sandwich right. I'm just going to start making the extra drive to Seneca to get my food right. I shouldn't pay extra for avacado and it not be on the sandwich. I call and the only option they give me is to drive back and them add it onto my sandwich, I'm not driving 20 minuites and wasting my gas for them to fix their mistake.

Everytime I go to the Subway in Westminster, I get terrible service. It does not matter which day I go. I wait a long tine at the drive thru. Most of the time without any response when I pull up to the speaker. If I do get a response from the speaker, then I’m holding for a long time before someone takes my order. Today is a good example. I pulled up to the speaker and waited for a couple of minutes with no response. Thinking the speaker was broken, I drove up to the window. Three employees looked at me through the window and not one person opened the window to take my order or even acknowledge or apologize to me. Theyjust all turned away and looked at me like I was crazy. This is not an isolated incident. The long wait and terrible customer service has happened many tines. The bad part about it is, I was the only car in the drive thru and there was only 1 car in the parking lot. So, I am done with the Westminster, SC Subway. If the owners want to know why they aren’t getting hardly any business, because they look hardly even open most of the time, they need to either train their employees better, or hire more help.

I know a person very close to me who recently went to this Subway for a job interview and was told because of their learning disability that they would not be hired. Companies all over the world find positions for people with disabilities, they do not tell them you can't work here because you have a learning problem. There are better ways to handle situations like that.

1out of 10 times you will get good service here...blame it on short staffing..I think not if your to busy to offer good service just close your doors. I'm not saying I mind waiting but a simple hello in the drive through or will be with you in a minute would do.

Would NOT recommend at all! They never get your sandwich right in the drive thru. And when you go inside they act like your bothering them. They are not friendly at all.....if you want a personally made sandwich I suggest driving the extra few miles and going to Seneca!

Prioritize drive through and mobile. Stood in line for 26 mins to order a 6 inch. Had to walk out because my lunch was almost over. Ridiculous when there is 6-7 ppl standing in line. Terrible service.

She then proceeded to tell me they are out of juice boxes that I can have chips and an applesauce instead of a drink with the kids meal that I purchased.
