I just placed an online order. I was immediately greater by a lady and I wish I had gotten her name. My order was ready and she folded the top of my bad like my mother used to do. She happily made my chocolate shake. All around it was a great experience that was made possible by this young lady. Thank you ma'am. Sorry I didn't catch your name, but that's the first time someone took the Time to fold over the top of my order. Anyways thanks for a great online inside pickup
The service could be way better, no matter what fast food it is, but the food HERE is absolutely heaven sent!
Food is surprisingly always pretty dam good and haven't had a single issue. Workers here are really nice, always seem to have a positive attitude and you're usually only waiting 15-20 minutes no matter how busy it is. Definitely my favorite Whataburger spot.
My first time to ever come to this Whataburger! It was amazing. The staff, like Jayda & Shae was so friendly. All of the condiments, napkins, and other supplies were fully stocked. Thank you for running such a clean, friendly, and smoothly run Whataburger! Highly recommend.
As good as Whataburger gets, and the customer service I received from Malik was second to none. He’s friendly, helpful, and attentive during our every visit, and no matter how late it is or how many dozens of people are packed into the lobby and drive-thru his personable and patient attitude always ensures my family and I have the best possible experience every time. Couldn’t be happier with my visits, and I’d recommend this Whataburger in particular to anyone and everyone looking for a burger!
1my favorite locations the food always hot and good . Cooks and kitchen stay clean. Fresh food I always get and they online ordering is fast also when I’m using my app I never had to wait in line either just use my app.. I love this location and the girls are gorgeous all of them💪🏽💪🏽❤️❤️
Clean and quiet. I do live their burgers. I had their new Mexican coffee with hit chocolate, but it tasted only like Mexican coffee. Either I misunderstood as I asked for hot ot they forgot to add the hot chocolate powder.
I was impressed how the team was hustling to take orders, make food, deliver orders, and keep the restaurant clean. Everyone seemed happy to be working, and my burger tackled the rumblies in my tummy very well. Thanks!
I went in this evening to order dinner. Fatima assisted me. She was very friendly and welcoming. She had great customer service and was very patient. Also the store was clean and they were busy!

This location near Westworth Village was amazing. The young man at the counter was super helpful and took time to find answers to my questions. I had seven very unique orders, and they got everyone right. Food was very good and hot.
This whataburger is the cleanest I have ever been to and their food reflects this as well. The burger was nicely made, fresh, and just was very good. And you could tell that from what the burger looked like when it was unwrapped. It wasn't smashed dripping or all veggies in one spot. We got three #1 that were asked to be made differently and they were all correct. Thank you and job well done!!! We will return.

I put in an order online. Picked up through the drive thru. It really wasn't much of a wait. They had my name and order number already, which shows they pay attention. The young lady at the window who gave us our drinks and food was very kind. All my order was correct for my 2 son's and myself. Can't get better than that.
The food was great. However, I had to wait 45 minutes and watch other Uber drivers Lyft deliveries. Food delivery services get their food first after I had placed my order, wait 40 minutes then continually to ask for my order

This is my go-to Whataburger. Andrew and Krystal are always there, and they always make sure everything you need is accounted for. I absolutely love them. They are PERFECT people. This Whataburger is absolutely clean, absolutely good, absolutely amazing, and has a PHENOMENAL customer service record for me! Staff are kind, friendly, helpful, and always provide excellent service. I received a sample of the prickly pear raspberry refresher and added the remainder to the prickly pear raspberry refresher I ordered. Ordered via the app and my food was ready when I arrived.
Stepped in to pick up and order. I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant tone by Derrick. Derrick is the platinum standard when it comes to customer service. Very professional, attentive and provides top tier service. I recommend him his location. Keep up the fantastic job Derick and crew.
Better than the outlets in Florida. Meat patty was not dry and fries were delicious. The limited edition Banana Pudding shake and prickly pear raspberry refresher are wonderful.
This San Antonio based fast food burger restaurant has some of the best burgers I have ever had. Service is fast and courteous with ample indoor seating. Your food is brought to your table after ordering. Although the chain is expanding, presently most of their locations are based in the southern states. If you see a Whataburger make sure to stop and check out the food - no one in our party of six had any complaints. Menu is actually quite extensive so if burgers are not your thing, it's still worth dropping in.
