Fast service, excellent waffle cones on 1/2 off ice cream cones! Extremely helpful ordering screen to confirm your order is correct. Our new go to sonic! It's cleaner than some others around town and if you want to eat outside there's plenty of shade in the hot afternoons to sit and be comfortable still.

Order on the app is most convenient for us, half price drinks on the app don't hurt and half price burgers on Tuesday though the app make a quick dinner for the family during the week.

The food I have no issues with nor the drinks. My issue is how the boss and managers are allowed to treat the employees. Also how the Boss and management allows other employees to bully other employees. If the boss or managers at this location can not be unbiased then maybe this location needs a new boss and management

Chloe is the absolute BEST car hop!!! She is always so kind and polite and always has a smile on her face! Every time my husband and I see that she is going to be our car hop we know it’s going to be a good experience. She is such a joy and a light! I came to sonic tonight stressed and struggling and when Chloe brought me my Dr Pepper and I saw the big smile on her face, I couldn’t help but smile too! Chloe deserves a raise! Chloe for president! I was in town for work and this sonic sat in front of my hotel so I ate here quite a few times. Everytime the food was great and the service was even better. Definitely recommend

Wow! What a throwback to pre-covid times. This place was well staffed and everyone was friendly and professional. From the person taking our order to the car hop each employee introduced themselves and smiled. The food was hot and fresh. Now this is the Sonic I grew up on! Well done all the way around. This will be a regular stop for our family.

I stop here regularly for breakfast. The guys working the morning shift are super friendly and on the ball. I've had a few order hiccups, but nothing that would change my mind. Great service. Keep it up!

We stopped here to have dinner on our way home. We enjoyed stopping here our carhop Chris was nice and friendly we even asked him to bring us some other condiments and had a great attitude. We sat there to eat our dinner and watched everyone working hard and with a great attitude and with a smile!!

it was pretty packed, so it's understandable that it took a long time for the order to be taken from when we pushed the button, but the order had the sauces missing, marinara and ranch, which is less acceptable. but such good ice, well cooked tots, and nice carhops.

Zahriah went above and beyond to make sure I got my discount at almost closing time due to app issue. She could have easily done like many others and FMLA not her problem.. Very appreciated zahriah..

The food was good only because they had to make it fresh after we waited for 30 minutes I seen people running drinks and food and I finally waved someone down to check our order and sure enough they had keep going around it but the lead person came out and apologized for the inconvenience and they remade our whole order and took responsibility for it.

They didn't take long to get my 2 drinks out too me. The person taking order couldn't hear me so he went out there to take my order. Food was nice and warm. Its 2/25/21 place a online order JEFFERY/BRYSON was really quick to being out my order extra nice and respectful. I apologized to him because I did not have no cash to leave him one. WHEN HE SO DESERVED ONE. I ENJOY HIM BEING MY CAR HOP WHEN I VISIT SONIC.

This sonic went above and beyond to make sure the customer was taken care of. It was both our fault that things got misunderstood. I had ordered 2 kids meals but she had heard the regular #2. Me not thinking paid and didn't look at the screen. Because kids. When we got our food I was shocked at how heavy it was and looked and it was the combos. I rang back and said i just wanted kids meals. she said it was rung up as #2 and thats what we paid for. I told her that wasn't what I needed for my kids. She went back and got the kids meals and refunded me the money and I paid for the kids meals. They let me keep the food so I gave it to some less fortunate folks. Great customer service.

Ordered sweet tea. Got unsweet went back and told them. They replaced it but got down the street and it was unsweet again. Turnned around to exchange again. Finally got it right

When an order is placed, it would be nice to be notified at that time, that they're out of something rather than after the food has been delivered to the car a d you're forced to push the red button again. Only to ask why there's no pretzel cheese or whatever and you're told, "oh, we're out of that cheese" or whatever she they're out of.

The boneless wings were very good but a lot of times I ask for a blue coconut cream slush, I get just a blue coconut with a very small amount of cream. Like a snow cone stand.

The carhop argued with me about what i ordered verse what she brought me. However, she ended up making my double-stuff oreo master blast with strawberry. It was delish after i got it lol...

The onion rings are always over fried, the veggies on the burgers are wilted and taste bad I'm sure they leave them out of approved temperatures and the burger meat is not hot and juicy like other sonics around town!

The first slot I pulled into, I waited 4 minutes with no response once I pushed the red button. I moved to another stall pushed the red button ordered within a minute and received my pretzel with packaged mustard 5 minutes later.

