This was my first time at the restaurant. The manager Bria was very nice. As soon my friend and I walked in she saw us and immediately came over and acknowledged us. She made us feel welcome with her warm spirit. We ordered the fried couscous Mac and cheese balls 10/10. Then I had the honey BBQ bone in wings 10/10 and side of fries 10/10 with an orange cream float 10/10 (never heard of such a thing at a restaurant). Our server Jasmine was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Sky and her coworker Rae took very good care of our large crowd. No mistakes made in the ordering process and they both were well versed in the menu and treating the customers with care. The food was a wide array with my spaghetti and perfect meatballs, to burgers, jambalaya, and 3 appetizers. The drinks were well made and they have a large variety of beers and mixed drinks. If you are in the area, go by and ask for Sky and Rae. They understand courtesy pays big dividends and doesn’t cost a penny. Very nice ladies.

When the tip is worth it, I love it. The food was good, but the service was amazing . We didn't have to look for our server to get water , she came checked in for our drinks and made sure our order was as we ordered. Was v friendly and good.

Fantastic!!! We had an amazing waitress, Sky, she was above and beyond!!! She came and checked on us and made sure we was well taken care of! Her personality was great, she has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to her. Me and my husband was very pleased with her service!! The food was terrific. I had the Full Rack of Ribs and they was cooked to perfection, sauce and meat! They was not overcooked or under, honestly had the perfect amount of sauce. Then we had the Nashville Bone in Wings. The flavor was savory & enjoyable. The manager came to greet us and was very welcoming himself. I will be coming back! Every enjoyable Birthday Dinner!

Great atmosphere and ambiance, as always the food is good and the staff is friendly and very attentive. Brandon was delightful and helpful with recommendations from the menu, we will return for sure! * Another great visit on Thursday, Virginia and Peyton were so attentive and awesome for sure. We ordered the full rack ribs, wow so delicious! To end our lunch we ordered the white chocolate macadamia pizookie.

My sister and I went for lunch here last Thursday around 11:30. They weren’t busy at all and sat us in the bar area, which was fine but the music was a little too loud for conversation. We didn’t complain but it did get turned down. The menu is extensive which is great. But there’s a lot of overlapping ingredients, which is bad if they are out of something. Case in point, they were out of black beans and guacamole, so no Power Bowls unless you are willing to eat them without the missing ingredients. Since they had avocado, but no guacamole, they aren’t making it fresh, but they don’t claim to be a scratch kitchen. I’m not sure why they didn’t shop locally for those items. I switched to seafood tacos, one fried mahi-mahi and one blackened shrimp. They were both REALLY good! I picked the fries since no black beans and the fries were breaded and crispy. Yum! The tacos also came with tortilla chips and sauces. The green sauce was listed as avocado cream. The other sauce is fire roasted salsa EXCELLENT. The chips were fresh and thin with a nice amount of salt. Our server was very nice and kept our drinks full. We asked for a to go cup for our tea and she said they had cups but no lids. I just told her to leave room at the top to prevent spilling and she had no problem with that. I’m still giving 5 stars because they are flexible (mix and match tacos) and I thoroughly enjoyed my food. My sister ordered the Enlightened Mediterranean chicken bowl for a second time and said it was very good. I would return for lunch because there are several items I’d like to try.

Even though they only had 1 Bartender working at 749 pm on a Friday night Meagan did amazing job taking care of everyone at the bar and still cleaning and helping with all the table orders. Seriously this girl needs a raise!! Food was tasty and beers are cold. Thank you for everything.

Our waitress Jennifer was super nice and attentive. The food came out in a reasonable time, great flavor with all four plates. Great atmosphere for family gathering, friends, and big parties.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I made my reservation for Mother's Day, but was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, service and food. I enjoyed my Boba-Licious Mango Sparkler, Wedge Salad and Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie. BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse in Winston-Salem, NC has a great layout. It's roomy and easy to navigate, even for people with disabilities/mobility differences using walkers or wheelchairs. Denise, our server was excellent. The food was a little slow to come out, but the atmosphere made up for it. I would recommend BJ's Brewhouse for a date night, celebration or family dinner. This restaurant is also a good place to bring young children.

My experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse was nothing short of gastronomic enlightenment. What masquerades as casual dining is, in reality, a symposium of flavor and fermentation brilliance. The menu reads like a culinary epic, the house-brewed beers are liquid poetry with impeccable foam architecture, and the Pizookie is a molten masterpiece worthy of academic study. Service operates with orchestral precision—attentive, refined, effortless. In summary: not a restaurant, but an institution. Five stars feels mathematically insufficient.

Me and my son wanted to try something different so we decided on BJ's. I'm glad we did! Even though the Prime rib is only available certain days.. I asked the waiter what he recommend and he was right! The Tri-Tip was amazing! Such good flavor , Highly recommend. My son said his Smash burger was really good as well. But what was really Amazing... Was the Dubai Chocolate Pizookie! Best dessert I've had in a while! The service was excellent as well. We will be back!

Absolutely atrocious service. We had the buss boy, Dustin, come to the rescue. He was the absolute best. He relayed the messages when our server was fooling with the table next to us. He got us refills and told us about the lack of food when our server ignored us. Bria came to the rescue after the fact and comped our dinner and give us free pizookies! Overall a not great experience but Dustin and Bria are the greatest!!!

Cody did a great job serving our table. They had a very busy restaurant with a large party next to us but he was very communicative about how long things would take. He also gave us great suggestions for drinks. Will definitely be back!

I went here while on my trip back home and I always enjoy a great Pazookie! Our server Maddie was absolutely amazing! She was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and her positive energy made our meal that much better. She went above and beyond definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. We dined in on 1/18 as a party of 16 and Sky and Erica were very efficient, friendly and organized. Their service was unmatched and they were very organized. We eat here often and this has been the best service we have had over the years. I appreciate their friendliness and efficiency greatly. The food was also good and came out pretty fast. Thank you so much for your service - my family appreciates it.

I had the best time here at Bj by Hanes Mall, my server was Jazmin and she was suuuuuch a pleasure ! Such a sweet person and was very patient with me and my kids. The manager I believe she was running the shift like it’s was the back of her hand !! The restaurant was beautiful, food was excellent and the wait was not too bad as I’m here on a Friday night . This was my kid first time coming and they enjoyed themselves , we will certainly be back !!

Despite waiting 30 mins when we were told 10 we had a great experience. Jennifer is a great host! Not only did she give great recommendations but this was after 7 hours on her feet on a holiday! Give her a raise or atleast a bonus! She didn't rush us at all even when they were busy! She made the long wait very enjoyable. It would be 5 stars if we would have just been told the truth. We don't mind the wait.

Our server Denise was amazing! But service was very slow, and all of our food came out at different times. We started off with some appetizers and everything was good the food could have been hotter, it came out a little cold. For my entree I ordered the shrimp scampi, it was missing the side garlic bread it comes with & I don’t realize it until I got home lol. This place really has potential I will go back again maybe not for dinner but a little earlier in the evening. Btw this was my first time here!!

I've been to this location twice now. The first time, the service was a bit slow but the food was good and they have good selection. This second time, the service was extremely slow, and the food was cold and mediocre. It took 30min for a waiter to get our drink order. Then our kids' meals came out last because of a "mixup in the kitchen". How do you mix up 2 orders of corn dogs and fries? If anyone reading this has kids under 10, you'll understand how much of a problem this is.

Amazing food, special drinks were amazing. My friend and I asked the waitress for PARMESAN for our chicken parm spaghetti and she never brought it. She did not even check up on us while we were eating. We ended up eating it without the PARMESAN :( . It was good food though, just missing the PARMESAN. To clarify, the waitress was really nice its just that she forgot to bring up the PARMESAN. I would come again but this hoping that they do not forget the PARMESAN. ❌🧀🇮🇹

We went here for dinner on a Saturday night and expected it to be busy, but it was surprisingly empty. The restaurant was also very dark, to the point that we had to use our phones to read the menu, which probably should have been our first clue. We ordered two appetizers — mozzarella sticks and the California flatbread. The mozzarella sticks were actually very good and there were plenty of them. Unfortunately, the flatbread came out incorrectly as a California club sandwich with fries. My friend chose not to say anything since the server appeared to be struggling with the electronic ordering system. That said, the fries were excellent. We tried a variety of entrées, but overall nothing really stood out. The chicken Alfredo seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp as the noodles were clumped together and it was only lukewarm, although the chicken itself was good. The jambalaya wasn’t great, the ribs and steak were decent but the sauce had a very strong wine flavor, and the protein bowl was overly spicy. Overall, while I might consider stopping in again if I were already in the area, it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to revisit.