I was impressed that this location functioned about as smooth as a chick fil a, with two lanes, people coming out to take payment, etc. Still took about 15 minutes which is normal for Whataburger, but it as smooth as it could be considering how busy it was. They got my order right and even apologized for the wait.
Got some.early breakfast at this location and fortunately for them I was hungry...if not I would have called the location and demanded to talk to the manager!! My bun foe the B.O.B. was completely burnt!! Yeah I could have went back but was heading into work...
Chocolate milkshakes are always good. Service is something to be desired, referring to the speediness in receiving order. The biggest drawback to whataburger is the amount of time it takes to receive your order, no matter the time of day or even what you order. I ordered a milkshake and 1 drink and 20 mins later I finally got my order in the drive thru. Next time, I am going inside.
Overall it was pretty good, spicy chicken sandwich was very fresh, fries not so much. The door dash people get in the way and really slow down service for people who want to order.
Food was good, but there always seems to be one detail wrong. In the last week they've left cheese off our biscuit and we received two eggs in a player instead of two sausages. The receipts lasted the food the way we ordered it. Order fillers need to be more attentive.
We love Whataburger as a family. But the help they hire is a different story. Some are nice and some are rude. Then there's some that don't talk at all or barely do and can't hear them. But food is usually good but we have had a few issues here and there but there always willing to fix it.

It’s here to slap a hot, greasy, beautiful mess of a burger into your hands at a soul-crushing hour when your dignity is low and your cravings are loud. The burger? Big. Juicy. Slathered in a mysterious sauce that may or may not be legally addictive. The buns are soft, the beef’s legit, and it all somehow tastes like your bad life choices are being validated. Fries? Good. Nothing revolutionary. But pair them with spicy ketchup and suddenly you’re having a religious experience in a paper bag. The place itself feels like a time warp: fluorescent lighting, sticky floors, and a staff that’s either over-it or way too enthusiastic. But that’s part of the charm. This isn’t fast food. This is Texas therapy, served with a straw and a side of onion rings. Bottom line: If you’re sober, it’s solid. If you’re drunk, it’s divine. Either way, Whataburger understands you...and it will never judge.

First time trying Whataburger. It was pretty good. I enjoyed the burger that I had. The weird thing is that they come around asking if you want ketchup, but if you want other condiments you have to pay for it. They didn't ask if we wanted any when we were ordering, it was just a weird process.
Service at this location has gone down. A couple of visits ago, I was in the outside lane, employee comes up to me after ordering to request payment. I show him my app on the phone to pay and he says “Hey man can you do me a solid and pay cash? I pressed the wrong button. Ok… Today’s visit I order an unsweet tea. Order taker confirms order with “sweet” tea, I reply “No, unsweet tea.” She acknowledges, but I get a cup full of warm, sweet tea that had no ice in it when I got back to office 10 minutes later. Disappointing.
Update, May 2023: I've been here a few times recently and the drive thru is getting slower and slower. Don't go in the outside lane unless no one else is in it or it will be an additional 10 minute wait. The food is okay but it's been barely warm a few times. At $12-17 per combo now, it should be hot in the bag. I've gone inside and the wait and quality of food is the same. Avoid the noon hour and the service will be a little faster but not much. Original: Who doesn't like the classic Whataburger?! Or the Patty Melt? These are the two best reasons to come to Whataburger. Oh, and the spicy ketchup too! This location is usually quick to take care of you and the staff is always nice. The tables are always cleaned which is a huge bonus (I've been to other fast food chains that don't care.... Even during the current spike of COVID)!
I always say Whataburgers are hit and miss. This one is a miss, I will say I went at midnight on my way home from work and it was kinda busy. The expeditor was nice but disrespectful at the same time. He had manners but smacked his gum and talked to you without looking at you. I got two burritos, obviously, be ause who gets one. And they were not made with the live and care I have come to expect from Whataburger. Thrown together like step children, they were hard to maintain in their wrapper on the drive home.
I went inside to place my order and although everyone of the staff behind the counter saw me, no one acknowledged me for awhile except a young man named Jay. He took my order made & handed me my order. I applaud him for having exceptional customer service. Thanks Jay 🎀
This location is subpar at best. There's always a 50/50 chance you'll have some sort of issue with your food/order. For example: you order a BUFFALO Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich and there's practically no buffalo sauce at all on the sandwich. Hope y'all can get it together before the next time we order here in the next 3 months or so. Revised 2/1/25 My wife and I have actually had some positive experiences our last couple orders. The atmosphere has definitely seemed more customer-oriemted. Keep up the good work!
