I had such a great experience at this Taco Bell! An employee whom I think is a manager there, went above and beyond to make sure I left happy! Faith was so kind to us and her professionalism amazed me! The food was good but the service we experienced made our day and we will be going back! For tacos and to see faith!

Now that dining areas are open again I went inside. It's freshly renovated and clean. The drive through was busy but my order was taken promptly. Due to how busy they were, it was about a 15 wait or more for my meal. The staff apologized without prompting and included a complimentary desert. The meal itself was extremely fresh and juicy. I was impressed by the restaurant, the staff, the service and the quality of the food. EXCEPT - the fries. Taco Bell fries are the worst.

Went shortly after the lunch rush. The older ladies working were magnificent. Very kind,quick and efficient. The dining area was spotless and food was up in no time at all. All taco bell should follow their lead. It's great to see people who take pride in their work, no matter the task.

I’m writing this review specifically because of the fantastic server I had. His name is Varshith and he is the shift supervisor. He went well above and beyond to help correct my mistakes while ordering and he did it with a smile on his face when a frown would have been warranted. I really hope this man continues to work in costumer service and I hope that he gets a raise or promotion promptly because he was the best employee I’ve dealt with at ANY fast food establishment in years. Went to Taco Bell for a "quick snack"—left questioning my life choices. The Baja Blast was heaven, the tacos were questionable, and my stomach started a rebellion within the hour. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Five stars for taste, minus 2 points health. Recommended, but not on or before long road trips.

Great place to eat some affordable texmex but stay out of the drive thru, trust me it's not worth it. If you don't have time to sit down here just hit up BK across the lot. I have spent at least 45 minutes waiting with three cars in front of me. Expect around 15 minutes per order... With that in mind I live 6 minutes away and my food is always cold. I'm not rant about one time, this is a regular occurrence at this location.

Nice, clean location :) Very friendly staff. What would make it better is if their baja blast wasn't so watered down. We asked them if they could check on it and it didn't happen. I hope they fix it. Other than that, a pleasant place for a late yummy lunch ^_^

Great polite service. The young gentleman who helped me (at cashier) was great. Clean dining area as well. Self serve pop machine here as well. The inside of the building was warm (I dunno if AC was broken). I hope the owner will get it fixed for the employees and patrons). Was on August 28th 2023 and was at least 74 outside (I checked on my phone it was 74) and felt warmer in the buiding. The buy one get one on Mondays IS available at this location. I went to a different one downtown (Ouellette and University) and that location DOESN'T offer that deal.

This place is hit and miss for good service and good. Some times you will go and the food looks like the employees care then other times not as much. Last time i was for example waited in drive thru for 10 mins and only 1 car in front of us so i figured its taking longer that fine as long as the quality is good. NOPE messy as hell and greasier then usual so sad..... Please show more care

Food is ok. Wish there were more choices for combos including regular hard or soft tacos without spicy sauce. Really miss the build a box $10 combo. That had 2 tacos, fries, drink, and a choice of dessert. Drink selection could be improved as well.

Half of the order had to be repeated multiple times and still at the window had to tell the person what we ordered... And in the end they still didn't give us the right food but I didn't realize til down the highway. Sitting at the window there was a very bad stench of oil or something and it was bothering everyone in the vehicle too... Cinnamon twists weren't seasoned much and our tacos were so messy and badly put together Go to any other taco bell in Windsor, only reason we went here was because the other was closed for a few days

Taco bell Pros. The mountain Dew was great. Cons. Ordered 2 nacho tacos. Didn't get them. Got some other thing with beans. I did not like it. The 2 normal hard tacos were smashed into the bag. The nahco supreme was placed sideways and spilled all over. Had a hard time ordering because there was a group of people smoking in the drive through. I am just done with this location.

This taco Bell is about a 5 minute walk from my house but I often drive to the taco Bell on dougal because the wait at the drive-thru is always long even if you're the only car there. If I see there's even one car in the drive-thru I don't even consider going there. The staff is very friendly though and the food is like every other taco Bell but fast food is supposed to come fast.

