Great experience, we usually don't eat out too much at fast food restaurants, but we had a gift card for Arby's and wanted to use it. The cashier Adrien i think his name was, was extremely pleasant and helpful, he was very patient as we did not know the menu very well. Great job guys, you made a happy customer.

Wanted to drop a review to say that the employees at this Arby’s were refreshingly friendly. I feel like with these self-serve kiosks most fast food places have stopped showing hospitality to lobby guests. These guys greeted me and asked me if i needed anything while i was placing my order at the kiosk, which i really appreciated. The food came out quickly and hot 👍

Great experience! Last minute, we decided to get some food. I ordered a gyro and my husband got the fried turkey sandwich. Both tasted so good that you wouldn’t have thought it was from a fast food restaurant. The cashier was super friendly, and I had my food in minutes. Well done!

Love me a beef and cheddar or a French dip can't go wrong with Arby's unless you're their food is pretty good. Not a big fan of their new mac and cheese but my wife likes it.

Only got a 4 because, believe it or not, they were out of all the roast beef!!! Ended up getting the brisket. It was a little over done, dry, yet still had good taste luckily. Will be going back when they have "THE MEAT".

Being honest here.. they told us they had no roast beef. The order I did receive was not up to par for Arby standards. Management may want to investigate this. The smell of weed came out of the drive thru window today! Asked for curly fries and this is what we got

I recently visited Arby's and was extremely disappointed. The French fries looked like they were taken straight from the garbage—greasy, overcooked, and unappetizing. It’s hard to believe this is what they serve. I expected better quality from a chain like Arby's. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

As a long time Arby's fan I've never had a problem I love in fact Ruben sandwich so much I could eat every day at least two until I came up on this particular Arby's late at night. It's in the truck stop in Williams California that is part of a Love's truck stop and have been in multiple times after midnight waited 10 or more minutes for the people to come from behind the back only to get my order 20 minutes later ice cold and wrong. I've been in Arby's customer for almost 59 years. All your mega star reviews for daylight reviews anything at night was three or less mostly one. I walk in the Love's of three in the morning and they treat me like God I walk in the Arby's I have to wake someone up. I started in retail and became an entertainer and guess what the customer has to want to come back. I don't want to come back I just came in to show you these pictures of this empty he's in forsaken Arby's embarrassment to your company. It's crazy.

I spent almost $30 at this place. Went thru the drive thru on 7/1/22. I ordered a beef n cheddar combo because I love the red ranch on the sandwich. When I paid, the worker asked if I wanted any sauce and I requested a side of red ranch. When she handed me the bag, she threw in the arbys sauce packs. I said umm can I please have a side of red ranch that comes on the sandwiches. These packages are not red ranch, huge difference in taste. She scoffs at me along with a huge eye roll!!! This is what she hands me back as a side of red ranch in the plastic container. Must be a teaspoon or less. I don’t care if I have to pay if the policy has changed, but what a rude employee. Does she not know that consumers pays her wages? I don’t expect being treated so rudely when I spend hard earned money at establishment’s like Arbys or anywhere else. I usually never complain either but this container with a drizzle in it was intended to be a slap in the face to a customer! Thank you Sara for such tremendous Customer service!!!

Do not waste your money. I was very disappointed nothing was fresh. I should’ve known when it took literally 30 seconds for them to hand is our food. Crinkle fries were Luke warm like they had been sitting under the heater for a while. The bread was soft at least on y classic sandwich but meat was cool no sauce in the meat we had to ask for sauce and ketchup, very disappointed. Staff was not even friendly or courteous wasn’t even sure if the window dude could even speak .

We just came here to eat, ordered 2 lemonades and a handmade shake, a 2 for 5$ wrap, 2 baconator fries and an order of jalapeño bites. First they were very rushy, no one was behind or in front of us, yet they were asking every 5 seconds if we were ready or not, than we pulled up to the windows, paid, and they handed us a lemonade and the shake, than told us to sit at the first parking to wait. After waiting for a couple minutes, they gave us these incredibly small wraps and a strawberry lemonade that tastes like pure syrup flavor with a splash of water. I've been to a lot of fast food chains, and not once have they only given us a few of the drinks and then told us to wait.

At the time I pulled in for some fuel I was in to get a sandwich I've been driving for a while the atmosphere was okay typical of a truck stop style the representatives were very unpleasant the food was very not good very limited on quantity of food on the bun I wouldn't give it more than a one or two I've been a really good RVs in my life

Big ooph.. They had a new shift change and said they wouldn't serve us for 10-15 minutes. So, we waited. You'd think after the shift change you'd get fresh food but, no 😅. The fries were from last shift for sure, the sandwich meat looked..overcooked, floppy and sad. We go to Arby's when we can and it does not look like that.
