I've got to say the customers that come inside this store are some of the rudest, meanest people. But to add to that, Holly made sure to address the issue at hand professionally, and with an attitude id expect from the pope. I'm hoping some people can get their head straight and act like normal people when they come inside, if you have a problem it can be fixed!
Pizza came out Hot and Ready! Not even little Ceasers does it like this anymore! Great pizza.
Awesome people and great service. Eat here at least once a week.

This place is great. Angela is an awesome manager. My kids have been reading all summer doing the Book it app. We were having issues with the app and she made it right. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
I ordered carry out out at 11pm, there’s was only one person working but he certainly did an excellent job. Wings were cooked well and sauced perfectly, the melt was perfect, and he didn’t forget my extra sauce. Whoever worked on 11/22 at 11pm needs a raise.
The meat lovers melt & wing combo tasted like it was made with love. The cinnamon sticks were excellent and delivery driver was beyond exceptional. The driver was a gentleman that was clearly a veteran. Ordered was placed at 9:30pm on 11/10. Please give the employees that worked on this some credit.
I truly do not like to complain. However, I had to call and let the manager know they had dropped the ball. How will businesses know when what they are doing is good or could use improvement? Tonight, I placed an order about half past the hour: 2 pizzas and a drink. They sent me a text indicating they received my order. Then at 7 past that next hour (30 minutes or so) i receive a notice that my order is "On its way" and gave me a link that said I could track its progress. The swirling thing continued, "Being Prepared". Which one is it. I waited and checked, another 10 minutes, checked, "Being Prepared". But wait, am I confused? I wait on my porch. At the hour and 3 minutes since I ordered the pizza, and almost 30 minutes since I was originally told it was "On its way", I called the location. While on hold, I see the driver walking around looking for my door. I waved at the driver, asked if it was Pizza Hut. I give the driver the tip and while waiting, the driver said they had a delivery before mine that they delivered on the way to mine. I LIVE LESS THAN 150 YARDS, from the location. Yes, I could have walked over there to get it, but they could have had the driver drop off mine, practically next door, then head out to the country and back. Come to find out, their drivers left this one driver to finish out the evening alone. One single driver, poor route management, and now I receive semi-warm, dry, and from the looks of it, leftover from yesterday pizza that I get to try and salvage for my guests. The manager said he would be able to give me a $5 toward my next order. I agreed just so I could pay the poor driver so other orders could be delivered. With ALL of that said, Pizza Hut, you dropped the ball. I am as sad that I now have to microwave my thin and not so crispy crust pizza, plus add my own cheese so it will have some moisture. I cannot say when or IF I will ever use that credit. Please do better.
People where great and had plenty of staff but honestly was not a big fan of the food. Gotten a pepperoni cheese crust pizza. Never again will I try the cheese crust it was horrible for what it cost
The wait times at this facility are excessively long, often lasting more than 40 minutes. Staff members appear disorganized and frequently engage in unrelated tasks. There seems to be a lack of coordination and professionalism in service delivery. Customers are left feeling overlooked and frustrated due to poor time management. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my recent experience.
I am writing this review to bring serious attention to the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service I experienced at Pizza Hut Store #032202 on March 5, 2026 around 8:30 PM. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff was very disappointing and honestly disturbing. I called the store to place an order, and the young lady who answered the phone immediately displayed a rude and impatient attitude. While I was asking simple questions about my pizza order, she repeatedly huffed and blew into the phone as if helping a customer was a burden. Her tone and behavior were extremely disrespectful. I politely told her that if she did not want to assist me, she could please place me on hold so I could speak with a manager. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she abruptly hung up the phone in my face. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was already sitting in the parking lot of the store trying to place my order. After being hung up on, I walked inside and asked to speak with the manager, Holly. When I approached her, her music was playing so loudly that she could not even hear me speaking at first. That alone was very unprofessional for someone in a management position. After she finally turned the music down, I explained the entire situation regarding the phone call. Unfortunately, Holly showed very little concern, accountability, or professionalism about what had just happened. The employee who had taken my call — a young lady wearing glasses and headphones listening to music — immediately ran to the back of the store once I came inside, clearly avoiding the situation instead of addressing it. The only positive observation I had during this visit was that the young men working in the store appeared to actually be doing their jobs. Overall, this experience was extremely unsatisfactory and reflects very poorly on the customer service standards of this location. Customers should never be treated with such disrespect when simply trying to place an order. I strongly believe corporate leadership should review the management practices, employee conduct, and overall professionalism at this location because the behavior displayed tonight was completely unacceptable.
