Update... I ordered today and I couldn't eat even half the food was just not fresh today. ordered 2 famous bowls today for myself and a coworker. They were fresh, hot and delicious!! I hope we are just as satisfied with our order tomorrow, lol 😊

We had a twenty plus minute wait that day. The food was really good. But for the up pricing and the diminished portions and the ridiculous wait times

I went to the KFC on the boulevard across from Henry Ford Hospital that was the worst KFC I ever been to they didn't have nothing they was out of everything they could have stayed close they didn't have no barbecue sauce for the honey barbecue wings they didn't have no they didn't have no ice for the pops they was out of mashed potatoes I don't even know why they open up they need to shut it down. And that was at 10:30 in the morning. One star for everything

Food was good but we didn’t get all of the order. I recommend you check your food before you leave. Been here four times and they messed up the order three times. I now have a side order of potatoes and gravy waiting for me. Not having it for dinner.

Quick service, it was a hunger impulse. Tried the honey Hot strips. OK, service was good, but it's just KFC. I got used to Churches while in the south. Thanks though.

I always like KFC but I think they've gotten a little pricey. I spent $8 on a large macaroni and cheese and a large coleslaw Guess it's a good thing I didn't get any chicken.

The food was fine but the inside is still closed and when I got my food to eat in my new car I didn't get any napkins or butter for my biscuit! I know everyone is getting over the pandemic but can you at least give me the things I need to eat on the street?!

Manager was very polite but got the wrong meal after ordering. Food was ok. After eating asked for a box and got an ugly stare from a crew member, sad. Not a good way to keep customers.

I probably waited like 20+ mins in the drive thru when I went there and honestly I don't think I'd go back if it's like that all the time. Idk if they were understaffed or what but it took way to long just to get my food which was a couple chicken sandwiches. The food was alright, I can't really complain about that other than the sandwich was nothing more than just a couple chicken tenders and a few pickles so not really worth the price in my opinion. Would have probably been better off with a bucket of regular chicken and a couple sides so next time I'll definitely look to get that over the sandwiches. The potato wedges are fire though, so if you're thinking about getting those definitely do your taste buds a favor and order some of those bad boys.

I Ordered on the app, they ran out of fries, also Mac and cheese. Food was out later than estimated but was good. The Ice machine also was broken in lobby.

The food was typical KFC, and it was good. The biggest issue is that they need to do a better job of cleaning the tables, booths, and floor. Every table was dirty, and there were only 6 people in the place.

Usually good experience in the drive thru but this time I order a famous bowl and a large mashed and they gave me a large mac and cheese instead...all I wanted was a mashed I didn't even really want the famous bowl and the mac and cheese they gave me looked disgusting, It looked like they poured nacho cheese sauce over noodles...I didn't eat it. Next time get it right.

They rush you placing your order and seriously trying to read their menu board causes anxiety it's such a mess. These people are FAST (oddly accurate too) which is great, but every single person looks miserable, slightly rude, and in a hurry to get you to go away.

I never had the chicken sandwich until now. It was soft and good. I ordered 2 items and one was the chicken sandwich. They forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. Thank goodness I didn't pull off before checking my bag. I had to go inside and get my sandwich, but the sandwich was taste great. Lesson make sure you check your bag before pulling off. The employees were nice about their mistake. I will return. Go check them out.

If you go here and order to go, ALWAYS check your order before you go. It will most likely be messed up. Dine in is fine and food is always fresh.

I ordered a 3 piece meal and 3piece wing dinner and the chicken looked dried out like it was from the previous day. I'll never be getting kfc again

They hire teenagers with I'm better then you attitudes that want more money but don't want to work for it everytime I go there my order is wrong and I went back once and a won't do that again. Manager was very rude and I paid for my order I should have got what I ordered she didn't see it that way at all.

Cold and dry chicken tenders, mashed potatoes instead of the requested wedges, watered down pop ... KFC has really gone downhill since I was a kid. Used to be a treat. Now it's a "only go here if every other fast food line is too long and I cant eat a pb&j for dinner " on nights we cant bother to cook

I mean... it's KFc! Lol I don't know what else you want me to say... Nashville hot is still my favorite even though I suffer after, I still go for it everytime and it's best with the coleslaw.... Cockroch infestation. .found in packaging. .pop cups bottom..cardboard boxes ect..no refund. They wanted to replace..WTH..even cashier poured his drink out after we showed them bugs..we believe the first time it was brought in with employees backpack s 2nd time paper cups that were shipped in had the roaches..yuck Waited 3 months to go back now we check everything before eating or drinks..sad...but you crave chicken. .so you try again

Standard "fast food" but not so fast. 12 piece meal took 25 minutes. People in front of us had been there around 35 minutes. Ice machine kicked out dirty ice or something that had a brown tint. Some of the workers were trying the others were clueless and slow.

