Best food ever !! Owner is very attentive towards everyone who walks in. Very humble guy & his empanadas are the best ! So is the morir sonañdo. Little insight . Brooo this foood is crazy good!!! I usually order to go and its at a fair price for a plate. The morir soñando is bomb. A must if you lookin for a good spot to chill and eat.

Depending on who's there - you may need to speak Spanish when ordering. The usual man isn't that good with english. The jugo de chinola is really good, so are the empanadas.

Really good food reminds me of my country bonao they most likely from there definitely recommend more than chimi Mundo xD

Bonao Chimi is one of the best hangover munchies spot for Dominican street food, the food they make is almost exactly like any food produced in the Dominican Republic. Famous for one-of-one chimi and amazing empanadas, Bonao Chimi’s dishes are made with a passion for authentic taste—a dedication that shines through in every bite. Just one bite of their chimi, packed with perfectly seasoned meat and Ketchup and mayo mix, makes it the best. However, while the food is unforgettable, the service can be a bit slow, especially during busy hours, takes about an hour for the delivery to arrive, and sometimes even when you're there, they take a long time to make the food. Despite this, the food and affordable prices make it well worth a visit for anyone who is missing the countries food.

Upon entering i immediately felt like i was back in DR, the chicken yaroa was so perfectly seasoned, easily the best i’ve had. The picadera had the best chuleta ahumada and their natural cherry juice was very good as well. They’re open late which is very convenient

If you own a Dominican restaurant then take pride and make sure your Dominican food is actually good. Chimis here are poorly made and nasty. Thats not how a chimi is made!

This place is lacking. 2 hours for my order to get to me. I live 2 blocks away. The picadera with beef and longaniza was burnt. The beef was super fried and chewy as hell. Using the lowest quality beef. I’m very disappointed ☹️. Tienen que cambiar su servizio y mejorarla. 2 horas delivery esperando frituras para después comer una carne casi quemada y dura para masticar. No bueno No hay amor en la comida hast me duele de tanto masticar

Que mal servicio ofrecen con los Delivery’s pésimo en mi caso, toman un pedido y luego de más de una hora y media no llega el delivery y ni tampoco son capaces de llamar a ofrecer una disculpa pésimo 👎🏻

11/01 cerrado a las 12:45 am el horario está mal deben arreglar eso para que no le hagan perder el tiempo a la gente.

I ordered a chimi on the 06/23/2020. When I called to see what happen the owner says he had orders before me today 06/24/2020 I’m still waiting. I will find another place where to spend my money.

I ordered a plata sandwich and they gave me hamburger meat the man act like he didnt speak english and said the had no more regular beef so he just took it upon himself to give me whatever i stead of letting me know then i had to reach for my bag because they just left it there after i already paid

These dudes have been calling me all night harassing me about a delivery order I didn't make. They've got the wrong phone number and I've told them at least five times now: my guy, I am a New Yorker but I live in Massachusetts, and I definitely did not order for delivery from a place in Queens. I finally had to block the number.

Location allows people who are troublemakers to hang out and cause problems. There are constant fights and stabbing there. Local police do nothing about it and that business should be shut down. Ownership dont ban them from coming back and just let's them hang out there.

Listen don't waste your time coming here, the food is trash. The grill is broken so she's doing everything on a sandwich press and it takes for ever. If you order a chimi your gonna get a reheated sandwich because she makes all the meat for the sandwiches in the morning then they just sit there until someone orders it. I order my daughter a chicken quesadilla, she couldn't even eat it it was disgusting chicken was just mush lettuce and tomatoes were old 🤮. Prices were also ridiculous. A chimi should be 6 or 7 dollars hers were 10, and I didn't even mind paying but the food was horrible. I payed 50 dollars for 3 chimis and the quesadilla nothing was good. The lady has an attitude, there no where to sit. It smells like mildew in there. She has not cleaned anything in that kitchen in years.

For starters I waited 40 minutes for a Yaroa & a mofongo. The atmosphere was very dirty. I received my food & it had a STRONG chicken taste that I still have in my mouth after an hour and I did not eat it just tasted. & expensive btw.

Went in, ordered three different things to dine in, lady in the grill literally gave my quesadilla to a customer who came and order 30 minutes past me. Waited about an hour for my order just to get attitude from the lady saying that she didn’t forget she just had a lot of orders while I saw her giving my food to someone else, just told the owner I didn’t wanted it anymore and left. Definitely don’t recommend this place after that.

I ordered the chicken tacucho and this is the mess that I received, looks nothing like the photo they advertised, it’s messy, falling apart, the tortilla is all soggy it looks disgusting couldn’t eat it. I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and the employees are careless towards their customers clearly If they serving food that look like this. Waste of money.
