Order took quite a while to get when ordering ahead, the employees didn’t seem to bother helping with making the drinks just handing out cups. Near the windows there are hundreds of dead bugs. The food once we got it was fine, but just odd experience.

We were traveling so my 10-year-old son went in to order (he wanted to go). He went in and got stuck when placing the order on the kiosk. He went to the counter for help; waited for about 5 minutes; no help—no one even acknowledging him. He came out to the car and I went in to order from the kiosk and needed to pay cash. “Pay the cashier”. Stood at the counter 15+ minutes. One employee came to the counter to use the register for a credit card purchase for the drive through. That employee did not acknowledge me. Finally, after about 5 more minutes, I asked…”did you get my order?” She said, “no, did you order at the kiosk?” “Yes, and I need to pay cash.” She then took my payment and made my food. My issue is…why do employees ignore people standing at the counter?…they saw me…what happened to customer service?…totally ignore customers except to give them a bag. so frustrating!

It's been a while since I last tried Taco Bell, and for good reason. I don't want to denigrate the workers bit the food was incredibly bland. Even the spice was host spice with no flavor. The Doritos supreme was fine. The double stacked taco may as well have had no sauce between the tortillas. I really should have listened to the kid working there about the cantina quesadilla. Incredibly bland side from that flavorless heat. It just tastes like chicken. Basically, Taco Bell just doesn't care anymore. There are multiple versions of Mountain Dew in the machine but c'mon Yum! Brands. How about the gold Pepsi for those of us who can't deal with caffeine? Sorry to the guy who was really nice taking my order, but I'm not coming back any time soon. Not your fault. It's just that the corporation got lazy. Taco Bell used to have the real cantina menu with shrimp tacos and even briefly had street tacos. Nowadays? I'll just go up the street to one of the two taco trucks, pay less, and get more flavor. Remember when you had the cheesy need and potato burrito? That was awesome. It was maybe a buck. Now for beam and rice burritos you want $2.29? Seriously, come off it. I can get a cab of refried beans for $1.78, an 8oz block of sharp cheddar for $2.50, instant Spanish rice for $1.50, and tortillas for $3.99 and probably make at least 15 of those. For $0.65 a piece. You want 3.5x the retail price and I know for certain you're not paying that kind of money for the ingredients because you buy in massive bulk. And I hate beans anyway. Also can we cut out the brutalist corporate architecture? It's not pleasant.

Ordered a beef burrito supreme and a cantina chicken quesadilla at the kiosk. While picking up my order, the employee asked me what sized cup for a drink I didn't order. The place wasn't busy. The burrito was good, however the quesadilla was the most greasy, gelatinous thing I've tasted at a Taco Bell anywhere, served in a tostada pizza container, which I thought was weird. One bite and tossed out the rest.

This Taco Bell’s drive-thru is run by an AI. If you’re thinking about your order, it’ll keep asking every 5-10 seconds what you want and try to upsell everything. Aside from the nightmare AI, it’s a mid-quality Taco Bell with quick service. You’ll be able to consume calories on your road trip, at least, but honestly you’ll have better luck with quality and non-AI service at the Wendy’s across the street.

The last post was for Speedway gas next-door my bad!! But if you try to walk in here, don’t ask the drive-through girl no questions because she just looks at you like you’re speaking alien or you’re from another planet or something!! Don’t expect no assistance from nobody here at this Taco Bell don’t ask no questions they don’t wanna be bothered. I was telling The Dude that cooks there that I was a victim of a crime out front, if he seen anything and the drive-through girl was like yeah yeah yeah when she walked by, I wasn’t even talking to you hater! Also thanks for the lettuce taco I never had a taco supreme that was 98.5% lettuce just do us a favor demo this location to the ground so we just stop going here!

Counter employees have been replaced with kiosks. Just a couple of people working in back and at the drive-through. There’s a very good Mexican food truck across the street with better food and real people.

The food omg. We waited 15 mins for 2 tacos. The guy with the neck tattoo was super rude. The girl with tattoos all over arm was also rude. Dont ever , I REPEAT EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL. WORSE TACO BELL SERVICE OF ALL TIME. . I WONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO NOBODY . FOOD IS HORRIBLE HERE.

If zero stars were a choice, that is what I would give. The couple in front of us waited 20 mintues for some tacos. We ordered on the kiosk, not a system I am fond of. There were four employees none of them a making food. Our order was the only one on the board but magically two cars ordered and got their food before me. I said excuse me repeatedly but was ignored. I watched my burrito get made wrong. I asked for a manager, but never got one. I was told they were all busy. I was talking loudly to get their attention. I was accused of yelling at them. I did not. Some snarky little girl came over and told me she was going to refund my money and I was to go. I said yepp I am going straight to social media and the general manager. I have worked at many fast food jobs in the past. I could have done all four of their jobs faster by myself. Their customer service sucks. Not a huge fan of Taco Bell to begin with so no loss for me not to go there. Never got any food!!

Waited over 20 minutes for our dine in order. Once I asked for update all they said was "we are working on it" Basically skipped us didn't even bother to address the issue or acknowledge that if you order in they'll get to it whenever.

Idk how this Taco Bell has good reviews don’t even bother but anywhere nearby like willows or Chico etc is far better and gives you quality and quantity.. this place is so SKIMPY I’ve lived here for a year and a half and the manager trains them to make the food like this you can tell I’ve even called and questioned it politely and they were rude about it. The burritos and everything are tiny more tortilla than insides like an egg roll. Every item here is a small portion. And I’m not being picky go see for yourself. That new manager is a joke. Come here 2-3 years ago to visit family and you were full for $8-10. Update 1/1/2024 Excited about the new grilled cheese nacho fries? I was too. This is what $4.99 gets you. Remember that’s next to a small sauce packet. The cheese portion is great but where’s the fries?
