Jack in the box is a good place to go to eat. The service is good and the food is good. During football season they have a deal that if the Rams score 2 touchdowns in a game, you can get a free Jumbo Jack if you buy a large drink.

Always enjoy my trip to jack in the box. Order my regular large ice mocha with two tacos. Never disappoints!!

Great place. Friendly staff, most of them. 24/7, inside and out. Good place to charge phone. Free wifi. Several people sleep in their cars day and night in parking lot but it is still a safe place. Its almost like home. Oh wait, I guess it is home for now. But come by anytime. Bring the mop water if you catch my drift.

They are so quick in the morning. Get you on your way in less than 5 minutes

In 7 years I think I've had one issue at this location, and it was a minor thing. The staff is always prompt and friendly, as long as you mind your manners (pretty standard in life).

This Jack in the box almost looks as if it is in the middle of nowhere. The workers are amazing and I ended up trying the oreo pumpkin shake per their request and let me tell you.. IT WAS GOOD!! Seriously you have to try it! Loved this Jack in the Box. If I'm in the area again I'll be back.

I've been trying to catch the name of an employee here because she is always smiling and is so pleasant to talk to and be helped by her. She is a middle aged to older woman with blonde hair. I always enjoy when I see you. Overall I like this location. They are usually fast and close to the High school where my student likes to stop off sometimes on the way home. The only thing I dislike is when you switched over your soda machine. I had to stop ordering drinks when that happened because it just tastes awful for some reason.

It’s Jack’s! Great corporate fast food. I hadn’t realized that prices could be so different between stores. This Jack has the sausage croissant for under $4. Big plus is very clean restrooms. Truck/RV parking friendly.

It's Jack in the Box so there is definitely better food out there but they are open 24/7 and the staff is amazing.

I go here pretty often, usually on lunch break. I appreciate that most of the time the food is perfect. I've had a few issues like dry or untoasted buns or just the entire wrong order. They seem to be training a lot so I often get greeted at the window, asked about sauce, then have the order handed to me by another person who asks about sauce again. Service time is unreliable. Sometimes lightning fast, sometimes I'm at the window for 5-10 minutes, or they make you pull up to the front. I suspect it's a corporate owned store though and what makes this a 5 star review is that the menu prices are $1 to $2 cheaper than the location on Railroad AND have the best promo items. Also be aware people aren't supposed to turn left from Bundy into here but it happens constantly. No fault of the restaurant that they're in an awkward location, just be careful when pulling in. People are crazy

This location has the cleanest building inside and out in our area. They are very friendly and the food always tastes fresh. Even there long wait isn't more than 8-10 minutes total so imagine when it's not busy. Very efficient and just over all very happy with the staff there. 10/10 would recommend!

Jack is always within your budget and depending on were it is located, that will normally give you an indication of what you can expect. I usually will do the drive thru, in shaddy cities. But overall Jack in the Box is a good clean establishment.👍

I think my boyfriend goes through this drive-thru 2 x’s a day on average. And I’m usually with him maybe once a day every other day. So I’ve had the drive-in experience a bit more then dine in, however we’ve eaten inside several times as well. The restaurant appears clean, the staff knows what they’re doing. And we’ve had not one problem with our order thus far.

I always special order my food and it is fresh and correct. On the rare occasion where I have to send it back with the appraiser are very courteous and kind to replace it. I've never had a bad experience here.

Getting pretty tired of pulling around out front to wait on my order, even when no one is behind me in line! I know you have to beat your window "waiting times" but it doesn't change the length of time I have to wait for my food. So your window wait times are a joke! Service was speedy, place was clean. Food was fresh and was as expected. Lots of parking, clean restrooms, and kid friendly. High chairs available and table service as well. I like the unlimited drinks and soda machine with just about every Coke product available. Right at the freeway exit, hard to miss and next to a gas station.

Jack in the Box must have changed its recipe from the last time that I had tried it. Years ago I stopped eating here simply for the fact that their burgers were over seasoned and I could not bear to eat them. They seem to have reverted to their original Burgers I used to love without all the extra seasoning. I got an ultimate cheeseburger and it was just how I remembered from being a kid. The system screen are conveniently always down around the same time every night. It's crazy! Del taco seems to always have that problem too! And the shake machine, don't even get me started. You really should just take them off the menu since people can never order them after 5pm. Thoseachines must be SUPER shiny since they're always being "cleaned".