I really wanted to love this place. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, quiet despite being open. They were at a medium capacity for a Saturday, but the service was awful. The waiter asked me within a minute of sitting if I wanted to order. Came back three minutes later and then I didn't see him for 15. The spacing just seemed off. No mashed potatoes, no wine for the drink I ordered, no refills because the tea was brewing, brought the food and I had to wave him down for no utensils, one thing after the other after the other. I hate to flag down a waiter, and I am not suprised we both left feeling annoyed with each other. The food was average and cold. I want to try one more time because the atmosphere was really nice, and other tables seemed to really enjoy their experience, but be prepared for a mixed experience.

The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Everything we ordered came out overcooked and burnt. I ordered the Slow Roasted Beef Dip, and it was so tough and dried out that I couldn’t enjoy it (I even posted a video to show how bad it was). The avocado egg rolls, fish & chips, and even were all the same burnt and poorly prepared. For the price (over $70 for just two entrées, one appetizer, and a beer), the quality was nowhere near acceptable. The service was okay, but the food itself ruined the whole experience.

I spent 107$ on my food. That included tip + fees. Without the tip + fees would have been roughly around 80$. I had high hopes ordering this food because they had a large menu and the food looked stunning. For me personally, my food that I received through ( delivery), did not match the description on the menu. Let’s start off with the ribeye steak and veggies ( in the picture I did start to cut my steak then stopped to take a picture) I got garlic mixed veggies on the side. My viggies were very bland. No taste and very skimp on the veggies. According to the picture online I seen carrots ect.. I didn’t receive that. My steak was “ ok .” Definitely not worth 30$. The pizza.. when I see “ deep dish “ I expect deep dish. Not a pan pizza from dominos. The salad was not a house salad. Very disappointed. The wings were the best thing I got and that was a 6/10.

Unfortunately I have to change my review today. From a 5 to a 2. Today I dined in for the first time and we had a very inattentive. I went to the restroom when we were first seated and when I got back she still hadn't taken the drink orders. I haven't always had the most delicious food at BJs with my takeout orders, but always great customer service, that's why I always return. Today the server told us that we could not redeem the two rewards at once that were on the account. We asked her why and she went to ask the manager, she returned and said that they could go ahead and give it to us. I told her no thanks, but I said I still wanted to know why, I explained that it wasn't something I was being mean about I just truly wanted to know why, she stated that she was trained that way. I asked if the manager could explain and she stated that he was in an interview I told her I would just call and thanked her. When I called the manager shortly after the he said yes more than one reward can be used at one time and perhaps the server misunderstood the situation. I told him I understood and I let him go. However it's quite clear that she did not misunderstand when we gave her the phone number, she could clearly see the two rewards available to redeem on her device, so there was nothing unclear! The manager let me know that he would make sure the server is clear on redeeming rewards, but I don't know that I can trust him either since the server lied! On a positive note the food was good, I do not wish to pay for anything there again, maybe I will return for my Veterans Day treat; I can redeem the last reward then so I don't have to return.

Visited 5 times within 2 months all on weekends. Prime Rib Pazookie Special. Great deal if you can get the steak medium rare. Only happened on 1st visit perfect, 2nd and 3rd visit only had well done. 4th visit made a point to show up friday at 4:30 when the special begins. No luck only available well done then Manager tells me they only recieve 5 prime rib per day. The special is fri, sat, sun. So 15 prime ribs total. Shocked you cant get a steak med rare on a friday when the special begins. My guess they reheat them or just dont want people ordering the special since it is a great deal. Managers and staff went out of the way to make every trip pleasant. Service was great 4 out 5 trips. All at the bar. Never saw the same manager twice. Guessing high turnover assuming whoever resides over these stores has never had experience in the industry before and had some kind of degree that sounded good. Experience is always the key. Wishing the staff the best!

