I'm from NY, so I'm pretty picky about my pizza, and I usually avoid out-of-state pizza at all costs. Its mostly garbage. But I broke down and figured I'd give Round Table a shot. For those traveling, it's definitely a huge step up from the Dominoes or Papa Johns we typically have to settle for when away from home. I ordered The Italian Supreme. The crust wasn't some wad of dough with ketchup on it. It was crisp on the bottom, with just the right amount of garlic. There was a generous portion of toppings, and cheese, and the tomatoes were fresh. When I'm rolling through Cali and I have the urge for pizza, I'd order from here again.

Pizza was great but their wings are where they shine. I'm an over the road truck driver and parked at the Walmart right down the road, they said they could not deliver to the truck for the safety of their drivers which I respect and understand. They met me in front of Walmart though which was fine. I will definitely order here again next time I'm in town.

Pizza was good. The claw matchine was broken and ate my dollar. It had no out of order sign. Great place to eat pizza and watch sports.

Pizza is okay but quite pricy. The salad bar gives you quite a bang for your buck though. My cashier wasn't very informative. Nothing special, but I would eat there again in a pinch.

We took a bunch of kids there after a soccer game.... I don't know how they do it with all the screaming. I pre-ordered several pizzas and once everyone arrived they started putting pizzas out. Pizzas were very good everyone was happy & full and we were able to have take home.... small parking lot but everyone fit. Handicapped accessible, clean bathrooms.

Food was great. The pizza seemed crazy expensive ($44 for a large!), but maybe I am just out of the loop and had unrealistic expectations. I hadn't been to a Round Table for years and wasn't sure what to expect, but my buddy and I were both impressed with how fresh and tasty the pizza was.

The food is great at any Round Table. But the price in Willows is crazy. I paid over $50 for a pizza that only costs about $35 in Fresno.

Good pizza but extremely overpriced for the amount of toppings they use. If you feed the family there expect at least a hundred dollar bill down the drain. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me.

Usually I have no problems with my delivery, but tonight that changed. I can understand if you are busy, but I placed my order at 5:38 pm. Was to be delivered, by their tag, by 6:08. By 6:38 my order still wasn't here. I called, was told "the driver was leaving now". By 6:58 still no order. I live less than 10 minutes from the store. I had to call and cancel the order. I will try again later in the month, if that need for a pizza hits me again. Not feeling it now. 😔

I love the boneless wings but round table is lackin'. They need to put more sauce on the wings!! Juice 'em up!

Pizza tasted great but it was lukewarm because the staff forgot to give it to me after it was already done for almost half hour. Came in, ordered, sat down and waited for about 45 minutes until someone finally asked me if I was waiting on an order. Not even an apology. Just tried to play it off like that mistake didn't happen.

Did round table pizza become little ceaser . It became really thin.

We arrived was not greeted attempted to make eye contact with no success. We then sat at a table servers walked by us several times without telling us you needed to order at the counter. We finally realized it by watching other customers coming in. A plain Xlarge pizza price was outrageous, the same size pizza at home is far less, all the food overpriced and mediocre at best. Greatly disappointed

Prices are not shared on the menu. Somehow ended up paying 25$ for a medium pizza. Check the website for deals or you will walk away feeling like you got scammed. Pizza was pretty good though.

Couldn't order over the phone with someone in the store. Pushed through a phone tree. Not even an option to contact the store. Food was delicious, price was high though.

Terrible service. Nobody knew anything about the menu or how to do their job. Customer Service felt non existent. Unclean tables and atmosphere. So sorry to see around Table Willows go down hill after years so many years under great management. What a difference good managers make.

Prices are way to high and I ordered two pizzas there was barely any sauce . Got no sauce for the bread sticks. And watch them making pizzas while they answered phones and dumped trash. But not once wash their hands.

Consistently getting deliveries hours late. Honestly ridiculous. Was told 45 min wait time. Called after pizza didnt show up after almost 2 hours. Told delivery driver just showed up. Would be a 15-20 min wait. Hour passes, still no pizza. Unacceptable.