The server had no sense of humor and when I explain how I wanted my order to be presented, they did not do as I instructed. I asked that my order be in separate bags because the orders were difficult to distinguish in the same bag. Please fix this issue.

This past Saturday I asked for hot sauce for my order (All over 20$). Saw her put just 1, asked for more n she only put 2 more. Used to get 5-6 for the amount I order. Not the first time! Drive through took 15 minutes just to get up to the window must of been another 10 cars behind me and I get up to the window, workers not paying attention casually chatting about non work related topics and in by no means in any rush to reduced drive through times. Gave me someone else's order, I stopped him when he gave me a drink and I didn't even order one. All in all very poor service and operating "fast food" joint. Gets 2 stars because the food was good.

Drive thru always takes far too long; it is not uncommon to be there for 10+ minutes. The staff is okay and the food is as to be expected, but if you have anywhere to be you should think twice. Slowest "fast food" I've ever encountered.

I don't agree with the others. This place is slow. I have been there multiple times. The staff are always talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. Wait at cash and wait even longer for the food. No line up, just me. Quality wasn't the best either. From my pictures you can see what I am saying about quality. Where's the toppings.

Took over 30 mins in the drive through, for them to mess up our order, which I repeated more then 5x's to 2 different people, then asked them to repeat it back to me, while at the window they still kept asking me what my order was. Never been to a fast food restaurant with wait times as long as this taco bell location. I'm fed up. Every single time we come to this location we wait 25 minutes for our food with only two cars ahead of us. The stuff is always having a party instead of DOING THEIR JOB. never coming back until they hire competent employees.

Does not even deserve one star. Our first visit 2 months ago was horrible. We ordered food, received a completely different order than what we asked for, and when we called to complain we had the receipt number and were told we were speaking to the manager Jerry and to come in next time to receive our correct order free of charge. He claimed to have written our information in a book so we could claim our food. We went in the next day and were greated by a woman who also claimed to be the manager. She claimed that we were lying because Jerry hadn't worked there for 2 years, called us liars, disrespected us and refused to compensate us for our inconvenience. We left and went across the street where they have customer service skills and treat people with respect. Fast forward 2 months, we thought we would try again. We ordered tonight and when we returned home, they had forgotten an item we paid for as well as put items in my daughters taco which we asked not be included. The food was cold, the cheese in our burritos wasn't melted and the pop was like tonic water. Which means the co2 containers had not been changed. So I called again and asked for the manager. And a male with the name malic or something claimed to be the manager. This location has a different manager each time! I began to tell him my issues and when I was done talking, I listened for a response and didn't get one. I began to say hello and realised the guy had put the phone down so he didn't have to hear me. I emailed head office for taco bell canada on our last visit and have gotten no response. I am absolutely shocked in how this company runs and the complete disrespect they have for their customers. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Arrived at drive through 11:25 on Sunday night. Despite the fact the location is opened until midnight I was informed they had no nacho cheese, lettuce or tomatoes prepared. I was told they could make 4 nacho supremes using shredded cheese and eliminating the other unavailable ingredients. I really should have said forget it but it was late and I was anxious to get home so I agreed to the offer.The nachos were obviously prepared by two different employees as one set of two was almost devoid of toppings while the other set was adequate. I really don’t understand why a fast food place would advertise “Open until Midnight” but pack up basic ingredients 35 minutes before closing time. Do these employees stop earning wages at 11:30pm? In the future I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the location on Tecumseh Road east. This was the final screw up I will forgive at the Central location.

I love taco bell! But today I had a horrible experience. Barely any toppings on my fries supreme and my cheesy gordita crunch was cold and didn't have any cheese between the layers. This location is always inconsistent! At least my cinnamon twists were twisty!