The girl working the drive through around 4:30 am on 12/31/24 was extremely rude. I gave 3 stars because there have been many many nice employees there, but I just wanted to point out her bad attitude, her telling me that I can’t have a straw with my drink (she didn’t say they were out of straws, just that I can’t have one when I asked for one with my drink). She didn’t even want to let me order my drink, so then when I said never mind, because she was having attitude about me asking if they have diet sprite, she then said that I have to get a drink because I already asked about it… but then she says they have diet sprite, but rang it in as regular sprite and it tasted like regular sprite, so I spit it out because I have type 1 diabetes and some people ask for diet soda because they can’t have the sugar due to medical reasons, but she didn’t care. She also refused to give me ranch because I had already asked for ketchup. I asked for ketchup for my burger and ranch for my jalapeño poppers, but she said it’s one or the other… no one here has ever given me any of these problems except for her. A straw, two types of sauce, and asking which sodas come in diet has never ever been a problem for anyone else here. And she was mean the whole time too.

Get your tacos at another Jack in the Box. They pretty much scrape the filling in the shell and make up for it by putting a lot of lettuce in it. They dont have thier bad days when it comes to tacos, they do this all the time. So when it comes to giving them the benefit of the doubt with the tacos its always going to be the same. They have their good employees and on days they have the worse. Sorry, I dont like leaving bad reviews but this is definately something I want to give people a heads up about so they dont waste their money on the tacos like I do. Again, sorry, they have those employees on certain days that do a great job, just whoever is in charge of the taco portions must have issues.

Went through the drive thru to pick up my customers order today, as I spoke to the lady at the speaker I was clear that I was picking up a doordash, she said "ok you can pull foward". As I pulled up to the window I was then told I need to go inside to grab it. It's no big deal, but given the fact that one of them messed up they couldn't just hand it to me? Could of just said like "hey so we'll hand it to you this time but next time you have to come inside" ? Would that of been so hard? The lady also looked mad at ME and I didn't appreciate it.

Horrible Experience! A group (10-15) elderly customers go to this location almost on a weekly basis after church group on Friday nights. Like every week everyone orders and groups up a few tables to eat and chat all together. We finish our meal. And we start to leave. The cashier while taking an order from a customer in dinning room start yelling at Us. And walk out from behind the counter yelling at a group of senior citizens to put everything back like it was. Waited a month for them to fix EBT, no sign at drive thru saying drive thru EBT is down, so I placed order, went to pay and they said EBT is down must pay inside and there are signs on the menu, I said the signs must have been ripped off or fell off since they were there so long, I guess I cant count on MGMT to fix the problem after almost 2 months, looks like they don't care. Unfortunately the EBT at the drive thru continues to be broke after at least 3 weeks and you don't know until your in the drive thru and cars are behind you, last time I asked if I could order and come in and pay and was told no, this time I ordered anyway without asking if I could then they said for me to pay inside, then to add insult to injury I was missing desert in my order, please fix the EBT, I'll be going elsewhere, DART is still great.

Didn’t like this location. They forgot our waters, sauce, and they gave us tacos that tasted old. I had to go back for the sauce and waters but after I drove away and ate the tacos and noticed they were a little stale I didn’t want to drive back again. I tried calling the store multiple times but no answer. When I went back the first time the girl never apologized for missing some of our stuff and the girl in the drive thru didn’t have very good service. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I work at a different location so this was a bit disappointing.

If I could put a half a star i would. The dining room was closed so I was at the mercy of the drive through window. The sausage croissant sandwich was $8 and weighed about the same drenched in grease served with a gelatinous mass that was supposed to be hash browns. I had asked for the Sriracha sauce and got none. A simple request that was ignored by a rude staff member whose ambivalence was matched by a total lack of responsibility! How hard is it to place a packet of sauce into a paper bag? I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would not feed their food to my dog. Go to Farmers Brothers for two dollars more you can get a meal that is edible.

I used to love Buttery Jack, but when I order from here its the worst, Greasy with stale bread and almost no flavor sandwich, I feel like eating dried cardboard with oil. It lacks so much of flavor, veggie and dressing, and it was cold. Now I'm scared to order again to waste money.

