Great place, great vibe. Love the Canton, Michigan location. I have enjoyed all the sandwiches and egg dishes. No complaints. When there is a 10-20 minute wait for a table, my family can sit inside or shop in Kohls and the time goes by.

I had a great experience at First Watch! One of the best things about this place is their coffee—when you order a cup, they bring out a whole pitcher, which is amazing. Plus, you can get as many refills as you want, so you never have to wait for more. I got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict, and it was delicious. It was my first time trying poached eggs, and they were a little runnier than I usually like, but everything still tasted really good. The flavors worked well together, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the potatoes—they had way too much onion, and it was overpowering. I usually love breakfast potatoes, but the onion flavor was just too strong for me. I will definitely be back to try their lunch menu.

Beautiful environment for a wonderful breakfast brunch or lunch, everything here is either worth the wait or worth the drive. The pancakes are fluffy and perfected with flavors of your choice; the lavender lemonade refreshes a night of lack luster sleep and leaves you ready to face the world's most overcoming obstacles I definitely will return to try out the remainder of this menu, also the Holiday menu changes throughout the season, but the quality of food deliver never does give 'em a shot and you won't be dissapointed.

Delicious! I almost forgot to snag photos of our meals they were so good. The chocolate chip pancake was bigger than my 10 year old sons head! Super sweet and fluffy. The breakfast tacos were really flavorful, could really taste the cumin. I tried the elevated egg sandwich, the flavors were amazing and it was a filling dish. I tried the new juice I think it was called tangerine dream and it was so good, lots of pineapple and ginger flavors. Our server was on it and with a full restaurant even. Restrooms were clean and kept up on too. We will be back.

Bad stuff first: it was busy, so we took a seat at the bar because A. We don’t mind eating at the bar and B. It would help free up a table to move more people out of the waiting area. Nobody said anything to us for the first 15 minutes. I think the bartender was on break or something, which is totally fine, but we watched wait staff come and go and nobody offered us menus or a glass of water. The good: when the bartender arrived, she was great. It’s a chain restaurant, so you can’t order any variation of drinks not on the menu. The menu drinks, however, are fantastic. Food was cooked with care and came out perfect. Steak and Eggs Hash with Chimichurri was on point, Chili Chorizo Omelet was smooth and delicious, and Million Dollar Bacon is the move, every time.

Great food, even greater coffee, which they sell. I seem to buy a bag each time i go. Very friendly, clean, well managed establishment. Unique food choices, seasonal menus; pumpkin donut holes appetizer. At least on Sundays it gets a bit busy; recommend putting your party on the waitlist before you arrive on their website. Only negative if I can find one is seating is generally really close to others causing the volume to get pretty loud. Good value and great food, highly recommend for what its worth.

What a wonderful experience! I absolutely loved this place—the menu was creative, and every dish we tried was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and thoughtfully balanced flavors. Our entire group was very happy, including the three of us who are gluten free, which can sometimes be a challenge when dining out. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the menu didn’t indicate any gluten-free options, and we only found out that gluten-free was available by asking. It would have been helpful to see that noted clearly on the menu. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the wait staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The Bloody Marys were also excellent! I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Four out of five stars. Our waitress, April, is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She is awesome. The atmosphere is very busy but well maintained. Our specialty beverages were extremely good. We ordered the Farmhouse Skillet and the lemon French toast special with a side of cheese scramble eggs and ham. The ham was slightly overcooked, but everything else was extremely good.

Not interested in returning....EVER. The coffee was decent though. Food was less than mid-grade. The potatoes were old. You could tell they were precooked. Just warmed up sprinkled with salt and had the texture of rubber. The overall meal left a lot to be desired. The wait staff could use some additional training for sure.

I give grace to everyone, but I actually typed this out before my food even came. I came alone and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I waited 20-25 minutes before I was seated (which is fine, it’s Saturday) but after I was seated, I waited 15 more minutes for some water, having to stop a rushing waitress to ask if I could get a waitress to my table is beyond me. Then to top it off, I look around and notice how clear and bubble free every other tables water is, here’s mine. Absolutely terrible. It’s pretty obvious that the glasses are not cleaned properly. I ordered a morning meditation and when I began to mix it up with my straw, I pulled out dirt. Now I know that beetroot is grown underground, I’m a juicer, I have beets everyday, and I CLEAN them. She begins to tell me “it’s just the beets on top”, I showed her my napkin with smeared dirt and she proceeded to insult my intelligence. I eat at First Watch literally ALL the time, just not this location. Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER come back. And to think, a waitress only had to wait on me alone, and they seem as if that’s too much. Disappointed is an understatement.

*****Unfortunately I have to edit my previous review due to today’s encounter with the manager Ryan Allen. My family and I visit this location pretty frequently and I have never had a problem with the service at all, the waiters are always on point. The food is usually good as well, however a couple of weeks ago we placed a pick up order and it was made incorrectly- asked for no cheese and they put cheese in it. My potatoes and onions were half burnt and did not taste good at all. My bf called once we opened up the order to inform them of the issues and he was told that they would remake his order whenever he wanted to come pick up a new one (didn’t have time to go back same day). Fast forward to today when I was dining in with a friend, my bf called back to inquire about the order being remade for him since I was already there and was told by Ryan Allen the incompetent manager that he could not do that. In fact he went on to say that wasn’t his store policy and no one would have told him that - obviously someone did or we wouldn’t have asked or we could have taken a credit or refund for the meal but one was never offered. Since I was in the restaurant I requested to speak to him in person (my bf said if I had a picture he would remake it) and I also showed him pictures of the cheese as well as burnt potatoes. Now I have worked many years in hospitality and a simple apology and new meal would have been the most logical resolution here but instead he told me mistakes happen and he can’t go remaking meals from weeks ago or everybody will try to get a new meal. Pause, I’m not worried about everyone and if the kitchen is messing up that many orders then it seems like a managerial issue. He never once took responsibility for their mistakes but instead made it seem like I was there looking for a free meal that I wasn’t entitled to. He made no effort to rectify my situation at all even when I told him we were regular customers who clearly had just finished a meal at this establishment (spending more money at this place) and clearly our patronage wasn’t valuable to the business. I couldn’t help but wonder if skin tone was a factor in his decision to stand by “his policy” to make sure the customer left unhappy after finishing a what could have been a nice breakfast. I was completely disgusted with his response and even him going back on what he had just said to my bf via phone. The guy was a complete jerk and i certainly will not spend another dollar at this location again.
