I am leaving this review as a response to the quickness and service of the location manager. I had an issue and she quickly responded and fixed the issue I had. she made me feel heard and respected. thank you

The cashier hopped the counter and gave me the hymlic maneuver saving my life today, I almost choked to death on a banana chunk and because I'm allergic my throat stayed close even though I coughed it up she used her telepathy to figure out I'm allergic she then also stabbed me with a spare epi pen (free of charge) gave me a kiss on the forehead and said "everything is good now baby be easy be easy" I then woke up with a blanket on the floor and she handed me a new drink (free of charge) and wrote on the lid don't worry you won't die no bananas lol. Someone give that girl a medal.

Dennis was so nice! I don’t really go to Jamba Juice that often and he made me and my brothers drinks that we love! His customer service itself makes me want to keep coming back.

Garrison was polite, friendly and professional taking and providing our order. Service was fast and accurate. Very pleasant experience.

They crank the air conditioning down low- great stop on a hot day. But you're going to need a lot of help with parking if you go there during any of the times when classes are in session because the parking lot is one of the worst in Davis.

Fast service, friendly people. Edit: Spent over 8 dollars on a chunky strawberry bowl and my container was only half full. They were out of fresh strawberries so the lady suggested blueberries or me to go buy my own to put in my bowl. All the "fresh" bananas were dark and very ripe so i asked if there was any more bananas but the response didnt really answer my question all she said was they were taken out the fridge and i could get extra granola instead of the banana because they weren't allowed to throw those away. I got the blueberries and went for the extra granola which i did not get. Don't know if ill be back.

Drinks are way over priced 14.00 for 2 power size drinks

you pay more for a bowl here 2 dollars more and get half a bowl they never fill it up service is only good with a couple of people. if you dont say anything you walk away gypped off. wouldn't go here for bowls at all

I have no idea what they are honestly. I tried to call but no one picked up. Ill talk to someone next time I come in but I was really disappointed that I had to pay for something we ultimately couldnt drink.

But Jamba Juice in woodland tried playing it off by saying that they are using different cups, but it’s the same one I have been getting at least for the past two weeks and those past times I have ordered, all drinks were filled to the top. Point being, make sure they are making the correct size for you. It was not fair that my mom had to return from her way to Dixon. It’s the principal of it.

I went in at 720pm and I was ordering a drink and the girls charge just to tell me that they can’t make my drink because they finished cleaning up and I asked why take my order if it’s not available? Doesn’t make sense then she offer to make me something else I said no I want my refund she says I have to wait for a week I spoke with the manger very rude and unprofessional and didn’t give me a receipt for my refund or gift card never again

Extremely rude employees!! We are from out of state and a man was in the business without a mask, we figured the business was relaxed on the mask rule. so we put our masks in our pocket and then walked in. Apparently according to the extremely rude woman working the front with the most disgusting attitude. People who are picking up orders do not have to wear masks. She was so unpleasant and lacked professionalism and customer service. Understand, this is not about being told to wear a mask. We had no issues with that, but to argue with customers and tell us to “get out” while a man WITHOUT a mask is standing in the BUILDING! Won’t be returning… Someone needs to work on training employees how to treat customers in a respectable way at this location.

Went in with my daughter this morning and ordered three smoothies at the counter. Rude employee at the register doesn't say hello or anything at all. This employee is rudely scolding people about the quality of their face masks while she and other employees are not wearing any face masks at all. Only one employee was wearing a face mask. When I pointed this unacceptable situation out to the shift manager, I was given a very lackluster response. People in this community need to be aware that their food is being prepared at this location by employees who are not following proper health/safety protocols.