We sat in the drive through for 30 mins. Once we got our food, it was the wrong order. I went inside and let the cashier know. The manager on duty walked over to me, asked what I had ordered and then tossed my food at me. I said, ‘I’m sorry?’To which she replied, ‘Why are you sorry? It wasn’t your fault.’ Right, it wasn’t. I expressed to her that she should have said sorry for the inconvenience. She told me she didn’t have time for that, she was busy and clearly short staffed. A simple apology would have sufficed. Unfortunately, she was the manager on duty and refused to give me her name. Clearly, there was no real leadership happening in that store. Apparently customers are not a priority. The food was cold and mushy. Perhaps, a little training would go a long way.

The drive through guy was eather special or completely incompetent. 4 drinks would normally be in a tray but nope. Oh and he forgot the one drink we had to go in for that. He actually said when did you order? I'm 2 seconds ago in drive through. He messed up the order as well. We got home and we'll just wow. I'm fairly certain a trained monkey could do a better job. And no that was not meant as a racial joke. As he was a man of colour. Not impressed!

I came in last night to get a party pack and combo with 12 soft tacos as for them to be supreme ended up not getting what I paid for none of the tacos were supreme called back today to notify the manager of what was wrong with my food the manager asked me 101 questions are there any landmarks nearby did you see a food basics nearby ask me how much my party pack was I told him around $18 let him know maybe they didn't charge me correctly or maybe they didn't hear the order correctly when I had ordered the gentleman told me that it was a $40 meal so apparently a party pack of soft tacos cost $40 so he continued to interrogate me and ask me all kinds of questions like I was some type of criminal long story short I told him that I would just leave my feedback and give a one-star since nobody decided to put a receipt in my bag and they do not wish to make my food correct make sure the people working there put the receipt in your bag make sure you let them know exactly what you want to make sure you check before you leave don't give them an inch because they will take a mile and if you can avoid it definitely go to a different location stay away from these guys they're rude disrespectful and unprofessional in my opinion

The best taco bell in the city of Windsor if you want a random order! Always seem to give the wrong items or most of the time you just don't get items you paid for. Would recommend 100% for people that hate themselves and just want to throw money away.

The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the food is always fine BUT; I feel like the owner here is very neglectful. The workers are forced to use VERRYYY outdated registers and equipment, the restaurant isnt on any food delivery websites, and overall seems outdated and disconnected from its client base. The poor employees try their best but you can tell that they can't work fast due to this outdated equipment, and this is the ONLY fast food restaurant not on any delivery websites (such as uber eats). It recently underwent a full reconstruction but the functionality of the restaurant only got worse.

They messed up my order, again and when I called in, I got an attitude from the girl who picked up the phone. I bought 40 dollars worth of food, least they can do is make sure that I get what I paid for. Wasn't even for me, so thanks for making me look stupid when I meet my party with items missing from the order and the wrong food. This isn't the first time either. You had one job, and you managed to mess it up, AGAIN! 🙄

The on Staff manager for 7:30pm March 29th was very rude about a previous arrangement for missed items through my Uber eats order claiming it was the drivers fault for missing supposed to be pre packaged items for my delivery driver to pick up. The night manager was apologetic and even offer me free Cinnabon bites for the inconvenience thank you to him btw will unfortunately not be using this location in the future due to her attitude

9/10 we have a problem. Our order is incomplete almost everytime and we have to go back. As well as they run out of items often. They don't always have their sauces they offer and we've gone once when they've run out of beef and tonight they had no french fries! Also the drive thru service is veryvvery slow, we always expect to wait at least 10 minites in line. There are a few restaurants close by that we will be going to before them now even though taco bell is a family favourite.

