It has always been our Hot Dog Go-To restaurant in Whittier, and now we feel much better about it. =========================================================== If you are not concerned with Basic Food Handling Protocol, "THIS" is your place. However, if you think a Cashier should wash their hands, or wear gloves prior to transitioning to the preparation of food ==> You might want to pass up this place. They have no concept of Cleanliness. They actually acted offended when I questioned their lack of Cleanliness, even for Fast Food. You have been warned. Eat at your own risk.

I love wienerschnitzel. The food was great we got the crowd pleaser which was 4 chili dogs, 4 corn dogs and 4 fries all for $25 the service was kind and pleasant the atmosphere was good.

Today my wife Barbara Nunez and I decided we wanted to eat quick and simple. We chose the Wienerschnitzel in Whittier on Beverly Boulevard that we used to frequent before we had one in Pico Rivera. We decided to use some digital coupons I had downloaded to my phone to make the visit even more attractive, money-wise. It was a great decision on our part as we reached the door of Wienerschnitzel a young man came to open the door for us. I thought wow they have a doorman here who courteously opened the door for us. He helped us order with our digital Phone coupons which was even better for discount on our food order. After we ordered we found a table and sat down and waited for them to call out order. They didn't call out our order, instead another young man brought our tray food to us at our table. Wow this is really something, doorman and table service at Wienerschnitzel! doorman/cashier was Jessie, Nelson his supervisor provided the friendly tray service for us. These young men are polite and gracious and serving us. After all that we decided to have dessert chew Chocolate Sundaes also with digital discounts. Those Sundaes were great! Do yourself a favor stop by this I hope Jesse and Nelson Whittier Wienerschnitzel on Beverly Boulevard and treat yourself to a quick meal and maybe even a dessert. I hope Jessie and Nelson will be there to serve you. Great teamwork displayed at this Whittier Wienerschnitzel on Beverly Boulevard.

Customer service is great! Food is delicious!! The only thing is, that Wiernerschnitzel, as a whole, is expensive!! And at this particular location, the drive thru set up, is terrible, and usually pretty packed (especially at dinner time)…you will have to wait a bit…but everyone who works there, try’s their best!

Had not visited this location in months due to poor customer service and rude employees. My wife requested Wienerschnitzel this weekend, I drove thru and then needed to get off my vehicle and go inside. I interacted with 3 of the employees and we're friendly, personable and offered great customer service 👍 I'm going back this weekend!

Prices are good, place is clean, people are friendly and always have a friendly smile. Parking can get tough with only a hand full of spaces for their business. I recommend the drive-thru. Also, you might want to try the banana split while you're there. They are surprisingly good.

David an I usually get an all beef dog David currently likes the spicy Aussie dog an jalapeno cheese poppers. Tried some of the new pumpkin spice stuff they have and it was pretty good. Also tried some jalapeño poppers which were also good and a bit spicy. Service was fine I went through drive through so there wasn't much interaction but they did get the food out quick.

Yes it has changed a lot! We don't know how the food tasted, or how the service and the workers were. We had stopped to eat and had to wash our hands first (myself and a friend) we went into the restroom and it was discussing! Wet papers all over the floor, it smelled so bad we turned around and started to walk out. Instead I went to the front and told the work there that it was very bad in the restroom and blamed it on the homeless.

This chain has really gone down the hill. I know of one location that has remained the same. The Central coast is the only place I recommend because all else fails in regards to the authenticity of the recipe. Disappointed unless you get the regular dog on a stick. That's difficult to destroy but I have has some unsavory dogs

Used to be famous for inexpensive meals, this place is not a place to feel satisfied you're getting value for your money. Also, it took way too long to get 2 all beef chili dogs and a small fries. How hard can it be to put 2 hotdogs together. With one banana split, my bill was over $14

It was a weekday there was only one person doing front and drive-thru window. One person in back cooking. It took 15min to place our order, we only waited that long because we had nothing else to do. The place was clean, but I could tell it was stressful for them.

Used to be decent on the prices but everything has gone up including Weinersnitchel. 1 corn dog and 1 chili dog over $6. They have a special which is probably best thing to order. Mini corn dogs $8 for 12 best to get individual corn dogs. Drive thru is very narrow. Portions are small

I was like come on its late i came to get something to eat now i have to drive somewhere else thag is open just to buy something to drink now my food will be cold. Young lady was nice but her and the other girl mixed up 2 orders together they couldn't get it right .The man after me ,they were trying g to give his order first and he said ,She's been wiring longer... Was there a good 20 min just to get two items.Just three customers.

