Starbucks

You should call this a Sunbucks because of how bright the workers and management here shine with their kindness. After a roadtrip visit, cramped in the backseat, I was able to stretch my legs and rejuvenate with a delicious Chai and a fresh smile following joyful conversations with staff. 300 miles up the highway I realized I had left something there. What do you know, they sent it over 350 miles up to me. They even offered to send it on the wings of a speedy flock of organic grain-fed doves, but I said mail would be ok. I'm just kidding about the doves. But this Orland CA branch is truly one of the brightest shining stars in the coffee shop galaxy, from my experience. Go see for yourself.

Employees were very kind, asked us how our day was, etc. Food and drinks were great, I definitely recommend going here!

Dropped in right before closing, staff were welcoming and polite. We ordered hot coffee, they brewed a fresh pot on the spot at 8:50 pm. The barista struck up conversation as it brewed and thanked us for coming. I’ve worked hospitality and know it can be annoying to deal with customers at the closing bell, but we didn’t feel that energy at all. Great coffee, great staff!

This entire team does wonderful and has great customer service. Today I noticed the employee with a hat working the drinks for drive through. It was suuuuper busy. We see how hard he works daily and deserves recognition. The entire team is always in great flow. Thank you

I was feeling tired. Stopped here walked in and I was up had to walk out with a frappachino java chip. Starbucks is always clean. Peaceful , and brilliant. Love it

The kindness of the staff is what sticks out in a positive way. Many of them have made some wonderful attempts to get to know me as a person. Those that do call me by name when I enter the Starbucks It is the cheers of coffee places

We always stop here. These folks remember their repeat customers and never get the order wrong. They offer smoothies, hot, cold coffee, tea and various other drinks as well breakfast sandwiches, pasteries, yogurt, fruit, cold beverages. Pretty large parking, pretty large inside. Easy to see from Hwy 5 as well as easy access on & off freeway.

Crew was nice and friendly. One of our coffees wasn't as good as usual. Would've taken it back but we used the driveup and were on the freeway before we knew it wasn't as good. It wasn't bad, just below average

Notably fast service, at least if you go inside to order. The parking lot is roomy and well laid out. The place is clean and well maintained. The bathroom stalls are a little more cramped than I’d like though. Also, you have to make an unprotected left to get back onto the freeway making it not as easy of a stop as some other locations. All in all, a decent location.

Mobile orders can run as much as 20 minutes behind the Estimated ready by time… extremely frustrating. Not sure if it’s a staffing problem or what… the last 5 times or so it has been consistently Way behind schedule

Ok, so I took 2 stars away. I was hungry and wanted some good coffee and a filling lunch. I got OK coffee and below average food. I don't often go to Starbucks, and I now remember why. There super sugary drinks are good... But that nitro cold coffee tastes like the coffee I make at home (fresh ground and a cleaver pour). For a total of 10 bucks? No, Burger King would have been better for me. There coffee isn't bad and I'd be able to find some food for 5 bucks. There would be more value... And these days that's important.

Friend got food there I asked him to get me one also on the phone he knocked on the window and the guy bit his head off I heard all this and then the manager trying to get someone to feel sorry for the employees and how they were treated really sad Service

4 workers didn't hear my question and it took asking it 4 times to get help. Inside cashier, He gave minimum attention then disappeared. He wasn't that great. I didn't feel he really cared. The employees all busy with drive up. Yet seemed to ignore inside customers. One white gal was sweet and bubbly. The other's, seemed a Klick.

Ordered blended peppermint frapps, it was melted by the time I got it from waiting in line behind a vehicle with a very large order, was told they would be remade, still was handed non blended melted drinks..

I had a 5 star review from years ago. Since then and my experience this morning, I do not recommend this Starbucks. The service was awful and the girls are rude. I miss when this Starbucks was good.

Many drive thru orders filled before I got mine. Longest I ever waited in a Starbucks and the workers were very busy. Something wrong with the order sequencing?

We order the nitro cold brew, with sweet cream. The short man that works in the morning seems to hate his job. He is always so rude and everytime I order my drink its priced differently. If I get him its 6.45 or with all foam and when its the girl with Briana its 5.45. We come every morning.

I ordered chai tea lat, and It had no flavor at all .it tastes like sugar added in milk, not brewed properly, really disappointed .

By far the worst Starbucks experience ever. I work in customer service and I understand the value of time and money. It's an under staff store with employees yelling one another for not understanding basic orders. For what I've seeing and experienced I was baffled with the "So called teamwork". I've seen few customers walking out of the door, because of the lack of customer service and the lack of team communication. I'm a regular at Starbucks customer, but I do not think I will ever return to this particular store. I hope the customer service gets better with proper training and methods.

Ordered in store a serious strawberry frappuccino, 17 minutes later I got it, just milk and ice with barely a strawberry taste to it. Like many fast food chains with a drive through the inside customers are an afterthought. I'm done with their over priced ice drinks.

Poor management, they like to open late on the weekends for some reason. Sign said open at 10 am. To make matters worse, the only sign is at the front door. People in drive through with no clue it’s closed.