Me and my boyfriend have come here for 3 years now on every Valentine’s Day. The first two times were amazing! But this time was a complete 180 from the last times. We got there fully expecting a wait. 70-80 minutes…whatever there’s a target up the street. We get back with about 20 minutes to spare and decide to wait inside until we are notified about our table. Apparently, they had a complete system crash and it messed up the wait list. They sat us immediately as there were plenty of tables. A little irritating considering we could’ve been sat sooner but I’ve worked customer service and I know that stuff happens! Frustrating, but we decide to let it go. Well, 35 minutes go by and we hadn’t been approached a single time. I finally get up and ask the hosts (which were amazingly understanding might I add) if we should be moved or if there is even a server working our section as 40 minutes have now passed and we don’t even have drinks. They get us our drinks. We order and the wait is pretty standard although we’re only being checked on once, briefly, every 10 minutes. Part of my food is missing and I sat and waited for our waitress for an additional 15 minutes. Then I had to explain what I was even missing as it was supposed to be paired with the main dish. It took probably another 20 minutes just for the dipping sauce to come out. And my boyfriend also never got his drink after asking at least 4 times. Clearly, there is a lack of communication between wait staff and the kitchen. I felt like everything I asked for went in one ear and out the other. We normally love our time here, but this was just a big disappointment, unfortunately.

I understand that it was a busy Saturday evening; however, the quality of service was disappointing from the start. Our server, Samaria, had barely finished taking my partner’s and my order before beginning to enter it, which made the interaction feel rushed and inattentive. While the appetizers were the most satisfactory part of the meal, they were still overcooked and had become cold by the time they reached our table. Unfortunately, the main courses were also disappointing. The steak, which was ordered rare, arrived well done and was dry. The salmon, served with spinach couscous, was overcooked and unappetizing. The crispy jalapeño burger was likewise overcooked. Additionally, we requested silverware but did not receive it until approximately ten minutes later. By that time, our meals had already been sitting on the table, uneaten, as we had no utensils available. I was also concerned by the overall level of professionalism. The manager on duty appeared to be dressed in what looked like sleepwear or pajamas, which did not reflect a professional standard for the establishment. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations in both service and food quality.

I wish I was joking when I tell you I spent 20$ on a “ “jumbo” spaghetti and meatballs “.. and they gave me these flat beef patty looking things & bagged sauce; no flavor, no texture, no passion into prepping. 🥴 This establishment even put the option off the bat to tip 18% off takeout, they were gonna charge me 18$ in tip (my total order was close to 100$) and still serve me this.. I guess Sysco must’ve had a mess up on the mass production line… the fact that they still served these. There’s not many places I go out to eat, and I use to love coming here. Not returning, I don’t wanna play the game or who can cook the food out of the back of Sysco trucks the best. Zero stars.

In all my travels this is the worst experience ever. I recommended we go to BJs as it has always been a great choice anyplace we travel to. This was an experience in terror!!! The food was horrible and the staff well lets just say if an inspector from the liquor board entered this establishment they would loose the license on the spot. Note to manager on duty: If your staff exhibits behavior that he or she is under the influence you should immediately send them home!! Below the “calamari” which I have ordered many times around the country at BJs and NEVER like this. The pasta was so overcooked and the whole thing just thrown on the plate with a piece of bread. My coworkers entrees just as bad if not worse. DO BETTER BJs at this location. You really are bringing down the brand.