Small little place. Tables seemed like they hadn't been wiped down in a while. Cashier forgot to give us a lemonade that had to come from behind the counter. We went back up to ask for it and got to talk to the horrible manager. She said we already had a drink, and asked us if we wanted to buy another. We showed her the receipt and insisted we hadn't received the lemonade, but she just talked us in circles until we had to turn and sit at our table to avoid screaming. I'd make sure that they read back your order to you because they're not going to make good on anything they don't have to.

Not satisfied, i ordered there fruit drinks one strawberry pineapple and one pineapple not only are they more expensive then the regular drink but yet they only give me my strawberry pineapple and give me a lemonade. I even asked at the window for them to repeat the order and they still got it wrong but yet i still paid for something i didnt get. Good job wienerschnitzel 👎👎

Front door is locked but I see customers and employees. Employees look at me at the door but no attempt was made to open the door or explain. Customer finally let us in, employees know the door is broken but haven’t done anything about it!

Drove all the way over here for lunch for them not to accept my money cause the bills to big. For a place to charge 12+ dollars per meal you’d think they’d have change. No signage stating they don’t take bills over 20 either.

Great menu, prices, regular coupon offerings, plus a large + clean dining interior. However, my problem with this location is LENGTH OF TIME to fulfill an order + handing me THE WRONG ORDER. Friday 3:30pm I was 3rd car in the drive-thru. I stated my order twice, "Large Bacon Ranch Chili Cheese Fries" to the confused employee thru the speaker. After 7 minutes I thought "That first car must have ordered for a party." NOPE! - one small bag handed to the driver and off they finally went! It was 10 minutes when I got to the window + another 4-minute wait. When I was handed my bag, I repeated "Large Bacon Ranch Chili Cheese Fries, correct?" and 2 employees knodded their heads "Yes." NOPE again! - I drove 3 miles home with the wrong order! Weighing my options, I decided to: (1) Write this review to warn others, and (2) Never give my business to this location again. It's been said "Thank those who show up for work today" in these shaky post-pandemic times. I say paying these employees $15+ and hour to take this long for a wrong order, NO; I wouldn't even thank an employee for a timely correct order. I would thank them for a timely correct order with a smile and pleasant demeanor.

The staff lack the understanding of simple instructions. If you need to modify anything, forget that it will be completed correctly. Highly recommend getting food items that don't require any modifications. Apparently requesting no mustard on a burger equals add extra.

I’ve eaten at this location for as long as I can remember and there’s been problems before but today was ridiculous! It took 20 mins to get to the window and get my food. I see that there’s only 1 cashier working both the inside and drive thru. On top of that I waited at the order box for 5 minutes (having someone behind me pull out and drive away) for the cashier to just say a brief welcome not even asking what I wanted. I gave her my order and she asked size but then never asked for my drink option. I then sit at the window another 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me and still proceeded to go back to the dining cash register and then take another order from the drive thru. When I finall see her bagging my food up she brings it to the window and then put it down to go and take more orders. She finally asked for my payment. And then took all my food out the bag to put it in a different (same size) bag. I understand running all that by yourself is stressful, but to have someone so slow and appeared to be inexperienced running a FAST FOOD establishment was ridiculous. Either hire more people or don’t let someone like that run the ship alone. 06/15/18

Attention: The food at this location is disgusting and not fully cooked. The staff is unprofessional and the manager Kim is extremely rude. Don’t waste your time or money here. My wife went through the drive through at 9:30pm and server was being a rude obnoxious piece of, all because my drivers side regulator went out and cannot roll my window down which the server didnt believe my wife and gave her a smart remark since he thought she was yelling, and on top of that almost shorted us a corndog but brought it to his attention then got home and after asking for mustard i didn't recieve any at all, I live down the street and come here on a regular basis never had any problums till tonight, would appreciate this employee reprimanded for his unprofessional attitude!

Was invited by a friend for the "Chili Cheese Fries", he raves about them. To each his own. Love the taste & texture of the fries; But for me the price was ridiculous.🤷 I can fix a chicken, pork, beef hot dog w/ chili at home and make more for the price of one HOT DOG or Burger how ever combination they mix & match to sell for their prices. Too much FOO-FOO & NO DEAL since U asked me to comment. But the flavor is there. Too much for too little. Loved the shakes👍

Went in the drive thru a bit ago and there were soooo many cockroaches everywhere since their dumpster is right next to it! I was in a car with no window in the back and there were climbing all over!!! I was hoping the whole time that they didn’t crawl inside!!! I was too scared to climb out😣🤢It felt like a nightmare! Who pays a for a over cooked, possibly sitting there for hours all beef hot dog, makes me wonder what else the staff does, I can only hope they wouldn’t feed there family or any other loved one this type of food, made weird energy on a Saturday night 🤔 I’ll added this, had they just made a brand new one or told me to wait a min everything would of been just fine… but no they did this… with the sickness 😓 glad I spit it out
