We drove down here from our AirBnB in Cortland, NY and it was so worth it. Definitely the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to so far. Good prices and lot of quantity. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana which came with a side of salad and pasta and everything was awesome. Their fresh baked bread was also really good with the garlic seasoning. Great atmosphere and service. Highly recommend it if you’re on the way!

Our first time at Aiello's was a wonderful way too celebrate our 20th Anniversary ! Our server Sara was friendly, informative and made our evening enjoyable from beginning to end... So many menu choices with descriptions of each selection... I decided on the Sicilian Eggplant Parmesan and my husband had Veal Parmesan they were both delicious and portions sizes were Plentiful as "we needed To Go containers" and my husband really wanted to try their Pizza so with Sara's suggestion of the Nonna we brought a pie home with us ! Living an hour away....it was a great experience and we will be returning customers ! Thank You

Recently discovered gem. Been there twice. Atmosphere is great with a burning fireplace, nice music and comfortable seating. Everything we've had in both visits was delicious with nicely sized portions off of a nice menu selection. Prices were very reasonable. The waitresses, waiters and other employees have all been very personable and helpful. They're real people, not like some that are stiffly polite. We were carrying some things on our way out and one of the gentlemen ran and got the door for us. Based on these two visits they have bumped off our previous number one restaurant.

I had their garlic knots, house salad, penne a la vodka w/prosciutto + added chicken, rainbow cake and eggplant parm sandwich as take away. The garlic knots are a knockout. They are crispy, pillowy, generously buttered and seasoned very well. Paired with their marinara sauce, it's quite delicious. The house salad was pretty standard, nothing that stands out. The penne a la vodka was ok. The pasta was fully cooked, tender but not mushy, the vodka sauce was well seasoned, not too acidic, not too sweet and the added chicken was a bit more moist than expected for chicken breast with a bit of charring it tasted good with the vodka sauce. The rainbow cake was slightly dry but had good flavor. They were a bit slammed but that's expected for a Friday night and despite that, the service was still very good. I had a few bites of the egg parm sandwich and again the bread is really the star of the show. The egg parm and the sauce is really tasty and overall a well balanced, delicious sandwich. Will come back for the pizza next time and some garlic knots because you kind of have to.

Grew place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good food, very reasonable prices and great atmosphere. You can dine in or take out. Definitely coming back when I’m in town.

Wow I can't say enough about how great our meal was! First their cajun burger was amazing, their homemade meat mixture has the best flavor and juicyness! The caprese panini was so big fresh and delicious! Then we got a pizza to go, Wow the Aiello's buffalo chicken was so good! We were so glad we stopped and will definitely be going more often! Thank you, great food, and beautiful place!

Just ate at Aiellos for the first time after moving out of the area. Margret, our server, was a delight to have. The food was amazing; the French onion soup was the best I’ve had in a long time. And the lasagna was both delicious and huge. My only negative is that the parking is very limited, something they admit as you walk in the door.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here. Our waitress Ashely was very kind and attentive. The food was amazing. There was a level of nostalgia that brought me right back to being at my Nonna’s house having Sunday dinner. I definitely recommend this restaurant and if I could give it 10 stars I would.

We hadn’t been to Aiello’s in a long time and decided to stop there for dinner on our way home. We’re so glad we did! Our dinner was fantastic! The Eggplant Tower Appetizer Special was excellent! My Saltimbocca was so delicious and my daughter loved the Homemade Gnocchi. Our waitress was so friendly and the service was outstanding. One of the owners even stopped by to chat. We will definitely be back soon!

My husband, myself, and our two teen daughters stopped for an early dinner on a Saturday evening while in the area for a family vacation. Our waitress, Crystal A, was fantastic! It was a busy Saturday, but she took the time to answer questions and make recommendations for each of our meals. The rest of the staff was enthusiastic about the quality of the meals and desserts they provide, and we were frequently checked on, with beverages kept full. Everything was delicious, from haddock sandwich to eggplant parm, and other traditional Italian courses. Dessert was AMAZING! Everything was obviously homemade. The care is noticeable, and the effort is a delight to your patrons. Thank you so much for being an enjoyable and memorable part of our vacation! We will be back in the future when we are in the area.