Went to round table to enjoy the mnf and they can’t even get the game on tv they’re playing Sundays games spent 100+ dollars just to not be able to watch the game staff didn’t even know what to do with the remote or how to change the channel, came out with a funky remote so that we can’t watch the game

worst round table in the state of CA. Last 3 orders have all been terrible. Pizza “lost”. Or order “forgetten”. Have waited 2+ hours on multiple occasions just to call the store and end up not getting a pizza. Go anywhere else.

Ordered a medium pizza and 6 wings at 7:40 pm last night. It said it would arrive at 8:33 pm. At 9:30 I called to make sure they got my order they said I’m the next order to be delivered. I didn’t end up getting my order until 10:15 cold. I shouldn’t have to pay 30 bucks to wait 2 1/2 hours for cold pizza.

Words can't explain how bad the customer service is at this location. I'm a manager at a similar type of company and all I could say is WOW. Ricky was the shift manager and Maria was the cashier, they could use some customer service training. I will update this review later when I calm down and process this so that I can be more objective.

We were at round table in Willows ,Ca for grand daughter birthday party . The place was busy . The wait was long , cashiers were very rude and not friendly at all . One customer brought back their food because undercooked. Its was a terrible time . This took place on Mar h 29 , 2018 . They were busy back yet the workers were goofing off .

Horrible customer service!!!!! The pizza was cold, and I was denied complimentary cheese and peppers because my order was for pick up. They claimed it is round table's policy, and only for dine-in or delivery. Absolutely insane. If in fact this is their policy, it should be more clear about it during checkout. When I sprinkled some from a table, they threatened to call the police.

Charging 6 dollars for two empty to-go cups while I have already spent over 40 dollars for food. Very insulting. Employees need to learn better customer service and basic manners.

I was told my order would not be ready for 3 hours and when I got there the staff was just laughing and joking. Also a staff member gave me a 1 800 number to make a complaint. I always order here and tip above 10 dollars no matter the price. This is indeed the worst experience and unprofessional place I have encountered. Still haven't heard anything aboutthis. Six years ago, I gave this location five stars. I used to consider this place a high quality location. However, the service has gone downhill as of 2023. We've had plenty of issues with our orders as of late. My latest order has items missing, which was a major disappointment.

After calling the restaurant for said drink the lady on the phone seemed urgent to agree to give refund which I know ill never receive. The breadsticks look as if they were just thrown in the box and overcooked. Overall crappy experience for over “$45” worth of pizza. Will not be returning.

I'm literally across the highway and the food arrived cold for $62 and since when does pan pizza only come in large plus whoever preps your veggies needs retrained, I moved from California and was kinda excited to get a Maui Zaui and garlic twists since I used to work for Wyvern restaurants (Round Table franchisee) and am seriously disappointed. I had it delivered because I'm in a semi for those who might say why didn't I just go there.

We have been coming here for years and it has been a great place to eat. Lately Sunday night they have been closing earlier and earlier, came here at 8:30 and the blinds were closed and the open sign was off and the salad bar was taken down. Obviously they were wanting it to look like they were closed. After we tried the door and came in about 20 more people came in to order. So they just about lost a bunch of service. They need to step it up and stay open AT LEAST until their official closing time.

i went to this roundtable at the willows ca location and had the worst service of my life! there was a roach crawling on the floor as i was trying to eat my pizza which was doughy and took over 30 minutes to get to me... the lady who helped me i believe her name was lindsey was beyond rude she spoke to me with insane attitude and i don't know what the hygiene policy is at stores like this but the body odors were deeply concerning considering she's handling my food so this goes without saying but i will NEVER be returning to this location

The quality of the pizza is terrible now. They have gotten cheap and only use a small amount for the toppings. The pizza is often undercooked which can present a health hazard. The staff there is rude. This location is poorly run. Avoid at all costs.