Went in today and the second I walk in I hear a manager loudly complaining about a employee who wasn't even in the building, my food always ends up uncooked or burnt. Don't believe any of the 5 stars the manager knows them and has been giving them free pizza for their 5 star review. Your best bet at a good pizza hut nearby is the one off of Willis Waukegan

Placed an order online and it was more of an inconvenience to leave my house since they wanted the pizza back . It took me 20 minutes to arrive to them . When instead they should have said you can pick of the order whenever you’d like or even provided a gift card. One of my orders I got 2 hands tossed pepperoni pizza , where in reality I had ordered 1 hand tossed and one thin Crust.
When I ordered Pizza Hut it said estimated time 2:56- to 3:05. My surprise when it says dropped off at 3pm yet I receive a text from apparently from door dash saying “X” for my order. Now another 15-25 mins to go. If I’d have known they were contracting with door dash I’d have NEVER ordered. Such bull! Yeah I’m done with Pizza Hut delivery or in general.
I went inside the Willis location to pick up my order and no one was wearing gloves while tossing dough & preparing food. Not to mention, the cashier who went straight from the register to the food line to help prepare orders. No handwashing was involved during these instances. In fact, there was a cart blocking the handwashing station, so I’m wondering- does hands get washed ?! The cashier was nice; however, Food & Safety hygiene practices need to be enforced. PLEASE do better.
Placed an order not even a hour ago, it arrived and it was nothing what I ordered despite paying 50 dollars. I called back trying to explain that what they gave me was not what I ordered, I didn’t know buffalo mild wings came plain with no sauce and chicken grease at the bottom.. the lady didn’t understand that and proceeded to act incompetent. She answered the phone and proceeded to argue with me, and mumble under her breath. You couldn’t even understand her. She was unbelievably rude. Here’s some photos of the crap they delivered. I Don’t even know what those chunks are at the bottom. Very disgusted… will be going to Marco’s from now on for better food, and better customer service.
Today is 3/1/25. I placed an order yesterday online through the app, 2/28/25 for a simple pizza with extra cheese, an order of fries, and a brownie. This food gave me food poisoning, and I’ve been clinging to the toilet for going on 24 hours at this point. I don’t know how other people are, but if some type of food gives me food poisoning, I can’t eat that food anymore because it makes me nauseous just smelling it. I could see PH wanting to offer me a free pizza for my troubles. How about my weekend back? I’ve been hitting the toilet every 10-20 min for 24 hours straight. Try improving your food safety maybe?
Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:09pm. Delivery window was between 7:56pm and 8:10. Signed up to to track the pizza status as I had 3 hungry kids and it was already a bit late into the evening when I placed the order. At 8:10pm the tracker updated to to a delivery window of 8:30-8:45 aprox. I reached out to the store and a call center answered. Call gets transferred to Angela at the canyon falls store answers the phone. She's not friendly, mumbles as she speaks. I ask Angela is she's the manager and she replies yes. I explain to her what is happening and that it's not acceptable. No one reached out to let us know that the order was going to be delayed. Angela didn't listen, was rude and more focused trying to tell me I cursed at her. Horrible excuse for management, ZERO customer service. We canceled the order. I drove to Marcos pizza, which is basically across the street from you store, had 2 pizzas made, paid the same cost and decided I will tell everyone in our small city to go elsewhere.
Just received my stuffed crust cheese pizza. Total junk after I already paid way too much for it and deliver fee/tip. No more delivered pizza because you’re just stuck with it and they know it. Done with the Willis location too. Who sends this out? How is this acceptable to anyone
Sometimes it's really really good but past few times I've ordered it's been late an I get a text saying it's on it's way an I dont get for 30 -40min an I live 5min dwn road. I know they use their hot bags but the pizza is cold an nasty by time I get it an we always spend about $50 are more just for pizza are wings but guess we will have to start going else where.