I haven't been here in a few years. This hunting season, I was able to make it back, and we had dinner here with the group. The menu was smaller, but as expected, it was delicious. You can not find a better place for Italian food if you were in the 5 boros. From the moment you walk in till you leave, you're treated like family and who could ask for better. We had another Friday night dinner here this hunting season 2025, and the food and staff didn't disappoint. We all had various dishes and appetizers and it was all delicious not one complaint just a bunch of guys with full bellies. Great way to spend the evening before opening day.

I had lunch today with a group of 7 friends. We were treated so well by everyone! Such a welcoming atmosphere and extensive menu. The food was delicious, but the real star was Margaret our server. She was amazing! All the staff were polite and warm. I can't wait to return...will definitely ask if Margaret can be our server!

This has been a special place for us, since we visited on our wedding anniversary a couple years ago and discovered that it was founded the same year we were married. We got a coffee mug with our anniversary year on it at that time. Then, on our visit today, we also got a wine glass with 1982 on it to celebrate our wedding again. Margaret, our waitress, was very helpful. And the food was delicious as usual!

I occasionally take some of my people here for lunch, always have had a great meal. Portions are generous and there is a large menu to choose from. Meeting a sales representative from Montreal here today for lunch, sure it will be another a great experience.

The seafood risotto is a standout: creamy, perfectly cooked rice with generous portions of shrimp and scallops, all brought together in a rich, savory broth. It’s a dish that feels like it belongs in a much more upscale setting, but it’s all the better for being served without the pretense. The stuffed mushrooms are another highlight—savory, well-seasoned, and perfectly baked, they strike the right balance between hearty and refined. They make an excellent starter, but you might be tempted to order another round just because.

We are from Ithaca & we had heard a lot of great things about Aiello's so on our way home from Cooperstown we decided to stop & finally check it out. I'm so glad we did because we are hooked. I had the lobster bisque & the chicken saltimbocca & a side of pasta alfredo No complaints, everything about Aiello's is top notch. A definite destination. After about 10 more visits in the last year and a half it is still an awesome awesome place that never disappoints. The dishes were penne alla vodka & prosciutto and linguine Florentine. The drinks a Manhattan & espresso martini

Had a wonderful family get together at Aiello’s yesterday! It was very busy and I failed to make a reservation. They were still willing and able to accommodate our party of 6. We had the thin crust cheese pizza as an app. Flavorful and perfectly done. If you enjoy a spicy chicken riggie dish this is your place. Made with green peppers and cherry peppers, it had heat and flavor.

Had an amazing celebratory dinner tonight! Super accommodating with a wheel chair and an infant seat, didn’t feel squished in! Food was amazing, Megan always rocks at our drinks, Margarete is a blessing to have as a server and Lucca assisted with busing the table-he always is smiling. It’s also so enjoyable to see the owners walking around talking with guests and now to see the next generation joining in is even better. A true gem of a restaurant. In the middle of a long day we stopped for a quick lunch. Loved my pizza, and my wife's Greek salad with chicken was excellent too. And it was all really cheap! The service was good and friendly too. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Went here with a group of people for a Christmas Luncheon and the service was so down to earth and the waiters were so friendly and has that casual Italian charm that definitely left a lasting impression. The food is extremely good for the price they ask for and definitely worth the reservation and would highly recommend to go there at least once a month with family to enjoy a nice dinner. Wonderful lunch experience as we were driving up 81. I’m torn to choose the best part of my meal between the Traditional Carbonara, the amazing dinner rolls, or perhaps the best meatball I’ve had in my life. Nope, the best part was our cheerful, attentive, and informative waitress.

