Look at the door says closes at 10pm. Go in 9pm get food told to go outside and eat because their closing and need to clean at 9:15pm owner do you know they close one hour early on a SATURDAY NIGHT? I ask the girl I just paid 25 dollars you can clean around us we won't leave a mess. No leave now. Should be fired for kicking costumers out 45 minutes early when they door clearly says closes at 10pm

honestly everytime i come here i get more and more disappointed each time.took 5 min for an employee to even look over at the people waiting for online orders. on top of that, today was the first time i been asked to show them the order on the app, which is understandable bc i know sometimes people try to steal food, but i gave her my whole name and showed her the order but because she couldnt see the name on the app she wouldn’t give me my food. so i told her well idk where to find it, if you can find it even better and shes like well im not sure and starts scrolling on my app. okay so then if you dont know, how would i? so i pointed to the bag w my name on it and told her it was that one and she still expected me to wait for her to figure out how to view the name on the phone. another employee came and handed me the bag with absolutely no problem. he is the one star on this review lol. they keep hiring teenagers who don’t even know where they are standing, much less know how to talk to people for real. as someone who works in customer service, that is wild.

The employees are incompetent and can’t follow simple instructions. How can you mess up fast food when the order is right in front of you and it contains simple ingredients. Management is a joke and non existent. A blind person can read the order and prepare it better than the current staff.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Rude employees, dirty dining area, and poor food quality. I ordered on the app only to wait 25 minutes for the food to be ready and for it to be wrong. The steak was cold and they barely gave any steak for two bowls that cost us $30. Close this location all together, it gives chipotle a bad name.

I love chipotle, but today they had no steak working, however a grill full of chicken. The chicken was cut so much it looked shredded.. trash was so full it was spilling on the floor

Dustin, you’re the one star of this sad burrito story. My burrito was so pathetically small, I thought I ordered a vegan burrito by mistake. Dustin’s portion control on the chicken was an absolute crime more like a sample serving of a piece chicken that one would get at Costco . I’ve seen tacos with more ambition. This wasn’t a burrito; it was a wrap of disappointment. Dustin, you’re a pathetic excuse for a burrito maker, and I’m still hungry. Do better Dustin people are looking forward to these burritos and all you do is disappoint them and hurt them!!

I’m not sure if this lady is the new manager or what but she’s very rude and only nice to Spanish and white customers she’s not even nice to her own African American coworkers I have saw her say something mean to her Spanish coworker while being next to her African American coworker if this is the new chipotle I won’t be coming back

Came in today to get a salad, and when i got home and started eating my dinner, there was plastic in my food. This is very unsanitary, threw away my whole meal. This has to be the worst location I’ve been to.

Ordered a bowl on Uber eats with chicken cheese and brown rice. Supposed to be simple yet too much for them to handle apparently. No cheese, burnt chicken, and barely any food at all. What a joke. This is the third time I’ve had this issue, except the other times it was at a different location. I guess chipotle teaches its employees to cheat and screw their customers who aren’t physically seeing them put the food in the bowl.

One of the worst services I have ever received. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl for pickup. I even payed extra for extra chicken but when I opened the bowl after reaching home there was not even a single piece of chicken in it!! It is so annoying to find that the main item is missing from the food you ordered. On top of it I reported this back online as a feedback where I gave my cell number and email id to which I haven't received any response. Very unprofessional!
