I’m a door dash driver, so this isn’t about the food. It’s about the customer service. I walked in and noticed one of the girls point at me, whisper to one of the male cooks and giggle. I tried to convince myself it wasn’t about my appearance and I’m overthinking. After that she goes behind the wall where I cannot see, and I hear more whispers and giggles. I’m filling up the customers drink, when a girl comes around the corner, stops, looks at me, laughs and runs back to the kitchen. It might not be a duly occurrence that an alternative/goth person walks in, but that’s not an excuse to gawk and treat them like a circus animal. I definitely wouldn’t ever eat here, and I think those young girls should be taught some customer service.

Gravy was watery with no flavor. Spicy Chicken was cold and with little flavor. They also had a problem with where I parked saying its employee parking even though there were multiple spots open in that same area and no one was trying to park there.

all i got was a sweet tea. did not consume anything else the entire day. had food poisoning for 2 days.

First I went thru drive thru at 7pm. My debit card was taken to the truck behind me and the young lady leaned into the truck windows and obviously knew them. I used my rear camera to get a picture of her and the truck. After she went to get my food it was cold, dry obviously cooked sometime ago. Never be stopping there again. Yes already calling bank and setting up protection.

Food was hot, BUT there is zero flavor. Very dry and bland. Roll was very dry. Weatherford Chicken E is far better. I like this one, but they just can’t seem to ever have flavor in their tenders. Dry as a desert.

Just sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, forgotten about. Walked into the drop off door and guy is sitting there picking his nose. Walked around to the front of store and food is sitting there waiting for me to get out of my car and walk in and get it. Manager was a complete doofus with zero answers.

I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders, tried their new cream corn, and 2 gallons of tea. I received 2 and 1/2 tenders and 1 very small nugget. The new cream corn is horrible. The 2 gallons of sweet tea were dated 4 days old. Chicken Express is going downhill fast. Used to the tenders were huge and most of the time they gave you an extra one. Now they are skinny, small, and tough. I used to be a huge fan but no more. I think Raising Canes is going to be my new favorite.

Whoever is the manager at this place needs to be written up or let go . You pull up to the window only to find a bunch of grown men playing with each other, dancing around, Yes we relaize life may not of turned out exactly how you might of wanted it to but it is in no way the customers fault that you are where you are so don't take it out on us please. Come to work daily and do a great job , so what you work fast food, but how you act and how you treat people says alot about your character fellas, do better,oh and make sure you pay attention and get the customers order right, it cant be that hard,you guys seemed like you were high , jumping around in the restaurant, trying to give me the customer behind me food when I already had my food, let's not mention about me not even getting ALL my food. Do better it cant be that hard. It says a lot about you , your manager, and the owner .

Just spent $70 on a 30 piece tender family meal, and after I paid I asked for lots of ranch and a honey mustard dipping sauce. The manager comes to the window and tells me she can only give me 2 of each. I ask her even though I just spent $70 on a family meal? Keep in mind I am feeding 8 people. I go to this place very frequently, and this has never been a policy or a problem. She said if I wanted more I would have to pay for them. I get my food and pull forward look in the bag and they gave me BBQ sauce instead of what I asked for. I go inside and a big scene erupted. The owner Gordon was sitting at a table and proceeded to argue back and forth very loudly with me until I finally just walked out. This man has absolutely the worst customer service and is extremely rude! Who yells at a paying customer over dipping sauce?? I should have just brought the food back in and asked for a refund because it was all nasty. The quality of everything has really gone downhill! I will never be going back to this location after this incident tonight!

Ordered through the drive thru and when I asked for a breakdown because our order was more than I estimated the girl at the window said our prices on the MENU BOARDS have not been correct in a VERY long time... then said do you still want the food? How is that even legal? It's false advertising and apparently you receive complaints all the time (is what your employee said). We will not be back... that's just insane that you are allowed to continually operate and charge people more without even notifying them.. take a piece a paper or something... take charge and pride over your business and correct your mistake. Opened our food, and they gave us the wrong type of chicken! Good grief, this place needs to get their act together ..

I got home and opened up my rolls to see this mess. I returned it to the store. They said they messed up a batch of their rolls, and they have to give them out before making new ones...that's not even a roll that's shredded up bread like what? I said the manager knows and is okay with yall giving this out? He said yes. Honestly so disappointed. Do better. Also the prices are WAY HIGHER than they advertise on the menu. If you ask them tbey just say the price went up...ok...change your menu?! Like seriously...the food is always low quality. I dont know if it's a change in ownership, or under new management? Whatever it is its not good. I would go almost anywhere else for the HIGH price.

It used to be a 5 star. But after the last 2 times going there it was terrible. The rolls was hard on the bottom, Cole slaw was old, they put the rolls in the box and it was half open, and smash, you couldn't use the napkins has Grease on it. It use to be the best in town. My wife and I have Chicken Express 2 times a week.