Aiello’s is a gem of a restaurant! The food is delicious, service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly…we had a birthday party there on 2/7 for about 30 people, and it was a hit! The owner Vinny helped us set it up and was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions…everyone raved about the food and great service! There were some who had not eaten here before, but said they would definitely be back! We highly recommend Aiello’s for sure!

Stopped in for lunch today and had the Cajun burger. It was delicious. The brioche bun was perfect, the Cajun sauce had the perfect spice and the roasted red peppers really pulled it all together. Burger may have been slightly over medium but still juicy and well seasoned. While I was waiting I saw people eating whole pizzas table side that looked really good as well. The restaurant was clean and the building was very cool. All the staff were quick and friendly. Can’t wait to stop in again and try other items.

First time here tonight for dinner with my fiance. It was absolutely awesome. From the second we walked in we were promptly greeted by Crystal one of the servers/bartenders. She was extremely nice and very helpful. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Very nice decor and the woodwork is amazing. We sat at the bar. We started with the stuffed mushrooms and a personal pizza. Both absolutely delicious. My lady had the penne vodka with shrimp and I had the chicken parm. Again fabulous. I can't say enough good things. The setting, the staff and all the food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Although we did have to wait 30 min passed our reservation. The hostess was incredibly accommodating. Dinner was amazing as usual & Tyler( I hope that was his name!) was superb. My family looks forward to many more Christmas Eve's at Aiello's!! PS; Please don't try to put a 300lb man in a booth. It's embarrassing to the person that has to say they can't fit!! We are from out of state and saw that they had good reviews. I'm so glad we stopped. We loved the drinks, the food, and the service! Our server Ryan was excellent 👌 We will stop here again when we pick our son up at college. We had an old fashioned and a white sangria - both were very tasty and a good size. We also had Ceasar salad with shrimp, onion soup, chicken saltimboca, tiramasu, a canoli, coffee, ☕️ and tea. Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to park our car close by in the parking lot behind the restaurant.

First time there. Big selection on the menu from burgers and salads to Surf & Turf. All of the food was really good - mostly Italian. Bar seating available in addition to dining rooms. We had a reservation, but it was the night before Valentine's Day. By 7:30 there were empty tables in the dining room.

This was an absolutely amazing place to go! The waitress were amazing, we even got to have some laughs. The owner was so funny and sweet and took time to speak with us plus he was helping move tables and joking around with the guest while doing it. It feel like eating a huge family dinner. I had the pasta with Bolognese sauce, homemade pasta. It was exquisite. The apps were exceptional as well. We were a large group, we met up there to celebrate a birthday. The guy who's birthday it was loves aiellos and goes there all of the time. Him and his son visit frequently. We are all from New Jersey and we work in Manhattan. So, we have all had incredible meals from the most competitive restaurants in Bergen county and New York City. Some of the best restaurants are in our area. So, there's a vast array of comparison. Some of the most incredible Italian restaurants are in Manhattan, and, believe it or not, Bergen county has incredible food, and a great diversity of food. We have access to all of the best Italian food restaurants. With that said, all of us have exceptionally experienced palettes. I'm Italian as well, and I grew up with some of the best cooks around, my aunts and uncles. My mom, of course, could make anything taste good. In as much, Aiello's restaurant makes the most incredible Bolognese sauce with their home made pasta. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Take your friends, take your family, take your neighbor. You won't be disappointed. Literally all of the appetizers we got were devoured right away. They also have a bar area. You can sit at the bar and eat. It is a trendy and comfortable atmosphere. The waitress was attentive, funny, and utterly adorable as a human being. It is totally worth a visit. I'll touch back with the next time I go and report on another dish on the menu.

Stopped there for lunch on my way home to Rochester. Remembered it from when I stopped there at the very beginning of COVID shutdown. It was one of the few places open along my route. Was impressed in 2020…and again today (11/3/2025). Had the Stromboli for lunch. Not only delicious “innerds,” but a great crispy/crunchy fresh-baked dough held everything together. Red sauce in a cup for dipping or pouring was excellent, as well. Excellent, friendly service. Sat in a corner table of the bar area (my choice). Very comfortable with two window views for natural light. I’ll have no problem stopping there again to further explore their menu.