Yesterday was my birthday. My family had not been out together since my grandmother died 3 years ago. We were excited. I picked a place we had never been before. Should have walked away when i saw the lot was empty.Huge mistake. Had my sisters and brother in law at the bar like they couldnt have drinks at the table. Waiter and waitress were good except for the white girl that came through to assist but when asked to being something she made it clear she was just helping and not waiting our party. Olivia came by to ensure we knew her status and to let her know If we needed anything. She came back one more time to check on us but we never saw her again. I ordered a Pepsi. It tasted weird. My daughter agreed. I sent it back. The young lady came back and said her boss said there was something wrong with the line so she informed me that even though she selected regular Pepsi and not diet it might taste the same I said no thank you. She said do you even want to try it. I declined. My husband told her your boss is wrong for even telling you to come and say that. Just say you're out. Then I ordered mac and cheese balls. Disgusting. No flavor. I sent them back. One of my aunts ordered salad and soup combo. Salad came and she had ro ask where is the soup. Your menu shows soup in a bowl and when it came out in a regular bowl the waiter tried to say you have to ask for the bread bowl which is extra but he didn't exain it that way. Waited forever for ranch for my uncles wings. My mother waited forever for a burger that your waiter claimed all the burgers were waiting for fresh fries but she ordered onion rings. And my daughter had a burger with onion rings on the burger and as a side and my sister ordered he onion ring appetizer that came out with no problem. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp scampi scampi combo with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Potatoes were like a brick and asparagus was dry and the size of small tree twigs. Shrimp was swimming in a thin soupy concoction. I showed it to the waiter and said tell your cooks don't put something like this on a plate. He said yeah. At this point I'm embarrassed and ready to go. The burgers finally came out and I was asking for to go plates at the same time. Tried to eat my 6 Oz sirloin today and it was 4 oz of fat. Service good. Food was horrible. Will never go bavk again.

Service was very, very slow. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took a while for us to be seated, then a long while again for anyone to come take our order, and an extremely long wait for the food to come. Our appetizer never came before our food arrived and we ended up canceling that. We realized after the server left our food and walked away that they had failed to give us any silverware. Had to wait again for that. Drinks sat without refills for more than 30 minutes at a time. Finally, they were out of the one thing we came in for, which was the free dessert offered to veterans on Veteran’s Day for my husband. They didn’t end up having the kind he wanted so he didn’t get one. The food wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great and certainly not worth all the waiting we had to do.

Took my mom to BJs, we haven't been back for a while, and they sat us down and we received no service. We sat there for 15 minutes and no server came to even ask us for drinks. We left after a family of four sat down after us and the server was taking their orders within minutes. We were completely ignored. It is going to be a while before we come back. If I could put a zero I would.

Stopped in on 7 Feb 26, at 4pm.... there was one party and several tables(not busy). Waiter came up to table didn't smile got our drink order and was gone for 15 minutes.... came back asked him 5 times to bring lemons.... got the lemons an hour later.... order food nothing came out together..... got our food before our salads..... (BEERS WERE NOT COLD).... didn't have and baked potatoes..... The day before superbowl and your running out of food and serving hot beers will definitely put you out of business..... I've been in the restaurant industry for a long time and I've never had service like this.... I will probably not go back.....IF YOU CANT TRAIN YOUR STAFF WHY HAVE A RESTAURANT...... I dont normally post bad reviews but honestly it sucked .... there were not even busy..... I just dont understand.... and it's not the waiter fault I blame the company because there in it for the money...... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HAVING TO COMP A WHOLE TABLES MEAL...... if you need help training please feel free to contact me I would love to help peopke make money and serving food.....

For a restaurant with empty tables on a Friday night I was stunned not only by the lacking service but the lack of action by staff and management. Basic 'meal deal' food and dessert took over two hours from the point that orders were placed. Drinks refills required flagging down staff. From completion of the meal to receiving a cooke and ice cream took 45 minutes. All this while staff continually walked past a guest visibly sprawled out and passed out on a table while not taking any action surrounded by families with young children. Only after I stopped a server and asked them to have a manager address the situation did a manage bother to become visible and take any action, 15 minutes after the request was made. Terrible first impression of this restaurant.

We made reservations for Valentines Day and got there at 6 (our reservation time). People waiting were irritated and there were others getting seated ahead of us and others that had reservations after us. It was complete chaos and horribly managed, people were angry and multiple people were walking out. The system did crash, but not until almost 7:00, so there is no excuse of what happened up until that point. When asked about 6:30 the status of our reservation we were told we still had 8 in front of us. The whole experience was complete chaos. As we were walking out at 7:00 to go elsewhere, we received a message our table was ready, so we went back in. When we told the front desk person we had a text, the response was "the system just crashed, everyone got that text". At that point we were done and went somewhere else to eat. If the people at the front desk knew the wait was going to be this long at 6:00, we would have liked to have known so that we could have immediately gone somewhere else to eat. Waiting, not knowing a status for our reservation is uncalled for and horrible management on a day you know is going to be busier than normal.