Avoid this location , customer service is horrible and not a pleasant experience. If you see the employee Faith, run she claims she is a manager as well, she will treat you very bad and should not be working in customer service. I ordered a side of cheese sauce with my meal and when I recieved it the container was 1/3 full , I asked her to please fill the cheese sauce because I didn't pay $1 for 1/3 of a small container. She flipped out and said no so I then asked her for a refund on it then because I didn't want it, she lost it and told me I had to get my a** out of the drive-thru and park my car and go inside if I wanted a refund that she wasn't helping me. I asked her what her problem was and asked to speak to a manager she snapped at me and said she is one of the managers and that If I didn't leave her drive-thru she was calling to police. I asked her if that's how she treats all her customers and she yelled at me walled away grabbed the phone and started to actually call the police over a customer asking for a refund. Like who does that police are for emergency situations not over an employee refusing to do their job properly and a customer asking for a refund because of that. I will never go back to this location as long as faith works here and will be spreading the word

And when i asked with them they team member arguing with me and no one is calling there manager. So a while back I had a terrible experience with an Employee named Matthew at the Ouellette location, left a review on his behavior. So why is it, that when I go to this Taco Bell I get the same guy? Are we just shuffling the same bad employees between locations as if he's suddenly gonna be pleasant at the next one? Update: On the weekend I decided to give this location a second shot. That was a mistake. Matthew is still as unpleasant as ever and the food was almost as bad as his attitude. How would I go about filing a complaint with management?

Went to drive through. Ordered 25 tacos for family of 5. They were prepared quickly, however not very edible. They were crunchy tacos that were so soggy some stuck to the paper.

I was at the drive through questioning the two items on my bill because I ordered one thing. The blonde girl says that's the way it shows up Now Move Along. Another girl says I will slap that camera out of your hands and the rest of the staff gathered behind the two young girls to harass me with evil looks . I did not feel safe . They are all not mature enough to work there. Sad I put a complaint in to taco complaint line and was told a manager would call me back. No one called me.

I am usually fond of Taco Bell but my visit on 3/12/2018 at roughly 6:00 PM was terrible. I arrived to a long drive thru line and was going to inside instead but someone had already pulled up behind me so I decided to wait it out. it took roughly 7-8 minutes before I got to the speaker. The Taco Bell representative was rather quiet. (I overheard the person in line ahead of me making that comment as well) He asked if I could please wait a moment. 8 minutes or so later I honk my horn and the representative responds ready to take my order. I had a coupon for "Stuffed Grillers" an item not currently displayed on the menu. I ask about them and at this point the representative was polite and helpful. I confirm my order and drive around at this point no other cars were in front of me confirming my belief that I was forgotten about. When I get to the window I notice the representative's name tag is not worn straight it was nearly vertical and in my opinion not looking very professional. Not wanting to stare I am not certain of the name but I'm fairly certain it was Christopher. Christopher apologized claiming that sometimes the sensor doesn't register that a car is at the speaker. I this point I state "You asked me to wait so I did." Christopher asked me to repeat my whole order. I did and then he seemed busy doing something at the register for several minutes. In the window a short distance off was another representative whom I later found out was the manger. By this point since I arrived at the speaker I had been waiting at least 15-20 minutes. Christopher returned to accept my payment for the order which I promptly paid. He seemed to double check something and then held a drink cup in hand asking me to once again repeat my drink order. I repeat myself for the third time making it a point to state "For the third time sir" as I was admittedly impatient over having to repeat myself again and for the exceptionally long delay times as well as being seemingly forgotten for a time. At this point the other representative speaks up "You don't need to speak to him like that." she said. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was I believe she said her name was Shantel. She went on to say I was rude for making such a comment yet during the whole of the time at the order window she did not make any effort to lessen any of the delays. I asked for a refund for my incomplete order and went elsewhere. This was my single worst experience with any Taco Bell and I will not be returning. Update: Over 4 years later and having a craving I returned to this Taco Bell. Big mistake on my part. Rude staff, Mistakes with orders. You are better off going elsewhere.

Came here for first time. Lady was Verry salty and rude for no absolute reason. On top of the saltiness. I asked for 2 bean burritos and was given 2 burritos with meat. When i went back to advise them of there mistake. No apology or sympathy. Not coming back to this food establishment.