So glad that I detoured to Aiello's Whitney Point on my drive from Syracuse. An even better choice was getting a slice of pizza "appetizer" before the chicken parm main course. All of the food was delicious, the interior was old-world charming, and the staff was cordial. I make it my mission to try new restaurants during my travels and am grateful to have gone outside of the box to try Aiello's... even if I needed a box to take home the rest of my heaping helping of delicious chicken parmesan and penne.

Aiello’s in Whitney Point is absolutely worth the visit! From the meatballs to the cannolis, everything we tried was delicious and full of flavor. How often do you feel like you were at home in a restaurant? We stopped here at the end of a long driving day, tired but also hungry. The server, Jessica instantly made us feel so cared about . She anticipated really everything we needed before we even knew we needed or wanted it. We started with the best chicken wings I’ve ever had- the wood fired wings. Then we ordered mains. Husband got broiled haddock which was very tasty. I’m on a no gluten diet do I got a burger without the bun. I was so delighted to see it plated with a great pile of fantastic cheddar and cooked to absolute perfection. Refills of drinks were constant and then…. THE CANNOLI !!!! Honestly, I go to Sicily a lot and this was JUST AS GOOD as any I’ve had there!!! Such a delight to be here. We will be back soon! Thanks Jessica!

This is a gem! The restaurant has three dining areas: bar, booths, and a fancy dining room. I didn't expect much when we went in. I was so surprised and pleased when I tasted my fra diavolo. The taste was so sophisticated and marvelous. The flavor of everything was simply amazing. Fries were perfectly cut and seasoned.(not too salty, yay!) Tiramisu was awesome with a sip of espresso. We went to the area for the library road trip, and now we'll plan a return just for the restaurant!!! The temperature of the food was extremely well maintained. For some reason the food stayed warm until we finished it, but no one got burned by the plates. The restrooms are well maintained. When Felicitá was played in the dining area, we all started to sing along. What a wonderful surprise we had!

Aiello's Ristorante was a pleasant experience and a delicious meal! This review was for a weekend evening between 6 and 8pm. The restaurant was very busy. We stopped at Aiello's with a large party to kick off the weekend with a friend from out of town. The restaurant did not have a table available for us immediately so there was a bit of a wait, which of course was not an issue for us and of no fault to Aiello's. We were seated about 15 minutes after our arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful during this visit, and did not keep us waiting. Our order was taken quickly, drinks were delivered hastily, and salad/bread was delivered soon after. Time from ordering to receiving our entree was between 15-20 minutes, a very reasonable time frame considering the meal included bread and salad first, and considering how busy it was. The bread here is fantastic! I could eat an entire meal of just the bread, it was delivered hot, fresh and it was incredibly moist. For my entree I ordered the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. The chicken was hot and juicy, and the breading was crispy and had good flavor. Overall my trip to Aiello's was very positive. I would recommend giving them a shot if you find yourself in town!

Excellent service. We were there st 4:00 on a Wednesday so the traffic was light. Lobster tail was cooked to perfection. Just enough sauce to compliment the dish without overdoing it. Seafood stuffing was good but not impressive.

I'd driven past this place so many times and finally got an opportunity to visit - I had called ahead only an hour for a Friday evening reservation and was surprised that they had tables open. Firstly, the food. I got a pasta dish that had an option for shrimp or scallops (with the scallops being quite a bit more expensive). I ended up receiving the scallops by mistake, and after some discussing with my server, they did end up giving me the shrimp price. However, I'm a little surprised that it took so long for them to comp me given that it was the server's mistake. With regards to the food itself, however, it was tasty and the portions were large. The bread that they provide is also tasty. One thing that I found to be troubling was how long the food took to take out- exceeding 30 minutes. We were hungry so that wasn't fun. Overall, I had a good experience but it was not anything special. The service was disappointing, but the food was good at least.