Was very excited to come here and try the Pizookie. However from the start the experience was very underwhelming. We got sat very quickly which was nice. Took about 10 minutes for the server to get to us, which as a server myself i get it sometimes you’re in the weeds. Server finally came to get our drinks and we put an appetizer in, we got our drinks fairly quick and the appetizer as well. However when we put our order in, our server disappeared. I didn’t get a refill for another 30 minutes. Then we got our food. And there was a hair in my friends mash potatoes. Then after getting that all taken care of, our server disappeared AGAIN! Sat here for about an hour before getting checked on by a lady who wasn’t even our server. We ordered the Pizookie with this lady who wasn’t our server and that took another 30 minutes, then our server finally came back! She brought us the Pizookie and it was burnt like the whole reason we came here. This whole experience was just not fun. The service was god awful, and i try not to judge but genuinely there is no excuse. It wasn’t busy at all. Not to mention multiple tables around us were complaining they didn’t even get their own food. Probably will never be back!

Took forever to get waited on. Not sure if our waiter was new. His name was Clinton. I ordered the chicken parmasegan pasta and instead he brought out just chicken. My grandfather asked for condiments for his burger and our waiter never came back with it. We had to ask multiple people for our waiter. He never came to refill our drinks. We had to ask another waiter/waitress for our waiter to bring us the check and he never came back until 10 minutes later. We have never been here before but we were disappointed.

12/31/25 we sat down at 5:22pm. it took 16 minutes for our server to even approach us to take our drink order. we immediately went ahead and ordered an appetizer and our meals as well. our drinks and appetizer came out promptly, but after that our server never returned. at 6:20pm…AN HOUR later i had to get up and walk to the bar to ask our server for a refill on our drinks that had been empty for over half an hour. he brought out refills, another 10 minutes pass. still no food, we’ve been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes by that point. our server is back behind the bar not even glancing our direction once. we got up and left. 0/10 experience, absolutely unacceptable and that’s coming from a server myself, will not be returning.

As hard as this review will be to write due to a serious lack in supply. After sitting in a parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes doing the whole, what do you want to eat honey? No what do you want to eat honey thing, we settled on BJ’s. Well, that turned out to be the wrong choice. We went and got, sat and server comes up, introduces herself, and then proceeded to tell us what would be our ultimate reason for leaving before the meal even started. She proceeded to tell us that they did not have fries, bone in and bone out wings, salmon, steak, chicken breast, and I believe that’s it.

We ate here for my mother in laws birthday. Let me start by saying are food was awful . My rice was crunchy , my husband’s fish and chips were mushy and smelt like rotten fish , my mother in laws Alfredo was over cooked with mushy noodles and the chicken had a horrible texture as if it was raw . We had to send everything back and left it was so bad . Then the manager blamed it on a baby shower party . That’s not an excuse for bad food . It was a Saturday night and wasn’t that busy .

I rarely feel the need to leave negative feedback, but our recent visit was deeply concerning from both a service and a safety standpoint. The Service Lapse The experience began with a 10-minute wait before anyone acknowledged us or took a drink order. Once ordered, drinks took an excessive amount of time to arrive. While the food was delivered relatively quickly, the service vanished immediately after. Our server walked past our table seven times while our glasses were empty; he never once checked on us and actively ignored my attempts to get his attention. A Serious Safety Concern Most troubling was the staff’s handling of another patron. A female guest was slumped over a table in the bar area, appearing passed out. Despite multiple staff members walking past her, no one checked on her well-being. Concerned, I personally monitored her to ensure she was breathing. When we finally flagged down a staff member to alert management, the manager eventually spoke with her but allowed her to walk out of the bar alone without ensuring she was sober or safe to be on her own. Lack of Management Accountability When we asked a server to have the manager visit our table to discuss these issues, I watched the server relay the message, only for the manager to immediately turn and walk into the kitchen. We never saw them again. The Only Positive The only redeeming part of the meal was the ability to pay via a QR code on the table. This allowed us to leave promptly without having to wait even longer for a check that likely wasn't coming. I will be contacting corporate offices to discuss these service failures and the lack of basic "duty of care" displayed by the management team. I would advise others to be aware of these standards before choosing to dine here.
