This was an absolutely amazing place to go! The waitress were amazing, we even got to have some laughs. The owner was so funny and sweet and took time to speak with us plus he was helping move tables and joking around with the guest while doing it. It feel like eating a huge family dinner. It was absolutely perfect we will be back so many more times. Thank you to this restaurant for giving me and my husband a amazing date night!
I had the pasta with Bolognese sauce, homemade pasta. It was exquisite. The apps were exceptional as well. We were a large group, we met up there to celebrate a birthday. The guy who's birthday it was loves aiellos and goes there all of the time. Him and his son visit frequently. We are all from New Jersey and we work in Manhattan. So, we have all had incredible meals from the most competitive restaurants in Bergen county and New York City. Some of the best restaurants are in our area. So, there's a vast array of comparison. Some of the most incredible Italian restaurants are in Manhattan, and, believe it or not, Bergen county has incredible food, and a great diversity of food. We have access to all of the best Italian food restaurants. With that said, all of us have exceptionally experienced palettes. I'm Italian as well, and I grew up with some of the best cooks around, my aunts and uncles. My mom, of course, could make anything taste good. In as much, Aiello's restaurant makes the most incredible Bolognese sauce with their home made pasta. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Take your friends, take your family, take your neighbor. You won't be disappointed. Literally all of the appetizers we got were devoured right away. They also have a bar area. You can sit at the bar and eat. It is a trendy and comfortable atmosphere. The waitress was attentive, funny, and utterly adorable as a human being. It is totally worth a visit. I'll touch back with the next time I go and report on another dish on the menu.
I gotta say the owner Vinny is a great guy! 😎 Just dined tonite had the chicken parm was absolutely amazing! The server Gina welcomed with a wonderful smile! was attentive and polite. Service was a 10/10 Atmosphere: Nice relaxing music They make you feel like family!! Thank you for a great meal! :)
Stumbled across this wonderful little slice of Italy on our way to the Finger Lakes. The homemade bread for the chicken panini was amazing, the chicken was tender and juicy. Margaret was an amazing server and Steve made a delicious cranberry apple margarita. We will be making this place our detour for lunch each time we head to the lake.
Stopped there for lunch on my way home to Rochester. Remembered it from when I stopped there at the very beginning of COVID shutdown. It was one of the few places open along my route. Was impressed in 2020…and again today (11/3/2025). Had the Stromboli for lunch. Not only delicious “innerds,” but a great crispy/crunchy fresh-baked dough held everything together. Red sauce in a cup for dipping or pouring was excellent, as well. Excellent, friendly service. Sat in a corner table of the bar area (my choice). Very comfortable with two window views for natural light. I’ll have no problem stopping there again to further explore their menu.
So glad that I detoured to Aiello's Whitney Point on my drive from Syracuse. An even better choice was getting a slice of pizza "appetizer" before the chicken parm main course. All of the food was delicious, the interior was old-world charming, and the staff was cordial. I make it my mission to try new restaurants during my travels and am grateful to have gone outside of the box to try Aiello's... even if I needed a box to take home the rest of my heaping helping of delicious chicken parmesan and penne.
Pretty good meal - sauce wasn't overly sweet or tart, went great with the cutlet. Buddy's chicken marsala also looked pretty good.
This place was recommended by a friend.secilian eggplant absolutely amazing. Could only eat about half as the serving was large. Waitress Margrette was very attentive. Stuffed shells so good my wife ate to much. My son had a personal pizza and brought home 2 slices. Thier sauce is unbelievable , will definitely be returning even though its over an hour drive just to get there. Real itialian food
Much better than any chain pizza restaurant. We had a mushroom burger and a personal pizza. Both were delicious. Staff were very friendly, and price was more then fair for the quality of the food and the generous portions. Plentiful free parking.
Our 1st time here, have drove past this place countless times and the wife has always wanted to try it. Kicking ourselves for waiting this long. The food was amazing 👏 their bread knots were phenomenal, Lobster Bisque 🔥 🔥 the personal pizzas had some of the best crust and taste to any pizza we have had since moving from the west coast. We will definitely be back and soon, per the wife 😆
Aiello’s in Whitney Point is absolutely worth the visit! From the meatballs to the cannolis, everything we tried was delicious and full of flavor. The portions are huge, so come hungry or plan to take some home. Our server, Margret, made the experience even better with her attentive and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back! Everything was so good we forgot to take pictures. Here is a picture of our the leftover homemade bread. Yumm!