Had a hankering for lasagna, so we made a feast of it. Garlic bread pizza style, manboli, large pepperoni and sausage pizza, two orders of chicken wings, lasagna with a house salad, Italian dressing. More good to report than bad, so we'll get the downer side out of the way first. One dozen of the wings not fully cooked, the other perfect. The Italian dressing,,,, not very well spiced. Be smart wherever you dine, check the wings before serving the children. Bad stuff out of the way. I live 45 minutes from Aiello's, I will drive back and feast again! The lasagna was well seasoned, noodles al dente, meat tender and stringy cheese DELICIOUS! Best pizza yet for me. Loved the cheesy garlic bread. Manboli? Wow! My beastie in life, my bride loved the experience, the seasoning, most everything. We will be back. Dining experience also got the Kimba seal of approval. Only 4 stars this time, more on the horizon I'm sure! 👍

Food was really good and the portions were HUGE! Our waitress/bartender was attentive and quick, not to mention the drinks she made us were good. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a good Italian place to eat in the surrounding area.

Great food, nice people, but fence 3 hours for dinner. So, I recently took my and a friend's family to Aiello's after having been away from it for 3+ years. It was a tough service experience. While we were rapidly seated and gave our food and drink orders within a few minutes, after sitting there for an hour and a half without getting out meals....we left. Now, the good news is that, the folks finally had our meals ready as we were walking out the door and kindly bagged them to-go for us. A difficult situation as you can imagine, but the host and waitresses were polite and accomodating and, were generous to offer a 20% discount on the meal......they didn't have to do that, but it was thoughtful on their part. By the way, when we finally ate the dinners the next day, the food was terrific.....so food quality is not a issue at Aiello's. The problem is how we got to this point and, I believe the "owner's" frame of reference; I assume he was, he was an older [50+] guy . When I first went to complain, the "owner" tried to tell me that they only had the order for 45 minutes because he had "looked at the ticket" and that they had a "scheduling operation" that sequenced our meals for coming out shortly. Well, that was nonsense, but I wasn't going to argue about his viewpoint (a) without having any evidence at the moment; (b) given that he seems to be missing the point that his scheduling efficiency seems to be defeating the positive customer experience I was looking for; and (c) debate that with a guy who actually thinkgs that waiting 45 minutes for dinner was somehow reasonable. But, when the bagged to-go food came out along with the ticket (see attached), the time when the order was taken was clearly marked as 5:53pm and I pointed out to the host (the "owner had moved on) that the clock on the wall clearly read 7:24pm......hmmmm...sounds pretty close to 1.5 hours to me. Now, in retrospect, I seemed to recall a really long wait the last time I was at Aiellos, I'm actually glad to see the "owner" at his establishment, and the folks working there clearly wanted to assuage my aggravation. And we really liked the food.....the atmosphere is very nice too. So, I'll be going back, and I think the lesson here is to set my expecations (and I recommend you do so as well) for a 3 hour cruise. :-) Enjoy the food.

Chicken Riggies was excellent! It was quite spicy but others in our party got either Surf or Turf and loved theirs.

If you close your eyes and tried their food it's fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a little bit pricey and it seems that they rush when putting stuff together so if you want to share a pizza with some toppings, none of the slices are even remotely uniform at times, both in how they are sliced and how the toppings are arranged. We went there for Valentine's Day with the 8:15 or 8:30 reservation for the special dinner with a set menu and we didn't get our main entrée served to us until almost 11:00 pm... their lobsters are not Maine lobsters (cold water lobsters)but instead are Caribbean spiny lobsters (warm water lobsters) which, in my opinion, are not as good. I will continue to be there as they have the most delicious pizza in the area

