From online orders, to drive thru orders, to my marinara- drenched teriyaki footling with extra cheese and right into the lunch hour walk-ins. Nonstop, well oiled machine! Great job ladies!

Staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. It's newly renovated so that's nice too. Sandwich artist get 5 stars. However, the owner loose one star because this location does NOT participate in the online app promotions. I'm not sure why but I would probably come more if they did.

The sandwiche on flat bread is great. I had gotten the pepperoni rolls. They were ok, but way too much bread for what little cheese and pepperoni they put on it, I had also gotten the pretzel sticks, which are always good dipped in the chat sauce... The employees were friendly and helpful...

The restaurant was clean. The bread was fresh. The sandwich maker was nice and worked fast.

Either the staff doesn't speak English, or they despise their customers.

Something did not taste good, I think the black olives were bad.

It was ok until baby roaches started crawling around the food. But hell I grew up in the country an I just ignored it.

Both employees went outside for a cigarette break, and when they came back in they didn't wash their hands before putting gloves on. One table had a dirty rag and spray bottle on it the whole time we were there (30-40 minutes). They were not that busy. Will not eat there again when those two are working.

When we finally got our order it was someone else's sandwich... Didn't take it back because it was a take out... I hope someone else enjoyed my sandwich!

Llegué a las 9:40 pm y me negaron el servicio por que ya avían cerrado faltaban 20 minutos para cerrar les doy una estrella por que tengo que poner una pero pésimo trabajo deben de cumplir con su horario es una falta de ética hacer eso a sus clientes

to be honest need better management in the staff never answers phone so how are there on time employees.

We love Subway, and have been dining the store on Richmand rd. for about 10 years. We've had good service for 8 or 9 years. Suddenly, the quality of the subs has gone completely downhill. Such A shame.

Brought our volleyball team in town and we stopped here because we always eat at this subway on the way. The store hours says it opens at 8, but when we arrived at 9:50 We were met by an employee waving and saying "no", then told by that employee that there was no bread ready and it would take 2 hours to make, along with various other items she claimed were not ready. Again, this was nearly 2 full hours after they were SUPPOSED to open. Happily taking our business elsewhere.

I didn't appreciate the worker leaving the neon "open" sign on but chilling with her feet up at 8:15pm with her thug crew in the dining area. All the lights on an nobody home! Could have saved me the trouble by turning off the OPEN sign... Supposed to be open until 10pm.
