Love this Colombian jewel. The food is authentic Colombian. The "Sopa de res" or beef soup is clean, not overly greasy and tastes great. So many delicious dishes to try. Go for a Colombian classic like the Bandeja con carne asada. Just make sure you go on an empty stomach. It's a lot of good food for your buck.

This place is just amazing. I love Colombian bread and this is just amazing. Bread at a good price. I used to to go to a place here in Brooklyn, but they just raised the price of their bread. I recommend this place to everyone.

I love that its open 24 hrs and they serve great Colombian baked goods at any time. Very convenient to come here when all the spots around in the area are closed.

Great service , delicious food, especially the beef empanadas, which were crunchy and filled with tasty beef. The almojabanas and pan de bono were warm and cheesy. Last but not least, the hot chocolate was like a warm hug to my tummy.

I gave 5 stars because I was very picky on chicken soup --- I was always disappointed With the taste whenever I buy one anywhere. But, this one--just on a first spoon -- it was very tasty for me! 😋 I gotta share it?♥️

This is pretty much the inly colombian joint within walking distance, i must say that about 3yrs ago i stopped coming to this place, why? Someone didnt seem to me making the food and the bread right. But since they switched the location (literally next door) they cleaned up pretth good, rearranged everything and they have way more seating. It gives me pleasure to see places like this progress and succeed. Altho i eat no meat, their rice, beans, lentils and other few veggie options taste amazing. Their bread, awesome! So, i am glad i came back and i will keep coming back. I just wish they had more "healthy" options in the menu.

This place is great. If you're doing an all-nighter for studying, or work, or something and you're looking for something that's just open really late. I'm often up really really late at night and this place just comes in handy in general.

The place is always very clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. 👌 They recently renovated the restaurant, and now it looks even better. The food is fresher than ever and super tasty, and the service is excellent. Honestly, I wish I could give them more than five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ … because they are truly the nicest people, from the best country, and this is the best restaurant. 🙌🇨🇴

Many times I stopped by this place for pick up my favorite cheese balls (don’t know the right name but it’s soooo good) and chorizo or chicharrones for my kids. Last time we sit down with my friend we both ordered a bowl of lentil was great on the cold saturday afternoon. Sometimes a little bit of wait time but you are in the center of Jackson heights. I’m always gonna return till they have all of those yummy bites.

Food was great! We ordered Pandeja Paisa, and its a big serving, so we just shared it and just ordered 2 extra rice. It was tasty! And the staffs over there was nice and friendly. She didn’t even mind that we asking for too much stuffs. Overall, its recommended and we definitely gonna comeback!

Love the chicharon with papa sometimes it's packed in the morning but great for breakfast or quick bites, they also have outside dining if you bring a pet.

They have great empanadas at reasonable price but their cakes are a little expensive.

Love it!! It's like going back to my Country. For Colombians this is a magic place that please us with all the delicious meals and the bakery style we love. Prices are reasonable for the most part but certain items are little higher than usual. Overall great Bakery/restaurant.

Everything fresh. Friendly service. Only thing I was disappointed with was I bought two beef empanadas to go, specifically asked for picante sauce. When my husband was ready to eat , we were a little upset that the sauce was not put in the bag. Next time I will have to on weekends check before I leave. Parking is also difficult to find especially on weekends.

Always friendly service, and decent to excellent food. Today the soups were absolutely delicious; the lechona was too salty. But this is always my go-to place for a quick, hearty meal.

24 hour Colombian spot - so for that it’s top. They have caldo de costilla 24/7 but it’s also like $11 for a small soup. The pandebonos aka almonabanas are FRESH & GOOD. Overall as a Colombian bakery and convenient spot it comes through. Customer service is regular.

I live around the corner and come once a week. I have never had a problem until recently. Last week I bought bread from the bakery and it had a long black hair. I disregarded this as a one time mistake and went back today (a week later) to order food. In the hot food section I noticed there was a long black hair on the plantain and cheese. I told the lady who was working there. She put the pan to the side. It would have been ideal to see her throw that dish away in the garbage as it is likely they removed the hair and put it back which is an unfortunate way to handle the situation. I also informed the lady that there was a hair in my bread last week. I am sad the cleanliness here is declining as this was my go to spot once a week since it was walking distance from my home.

