This is the best dominoes I ever went to! Staff are very friendly and the young people that work here are very helpful and nice. I find that the people who probably got their order wrong at this dominos are the same people that eat half their pizza, complain that their order was wrong, and then demand a free one!! Again, this dominos is great and I will continue to order from here frequently!! Thank you Robert from this store for helping me place my order and making it just exactly how I wanted it! My chicken Alfredo pan pizza was bomb!!!

We were in our truck with no restaurants near us. Then I thought pizza! Used my smart phone ordered online and they delivered to our truck. We didn't have a long wait and the food was just like I ordered. Ty for doing a great job!

Doninos pizza will never taste good, because the dough is not made fresh. Ingredients are dry and they dont even give out packets of parm or chili flakes, instead they try to sell you a small janky jar for the price of a huge bulk sized one at costco.

I ordered a hand tossed medium half cheese and half philly cheese steak. I didn't check it before leaving their store (I learned my lesson now.. I should've checked it) and look what they gave me! The Philly cheese steak part didn't have any mushrooms, onions or pepper. Only cheese and burnt steak!!!

No wonder they have a lot of 1 star reviews, low life people that it looks like they don’t like their job, we told them to bring change because I carry 100 dollar bills, they were acting like we was going to rob them or something. Stupid people bad costumer services.

On 3/27/24 around 8:00pm I went in to order the mix and match deal (2 or more 6.99 each) and was told by the only balck guy with no name tag working that night that I couldn't order it and had to do it online. He didnt seem to want to help me at all and was brushing everything I said off. I was explaing that It makes no sense because I always order it at this location and others and its never online. Dude was rude as hell and told me Id have to pay $15 for a medium 2 topping and said the deals are different at every location. I asked what deal they had there and he said its only a 20% off which comes to $15. I explained I always order the mix and match deal. He basically said oh well and brushed me off. I went outside and called them instead and placed the Mix and Match Deal which was no problem all of a sudden and I explained to them why I wasnt able to place it 5 minutes prior inside with the guy inside, and this guy told me dont worry I got you( Different guy then the 1st guy i dealt with) . Im never going here again. I called the one down the street in Carson and placed the order with no problems at all. The Carson staff is way more welcoming and friendly. Im picking up my pizza right now as we speak. Wilmington Dominos you lost my business now. Carson gained a new customer. I called corporate but luckily for him there closed right now. Ill try again tomorrow.

was here earlier today to try the new ny style pizza since i saw the commercial and it looked good. i was so excited when i got it only to open the box to what was just a regular hand tossed pizza. i kept trying to justify it and thought well maybe this is just what it’s supposed to look like? but no, to my disappointment, its just a hand tossed. tastes and looks exactly the same as every other dominos pizza i’ve eaten. oh yeah, and it cost me 25 bucks. lame and disappointing. idk if the dude working inside messed up or got orders mixed but either way didn’t seem to care.

Don't get the parmisian pizza really really salty

Well it's hard for me to dislike any kind of food but this damino's did it . When I placed my order all I could hear was loud noise of other workers in back round messing around . The young lady couldn't hear me trying to take my order . After all the struggle of ordering a simple pizza . The price for one large was 18 dollars 2 dollars shy of 20 . Well I can deal with the price but the taste of my pizza was horrible , bland a bit under cooked . Kinda tasted just like the cardboard box it came in. wow I always have liked damino's but now I'm not to sure. One thing is for sure will never order from that domino location ever again.😕