I usually think highly of this location. But I tried ordering at 8:30 for a pickup and they had no chicken for my order and refused to drop anything, had no fries either. The food is always on point but they failed me this time.

We live close to this location so this is the one we frequent most often. The extra crispy chicken is good and most of the time the rest of the food is pretty good. The service. All I can say is WOW and if I could give something lower than 1 star I would. First who would hire someone who treats customers this way? You allow ordering online and you provide a pickup time so customers know when to be there. You show up and get told its going to be 30 minutes and when you ask why you get to be treated like dog poop. An hour to make chicken? Really? How do you not have chicken during dinner hours?

Ordered two five piece tender meals with ranch for sauce on one of them there's no silverware we didn't get any of the sauces that we asked I got the wrong size drink when I ordered a large we ordered a large and a medium pop and no butter no honey

Got the 4 tender combo and was not happy. The chicken was skinny and soggy, the fries being soggy too, and when I bit into the biscuit it was raw and slimy. My drink was half ice and the service was subpar. Fix your workers attitudes, your food quality, and your oven as well because I was not the only one to get a raw biscuit.

I ordered online to set up a pick up time. I waited 25 min in the parking lot after I got there. Then I get home and they didn't give me my mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. I live 20 min away to drive all the way back. I've been craving kfc for awhile and this was a good way to disappoint me to not come back again. I don't get how you forget the only 2 sides that were ordered when you had 50 min from the time I placed the order to get it right!!!

Ordered chicken tenders and chicken little sandwiches - AWFUL!!!! The tenders were cold and tough, the mayo on the chicken little sandwiches smelled not fresh. Plus poor customer service , waited nearly 5mins to have my order taken and I was the only person in line !!

Don't go when they first open! I got the greasiest bucket of chicken. Grease actually settled at the bottom of the bucket. Then of course it was half cooked. Thanks Woodhaven KFC for ruining my lunch break!!

Raw chicken, workers are stoned. This place is awful and I've given it a couple chances now. Just go to the Chick-fil-A that is literally two minutes away on West road.

Dining room was closed for ordering but was open for pickups. Claimed COVID was the reason. So why was it open for pickups? Won't be going back.

They opened at noon I waited in line for 10-15 minutes with 3 other customers no one ever comes on the speaker so the man in front of me goes to the window and was told yes we are open but we have no chicken……seriously you are kfc and you have no chicken horrible service. This place has really gone downhill over the years. Staff hurries you through orders only to get home and find out they’re wrong, plus the past 3 times I’ve been here they’ve been out of mac and cheese. They either have no idea how to prep for the day or are just too lazy to make more. Looks like I’m driving to Flat Rock or Southgate any time my family wants KFC from now on

Cannot speak on in store orders or mobile pick up orders, but definitely do not order delivery from this location unless you want to wait 40 minutes just for them to cancel your order with no explanation.

I threw the fries away because they were very greasy. The chicken wasn't much better but I ate it anyway. This will probably be my last visit. It's disappointing because this used to be thee best KFC. This is the third time in recent months that I've had it and it has been bad each time. The service is fine, the food not so much.

For starters, I went to the drive thru and received absolutely terrible service per usual. I'm a very respectful customer and despite the complications we are kinda forced to use this location due to it being nearby our house. Our previous trip to this one they forgot a pot pie meal, no sauces, and to top it off the employees were just flat out rude/disrespectful. We were on the go and in a hurry never called to complain or ask for our meal. Today's trip in the drive thru was no different from any other time rude service, forgot all of our sauces , as well as our biscuits! Overall I really hope that KFC corporate reads all these complaints and starts correcting the problems.

Ordered a 10piece meal bucket combo. When I got home and they only gave me 8 pieces- 6 pieces were tiny. Those missing pieces was barely enough to feed the family. It’s hard to check a bucket in comparison to burger wrappers while in the the drive through

Very disappointed. I ordered the $30 dinner box. Went through the drive thru. Got my order. Checked it out and it was wrong. Talk to the person at the drive thru window and supposedly they gave me the wrong bag. So now I get home. Thinking the problem was resolved. I'm missing my 12 pc. chicken tenders and mac and cheese. Shame on me for not check again. But I figured they got it right the second time I went back. Then to top it off. I call the restaurant to inform them on my situation. And no answer. I left a message and still no response. Terrible service.