Went to Sonic to get onion rings for my mother because she loves them and decided to get some for myself. They tasted more like I was eating a cookie, way too much sugar.

Food is good i always order mozzarella sticks even though I'm not usally the biggest fan of mozzarella sticks I do have one serious problem I can never come here with just a card the card terminals never work and I hate using the app (no fault to this location of course) but I just wish they would get those terminals working overall service is great food is good just one big problem affecting my enjoyment of coming this location

Usually my food is delicious and great but today I went and got a small chili cheese fry and the chili was all grease literally the whole container it comes in was grease and grease was leaking every where I couldn’t eat it all because the whole bottom was a flood of grease it was unenjoyable and can’t be eaten. My fries are soggy. I am very angry!!

Drinks are bad 90% of the time. Sodas always flat even water with flavor is never right no flavor just blue or orange coloring. Unfortunate because this location is convenient. I go out of my way to drive to the location on Milwaukee no issues over there.

Its a hit and miss. Somedays the wait is long and the people mildly irritable other days there is no wait and people are great.

Didn't even get the the order right on one of the burgers gave me double patty when it's suppose to be a bacon double patty.

I don't know what is happening to the place. I used to go every other morning, but recently I've been getting there, pressing the button, being ignored, then driving off. Today I spammed the button and the finally took my order! So, I guess you gotta push the button as many times as you can if you want them to take your order. The carhop Jeffery was very kind and polite though, so not just 1 star.

Ordered dinner for 4 just after 6pm today. Ordered a steak sandwich, with cheese and no lettuce. Order taker didn't mention the cheese when she read back the order so I asked if she put in on. Got our food and drove home to Abernathy (30 miles away) before checking the order and there was no cheese on it

It's ok, not as good as they use to be. Little thin patty of meat for a burger. Put it this way, the meat used in the hamburger is the same size as McDonald's. The only difference is price and the fries are better at McDonald's

I ordered a number #1 with mustard and fries with no salt. Coke for my drink toast buns and well done meat. I got hot fries but the burger had some type of sauce I didn't ask for and it was not cooked well done. I'm very disappointed 😞Never a response about replacing my meal.

Well i tryed my last time coming here been here for 25 min went from online order to having to call them and see what they are doing when the screen told me they were on there way.

Normally I would have no issue but today I had a misc charge, or facility adjustment, added to my order. When asked about it I was told it was because of the current economy. If you do that you raise the price of items on the menu not add a random charge.

Got food today, took one bite of my burger and it had 3 long hairs in it!

Order was wrong it's happened the last two times I feel bad saying anything to the car hops nice people so I just go on my way... And toss my food in the trash...

Hey, Im Caitlynn D. Bryant. My husband, Paxton W. Kubica and I Ate here for the second time in 2 months and both times we got violently ill. Being pregnant, this is a huge cause for concern.

One of these days you may get a order to go! I am tired of getting the order home and it’s screwed up. Timely service but orders are wrong. Won’t be back and will spread the word.

Got a crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken was so fuxking small, like if they used the slider meat or something, or maybe sonic crispy chicken sandwiches just suck.

Very disappointed with our order being incorrect. The receipt and the car hop repeated everything correct, however or food was wrong. This Sonic doesn't meet the standards of the National chain as this is not the 1st or 2nd time they have gotten our order wrong or had a long wait.

Went for breakfast at 9am and the man who answered quickly mumbled something we couldn't understand (which must be in the Sonic employee handbook to speak without enunciating as it's a problem everywhere). When we asked him to repeat he said that they are open but can only serve drinks because the kitchen wasn't ready. How are you not ready to serve any kind of food when you're already open for business?

Seriously, one of the worst Sonic’s here in the Lubbock area. They put too much flavoring in the drinks, food is always room temp at best, and they put way too much salt on their fries and tots. The past two times I’ve gone, I’ve sat there for over five minutes and no answer to take my order. But saw a dude with a headset walk past me to go take a smoke break. So annoying. Definitely won’t be back.