They failed to get part of our order correct. My friend graciously accepted the error and asked for some lettuce to make her food palatable to her vegan requirements. The staff provided some lettuce but insufficient quantity to modify the incorrect order. She politely asked for a bit more lettuce and the staff got the manager involved. She refused to utilize any level of customer service and said that she was given enough lettuce and would have to charge for any additional lettuce. My wife then attempted to intervene but the manager failed to see the trivial position that she was standing firm on!! APPARENTLY FIFTEEN CENTS WORTH OF LETTUCE WAS TOOOOOO MUCH TO ASK FOR IN THE NAME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in so my order would be correct...1 person in front of me already paid and waiting on food. I ordered and waited 25 mins for 2 double crunch tacos and 2 pizzas. So I stood at counter and waited for my food. As I waited 25 mins ....i watched 2 woman and 1 of them was a manager making tacos etc...either of them changed their gloves once!!! Got dorito tacos and I do not like lettuce so I asked for no lettuce and I did not get a single tomato, over half of the tacos were shell. As for fry supreme, like 5 pieces of tomato. Portioning was very poor!!! Even the nacho cheese for my nachos weren’t filled. Hardly even half. They do this almost everytime I come to this location. They lost my service entirely as I will never come back!

NEGATIVE 10 STARS! Staff is barely competent. Had to go back three times due to the order being completed incorrectly! Not only were we given the wrong items but the two times we went back to have them correct it they left out items that we had originally ordered blaming their technology when we VERBALLY told them what was incorrect. That's $50 I won't be spending there again any time soon.

I order a bunch of food for us! He had a bean burrito which he said was OK and I ate two soft tacos and two Doritos tacos. I woke up at 3:30am with the worst stomach pains, Vomiting, chills, sweating and diarrhea!!!! YES PPL I HAD FOOD POISONING!!!! I was literally a victim of all of those symptoms until 8 PM the next day, 16 hours of dealing with food poisoning! Thanks but no thanks! BEWARE!

Disgusting taco bell ever. To be honest, i love taco bell so i visit this location for my lunch. When i reached there so i wait for my friend and sit there because of rain One staff member came to me and said that you have to order right now otherwise leave the store. How rude she was at me and it is totally insulting. So , i would say taco bell have to change there team for sure.

We ordered on Uber Eats, then received a call from the Uber driver saying that the store was refusing to make our food. The Taco Bell employee kicked our driver out of the store, and when we tried calling the store to have our order cancelled they claimed they couldn't (which is untrue, everyone who's ever worked food retails knows that.) After they refused to cancel our order we had to cancel it ourselves and were left with the full bill. We had to call Uber eats support to get any refund. Completely unsatisfied with the rude and ignorant service.

This is the location right next to Starbucks at the 300 plaza near Freshco. The worst food and atmosphere imagined. Useless manager and staff, all rude and not caring about the atmosphere or customers. They can't run a taco bell right lol. Dont waste your money or time at this location.

Shameful and disgraceful to the original taco bells they only get worst customer service is bad and the tiny taco u gets a fortune these tacos are worth a buck for what u get this company is failing and soon enough taco bell will go extinct

They sent me a tablespoon of nacho cheese for my cold 5 fries . Tried again today, got freezing cold food and they are not far away at all. Eeeeeyuck this is my last time ordering from here. 😭

I go to this Taco Bell all the time and they always leave me disappointed…from drive thru, going inside sitting to eat. Or even ubering… I’ve have the same person named ashmita mess up orders in drive thru multiple times Somehow messed up on my uber order and not give me all items including not even getting the correct items and can’t even get cash back for missing stuff it seems to be the same person over and over again… very poor communication skills and a lack of care for customer service.. a shame of what once was a beautiful thriving establishment management definitely needs to switch people out that can’t communicate and execute a job

Absolutely horrid food. The nacho's supreme has literally nothing on them. Maybe a drip of sour cream and a small drip of cheese. The feature new loaded nacho taco classic was pathetic and nothing at all like their fake advertising (see photos in this review) The staff is obviously very poorly trained and doesn't care. Would not recommend this place to anyone even if the food was free.