OMG will never go back I have went here a couple times since living in Trenton and I always loved KFC until this place I will be going to see the manager tomorrow morning this place was horrible we walked in and the seating area was a mess all the covered in food and sticky stuff the only reason I stayed was because my daughter wanted to eat. I went to get napkins to wipe off the booths and seats but the Makin container was empty and the poor gentleman that was waiting on his food had already ask a couple times for napkins already, I had to go to the restroom and wet down some napkins I had in my purse to wipe everything off . My mom went up to the counter to get straws because the straw container was empty. Finally after waiting forever we got our food which was awful the coleslaw had no dressing in it the chicken was burnt and I will never be back to this place. The manager was all over never washed her hands between the cash register and putting orders together I’m also calling the health department on Monday I took down the names of other people that had the same experience that afternoon. I wonder if the person that owns this building even cares how it’s being run with us in this could’ve been a nice place in Critten I wonder if the person that owns this building event here’s how it’s being run with the same this could’ve been a nice place in Trenton.

Went to drive thru to place my order when I was told most of the stuff they were out of not to mention I was rudely rushed and that kind of attitude remained throughout my visit. I thought and get this THE MANAGER was going to flip out that I asked for honey for my biscuits!! Unless your desperate GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Went through the drive through, and the woman working the window was rude, and had an attitude problem that clearly showed she DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE. If that’s how the staff is to customers then they need new staff or just close since they don’t want customers.

I find this to be a management issue. 10 minute wait just to place order in the dining room, then I'm told they're out of coleslaw, 25 min for pot pie. Ordered online to pickup at their store. Drive thru told us to park and they'll bring it out. 40 minutes later still no food and they wouldn't answer the phone. We tried to get back in the drive thru but they had car after car. I called corporate and got a refund and reported them. Left without food. Service is always terrible at this location. This was the last straw. Done with them.

I waited 16 minutes in the drive thru for one biscuit It was lunch time How are you not going to have biscuits made for lunch. The drive thru employee asked me if I still wanted it because it was going to take five minutes Yes, I do. I paid for it and it comes with my meal. She finally brought the food out and the drinks were wrong. I will not be returning there.

The person working in drive through taking orders on 6/1/21 at around 330 pm has a vile attitude and doesn't need to be working in customer service. She doesn't need to work directly with customers. She sounds like she doesn't want to be there and like some one is bothering her to place an order. Check your workers! Nobody wants to pay for funky service.

I dont usually visit KFC soi don't know to many of their menu items. When i pulled up I could barely read the menu board and i do not have vision problems. I asked the cashier if they had any family size meals with 6-8 pieces of boneless and a couple sides. Well she suggested the "6 piece tender bucket" is what she called it. So i ordered that once she told me what came with it. Once i got home with my food i had everyone sit down. I opened the box to find 4 freaking chicken tenders not 6. Terrible

Mad. I've tried this kfc SEVERAL times, trying to see if maybe they have gotten it together, but its every time! Always rushed to order, then im ether missing items or food is cold. Today i ordered chicken tenders and they didn't have bbq sauce and didnt tell me this untill after i had already payed. I was also missing my side of mac and cheese. Very disappointing in a time where covid has everyone being very cautious about where they are going and eating and to just have waisted my money on this food... Ugh.

The food was fine but the customer service was the absolute worst. There was no one in the Drive-Thru and one customer inside. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull up to wait for my food. At the 15-minute Mark I went inside to see if they had forgotten about me. That's when one of the employees started talking to the one customer that was inside saying he forgot what it was like to work in fast food and how people just want their food immediately. I let him know that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and it was a little ridiculous that I couldn't get help when there was no people there. There were at least three people working behind the counter, and I just don't understand what took so long and why he felt the need to be so rude

Went in on 6-30-23 around 6:45 pm and ordered our food inside due to it being a larger order, everything was messed up, to start with the cashier Shorted us by $10 had to have a manager open the drawer to fix that looked at my receipt 2 different times couldn't get anything right one of my orders was a 10 piece chicken there was supposed to have been 3 Legs 5 thighs and 2 breast was not correct in the bucket It was just random pieces of chicken and it was extra crispy not original nobody asked for extra crispy. My second bucket was also extra crispy was supposed to be original never asked for extra crispy it had 8 pieces of chicken 2 large sides and 4 biscuits never received the 4 biscuits, My order was number 8 supposed to be 3 pieces of chicken 2 small sides and a drink. That 1 actually ended up having more chicken can't complain on more chicken but we ended up with 2 fries never asked for them nobody knew what they were doing they said if I had any problems or anything was wrong to call back I tried calling for 2 hours no answer call the next day, no answer they told me they were all new there and some of them were not even train how to do chicken. One Of my pieces of chicken was a thigh it was undercooked we also had another piece of which I think was chicken or it was a deep fried chicken bones don't even know but it was so hard you couldn't even bite into it so we threw it away.