Always try to check out the local places when travelling and found Aiello's on a search. What a great place you have. Great (HUGE) pizza! Great service! If you are new to the area, or just travelling through, give them a try!
How often do you feel like you were at home in a restaurant? We stopped here at the end of a long driving day, tired but also hungry. The server, Jessica instantly made us feel so cared about . She anticipated really everything we needed before we even knew we needed or wanted it. We started with the best chicken wings I’ve ever had- the wood fired wings. Then we ordered mains. Husband got broiled haddock which was very tasty. I’m on a no gluten diet do I got a burger without the bun. I was so delighted to see it plated with a great pile of fantastic cheddar and cooked to absolute perfection. Refills of drinks were constant and then…. THE CANNOLI !!!! Honestly, I go to Sicily a lot and this was JUST AS GOOD as any I’ve had there!!! Such a delight to be here. We will be back soon! Thanks Jessica!
The kind of place that still cares. A big, generous menu. Reasonable prices. Family-style service — the kind you rarely find in America these days. But what truly stood out? These people take pride in their work. They gave me a discount just because my pick-up order was running late. They know their customers’ kids’ names… even their hobbies. I bet this place runs near full capacity almost every day — and rightfully so.
I ordered the deluxe burger and fries it was absolutely amazing last month ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza and wings the wings were a bit hard but were still good note for the wings I don't have teeth so your experience might be different
Wonderful experience! Our server was Incredibly Friendly & she was Super Helpful! She went above & beyond! She even took a photo for us:) She asked at the start of order if we wanted separate bills even…& at the end of lunch she remembered to bring the piece of Bday cake I had called ahead to request & they added a delightful extra touch of decorating the plate with “Happy Birthday”! Our waitress even sang Happy Birthday to my daughter with us:) I didn’t pay the bill so couldn’t see but sure hope the tip reflected such Amazing service!!! The entire staff was very friendly! & the food was Amazingly Delicious! Thanks Again Aiello’s!
Great experience, the lounge is nice but we wish we'd have eaten in the dining room, it is beautiful. Wonderful service and the food really good to excellent. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza. Owner thanked us on the way out. Pretty sure we heard him speaking in Italian to another patron... It's that kind place.
This is a gem! The restaurant has three dining areas: bar, booths, and a fancy dining room. I didn't expect much when we went in. I was so surprised and pleased when I tasted my fra diavolo. The taste was so sophisticated and marvelous. The flavor of everything was simply amazing. Fries were perfectly cut and seasoned.(not too salty, yay!) Tiramisu was awesome with a sip of espresso. We went to the area for the library road trip, and now we'll plan a return just for the restaurant!!! The temperature of the food was extremely well maintained. For some reason the food stayed warm until we finished it, but no one got burned by the plates. The restrooms are well maintained. When Felicitá was played in the dining area, we all started to sing along. What a wonderful surprise we had!
Aiello's Ristorante was a pleasant experience and a delicious meal! This review was for a weekend evening between 6 and 8pm. The restaurant was very busy. We stopped at Aiello's with a large party to kick off the weekend with a friend from out of town. The restaurant did not have a table available for us immediately so there was a bit of a wait, which of course was not an issue for us and of no fault to Aiello's. We were seated about 15 minutes after our arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful during this visit, and did not keep us waiting. Our order was taken quickly, drinks were delivered hastily, and salad/bread was delivered soon after. Time from ordering to receiving our entree was between 15-20 minutes, a very reasonable time frame considering the meal included bread and salad first, and considering how busy it was. The bread here is fantastic! I could eat an entire meal of just the bread, it was delivered hot, fresh and it was incredibly moist. For my entree I ordered the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. The chicken was hot and juicy, and the breading was crispy and had good flavor. Overall my trip to Aiello's was very positive. I would recommend giving them a shot if you find yourself in town!

The Cream of Mushrooms soup was delicious. We also usually get the fried mozzarella. The atmosphere can be stressful if you don't call ahead for reservations. Some things are somewhat dusty and inside is pretty chilly in the winter. But the waitstaff was very helpful and did an amazing job. I'm not a fan of this version of Chicken Marsala but it maybe a regional version. I prefer a less olive oil based sauce.