The stall I pulled up into was not working (ofc I did not know this at the time)& I Advised a carhop and she said she was going to go tell someone inside and never came back to tell me that that same stall was having issues. I do finally get to place my order and then I try to pay with my card and that is not working either. Then the same carhop came to bring me my food. Didn't apologize when I asked her why she didn't come back. I called and talked to a manager and all she could say that she was sorry or could she take my order. She did state that that stall was having issues and thought it was fixed. This Sonic isn't even one that I buy fast food from. I said if it is not working to put a cone or block it so no one else would be having a problem. I was there for 22 minutes to do what My Boss said for me to do and get food for the tech's and I did. :(

Horrible manager Zane. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I complained about my cheese burger not having any meat in it and Zane proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do unless I drive back up there. I say I cant I have three small kids and then starts yelling at me that he either needs the number on my receipt or for me to come up ther . I say I cant go back up there let me find the receipt (because he hadnt mentioned that before) and I ask for his name and he hangs up. I will purposely drive out of my way to avoid the wolfforth sonic now.

Horrible customer service. They brought out the wrong drink, wouldn’t answer the call button so I called them by phone, they apologized and never brought the drink.

We ordered mozzarella sticks and didn’t receive them, I asked for no ice and got a drink full of ice, asked for bacon on a burger and didn’t get any. Disappointed in there performance

If I could give ZERO stars I so would. Only come here if you like getting a wrong order EVERY time. It doesn't matter how big or small our order is, it is ALWAYS wrong. And the owner/manager could care less about his customers. I guess he doesn't understand how business works.

Very disappointed, ordered onion rings and what I get is a bag full of non-battered onion strings. They look disgusting and they were not even eaten. If this is how you are going to send your food, I will not be back.

We were told the food doesn’t look the same as the picture, the burger we got had no lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. They would not fix the order and add the vegetables after we told them the order was wrong. Then we were told they were too busy to help us.

I come here everyday for a half and half tea. It never disappoints! Sadly though when i have decided to splurge and get a snack the past few times I have ended up getting cold mozzarella sticks. It’s very disappointing to get home to them being cold when I live a minute away… they do not reheat the same and I’m starting to get let down.

I do not know why I continue to frequent this location. Maybe to see if one day, someone will get my order right. Can I really be the only one they continually charge for things they don't give you or give you whatever they want on your food? In the last six visits (yes, I love Sonic, just NOT this location), I have paid for bacon on burgers only to get home and find it was left off, asked for only ketchup on a burger and found it has onions and pickles, etc. It's crazy! How hard is it to get an order right? The girl tonight tried to charge me $5 for an extra meat patty on a double cheeseburger because she couldn't find the button for double cheeseburger! I had to order a combo, because she couldn't find a button that include two meat patties with lettuce and tomatoes on the same sandwich! And guess what? Yep! Order was wrong again. I have finally given up. I will try the location at 19th and Milwaukee. Surely all Sonic locations are not this horrible with customer service and employee training. Ugh!

I ordered on the mobile app. 3 of my 5 drinks were wrong!! I pressed the button to fix them. The Big red came out tasting gross! I pressed the button yet again waited 5 mins still no drink. They brought a Big Red out and still taste disgusting like the do not clean the nozzles. The customer service is awful here!

I am highly disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food for the price we spent. We also waited long for nothing to be fresh. The toast was stale so much that the cut didnt go all the way to the other side I could go on and on. I never go out and as a treat my husband wanted to stop here so wouldnt have to cook but I regret that decision. Sad I couldnt do zero stars.

This store used to have great customer service and quality fast food; not anymore! My orders are consistently wrong. I’m tired of paying for terrible service. The AM shift does great but the evening crew is rude and careless. I once had to speak to the manager after an exchange of expletives with a woman named Brooklyn. I’ve never in my life experienced such terrible service. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

I order a simple vanilla coke and it seems like 9 times out of 10 it's either disgusting or they gave me a diet coke. So tired of this place

This sonic has gone down hill. I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger and a water, a sweet tea with vanilla and cream, and a large mozzarella stick. As I get the order, My WATER had vanilla and cream instead of it being with the tea, the mozzarella sticks were still cold(like no color.. COLD.), and the burger came out as a chicken slinger? This isn’t the first time something has gone wrong. Something needs to change.

UPDATE: DO NOT EAT HERE. 5 Years later and I'm swearing never to go back. A few days ago I was served by a guy with long brown curly-ish hair he had pulled back into a ponytail. Sure enough I found a long brown hair in my burger, but I let that slide. Stuff happens, no need to freak out. Tonight there was some kind of 3-4in long white fiber on my burger after being served by a different carhop and I'm over this place. I'm going to contact someone to have it tested to figure out what it is, and I still have my receipt with this car hops name on it. Twice in about a week (give or take 2 days) and I'm done eating here. So gross. $2.99 Carhop special is the best deal!

