Yet another iconic Starbuck's site, while a cut above regards to both the neighborhood and the city's location. Of course, this store offers the Starbuck's food & beverage items most everywhere, and the recently "Happy Hour" weekly promo, so it remains to whatever the facility can provide to local "color," and Pico Blvd. is certainly vibrant! The really _only_ issue is their "miniature" parking lot which significantly competes with the drive-thru lanes! Still, highly recommended.

I am all the way here for getting my drink and leaving. The fact that there are no tables and chairs indicates that is exactly what this location is giving. There is also a drive thru, which might get a little tricky during high traffic times. The staff are polite and there are all the little Starbucks items to purchase, such as bags of coffee and cups. Do any of us really need any more cups? We don't need, but we definitely want.

Im an early riser and this place is open super early!!! Score!!! Sammy is the girl I usually see in the morning at the window and she is a delight!!! She's in a good mood at 4am!!! And Victoria makes my drinks perfectly. I use the drive thru as its a little sketch in dark hours. The line builds up fast here so take that into consideration.

Great Customer Service but this neighborhood is not safe. Got robbed in the parking lot, smashed rear window of my car, worst experience to be involve in car burglary or theft, please be very careful. The Starbucks employees were kind enough to help us with some gloves and trash bags to help clean the car.

This location is very busy however they have employees that work the parking lot. On busy days there may be two or three people helping out. The service is top notch, employees super friendly and helpful with suggestions.

You have the best staff, ever! These guys and gals are the best. They were so helpful and very sweet when I came in to pick up something I had dropped the night before on the parking lot. They remembered me and they were very accommodating.

Service is good. Parking is available. There is also a drive-thru. I would have given them five out of 5 if they had Vegan options for their food or snacks.

I've been going to this Starbucks for 2+ years at least 4 times a week. Overall the food is great. I've had a few oops where they didn't double the cup of HOT tea, or the lid was not secure and wasted on my car. I was not happy. But the staff is great...so I could kinda overlook it... Wish I knew the gentleman’s name who rang me up this morning. Only reason why I asked for a receipt. No such luck on name, just Drawer:1 Reg:1 CHK671758 7:14am, if this helps establishment look at camera footage. He is a five star, truly exceptional barista every single time I go to this location. Always doing something, never idle. He greats every customer with courtesy and respect. He makes all orders on point. Today he was wiping the tempered safety glass that separates the customer from the back of the coffee bar. Everyone was working at their stations, filling orders. It was busier than usual at this time. He stopped what he was doing when he noticed coworkers in the middle of their tasks and went to the register to take my order. Multitasker at its best.

Smaller set up that can have a pretty large drive thru line. But service is fast and staff is great!

This is a relatively new Starbucks. The service has been great. The drive through people are professional and they are happy. I have enjoyed all of my visits there.

Very nice employees, but the lack of star is due to the restroom not being cleaned regularly. The soap dispenser is broken so I don't know how employees are washing hands, and there was no toilet paper. However there was toilet paper on the floor.

I normally order one of the Keto hacks, and they have never got it correct. To their compliment, they always fix it. To their detriment, they always have to fix it. I go here a few times a year, and think they are fine for regular orders but it is not worth ordering anything special. It is really annoying having to go in after sitting in the drive through just to fix an order. I give them a 3 as they do make many mistakes, but are polite and competent on the re-make.

As a neighborhood resident I would like to see this Starbucks improve their outdoor/ out front appearance. Change two issues; not allow homeless to beg at the drive thru driveway. Needs a security guard. And place a trash can out front, store trash spreads out all over the area. Appreciate regular landscaping and an effort to pickup trash in parking lot.

My order was questioned at drive thru pickup window after paying. The second drink was incorrect and tasted like 👎 . Once my drink arrived I tasted and guess what? It was bland with absolutely no espresso shot mostly syrup and tons of ice. Mediocre quality and service but the good news is the place was clean.

Did the vente cups get smaller or is it just me? At the very least I expect a full cup and this is what I got. Disappointed and, these new tops are hard to drink from since I like my coffee extra hot. I only get Starbucks these days when I'm traveling but maybe I should reconsider even that.

The Drive-through was fast but no restroom. I picked up my drink and parked in the parking lot to use the restroom, and I was told that the restroom was not available. How can you serve a drink and not have a restroom available for your client?

My fiance's car was broken into and my purse was stolen with content worth $5000 :(( Parking is very poorly lit and the security camera covered only the other half of the parking lot. Avoid going here after dark.

