Spring Garden

I was looking for a great Chinese restaurant after 8pm, I checked spring garden and the sign says open till 9pm !!!! I got so excited 😊 I chose the chicken and asparagus, it was delicious, my son and husband ordered the cashew chicken and the teriyaki chicken!!! This place always hits the spot 😁🙏 and theyr very generous with their portions!!

Delicious food. I love their mango special with shrimp. They are always nice and polite. I just feel bad for the lady there because sometimes it's just her and 2 other people and they get a busy lunch rush and she seems to be running around no. Stop. Props to her.

Ever since Lee's shut down, this is my go too. I love that they deliver and they are always nice.

Love the food! Hands down best in town! Staff is quirky and attentive. They are always good with suggestions and spot on- They will adjust your meal to less spice, no spice, more spice. They are able to accommodate alternating ingredients due to dietary restrictions. It is quiet and I have never had to wait for seating.

Excellent standard American Chinese menu, with reasonable prices and generous portions. Even the service was quite pleasantly attentive. I haven't had such a consistently delicious Chinese food experience in quite some time. Of any of the places in and around woodland, this is now my top choice and highest recommendation 👌

Great food friendly customer service. My only complaint is the prices they had on line were much lower than the price we had to pay when we picked up our order.

Had to reduce my stars. I'm so bummed the first time it was so delicious I went agian. This time there was barley any variety of veggies, mostly just zucchini and broccoli with a couple of bell pepper peices, no asparagus at all and I found a couple peices of chicken in it so now I'm hoping I don't get sick... Ordered Kung Pao veggies and wow it was probably the best I've ever had. Amazing assortment of veggies, Bell pepper, asparagus, mushrooms, and more. Great portion size and tasted so delicious.

However, the General's Chicken was not good...as a matter of fact it was terrible. Flavor was nothing like any General's Chicken I've ever had; it tasted like it was mixed with some other sauce, it was chewy and fatty, and simply not enjoyable. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

I haven't been to this place in years and remember it being good. Fried rice was good (kinda hard to mess up fried rice). However, the General's Chicken was not good...as a matter of fact it was terrible. Flavor was nothing like any General's Chicken I've ever had; it tasted like it was mixed with some other sauce, it was chewy and fatty, and simply not enjoyable. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Read about this place online n arrived with high hopes. The female staff was really friendly and immediately recommended the Roasted Duck which she claimed had just came out of the oven. How did she know we were coming? 😉 Ordered the rice flat noodles with three meats. The second was the Bak Choy with beef which was highly recommended by the staff. Food came really fast cause there was no other customer at 6.30 pm. 🤔 Had high hopes because the server opened the takeaway boxes n showed the glistening beef slices and glossy rice noodles. But the taste was too salty. Beef was not sliced correctly n marinated properly. Beef was thick and full of tough bites. Rice noodles were like thick clumps. Felt like you were eating hugh stacks of dough. We really want to like this place. Server was really nice. But taste wise, they couldn't make it. Not returning. ☹️ They close on Monday.

this food was good the first few times, but today when i went i got a bad stomach ache and diarrhea from eating here. and they had just opened. i ordered the mushroom chicken and brocolli beef. Aditionally, when i requested had asked for only chow mein and i check underneath the noodles there was about 2 spoon fulls of rice hidden underneath.

I ordered online. I received text messages showing I ordered then one letting me know my order was ready. When I arrived I did not take my phone in with me so when I gave the woman my name she asked for my phone. No problem. I went to get it and showed her the messages that my order was ready with receipt of order. My order with my name on the receipt was sitting on the counter. She then asked for my ID. At this point I was confused because I had the proof of order in my phone which I showed her. She said that it wasn’t proof. Ok so then I said I’d like a refund because it had already been paid online and you are refusing to give me my order. She then proceeded to reach out and touch my phone. At this point I’m upset and she refused to give me a refund as did her coworker. She then proceeded to say to me that she did not know what I ordered. If she would have asked me initially I would have told her and saved so much hassle! I responded with what I ordered and her reply was “oh”. No apologies for her rude behavior. I have been going to Spring Garden since they opened unfortunately for their business I will never go back. My husband and I will make the trip to Tasty Kitchen in Davis for the best Chinese food and great service.

Never get food from this place! First off, they messed up.My order gave me the wrong order and second I got extremely sick from the food that I got. Literally vomited, I don't know what it is.Maybe the foods expired like the meat, but don't eat here