The reason they give you a number to put on the table you are sitting at is for them to recognize your order & bring you the food. So as I took my son to wash his hands, I placed the number on the table as I was eating here. Come back, sit down & nothing. 5 minutes later, nothing! I over heard the lady saying ' I don't know what happened too them, they went to the restroom ". They didn't bother looking or anything, had to get up & get my food. The WORST experience ever!!!!! Cashier Brigid and "General Manager" Marissa were very unprofessional. I ordered my food at the cashier, Brigid basically threw my change onto the ground instead of handing into my hand. After screaming about the change, Brigid says, "What?" and never apologized (Must be a covid paranoia thing). After 20 minutes of waiting (I'm being nice on that, Its actually longer), my brothers number is called along with other guests. Once up there, he sees his order wasn't there so he waited patiently. However, other people's orders that have been called leaving with bags. Brigid continuously calls a particular number but its obvious she didn't check the bags or receipt and gave the orders to the wrong people. Now, my number was called and had my son retrieve the order to avoid further negative interaction with these nonprofessionals. Again, Brigid doesn't remember what number she called and demands to see a receipt from my son. I go up there and talk to General Manager Marissa and she has NO IDEA what shes doing. She checks a random bag and looks at Brigid with a perplexed look. Marissa screams at me and says, "Did you order a BBQ Sandwich?" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! She gets loud and I get LOUDER. ANOTHER guest who ordered his meal 5 minutes ago, comes back with a bag and says, "This isn't my order!!!!!" What a surprise, ITS MY ORDER!! Point in all of this.....check the bags before handing meals out!!!!! LOL then I ask MARISSA for the corporate number and she threatens me with the cops. SHES IN THE WRONG!!!!!! AGAIN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS!!!

Messed up my order.i had to say it three. Times when I ordered he couldnt understand me thru the speaker box.i repeated myself three times before he finally heard and acknowledged that I wanted a number 6 no mayonnaise. That's it.what did I get? I'll be damn if I didnt get a number 6 with plenty of mayonnaise. The fries were not hot like they should have been. I called down there and talked to a girl very polite she fixed the matter.

I ordered a deluxe fish sandwich small combo, add onions, swiss cheese instead of yellow, and onion rings. I was called back to the window to be sure I wanted raw, not grilled, onions. What I finally got was a bacon double sourdough melt, no cheese, with onions, small fries, onion rings. And there was no diet coke in the dining area machine. I took the sandwich back and told the man behind the counter I had ordered the fish. Ok, after I finished the fries and onion rings, I went back to the window and the same man grabbed a bag and handed it to me. It was a double fish, no onions, with yellow cheese. I was angry and told him it was not what I'd ordered. He argued with me. I pulled off what I could, one piece of cheese, and took off the second cheesy fish to take home and give to the cats. After choking down the single fish sandwich, I was still angry and went back to the window. Pretty soon he came back and stood there. I asked politely to have the order rerun to see what the overcharges were. He took my receipt, worked at the register and handed me 68 cents, not looking at me, but turned away. My order number was 423, since I didn't get my receipt back.

I just went to this place and ordered 2 burger combo meals. They made me pull around the front to wait. While I was sitting there I saw a sign that said they are hiring for $15 an hour with 401k. I sat out there 20 minutes to find out they gave my food to someone else. What a joke. You are not with 5 bucks an hour. GO BRANDON!

They are not open 24hrs as Google maps shows. The lights were on everywhere inside & door open/unlocked @ 445am Sunday morning. As i pulled the door open to enter because it looked like it was in operation, a light skin heavier set older lady sitting at a table dressed in black uniform told me they were closed. She added that they would open at 6am, which sounds to me they didn't want to work. Either they have to update their time on Google maps ( not 24hrs) or employees have to be ready to work when they are scheduled to do so.

I live half a mile from this location and use DoorDash often. I have never once received the sauces I selected for my items! Additionally, I often don’t receive items, or like tonight, I received less than half my order. They don’t answer the phone if you try to call, and if you go in to get the sauces you ordered, they are INCREDIBLY rude. I normally just chalk it up to a one time thing, but today was at least the 7th time. Honest opinion, I rate them 0 out of 10. If you want Jack in the Box, it’s worth it to go to the Menifee or Murrieta locations, they are 1000x better.

Support tried calling them on the phone but they weren't answering so I was talking to support asking the questions that needed to be asked over the speaker & she impatiently told me to get out of her drive thru because her timer is running up (mind you NOT BECAUSE THERE OTHER CUSTOMERS CUZ THERE WAS NONE @ 5AM that day) instead of trying to find where the order was.