This was horrible!! I bought a 4 piece tender box. The tenders were tough the fries were tough and even the biscuit was tough!! This garbage obviously sat around for 2-3 hours!!! Never again; I'll always go to Flat Rock KFC. 8/29/21 Against my better judgment l stopped here again. I bought the new chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was cold and the fries were cold. Nothing like having to warm everything in the microwave when you get home!!! NOT Also they didn't give me my credit card receipt!! Just drive passed this place it's not worth the money or the hassle!!!

This review is about this location only, not KFC as a whole. Simple story. I ordered two 3-piece combos and a 6 piece wing for my family. They tried to send us away from the drive-thru with no wings, and took an extra 5 minutes to get that to us. We drove home to find the first box having only two pieces, and one box having ONE piece of chicken. Called the store, and was told by the manager that "there's no way, I packed those myself. Stop trying to lie for free food." Pretty sure the store policy isn't to call customers liars because the manager messed up. It's a bit concerning that the manager struggles to count to three, in two separate boxes, because counting to three can be challenging i guess, but hey...fight for $15, right? Yeah... so anyways, KFC corporate handled the problem with politeness and calmness. So thank you to KFC as a whole. But this store? Don't go unless you want sass, rudeness, and to be cheated out of the order you paid for.

I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. I truly don't get the line at the drive thru... We ordered 2 of the chicken tender meals (the 5 piece ones which cost $10,49) and a free chicken sandwich by using a coupon in the app. The tenders tasted worse than the frozen ones available for sale at the store. They forgot to give us the sauce (the meal came with 2 choices of sauce), and they gave us mashed potatoes with gravy when we selected no gravy for both. Not to mention, one of the employees was smoking at the door of the restaurant but he was in the inside. The prices were quite high also. I'm very disappointed and will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I showed them the app where the eight piece family meal was $21 and charge me $31 then when I get the food I would not feed it to an illegal immigrant coming across the border. It was so nasty and the manager who her head out the window tried to make me feel bad because of the price I will never ever go back to that store again they could keep the damn chicken keep their high prices it’s not even worth the money. The bad thing is they didn’t have what I wanted it to close till 10. I was there at 8:30 9 o’clock in here cleaning up so basically they’re giving you whatever they had. They could keep their damn store. I’ll never go back.

We've been in twice in the last month and on both occasions it was terrible. They ran out of chicken at 6:30. How do you run out of chicken when it's all you serve? We also waited 30 mins to be told they couldn't fulfill our order because they ran out. Won't be back. I'm going to Chicken Shack from now on.

Today I had the worst experience coming here. I went through drive-thru & by the tone of this lady's voice you can tell she had a bad attitude! I was confused for a moment she had an attitude, i couldn't read something & there it was. Her tone was rude like she didnt want to be there & hated everyone! And all i wanted was to order food. Then I pull up I decided i wanted to exchange one side for another & the boy at the window ask her & looked at her & she said no. It's not like she had to hurry up & make it. Customers are not allowed to change their minds and pick something else?? So, after that the person taking my money said i needed to pay with a card or use exact change. Excuse me?? He said it was at the speaker ( which it wasn't ) and the paper was on thedrive-thruu window that slides by real fast as it opens/closes held by a single piece a tap folding because of the wind. No, i didnt see that! And how are you going to expect everyone to have exact change agead of time?? Ridiculous! My order was almost $50 you lost today. Im sure there were others too. I went to another KFC that was friendly from the moment that i pulled up & they took my cash too. I will start to go there.

Worst customer service. Which is sad. This was my first job in high school and the expectations of the employees were a lot higher then. Not now apparently. First off we went through drive thru obviously because of the pandemic. Its the day after Christmas and we ordered pretty quickly because the chic taking our order was rude and hurrying us through our order. When we left the speaker we realized we forgot to order a popcorn chicken. No one else was in line and they absolutely refused to add on to our order. We are forced right now to go through the drive thru its not like we can go in and order and eat in. I wasn't happy with how we were treated during the order. And this made it so much worse. We just drove off. If you don't want our money that's ok we can take it elsewhere. We work way too hard for our money to give it to people that do not care to even be waiting on us. I wasn't about to pay, get our food then drive back around the building for 1 more thing we needed and forgot because she was being a B to begin with.

