North Syracuse Fit Body Boot Camp

We went there for lunch and had a great meal being new to the area we thought we found our place. Well... we decided to go to dinner on 8/16 and what a mess. After seating ourselves the waitress walked by a dozen times and finaly gave us menus after 15min already sitting. Another another 10min our oders were taken, we were close to walking out. I decided to start my timer (picture attached). 40min to recieve our food. Food came out. No lettuce, no tomato, no side ranch that we ordered. 5min to recieve that. Everytime the waitress would get us what we asked for she come back with another missing item. At the end we noticed we were charged for every refill soda. 3.00 a peice for probaly 6oz of soda with lots of ice. 18.00 for something we assumed was free just like 90% of places unless you disclose it. ( not disclosed on menue either). Wair staff was slow and we just get a "I'm sorry" about the drinks. A comp ( no real cost to them) would of earned her a better tip.So Kratzys wil be our new spot. Its too bad cause the foods great. The staff needs training.

We made a stop at White Lake Inn after a day at Enchanted Forest. Regrettably, we will not be repeating this experience. Upon being seated, it took approximately 20-25 minutes for our server to attend to our drink orders. When the drinks arrived, there was confusion regarding who ordered what, understandable given our party of eight. Following this, our food orders were placed, and it took another 20-30 minutes for the appetizers to arrive. Notably, our main courses included a fish fry accompanied by a salad, but we were not informed that the salad was from a self-service salad bar until we inquired. Furthermore, sandwiches ordered with pickles required a separate request for those pickles, and one sandwich arrived with tomatoes despite a specific request for no tomatoes. Most concerning was the omission of chicken wings from our order, which one member of our party waited an additional 30 minutes for, only to discover they were drenched in sauce and incomplete, with 8 out of 10 wings provided. The lack of acknowledgment or apology for these issues was disappointing. This trip to this restaurants took almost 2 hours and it was not to full capacity. Additionally, the ladies' restroom was poorly maintained, with one stall lacking a door and the other unable to be secured. Overall, our visit was quite disappointing.

My BF and I went there to try the wings ( we heard they were pretty good) we did not get acknowledged when we arrived we sat down the server finally came over she obviously DID NOT want to be there or DID NOT know what she was doing! We did order our wings we got them after an HOUR!! They weren't that bad but they gave us A LOT and A LOT of celery probably because of the bad service!! One couple NEVER got their food! They ended up leaving. After an apology from the waitress that she forgot to put their order in! The servers name was Riley! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE ANY TIME SOON!!👎👎

The waitress that was serving my table was rude and laughing at a friend of mine that asked for a rum and coke and continued to laugh at my friend asking for there id and looking at the id and saying that i dont feel comfortable in serving you and mean while my friend is 21 gonna be 22 soon and this waitress made my friend get up and walk out and while I was still there told me and few other that were in the party of mine that the person on the id didn’t look like my friend where the picture on the id looks identical to my friend while that was all happening the waitress was still laughing. During this whole thing I stuck up for my friend. And the laughing that the waitress was doing was very unprofessional and uncalled for don’t recommend to give this place your money

Well where do I start…if it was possible I’d give no stars. The server was so rude and disrespectful!!! I and a group of friends walked in and sat down. The server came over and asked what we all wanted for drinks when she got to me I asked for a Rum and coke she then laughed…. I looked at her and asked “what’s so funny”? She then said “I didn’t think you were serious” as she continued to laugh….. I once again asked for a rum and coke as she laughed and asked for my ID witch I gave her no problem I understand I look young as she picked up my ID she kept laughing…then said “this isn’t you” (I have a legal New York State ID and never had any issues before) confused I asked why she then said “I don’t believe this is real” when the group of people I was with looked at the ID they were confused as the picture looked just like me as it was a recent photo my friend piped up and tried telling the server that it was real but she just continued to laugh…. I got up and left!!! I felt very disrespected by her actions I feel that it was very immature to laugh at someone like that. I will never be going back and will not be recommending this place to anyone!

Not many gas stops in the area. Needed gas for my motorcycle, asked bartender about 1.5 gallons. Got shitty and said I'd have to give her a price, they don't sell by the gallon. They had no prices listed on their pump, she never gave me a price, all she had to do is take the price of a gallon and multiply it by 1.5. Instead of being an ass about it. So I walked out used my spare fuel bottle. limped it to the next gas station up the road.

Stopped in with a party of 12 traveling through the area. They had a live band and that was the only thing that was pleasant. The food took 1.5 hrs to hit the table. The chicken parm was hard, the boneless wings you couldn't even stick a fork through it. The other food was bland and notorious. The wait staff didn't seem like they have ever had a big party. We had to ask for silverware multiple times. I wouldn't put this on any suggestion list to go to.

I never leave bad reviews but I feel like this needs to be corrected. Either they are severely understaffed or staff is undertrained. Talked to bar tender about sitting outside on the deck and she said no problem and she would send a server right out. They had a band which was nice, and about 6 tables with people at it who were at the point in their meals of already having food. We sat there for at least 20 mins before someone came over to us after we had to ask for menus and put in drink orders. Then she came back after another 15 mins without our beers to take food orders. We decided to eat somewhere else after our first round which she brought to us another 5 minutes later. You would think with a band there they’d want people fed, happy, and drinking- but we took business else where.

Honestly, this was probably the worst restaurant I've ever been too. The food was horrible, and I couldn't even eat my meal, and our person serving our food never checked in on us once. The atmosphere was just as bad. The staff did not seem to care at all. Not to mention, they were short staffed, and they should have told people that. Also, the wait for our food was an hour and thirty minutes, just to eat. When we came into the restaurant, hardly any tables were taken. Little did we know, It would take over 2 hours to leave. And the check. You'd think you'd get the check quickly, but we waited twenty additional minutes for the stinking check. Overall, the food was revolting, some of the staff were downright not good at their job, and the atmosphere was just plain horrible. This restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star. Zero stars is just the right amount. And now, looking at all the reviews, all of the low ones said that it always took over an hour. Lousy business. Should be put out of business.

So sad. I just paid over $13 for a "chef salad" lettuce, 4 slices of onion, a piece of ham sliced and rolled, a piece of turkey sliced and rolled, and a few sprinkles of shredded cheese and frozen tomatoes. Forgot the croutons....pathetic!
