Came in, ladies were hustling straight through the first minutes of rush hour lunchtime. Right at 12. These ladies didn't skip a beat! From online orders, to drive thru orders, to my marinara- drenched teriyaki footling with extra cheese and right into the lunch hour walk-ins. Nonstop, well oiled machine! Great job ladies!

This place was quick and by the look at it, clean as well. I had noticed that it has a pick up window for orders using the Subway app. Food was fresh like how they should be. I'll give it 5 stars.

Staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. It's newly renovated so that's nice too. Sandwich artist get 5 stars. However, the owner loose one star because this location does NOT participate in the online app promotions. I'm not sure why but I would probably come more if they did.

The sandwiche on flat bread is great. I had gotten the pepperoni rolls. They were ok, but way too much bread for what little cheese and pepperoni they put on it, I had also gotten the pretzel sticks, which are always good dipped in the chat sauce... The employees were friendly and helpful...

Food was good. They used the wrong scoop size for the tuna. The scoop is supposed to be bigger. The one lady kept acting like she couldn't hear me. Both employees went outside for a cigarette break, and when they came back in they didn't wash their hands before putting gloves on. One table had a dirty rag and spray bottle on it the whole time we were there (30-40 minutes). They were not that busy. Will not eat there again when those two are working.

Both employees went outside for a cigarette break, and when they came back in they didn't wash their hands before putting gloves on. We love Subway, and have been dining the store on Richmand rd. for about 10 years. We've had good service for 8 or 9 years. Suddenly, the quality of the subs has gone completely downhill. Such A shame.

Brought our volleyball team in town and we stopped here because we always eat at this subway on the way. The store hours says it opens at 8, but when we arrived at 9:50 We were met by an employee waving and saying "no", then told by that employee that there was no bread ready and it would take 2 hours to make, along with various other items she claimed were not ready. Again, this was nearly 2 full hours after they were SUPPOSED to open. Happily taking our business elsewhere.

I didn't appreciate the worker leaving the neon "open" sign on but chilling with her feet up at 8:15pm with her thug crew in the dining area. All the lights on an nobody home! Could have saved me the trouble by turning off the OPEN sign... Supposed to be open until 10pm.

I told the employee about both and helped him catch the one that was crawling around The employeee was embarrassed and I felt bad for him. it is not his fault that,that location has roaches. It all comes down to the owners of that location...shame on them, they need to clean that llace. NASTY!!!🤢