Shouldn't have to wait a half an hour for tacos and be asked to park in front of the building to be forgotten about, because the orders after us were to come first. I understand being understaffed and busy, but there is always a problem whenever visiting with this specific night crew. The other times are fine with the other people we know, always a problem whenever we seem to have one specific person managing the late night crews.

Went thru the drive thru on Jan 28th at around 11:15-11:30pm they forgot to put 4 tacos in our order. I pulled up to the storefront went inside (doors were not locked) spoke to the manager on duty who called me a liar to my face I went out to my car to grab the bag of food to show her our order and they locked the door so I couldn’t come back in. I then got back in my car and went thru the drive thru line again. When I approached the window she mocked me and continued to call me a liar and proceeded to mock a co worker. The last thing she said was it’s no money outta my pocket so I guess you can get 4 more tacos on us. Handed me the bag and slammed the window. What a disgusting display of customer service in a world where people need jobs. Shame on you Jack in the box.

I still like the staff that gets the order. I don't know what is going on with the kitchen area. They had buns that had been heated up before and not used and when they get served the buns are stale and hard.

Wasn't really happy. The ladies were to busy talking to each other. When the manager saw us, she asked if we needed help. She started walking towards us then stopped and started walking back to the back. Didn't say nothing to us. One of the other young ladies came and took our order. It took 20 minutes to get my order. The gentleman behind us got his food before we did. And to top it off thre got my order wrong. How hard is it to get 2 hamburgers, 2 cheeseburgers plain, and egg rolls wrong. I guess their were to busy talking to care.

They denied my Dasher taco sauce because of a Instacart order called the store and all of a sudden they actually have taco sauce. This is the fifth time that I’ve had problems with that store. Don’t ever go here again my pregnant wife specifically asked for them in the notes but when I call the store, all of a sudden they actually have it Most of their five star reviews are actually from family and employees so their four stars don’t mean anything.

Decided to get food after work ( 10pm)Went through the drive thru, placed the order and was asked to wait in the front for our order. When the food the food was brought out fries and onion rings from one meal were cold and also missing fries from the second combo (something is always missing, never fails) Before the employee made it back in the door we called her and even honked to get her attention to let her know we were missing our fries but they kept on walking and closed the door. They took forever to come back to the door and then another while to bring out fries. Then we get home and the salad my husband ordered was horrible! Tomatoes were bad and it looked like they just took chunks from the lettuce head and threw it in the container. Manager could also use a little customer service training.

Drive through order. The 2 females at the window were really rude and condescending. Food was cold even though I was told to go park in spot 1, which was taken. Overall it seems like they may be new or just overwhelmed? I'll try a different Jack or maybe just go next door to Popeyes instead. Oh well.

Like coming here because it's closest to my house but ALWAYS forgets something in my order. and then I ALWAYS have to come back for it. Then a guy comes out and asks me if I ordered the overload chocolate cake and I say yes. Come home to find out the only thing they forgot to put in there was the cake. Then I had to go back there again.

FOOD WAS PURE TRASH!! there is no other reason for my food to be cold and unfresh by the time it gets home other than, it was sold to me like that.. EVEN AFTER I ASKED FOR FRESH FRIES..... TWICE!! I live a block away.. this location is straight garbage.. DO NOT!!! I REPEAT! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!! Update: Tried to give the benefit of doubt. My girlfriend wanted Jack and yes I warned her. So we tried it again.. 🤦🏽‍♀️ But making me pull up to wait for my food just to give me cold fries is WILD!!!

My boyfriend went through the drive through tonight to pick up two of the ice cube munchie meals and when he got home, the fries were missing from one meal. We called the store and they told us to come back in, so we loaded back into the car and returned. I handed them the food and receipt and told them since it had been at least 30 minutes and the food was getting cold, I either wanted my order remade or a refund. They offered to remake one meal, which I reiterated I either wanted my ENTIRE order remade or a refund. They huddled and eventually told me they could not remake my order while trying to refuse the full refund until the cashier said “just give them the refund to make it easy.” The woman with the dramatic winged eyeliner roller her eyes and processed our refund while the rest of the staff spoke about us in Spanish. Suggestion for the staff, next time you’re mad that a customer isn’t just going to accept a measly handful of fries to accompany now cold food, don’t assume they can’t understand Spanish.

Oh my god. So greasy and oily the hash browns wont even come out of the paper bag its in. Horrible will never ever eat here again. The people were terrible as well. They always screw you in the drive thru. Great place to eat if your constipated .