This location is running the 2 lane option, which has made a huge difference in the wait time, even during the height of lunch hour the drive thru service was efficient & quick. The Customer Service was also great, very friendly, attentive & prompt. The food, however, wasn't up to it's usual par. Burgers were cold, not just lukewarm, but cold to the extent that the cheese wasnt even melted.
Good fast food burgers but wait time is always really long. Whataburger is a solid fast food chain though.

There is a sign that says, "Chose a line both A and B lines open." However, the crew TOOK 7 orders in Line A to the 1 order in line B during the 30 mins in the drive-thru Friday, August 11. Hardly any orders from the B line were taken during our wait. Both lines had about 3 cars each, and we pulled into the B lane at 11:09 PM. After 5 mins, we saw movement and heard orders being taken from line witnessed a runner carrying food to Line B we thought we would get serviced. No one ever came on the speaker to take an order for line B. The two cars in front of us in line B eventually moved forward after the runner delivered food to the front car, but no additional orders were taken. She went back inside. We LITERALLY was trapped in the drive-through line B. A moved consistency. At least 6 cars drive into the A line and out with their food after our wait started. Once we realized that we had to WAIT for a runner who was not coming out to consistently take orders, I got out of the passengers seat and went to order food for my family, while they were still stuck in the drive-thru. The worst part was the smells inside made me want to leave. I decided to vet the bathroom, and it was clean and smelled clean. So since we had been there 38 mins by then, and my family was still stuck in the drive-thru hungry, I ordered. $55 dollars and 3 minutes later, I was headed out with our drinks, and the car that was in front of family in line B had just been approached by the runner to get his order taken. That is ridiculous!! 48 mins in one line that does NOT MOVE due to lazy or negligent management. While the other line has served 10 plus cars. I expect the managers to operate better. the car that was stuck behind my family drove away without ordering....There's no need to ask why!!
I asked for a plain cheeseburger with meat and cheese on it and i got a burger with meat and mustard. Gross
I visited the drive thru. The young lady sound nice and greeted me with happiness in her voice. I got the 3 piece chicken strip meal. The fries wasn't hot some was semi a little warm. The strips wasn't hot or the bread. I don't understand why you can't get hot fresh food anymore especially since everything has gone up in price. You paying more but getting less and hardly fresh
I ordered 3 things. 2 of them were wrong. From start to finish it took about an hour to get my food in the drive thru…they said I’d have to wait 5 mins and asked me to park in the front…I waited for 20 until I got out my car to go inside to remind them I was out there…while they did apologize it’s obvious they forgot or didn’t care. I wish there was another Whataburger closer to me…I won’t be coming back.
I just saw 7 people who got here before me get their food and leave. I'd understand if my order was hard but it is about as basic as it gets. I had an online order and was asked to pay for it again. To top it all off my food and drink came out and I was asked if I wanted a straw? With my drink? I understand forgetting the straw but if the order is late why not just throw some ketchup and straw in the bag? Of course my food wasn't hot
Food (hot wing flavored chicken nuggets and fries) was generic; nothing stands out as a brand. I was responding to a flat tire call from my wife. When I arrived another man had pulled up and produced a jack and power wrench. I had no cash on me so I bought his lunch. I would rather my wife have a flat at Texas Roadhouse so I didn't feel like I ripped the kind man off.
Whataburger just isn’t what it used to be. My biscuit looked like it was reheated from a day ago. Another one got the breakfast plate and when we got home she pointed to the eggs and asked me what is this? The eggs were in pieces and brown.
i ordered just a honey bbq sandwich meal with onion rings instead of fries to go. it took 39 minutes for my order to come out, while many other orders that were placed after me came out before mine. i asked 2 employees on the status of my order and was told that i would just have to wait. the customer service was not polite, organized, or time effective whatsoever. the employees constantly rolled their eyes at me and would either not speak or be hardly audible. when my food finally came out, it was with fries. when i told an employee that there was a mistake and i had ordered onion rings, he rolled his eyes, grabbed the nearest box and handed them to me quickly, dropping 4 onion rings on the floor in the process. the food was fine, but i do not recommend coming here due to the customer service. save your time and money for a different location.