I ordered $25 worth of food. When I arrived at the window I asked to please add on a side of gravy and 3 cookies. The reply was "we can't add anything on." The manager was also standing behind the employee swing this. I then asked if they could just make another order and ring it separately. They replied that I would have to drive back thru the drive thru. Horrible customer service. Will not be going back

All around horrid. Place is dirty, workers seemed bothered, instead of the fries we ordered we got a box stuffed with stale biscuits, tenders raw, and bowl looks like it had been sitting all day corn in the bowl was brown. 🤢 32.00 and can’t eat most of this.

I have been coming here since 2021. They can’t keep managers and they never have any food when you come. Today after 5, I came on drive through and asked for a 12 piece hot wings with no sauce and I needed them made fresh. The young lady told me it would be 1/2 hour for the wings. I told her that I used to work at KFC and it don’t take 1/2 for wings to cook. She paused for a minute and she told me that the cook was cooking chicken and he couldn’t do the wings. I left and told her that is why I hate coming here for anything and I will go somewhere else. Mind you the parking lot was empty there was no on in the lobby or on drive thru other than me. I noticed as I was passing the drive through window that the cook was standing there in a white apron taking to the cashier that was taking my order. That would explain why there is no chicken ready as well as why he can’t make any hot wings. I headed to the one on Eureka road and place my order and why I was telling them what I was told, they told me that was not true. They have also had complaint about this store. A older gentleman came in behind me and told us he came there as well because they had no chicken. They recommended we call corporate. I guess I am not the only one who feels this way about this location. This explains why they can never keep any staff or team members.

This restaurant is tan SO poorly, it always has. I don't ever eat at this location but, when I pick uber eats orders I always wait super long and n one ever greets me. They are so icky in there. Always looks messy back where they prepare food. Super crappy place.

Asked for Mac and cheese they said they didn’t have any then said it would be 3 min wait then get my food there’s no Mac and cheese big huge box filled with French fries which I didn’t ask for I specifically told them my kid wanted Mac and cheese why give me this ?? How do you run out of chicken at 7 30 at night when your open till 10 and then the lady working was so rude about it when i said i would wait since i paid on mobile app and they couldnt refund it, when i did get order it was under cooked total ridiculous, and i was missing my coleslaw that i paid extra for, i will never be back to this store or a kfc again. I do want to say the guy with the bald head he was the only decent one he did apologized over about the wait .

Been here a couple of times and wasn’t too bad but today was the day that made me decide no more. Food wasn’t bad, there was no line because everyone that had to wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru left but I was being patient then after waiting a good minute at the intercom the lady finally got my order which was 4 easy items then pulled up to the window waiting another good minute and she finally got up to the window and I asked her before anything if I could do split payment because it wasn’t just me buying the food she tells me “I’m the only one working and my cook too I can’t do split payment you should have told me that at the beginning” I then told her I’m sorry I didn’t know but this is the only way I could pay as this is not all my food “I can’t I would have to do the order all over again” mind you she has a huffy attitude and pissed off look on her face I bit my tongue how she talked to me. She eventually did it because I couldn’t pay any other way. I get it sucks working but come on if you don’t like the job just quit and work on yourself. Do better people.

UPDATE: One year later and only the second time I came. We paid online, and once again, they have no chicken 🤪😜....30 minutes, wait again, lol. Apparently, they can't figure it out. We requested a refund and won't ever be back......................LAST YEARS REVIEW: Complete clown fest... The manager is a joke and can't run this place. Chicken place running out of chicken. Ordered online at 430 for 5 p.m. pickup, and I get here, and my order is not filled. They are completing orders as I sit here and tell me they are out of white meat. Never started my order when I completed it online. If they had filled it when I ordered, it would have been waiting for me like it should have been. That's what I get for ordering on the app. If I didn't, I could have just left, but it's already paid for now. I had to wait 30 min for my food after the initial 30-minute order ahead of time. People are coming in and leaving because they don't have chicken ready, cars driving away from the drive-through. The owner is losing money big time from lack of leadership. Apparently, the owners dont care as they dont even reply. I hope they end up with the one star they deserve.

After politely waiting 5 mins in the drive thru pregnant and all stated it would be easier if I came inside. Empty parking lot not one customer around. After driving off a car pulled up behind me and I heard her taking his order. When I pulled into the window I asked her how she was serving him and not me. she stated he would be coming inside as well. When I went inside she was assisting the car in the drive thru. Mind you never asked what I wanted or took my order after my wait. What a joy it was to see KFC picks and chooses who to serve. She had took his order and was serving while I walked in. When I had witnessed that I became extremely frustrated. I asked her what her name was and she responded with No. Do better with your employees.
