Had the vampiro steak taco combo, and a shrimp taco, chips and salsa, excellent. Tasty eats and excellent customer service. I would recommend to a friend. Happiness 😊

The food came out fast and fresh. Customer service was above and beyond. After waiting in the heat for AAA the A/C blasting truly saved me. Thank you so much!

We don't have Baja Fresh where I live so I always try to eat there when I'm somewhere that has them. This location didn't disappoint. I love the salsa bar. Good prices and fast service despite being packed.

First time here. The Latino/American staff were very hospitable, informative and great. I the place was super clean. I got take out and decided to try their new Blackened Citrus fish bowl and oh boy! It was so delicious. Their salsas were so good and complimented my meal, well. I also tried their guacamole and it was made fresh, super good. Definitely coming back.

The best Mexican Food experience ever. Food is amazingly delicious. The service is met with a great appreciation and smiles. I drive from Carson California three times a week to eat. My family from Alaska has used the catering service and it was delivered on time to Calabasa. All sides and the Salsa bar is so delicious. Steak is so tender. They will also let you customize your order within reason. Expedient service and you will love the prices. Today I tried the Smokehouse Chipotle Bowl and it was delicious. Stop in and treat yourself to an awesome food experience.

Sad that they don't have the chicken torta, but the employees were so welcoming and amazing that I'm glad I chose Baja Fresh this day.

It is what it is. Always decent. One issue is there's no online ordering. If there was I give this 5 Stars relative to what the place is I mean it's fast food right

This location is out of the way. Great food and very quite, usually a great location to have a good conversation with friends. Don't forget to validate your parking stub before leaving.

Excellent Fast Mexican American food made to order. Very good self serve salsa bar. The mango salsa is really good, albeit, a little on the sweet side. Our Favorite Baja Fresh in the Valley Can do Management! Dos Manos is huge!

I enjoyed my meal and staff was friendly and professional. Got what I ordered and the food was great. The restroom was not clean and needed attention. I let the staff know about it and they took care of it right away. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Food was fresh and made the way I requested. Restaurant was clean except for the drink area (spills). Price comparable to similar restaurants but two taxes (food and beverage) and have never seen two taxes before. Employees nice and professional.

Ordered baja chkn burrito. Burrito was not up to par. Manager Sergio made a new one and was much better. Sergio has a great attitude and very nice and accommodating.

Great food..Only problem was when you ordered food and were sitting outside they came to the door and shouted out your order was ready instead of bringing it out to you like all the other restaurant's do

Got the asada plate beans a bit hard ,rice could use a lil more taste and the meet was well done which taste ok but medium well would be nice

It's food and condiments are good; However, it's competitor, Chipotle slides to a 5 star rating based on other factors.

This is a good Baja Fresh location, the annoying part is that it is in Warner Plaza so you need to take a parking ticket and have it validated before you leave. I'm rating the food down because I unfortunately did not enjoy the Impossible Burrito - it literally tasted fishy to me, with a strong overpowering flavor. The service was excellent and the food was prepared very well. The salsa bar is back so you could help yourself to the salsas of your choice. I would come back to try another burrito.

I'm sorry, I LOVE a Baja chicken burrito as much as the next gal but ultimately, it's NOT worth the potential headache.

Huge burritos that are very filling, but the flavor is bland. Even the pico de gallo and guacamole are bland so the vegetables are not good quality. They overcook their fish and their tortilla chips have an odd aftertaste. I went for a buy one get one free deal and the cashier had an attitude about it and then pretended that she forgot to scan the coupon. My friend went a couple hours later with her coupon and called to ask me if the cashier was rude to me as well. We were left with a bad impression and a bad taste/no taste in our mouths. Work on customer service and seasoning.

Waited 22mins for 1 Diablo burrito and 1 Baja shrimp taco (nothing special). There was maybe 3 ppl ahead of me, I’ve never had to wait so long for food here before. Very disappointed ): !!food was good at least!!

Food was no good went there at about 6PM store was empty I think they gave me old chicken Or food that was left over from early lunch. Parking was a nightmare, I gave my ticket to cashier he gave me wrong ticket, Parking attended wanted $15 I had to back up make u turn and go back to Baja Fresh for correct ticket. I heard this Baja fresh restaurant had a hand at kicking one of the small business vendors from the warner center farmers it's one day out of the week, i waited 45 mins for a burrito at Baja fresh i won't be going back after the news

I’M LIVID!! THEY KICKED OUT A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS TACO VENDOR FROM THE FARMERS MARKET!! He was selling tacos for only 4 hours on a Wednesday. 4 HOURS ONE DAY A WEEK!! YOU ARE ALL SO GREEDY IT’S DISGUSTING! THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS?!? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!! I will never support you ever again.

I got the Fajita plate and I was super disappointed with the plate, the meat was super dry and no flavor at all it tasted like it was frozen and reheated again. Super bad decision.