I don't like to give bad reviews,but I wouldn't want to experience this displeasure again or someone else.So I was looking forward to trying the new Steakhouse burger.The burger was brought to me with single patty .It comes with 2.They tried correcting mistake by bringing me a lukewarm patty and cold slice of cheese. NOT good customer service. SHOULD have redone the burger properly. EVERY CUSTOMER NO MATTER THEIR APPEARANCE DESERVES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. won't return here again.
I ordered a simple burger with a medium drink through the drive through and proceeded to wait 30 minutes behind a vehicle who order the entire menu and was in lane 2 and instead of having that vehicle pull off to the side to wait for her food they had all us wait while 10 cars in lane 1 came and went. When it was finally my turn the employee came out with two large drinks for the car behind me and then proceeded to ask what I had ordered. Mind you it was one order with one drink. Waited an additional 10 minutes before being told I had to pull off the side and then was completely forgotten about for another 15 minutes before I proceeded to ask for a refund. Im not a complainer but service was absolutely ridiculous.
This Whataburger used to be a much smoother experience. It has now turned into a long wait sitting in the drive thru. I am a daily customer and am considering not coming until they get everything under control. Today I waited 45 minutes from the time my order was taken until I got to the window to pay for my order. Mind you, there were only 3 cars in front of me. Drive thru service sucks and employees look confused and stressed.
I've been coming here for a few months pretty regularly and consistently. They've been really good but something in the last couple of weeks has changed. They get my order wrong and the cashier has changed to a much less friendly person than it used to be.
STEALING MONEY!!!!! Order two milkshakes from here. Got a call from Uber delivery person to let me know they was cleaning their ice cream machine. Instead of getting a full refund I only got a dollar back.
Updaed on 3/23/24: stopped for a kids nuggets and shake. Had to wait about 15 minutes. Food was good, service is horrible. Owner need to get this fixed!!! We wanted to make a quick stop prior to heading to the Museum. I got into line 2, as it was shorter, then proceeded to watch the car in line in the spot I would have been in get their order and drive off. Then 5 more cars in lane 1 received their order and drove off. Finally, after about 20 minutes, we finally received our order. When I arrived at the Museum, I opened the bag to retrieve my straw, and couldn't believe that there was no straw. What a total disappointment. Food is 5 stars.
I have stopped at this location for breakfast several times but this morning was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for my food and it wasn't even that busy. The quality of the food deserves 1 star. The hashbrowns were overcooked and cold. The breakfast burger had the same nasty hashbrowns, the bacon was tough and the egg was over salted. There was two managers working in the kitchen and it still was flat out horrible. I will not be going back.
This is the worst Whataburger in DFW. We’ve lived in the area for a long time and every time we go here we are super disappointed. This fast food place has become the ultimate last resort. Half the time the line is wrapped around the block because it takes 30 minutes for them to hand you your drive thru order, and there’s a 80% chance that your food will come out ice cold or received incorrectly made, like again tonight (why I’ve finally felt the need to write a review). Whataburger as a whole used to be a solid fast food joint in all of TX, but overall the quality and service has gone down. This location is a testament to that decline.
Completely messed up my order; definitely somebody else’s food
HORRIBLE! let me start with the important part. first, i go with my friend and we order 2 separate meals. they charge her card for her meal and my card for both my meal and her meal! second, my sandwich has ZERO sauce that it comes with. i was received a DRY sandwich. third, they forget my honey butter sauce on the side that i payed extra for!! i try to call for a refund for everything and nobody can help me!!
Do NOT order online!! They will take your money, not provide your food, and refuse to refund you! This location allowed me to order and pay for a shake online, when I arrived they said their shakes are unavailable. Since it was for someone who was in recovery from surgery and could only have soft food I declined to exchange it for a cinnamon roll and asked for a refund instead. The attendant claimed to get a refund I’d have to contact customer support through the app and request one. There is no way to request a refund through the app, only leave feedback. So now all I have is an email saying someone might get back to me in 3-5 business days and nothing else. No refund for the $5 spent. Ridiculous. Pretty much theft at this point. Not impressed with the staff nor the app and will definitely never return to this location.