Unpleasant employee claimed that a sign on the door said that masks needed to be worn while one was sitting at a table with a purchased beverage, at any point that one was not actively sipping said beverage. No sign on the door said such a thing – – just that masks needed to be worn in general. When pressed on the point, supervisor James said it was Starbucks policy. Starbucks corporate did not reply to a tweet asking for clarification. Throughout James's diatribe, a lady had been sitting at her table the entire time, working on her laptop maskless. I guess James applies the policy selectively? So the entire thing seems completely arbitrary, a real disaster for this Starbucks location, and a terrible look for James. EDIT: just went by again today, two months later. Now nobody at the tables are wearing masks. James says now it's fine, although the law is still exactly the same. James did not apologize to me. Really such a bad vibe at this location that I just left again.

I have to be very honest. I have never been a huge fan of Starbucks and the reason why is because I don’t love the quality of the beverages. I popped in yesterday while I was waiting on my Lyft and order their Featured Beverages Almondmilk Honey Flat White but unfortunately they were out of almond milk, then I asked for the other one Coconutmilk Latte, they were also out of coconut milk. I asked what other alternative to milk can she offered me and if they were going to replenish them momentarily and she suggested soy which I can’t drink soy and in regards to the almond and coconut milks they were out for the day and the next day they’ll bring more! It was only 11:00 am - I ended up ordering the Honey Citrus Mint Tea it sounded great since i loved teas!! I am not sure how they prepared it but it taste like a cup of honey sweet as fake! Cough syrup tasted better! I left with a bit bitterness in my mouth and not much desired to comeback!!

Worst experience at a starbucks to date. My cold brew was so opaque that it looked like brown water - I could see clear through it to the other side of the cup. They constantly get orders wrong, even app ones. This location was never great to begin with and it has only gotten worse. With the machines making the coffee, you would think it would be easy enough to simply put it together in accordance to the printed list.

Stopped here with my 5 year old son who had an emergency bathroom need and was told the restroom was for employees only and they wouldn’t let us use it. I tend to love going to Starbucks and purchasing coffee on the regular. Not so much this time around. We arrived and proceeded to go up to the register, but we were completely ignored for an irregular period of time. The lobby and drive thru weren't busy at all (one customer inside and one car at the drive thru). We finally got attended, but right away, the barista told us to "just a moment" as she proceeded to go check on the hot,coffee machine. When she finally had "time" to attend us properly, I gave her my custom order for an iced-coffee and she told us that she could not upgrade us to a Trenta, due to it being just for iced-coffee (um...we did order one ... But I shrugged it off and told her a venti would be just fine) I also asked if we could kindly use the restroom, to which she proceeded to tell us that it was not open for the public, only workers. IDK what kind of establishment this is for them to have locked restrooms up front that paying customers cannot use. The worker told us that if we need to, there is a McDonald's around the corner. Will NEVER be back to this horrendous location.

Terrible customer service. I walked in ready to order a Venti drink — one of the most expensive items on the menu — and asked for the restroom code while I was waiting. They refused to give it to me until I ordered, yet no one was actually taking orders. Multiple employees were just standing around. When I asked why no one was taking my order if I was clearly trying to order, that’s when the employee gave me attitude — and then refused to take my order at all. Before placing my order, I politely requested to use the restroom. ​A store employee (identifiable by a beanie and appearing to be in a supervisory role) responded by asking, "Are you actually going to make a purchase though?" ​This question was highly inappropriate and constitutes clear profiling and discriminatory behavior. I was dressed in a work jacket and boots, as I was on my way to volunteer at a local church food pantry to assist those in need. I firmly believe that had I been wearing my usual business attire, this question would never have been posed. ​Due to this unwarranted and discriminatory treatment, I was unwilling to complete my intended purchase. I immediately left your establishment and took my business elsewhere. ​This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable. I intend to share this negative and unfair experience widely within my network and will be advising others against patronizing your establishment due to these discriminatory practices. I went in yesterday around 4pm. They were not busy at all. I ordered a medium iced lavender cream oat milk matcha. I had one last week from a different location and it was delicious. As I was leaving with my drink, the guy said “bye Carol” I thought wow, really friendly service. As I walked and sipped my drink my stomach started hurting really bad.. That’s when I stopped and took this pic of my drink. He put to much lavender or something in my drink. I thought I was going to have to go to urgent care!! I went home and drank 2 bottles of water to flush out my stomach. Thinking back, he knew he didn’t make my drink properly. The bye Carol was as actually a smiling smirk. Be careful, be warned. I won’t patronize them again.