Fair Italian food. The Sicilian Eggplant Parm is good, steamed oysters with butter and lemon good, Fra Diavolo is good although it was sweet, I expected it to be a little spicy and not so sweet. The macaroni and cheese is delicious! They charge gratuity for any "groups" over 4, I suppose. The first time I went , I was with a group of 10. The waitress said she couldn't do 10 separate checks that she could only do one check or, at most, two checks. Ok, NBD, we just put it on one check one person paid the whole bill and then we CashApp-ed the money to that person, there was a 20% automatic gratuity on the check. I went back in a few days later with a group of 5 and got the same response about one check. Five people is not a big group, that's 2 couples and a child. I think they only do that to ensure that they get a tip. Do people not tip anymore that now it is part of the bill? I wonder if I go in there with only my girl if she will still classify us as "large group". At any rate, it's the fanciest place to eat in Whitney Point, but there are places in Vestal and Binghamton that are just as good or better and I use the word "fancy" loosely. The setting is nice here, it's an old hotel so that's nice. They also do take out, you can get a pizza or anything on the menu to eat here. No dress code required.

We went at 6pm on Saturday and it was very busy and we had to wait for 40 mins. Definitely call for reservation or come after 7 (they had plenty of tables after that time). Food was great and the stuff was very nice. And over we sat down, the service was fast. Ask for bread as it's really good. The vodka sauce was excellent. The only criticism is that they should announce the market price when you ordering to absurd surprises. It can be quite a lot compared to other options.

The Cream of Mushrooms soup was delicious. We also usually get the fried mozzarella. The atmosphere can be stressful if you don't call ahead for reservations. Some things are somewhat dusty and inside is pretty chilly in the winter. But the waitstaff was very helpful and did an amazing job. I'm not a fan of this version of Chicken Marsala but it maybe a regional version. I prefer a less olive oil based sauce.

Chicken spiedie sub and French fries. The spiedies tasted liked grilled chicken and were slightly burnt. The French fries were soggy. Some very good (fried mozzarella) and some not edible. We travel past the area frequently and have wanted to try the restaurant for some time. Finally had the chance tonight. We both wanted to order a parmigiana dish but are watching our health, so we compromised and ordered the fried mozzarella and a salad each, with steak (my husband) and chicken (myself). The fried mozzarella was phenomenal! Their sauce is superb! We were looking forward to our salads. The steak and chicken spiedie were very good, as was the bleu cheese dressing. But, the salad greens were not edible. They had an extremely bad taste, almost like fish. Something was very off. So we ate our steak and chicken and left the entire salads. The waitress was inattentive, seemed rushed, a bit pushy with wanting us to order to rack up the bill, and didn't ask if anything was wrong, so we decided to leave it at that. The hostess was not super-friendly or welcoming, so we didn't say anything to her either on the way out. It was also very expensive. $62 for an appetizer, two salads and one soda. Don't mind if the food is good. We'd like to try it again and get some traditional dishes. Hoping next time is better!

The waitress gave me the center area near the kitchen door. There were like 5 booths and a center table. When I arrived, I was tired from driving. This appeared to be all family or children of employees? Not sure, However, there was lots of loud noise amongst all of them and action. One young girl was even lying down on the seat of the booth stretched out. Another young boy was eating by himself in another booth. All the people standing and moving around were loud. It was distracting. Nothing to do with busy waitress or waiters. Noise was all around from family that appeared to Stop By. Salad was great… balsamic vinaigrette dressing delicious too. They gave me exactly what I wanted in salad and left off what I do not like. Many restaurants mess salads up. They did excellent. The sauce was ok. Noodles ok. Glad meal was warm… most restaurants serve less than lukewarm in Binghamton. Meatball was ok, not very tasty. The sausage was chalky, fell apart and had a strange seasoning taste that was overwhelming. Sausage falls apart and I could see a dark seasoning that was like a bitter taste along with that chalky taste. I did not eat anymore of it. Waitress should have taken this off the bill Iin my opinion. I have not been there in years and always recalled how good it used to be. I ordered the wrong item it appears. Sad but late lunch. :(

Ordered a Caesar Salad and a Micro Brew Beer, then ordered a cheeseburger, one more beer. With hungry family at home, we ordered ahead of time a pizza for after dinner, a large 18” cheese, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza. Guess how much??? $67.37 plus tip!!!! Bartender was basic with no attentive natures, service lacking but excuses for everything but herself. The pizza had mushroom on 1/2, sloppy to say the least. Got home and ate a piece to find “SALT” front and center!! I’m disappointed and will think twice, 3Xs before I go back for that price and low service and Quality slipping! Charlie, you and your Brother are slipping on Quality my friend.