I didn’t bother calling because I don’t want anyone to get offended… but, there is a problem with this place. This particular Whataburger is consistently the SLOWEST fast food place that I have ever encountered, and I have been here several dozen times. I have been to many different fast food places for many years in many different cities & states. This is the worst! There is NO REASON that it should take such a long time, even when you’re there early with no cars on front of you! There is no sense of urgency. Cooking “fresh” to order shouldn’t take as long as Chili’s or Red Robin for a so called FAST food restaurant ! I am an extremely patient person & I work in the customer service industry. This Whataburger is too slow, too expensive, and they even get the order wrong occasionally. The customer service is slow even when I tried going inside to order! One time, I was waiting for literally almost a half hour in the drive thru on a dinner time. I FINALLY got to the window, paid with cash. Cashier owned me about 75 cents or something, and told me sorry, they’re “out of change.” Normally, I wouldn’t argue over that little amount. However, when you’re making your customer wait like he’s at an Applebee’s dine in on a Friday night, you should go to your vault & get change, or at least show a little empathy & apologize sincerely! You don’t treat your customers like this! I know, I work with customers 5 days a week! We go to this Whataburger off & on since 2020 because my wife enjoys it. I kind of gave up on it. I tried to give it many extra chances. I rarely make poor reviews. It has to be awful. Today was the last straw. First, I spend a lot of money on just 2 burgers & a chicken strips combo for my wife & I to eat at home. I didn’t look in the bag because there was already a line of vehicles racking up behind me, as usual. So I didn’t look in my bag until I get home. One of my burgers was missing. I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t feel like going back out. I kept my receipt. Finally, my wife had her sweet N spicy bacon burger, and she said she immediately started feeling nauseous. She then proceeded to throw up. She will be ok. I wouldn’t usually think too much of it, but this Whataburger has been on my last nerves for a year. I wish there were a different Whataburger closer to where we live. My wife *usually*enjoys it despite the slow service, but even her patience is thinned. You should not CONSTANTLY make your customers wait SO long for “fast” food, and have poor customer service, and sometimes the burgers are even DRY! Who wants a dry hamburger with dry bread??? Who wants fries with lack of taste?? This place isn’t so exceedingly good that it’s regularly worth waiting SO long for their “fresh” food.. I hope that Whataburger will read this & be motivated to improve their customer experience, especially at this particular location. By the way… if you charge $7.99 for a sweet N spicy bacon hamburger & 50 cents for every slice of cheese, don’t DECREASE quality, please! This is not “Just like you like it”
Go to a different Whataburger or be prepared to wait. I've never had my order ready in under 10 minutes. Not sure why it takes 20 minutes to drop chicken and fries they must have old equipment or something. I've never been able to stay in my car for pick up order always have to go inside to get it. For what we have to pay now we shouldn't have to wait 20-30 minutes for food if there's no line 🤷♂️ time to stop going here.
So there's this one manager that works at this location. Who has a personal problem with me? To the point that she literally allowed children to steal my order. I have called corporate on this one. Manager more than five times and she works at two different locations. This one particular night the staff , her staff. The people that work with her literally saw the children steal the order told her they stole the order and she didn't listen to them, nor did she believe them dismissed them and dismissed me. I have called corporate more than five times.
When I go to this establishment to get breakfast for me and my wife and our 1 year old son, my wife was currently in the hospital due to high blood pressure issues and I specifically told the worker over the drive-thru intercom that I was needing with my order fries without salt and had them read back the order and they read it back when I went up to the window I told the lady I said the fries have absolutely no salt on it it has to do with the health issue and I was told then that. When I got to the hospital in my wife took a bite of the fries there were salt on them. I called the manager and reported the situation but merely just told her that I wanted for future customers to be protected by her employers knowing the importance of when someone request certain substitutions to foods and they are not honored it could lead to bigger issues.
Do not go to this location! I found a bug in my fries and was told to just go get some more fries! Not going to drive for that their might be another bug felt sick to my stomach couldn't even finish my meal after seeing this!!! Grossed out. The manger was not helpful didn't even apologize.
The food was good expect the old white lady who tried to charge me up about some honey mustard and the punk unaccompanied minors harassing the customers.

This is the worse Whataburger I’ve ever been to. Makes you rethink in n out. I’m 63 .. I believe that this is has been my first negative experience at a whataburger. It was dirty. The employees are outright rude. I asked for black pepper. I was told very rudely we don’t have black pepper. The first I was there I thought maybe that employee was having a bad day. Visited a second and they were just as rude the second time.
