I’m not from around these parts but I stopped by for a quick bite and had the best customer service encounter with Melody. She was incredibly sweet and responsive, and made sure to review everything to the best of her ability: with every question I had, she did not hesitate to answer it. The food was just as good as it is at the average KFC, but I wanted to grant some recognition to her because she truly deserves it!
This kfc has a really good quality of food and the service is exceptional .... the staff is kind and helpful and the food is fresh and scrumptious!!

From any other KFC’s, this one actually has good crispy chicken, makes me think the cooks follow all the right rules, other places, lack the crispiness, or the quality. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.

It comes with. 5 biscuits 5 pieces of chicken Fries Chicken Nuggets And 4 sauces But the way it's packed And very handy. If you ever got it, then you will know what I mean. I called the manager and complained how unsatisfied I was and she gave me a new dinner next visit, The photos is how not to get it, in many boxes And I ask for extra crispy, they gave me on piece crispy and 4 original.

This is my 2nd bad experience with kfc recently. Last time my mashed potatoes were still powder..and this time they gave me black chicken. Literally black. Not just a little burnt..Not sure what happened to this place but lately it hasn't been the greatest..

Rude, doesn't listen, wrong order, staff. Staff is a nightmare. Prices not bad. KFC gravy was great as always. That's the best I have to say about this location

I visit this KFC often and all the staff members I've encountered have been helpful, cordial and welcoming, except for one and every time I have her take an order, I know both my wife and I will be treated rudely. She will drop off our order on the counter and quickly walk away. We are left standing there waiting for condiments that she doesn't provide, that all the other staff provide and they also politely ask if we need anything else. My receipt from her has the name Alaira on it, but I'm not sure if that's the Black female that is always so rude to me and my wife. I can't believe management has someone like this on staff. Food

Bought 2 big dinner meals aprox $80 on the 30th... and got back to work feeding the staff and was miss items. Called in and spoke with a woman manager. Gave my name and what we were missing in the meals. And next time to give my information to staff and they make it good. Not a problem.... so this evening I went to KFC and ordered a meal $27 bucks and after I purchased it asked the staff oh I have my name in back regarding the missing items spoke with a female manager and had my receipt on me still. My name is not on the IOUs... and I don't remember the manager name. So I ask take my name and number and can you ask them on there next shift to give me a call. The Manager on duty this evening was not understanding the request and made me feel like I was asking for the world.... I made it clear I was not ask for anything from them tonight just verify with the manager that work on the evening of the 30th..... easy correct? Just take my phone number and name and pass it along.... OH no that's doing way to much work.... Gave me the same look like I am trying to get over on KFC... Well I said don't worry about it it only pennies! With the aditude of her response and bing a manager of lacking customer service skills.... I was not hungry any more I walked back to my table where I was checking my order and baged it back up and walked it over to her and said you can have this back it only pennies. Principal of i paid for something I didn't receive and then try to not making things write... for your customers... demotion and training is really needed.

There suppose to except EBT well they lie . They said its been a year and there machine has been broken and no one’s reported or replaced it since. Why s this? Why don’t you get it fixed?
ordered apparently a very difficult 12 piece meal 20 minutes later we are told they have no breast that would have been good info at time of ordering then no biscuits no wedges I should have ordered a bean burrito maybe they would have had that

We waited 1 hour 50 mins for our food The chicken was not original but extra crispy.Terrible service.

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the KFC located at 83 West Main St., Woodland, CA 95695. This was my fifth visit, and yet again, my order was wrong—just like every other time I’ve been here. Last night, despite my past experiences, I decided to give this location another chance because my kids were craving fried chicken. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, yet my order still took an unusually long time. I spoke directly to the manager, who was working the drive-thru, and explained that my order had been incorrect every previous visit. She assured me it would be right this time. After paying, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I specifically told the manager I would not move until I confirmed my order was correct. Still, she insisted. After waiting, my food was brought out, and once again, it was wrong. I had to go inside—which I was trying to avoid by using the drive-thru. Inside, I stood at the counter for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I asked for the manager, an employee walked away, leaving me waiting even longer. Another worker, on a personal call in the back, casually approached and asked what I needed—without even putting his phone down. To make matters worse, I could hear employees talking about me, which was incredibly unprofessional and rude. When the manager finally came, I expressed my frustration. I asked how such a simple order could continuously be made wrong and if I was somehow ordering incorrectly. She apologized but offered no real explanation. This was especially frustrating because when I initially ordered, I reminded her of my past issues, and she personally assured me my order would be right. The lack of care and basic customer service at this location is beyond disappointing. Since moving to Woodland, my kids and I were excited to have a KFC nearby because it’s our favorite place for fried chicken. Unfortunately, this location is so unreliable that I now have to drive out of my way just to get an order done correctly. I hope management takes this ongoing issue seriously because no customer should have to go through this level of incompetence and poor service every single visit.