The food was good, but it took an hour and a half to reach our table. The steak was decent, but it wasn't worth the $40 I paid for it. The pasta sauce was excellent and well worth getting again, but the wait time? Yes, I get that it's busy. But an hour and a half? That would be extreme in a restaurant with double the patrons and half the staff. Maybe we'll try it again sometime when it's less busy? I dunno. It wasn't a great first impression.

Online pizza order for take out. Picked up pizza to realize that it was not what we intended to order. They offered to make it again, very much appreciated. They called back to say they were confused by the initial order and that’s why it was made wrong. Picked up the new pizza, tasted delicious. Surprised and very offset by the short, coarse hair baked into the crust. Not a winner for us tonight and unfortunately, we will just grab dinner someplace else next time. *Edit to add- I appreciate the restaurant offering a refund and a complimentary meal to attempt to make this right. I’ll pass on this. *Also thinking we should have made the 2nd journey back to return the 2nd pizza so they could verify that it was in fact hair in it as opposed to saying it’s a mushroom string.

My experience was lousy. Twice. Apparently Aiellos police is 5% takeout charge and tax on that 5%. They claim in person and on the phone that it’s to cover the cost of boxes. 2 weeks ago I received my Stromboli in a box and my kids meals were in separate boxes. Two weeks ago the “takeout fee” was 2.25 and this week it was just me . The charge was .70 cents. Instead of a box, my food came in a bag. Essentially I paid .70 plus tax for a bag. It wasn’t even the size of a grocery bag which were costing as much as.25 and as little as.05 cents depending on. The manager said the meal is the same price to “eat in”. When I mentioned if l eat in there’s no “dine in” fee to cover washing dishes. He said it’s a different atmosphere and I’m being waited on. Which would imply the meal should cost more but it doesn’t based on his own admission. He also tried to claim that the extra fee is included in the tip. Which doesn’t make sense since the waitresses receive the tips and not the restaurant. None of his comments or responses/excuses made any logical sense. Because he didn’t have a logical reason for the additional charges (fee plus tax) I won’t eat there again. I cans get more food, same taste for the same almost 16.00.. 14.00 + .70 =14.70+ 1.12 tx =15.82. I also read in their description “generous portions “. In the case of their take out chicken tenders, they’re not tenders or fingers. That are 4-5 balls of chicken. I had to Oder 2 orders of chicken and fries. Their takeout chicken and fries are 8-14 year old size. Not adult size. The price they charge for what you get is ridiculous. Again, I won’t eat there again. Dominic’s across the street has better tasting Stromboli and actually has chicken strips. But I haven’t been in that estate years as I witnessed the owner/manager curse in at a father in front of his young children. A sub at Gregg’s supermarket is better. Or maybe even Walmart pizza is better. Stromboli is nothing more than supreme pizza folded or rolled.

It took our food over 30 mins to come out, our food all came out cold, at different times and the sever had absolutely no care for the service. She got orders wrong, and when asked for a burger with NO tomato it came out with one then when told all she did was just take the tomato off and reserve the same burger on top of that when we asked for a side of pasta to go with our surf and turf she gave us someone else's baked potato then said oh and turned around and grabbed a COLD pasta plate and served it to us. Im honestly so so disappointing in the service tonight. They tried to offer a free dessert to compensate for the complete and under mess tonight on valentine's day.

The pizza while edible was terrible I miss the way they used to do pizza, the garlic knots are supposed to be light and flaky were in fact hard rolls, and the marinara was just tomato sauce overall this order was not worth the cost. If there is another option for pizza I won't be buying it here