Ordered my pizza on 1/20/19. Got it for carryout. Ordered 2 med pizzas with a marble chocolate chip/ brownie dessert. Once i got home i enjoyed my pizzas. After i decided on getting a piece of the marble dessert thats when i realized that the dessert i was waiting for was burned from the top, so it made me think if perhaps it was burned from the bottom and yup sure enough it was burned completely from the bottom as well. I proceeded to make a phone call to the store and a joseph which claimed he was the assistant manager got my complaint and wasnt apologetic at all. Told me my dessert was going to be ready in 10 mins. So i arrived in ten and once i walked in no one absolutely no one greeted me. Until i asked to speak with the assistant manager. And the person that greets me as the assistant manager is not the so called Joseph his name is Israel a young man that looks no older than 22 years old, so i proceeded by asking him if i spoke to him on the phone about my brownie marble dessert and he seemed confused thats when the other coworker gave me my marble dessert. Not being apologetic whatsoever being careless and no sense of customer service. I will not be ordering from a place that is not managed by an adult but instead managed by little boys. I feel bad for those that order from this place. The store manager should really acknowledge the fact that the type of people he hires speaks horribly of this store. I wont waste my money in a dominos that has no customer service at the end of the day because of its customers it still stands. No customers = no money, simple as that.

Everytime I order a pizza, it comes out with the wrong toppings that I never order. And the employees there are really young and does not know what they are doing. There really young boys that are like exactly my age and maybe younger than me, but they need to show more respect to customers and not bypass them!

This place has the worst customer service I placed an order on 5/ at around 7 PM I get a text that the driver is out with my delivery at 8. 8:30 comes still no delivery so I call the store and a girl answers I tell her my issue and she goes oh hold on please and hands another girl the phone that claims to be the manager there she says to me oh he has two other deliveries before u so its gonna be an additional 15 maybe 20mins so at this point i just canceled it and she said ok and hung up the phone i call back to get her name and ask me for a refund and she says oh you will bet it in a few days and that her name is Maria. So I call back 3 days later as I still havent gotten a refund and a Male answers the phone he said oh it take 5 business days to get a refund. So I so okay thank you and wait well today 5/14 and call my bank and still no refund so I call the store and the same girl that claimed to be the manager said they dont have a Maria and the only manager is Ezekiel and he wont be in until tomorrow. The people at this store are so rude and disrespectful its ridiculous just give me my refund please since u didnt deliver your food. Now I had to contact the corporation which in turn transferred me to the franchise owner I will update my review whith what happens

If I could give the store zero stars, I would, and the reasons are, the so called "manager" at the time Mikey ( description: african american, with tattoos, acts like a child when faced with inconveniences about improperly made orders, mock's customer's when being confronted about compliance for incorrectly made orders, ) After getting home and seeing the pizza was wrong we called the store which took 15-16 minutes to answer the phone, once on the phone we told him the we felt that our pizza was improperly made and we explained how to him, but the whole time on the phone he was stammering/ saying uhhh not understanding the dilemma, be for he suggested to bring back the pizza to the store and get it remade he was just trying to resolve the issue by saying its the previous managers fault, once we arrived to the store we were met with hesitance on resolving the issue with attitude that of an immature child, not fit to be a manager screaming mocking belittling a female customer just trying to resolve the issue he said he would help resolve on the phone, while the manager Mikey/mikeie belittled the female customer, there were other female customers waiting to order, as well as there was a female employee behind the counter in the workstations, the had a look of fear from this man's actions towards resolving problems , he was complaining that his time was being wasted and we were being mean , even though he was mocking the female customer at the start of coming back to the store, then after asking Mikey/mikeie for corporates number to report the interaction he denied to provide it and threw a temper tantrum like a smooth brained child, so after trying to get a hold of corporate we decided on going back to ask again if the improperly made order can be fixed he switched up his attitude ( we made it notable he was being recorded to see if he would act like a decent human being for once in his sad pathetic pitiful/ miserable life if you can call his life a life) but he was still saying he was going to make it in the exact same way it was organinally made even though we addresed that it felt improper, and after giving the new pizza to us he personally made it evident he was eerily ecstatic/ hypoactively tapping the counter , once the pizza was inspected even though it was still improperly made and now this time undercooked, explain why he personally made it who knows if he did anything else to the pizza but it will be reported to corporate this is not right and no woman should go through that kind of toxicity of a so called man that is a in a management position. Not only that the woman that work there should not be afraid to work because of that insolent and ignorant behavior of a so called manager. THIS IS A WARNING FOR WOMAN !!! BEWARE OF THE SHIFT MANAGER CALLED MIKEY/MIKEIE