I just left the drive thru and ordered a taquito meal. With fries....I get home...no fries😔😩I called 3 times no answer. Of course.

Everytime I come to the drive through, Clayton is the gentlemen who runs orders in and out. I hate to sound rude, but his hygiene looks questionable, and he’s running in and out with our drinks held by his armpits.. disgusting. Also, any request given, is answered with a blank stare as if he is burdened by his job? Today, I came and ordered a #1 with cheese only w/spicy ketchup, after Clayton brought my meal, there was no ketchup or cheese, I then asked if he would run in to correct the burger and get some ketchup, he returned less than 5 seconds later and immediately walked away. I then checked my burger to find a rock hard peice of cheese. I then waited another 5 minutes in the line for Clayton to come back out, he never did. I had to walk into the establishment on my 30 minute lunch break, to ask the manager to microwave my cheeseburger. She gladly did so.. But I think we should find a different position for Clayton up here at Whataburger? Or maybe retraining? Also please enforce better hygiene within your workers.
I got off late at 3 am and stopped by for a burger, 3 cars in the line. 27 min later only thing fresh was my soda. Patymelt meat was old and steamed. Most of the cheese was stuck on the wrapper and not the burger. Fries looked good, but upon closer inspection they weren't fully cooked to appear fresh. Long lines here does, not mean fresh food, or short ones either.
Been closed 2 weeks. Wish u would have fixed the horrible service from this location. Still long wait times, poorly prepared food and poor service.
literal for real actual maggots in my shake. contacted corporate and never heard back either. i had to call the health inspector and he confirmed that the shake machine had been off for 2 weeks during their remodel and they never emptied or cleaned it
Incompetency of not being able to take three orders in one vehicle. Must be lack of training or management skills
THEY WILL GIVE AWAY YOUR FOOD, NO REFUND, NO REMAKE Took my money and gave my food to someone else. Absolutely the worst manager I have ever encountered at any establishment in my entire life. Did not care for a moment, shrugged it off like he didn’t just commit straight theft as a representative of Whataburger. You stole my money. Coming back to add to this 3 months later because my money was genuinely stolen from me and the disrespect and humiliation is disgusting. “Please know that I have discussed the problems you experienced with my management team as well as all others involved in order to ensure it does not happen again.” Nissandro Lopez, who can be replaced by chat GPT. This is what you get after having your money flat out stolen and you’re left empty handed and hungry in the middle of the night, a copy paste apology and brushed off. YOU STOLE MY MONEY - 8 months later. Still can’t get over the fact that Whataburger stole my money. - 14 months, you still stole my money.
Since Whataburger sold out to accompany out of Texas, I’ve noticed the meat quality is not the same. They do not cook the burgers to order and it’s reheated or cold. Definitely disappointing. not the same quality.
Absolutely the worst Whataburger I ever eaten at. I came to this location in a couple of months ago before I went to work at Dickies Arena. The first time I ordered a double meat Whataburger. The lettuce and tomato taste it like they were microwave. This time I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was microwaved as well. I waited over 20 minutes for this sandwich. I would never eat here again.
I live 3 minutes from this location, making it more convenient, but it’s better to drive elsewhere. Always slow. Always dirty. Always mess up your order. I’ve been going to this location for three years and the only consistent thing is how they’ll disappoint.
Worst Whataburger ever. They not only screwed up everything on our breakfast order and took forever making it..they also left a napkin inside my son's sandwich. They obviously don't have competent people working here. We will not return to Whataburger. Avoid this location at all costs.
Our order took 43 minutes for 4 meals. The staff were prioritizing drive through orders at the expense of the dining room and mobile orders. Employees did not seem to care and moved slowly. Several people had to go up to the counter to check on their orders. Our order included an extra item on the receipt that we did not order, that was not read back to us, but we ended up paying for. Burgers all had wheat buns which we did not order and they were extremely dry and barely warm by the time we got them. There couldn't have been more than 5 tables in the dining room when we got there and everyone was waiting on their food, on a Tuesday evening. We have been going to this Whataburger location for the last 10 years and this was the single worst experience we have had at any Whataburger location. This location used to be solid but they have fallen far. You can't afford to miss this hard on service with this inflation.