Ordered a large limeade with no ice and I guess they compensate for no ice by filling the drink halfway. Kind of ridiculous. Especially when paying $3 for a drink, very unfair for those who can’t drink/don’t prefer cold drinks. If I wanted a medium drink I would’ve ordered one, instead I got a medium in a large cup.

Our food was soooo cold the cheese wasn't melted. I order it Rt44 Dr pepper and got a medium. I had to pay the difference for their mistake. The fries were cold we threw the food in the trash. Won't go back

Went to this sonic to grab something quick to eat before going home on a road trip and they gave us the wrong order. We didn't notice right away as we already drove off but once we opened our food it was not what we expected. The coney was just the hotdog and bun, missing the chili and cheese. Secondly, I asked for a water and got a sprite instead. Very disappointing that a simple order couldn't be given correctly.

Sonic is a place our family comes for drinks quite often. We came here and ordered about 8 drinks only total which were just drinks no clever mess. While ordering 4 different people took my order and huffed and puffed the entire time as if I was taking up their TikTok time. Im hoping it’s kids working here that just hate to work. If they don’t want to deal with servicing people then those employees at this sonic should find another job NOT in the service business. Very rude and disrespectful as if people can’t hear your little attitude. They got the order wrong AND I still left a tip lol smh

Ordered 2 hotdogs. The hotdogs were refrigerator cold and the buns were so completely saturated with condiments they were soggy and inedible when I got home. I also ordered a large order of tots and received what I would consider a medium container barely filled. Very very sad experience.

I go here a lot I ordered an UNSWEETENED TEA WITH RASBERRY they came out 5 times with it being insanely wrong. And the little brat comes out WITH AN ATTITUDE telling me to “have fun” yall I gave yall 5 chances to make the easiest drink and yall couldn’t get it right? Either you hate yourself or your job that much. But I’m sure you’ll be looking for a new one soon. It’s literally your job to make the drinks. I ordered ON THE APP there’s zero reason to have screwed it up 5 times? Surprisingly enough they got the simple sweet tea correct. But dang, is it the new generation of kids or what?

It’s Sat. Dec. 7th. Drove over before 5 because we had a large order for multiple people. Not sure what was up because my order was repeated back incorrectly a few times and despite correcting it, we received a wrong portion of the order. The chicken for the #12 was cold. Tiny amount of bacon on the breakfast sandwiches and two of us are now sick. Edit to add, it’s 8:30 and 3 of us are sick now.

Came to get food here with my brother. They gave me the wrong food which isn’t a big deal. So we drove back and told them we got the wrong thing and they started questioning us like we were lying over the intercom. I explained what happened and wasn’t upset but they were SOO rude!! Never apologized just acted like i was lying. Then when they came to our window said they “needed to see the bag” as if again we were lying and took it from us. I’ve never had this happen before. Then the food they gave us was cold. Again no apology for giving us the wrong food just terrible customer service.

I ordered food thru the app, I got a ride to get the food. Two of my burgers were incorrect. When I called the store, to get a refund on my meal, they answered and hung up the phone several times for over 15 minutes. I called the app support, I was told she would help, she sent me to a survey and didn’t tell me. Poor service all ways around. Same issue when I ordered food back in June. I’m allergic to tomatoes but yet it’s still on my burger when I’ve asked twice not to add it. And I got a strawberry slush instead of a cranberry slush. My son is allergic to strawberries. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could’ve received better service, but to just anger and hang up repeatedly… that’s not okay. At least fix the mistakes.

My friend has had food poisoning the last few days your not supposed to eat fried food we went to get some food at sonic and had asked her for something not fried, asked if the corn dog was she said “did you really just ask if a corn dog is fried” and so we asked if the number 6 hot dog was. She said is there anything else I can do for you or do you just want strawberry limeade? Finally brought our food out and intentionally made them plain and spit on the top of our drinks. Don’t go here the girl working here is a loose cannon. Unless you like spit in your food or wasting your money. lol customer service doesn’t exist at that place.

How can you mess up tator tots? They were so overcooked, burned, and tasted what I could only imagine tree bark would taste like. Absolutely disgusting. I always tell my wife to ‘check the bag before you leave’ but she never does. And this is what I get. I know it’s not supposed to be gourmet food. I just wanted simple, little, normal tator tots, but I can’t even get that. I may as well go back to eating straw and hay. On a positive note, I’d still prefer eating this termite chip tator tot than any ‘food’ Elote’s restaurant serves.