I live just down to that store like 4 houses down and me and my girl everyday we use to take a coffee and a bread from here but 1 day I make my order to go ....i order 2 bread ,2 coffee and 2 chicken empanada coz we like chicken empanadas only from here but actually the thing happen is I found that was the wrong bread and the empanada is also 1 chicken and 1 beef it was not what I want so immediately I go back in 2 mints to change my order for my bread only but the lady told me we cannot change the order for you I don't even touch that bread I took it how she give it to me now it's just only be 2 mints she don't want to change I just pay $16,17 without eating ...At first point she was bg and in rush I nicely even asked her are you guys bg? she said little bit bg and she was doing the other work also in rush and trying to do fast and even most of the employees don't speak English too much so it's a little bit language problem too ...

I went there and asked for my pork strip to be refried to be crisp I repeated to the clerk 3 times, then I said to her will be right back when I came back she said your food is ready. Used to be my place to go and have lunch... now is INSANELY expensive for a SIMPLE colombian restaurant... I paid $70 dolars for 2 for a POOR salad and meat... the salad had some rotten lettuces... I used to love this place, can't believe what they have done to it.

The only reason this store is getting one star is because the food and coffee is great. However it’s the workers that make this place lose the rest of the four stars. As it is customary to give tip, these people will mark the tip area on your receipt and ask for it with an attitude.

Coffee and bread are good, however the staff isn't. The ladies seem to get overwhelmed easily and not friendly. Came in today waited patiently as I saw they had a small group of people and even more people that kept skipping the line. When it was my turn lady rolls her eyes as I try to order. Forget it. Having multiple business you're only good as your staff is today they sucked. Tip: Maybe add 1 more person for 4 hours for the morning rush that makes things flow better (a friendly warm person not a lady that seems to hate being there). Also put a cheap ($20 vista print sign) that tells people in what order to order at the counter.

These people are highly disrespectful. You will be standing there waiting to get serve for a long time but instead of serving you right away They ignore you to do personal task and they know this ….they rather be counting money or talking over the phone then to serve someone right away . I’ve seen so many people leave out of frustration. They even hired a security gaurd because of so many angry customers waiting to fight them . Most of the Food is terrible . I only like their empanadas and deserts . Please do better.

Had a horrible experience here. Do not recommend this bakery. Servers are only nice to men and are stand offish to women. Prices are inflamed. Also the soup I had tasted expired. And when I complained about it they did nothing about it and said it was the soup that came with it. Also saw a cockaroach on the wall. Even the owner got involved and did nothing. It’s pathetic. It’s a shame this isn’t how you run a food business. It wouldn’t have costed them anything to just replace for another soup.. but I guess it doesn’t matter to them. Their ego is far more important.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews under businesses but, what I experienced this early morning with my family was outrageous. Before I get into what happened I do want to point somethings out; I understand restaurants might be busy therefore there will be a wait. I’m also very aware that most businesses are currently under staff and are trying their best to provide the best service. My family suggested this spot since they have been to other locations. It was great because it is open 24 hours. However, their customer service is horrible; me and my boyfriend waited in a line for over 40 mins because they were prioritizing those they knew WITHOUT THEM HAVING TO MAKE THE LINE. The same line me and my boyfriend had been waiting for quite some time now. This did not just happen with one person it was a WHOLE GROUP that was coming in from a salsa event. As they came in they were served and attended by staff AT THEIR TABLES. Some others started asking the people in front of us to get them stuff and again it wasn’t only 1 person. Staff noticed this and still served them and accepted extra money so those people wouldn’t have to make the line. I personally think that’s so unprofessional! There was a line for a reason! You don’t get to pick and choose your customers! The same group that they had been serving eventually broke out a fight which almost nearly hit me. I also wanted to try their bakery but while we waited we noticed a few flies on the other side of the glass…PLEASE DO NOT GO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS SPOT. They clearly could careless about you as a customer since family and friends go in to eat and that’s top priority.
