Excellent Taco Bell Ambassadors with an impressively clean and sanitized eat in area

Whoever made my order nailed it!! Proportions we're good and all the (obnoxious) specifics I requested were ON POINT! this is the best Taco Bell in my area. Actually, I drive a little out of my way to go to this one.(Service isn't quick, but it's worth it!!)

I'm not a fan of fast food however the entire process for drive thru purchases has been seamless. I have not had a bad experience yet. Communications are clear through the intercom and displays allow you to confirm your purchase before you move forward. Staff is courteous and mindful of safety. Something I have enjoyed are the seals on the brown bags with short positive messages.

The new revamped version of Taco Bell at this location is so much better than the Taco Bell of the past. Ordering is streamlined with the dual tablets in the waiting area. The seating area is always clean, there's always plenty of seats around. The quality of the food improved overall. The timeliness of receiving the food after ordering improved.

It's a well run location. Orders are quick, food is fresh for Taco Bell. Staff are friendly, place is clean. Has parking. Handicapped accessible.

This Taco Bell has the friendliest staff and they are extremely fast getting the food out. It’s kind of rare in my experience for Taco Bell to produce your order so quickly. Thank you for bringing back the Mexican pizza and don’t let it happen again.

Fast and friendly service. Good people. They don’t skimp on anything neither do they screw up your order. Everything is well-made too, so you can safely open that burrito wrap without worrying about being squirted by burrito guts. Expect diarrhea though. No avoiding that.

The food was good and the environment was dark inside, maybe about seven people, including myself and dingy outside. Try some beautiful planters around the building and maintain the lighting and cleaner glass doors. Not to be picky.

Taco Bell is always the best! The nachos and burritos are the best combo. My go to snack everytime. A must try!!!

They renovated the place and it looks great! The food is great and for the most part they get your order right. If Amber is there she's the best a manager and really tries to fix any errors without making seem like it was your fault. Or anyone's fault for that matter. The staff need to be just a little friendlier but they are also great. Food looks and tastes fresh and if you get anything that seemed like they just took it from an order that wasn't picked up, tell Amber or any manager and they'll take care of you.

I usually don’t do reviews but I feel compelled to today. I come to this TacoBell often to get some work done (at least three times a week). Earlier today I ordered my usual order and was served within 10 seconds (not exaggerating at all). At first I was really mad thinking I got served something old, so I went to the counter to initially complain but upon checking the food it was steaming hot. As I am about to go to my seat (favorite spot is at the corner window facing the parking lot if you want to say hi!) I see the cook bring out someones food before they even finish paying and get their reciept!!? So I go and check to see if theres just a big pile of food waiting to be bagged or if they are actually being made. Lord and behold the next order is two of those party packs and I see these two young men from scratch make over 20 tacos wrap them up and put then in a bag within a minute. Now I am saying the workers here arent slow at all by no means, but never have I seen anything like this until today (Ive been coming to this spot for about five yrs regularly let me tell you). These two exchanged less than three words and then proceeded to be fully syncronized with eachother. I asked the second boy (all the males working here are extremely tall) what his name was and I dont quite remember but when I went back to my seat i rememebr quite clearly not a single customer waiting after paying for their order. I already knew the managers at this location were amazing but this is the first time I have seen anything like this in terms of service from any fast food place in general!! Also the cashier, I believe his name was Marcus came and served me my second order while I was on my phone and not paying attention. I’m not sure if this staff is new but they are definitely amazing!

This taco bell is absolutely amazing! As a delivery driver I have experienced so many different locations and how they run everything. Employees here are super nice, do their job well, and always make sure that it's clean. I'm able to charge my phone in-between deliveries and also as a customer to enjoy my morning coffee! They ask me how I'm doing and make the experience a little more personal and I appreciate that coming from a small town with lots of family owned businesses. You feel acknowledged and like they actually listen instead of just trying to shove you your fast food.

First visit for Sunday breakfast! Was clean and fast. Recommended!

Indoor dining is available but not much seating yet due to covid. food is done relatively quick but definitely helps to order ahead if possible. has parking and a drive thru so personally one of the better Taco Bells in the area

Your typically good Taco Bell restaurant. My only beefs: single-use plastic beverage cups and if you use the drive-thru, you have to drive around the block to return to the parking lot. On the plus side, they serve Pepsi, instead of Coke!

A noticeable improvement both in atmosphere and organization since my last visit to this location, which was probably more than a year ago. The place is clean, the staff was courteous, and it didn't take long to get the order. They also have WiFi and outlets now.

Recently renovated, clean open dining area. Food is tasty for fast food. On the down side, my order was was botched and had to be returned. This at a time when there where only four other diners in the restaurant. Also, though not a reflection on this Taco Bell, but all Taco Bells, Bang for the buck is lacking, For what we paid for what I consider a snack (4 tacos and small cola), we could have gotten a much more substantial meal at a local diner.

The eating area is pretty dirty. The floors needed a good mop and the tables needed wiping with a clean towel. The soda machine area was a bit icky too. The kitchen looked clean though, and the food was fresh. There's also a lot of parking and a drive through.

Food was as you'd expect at any taco bell. The cashier was friendly. Wait time was kinda long and the bathroom was dirty. They did offer a senior discount for my mom though, and that was nice.

Placed an order on mobile. Got to the restaurant and it was ready. This was around 2pm after the rush. The food was wrapped nice and warm/hot(not to touch). Only down side was the bag is greasy because they wrap and bag the taco. The real reason for the 1 star taken off because it requires credit card to complete the purchase with no option to pay in store. You just limited your customers without credit card(younger kids) to experience less wait time. I would hope in the near future this gets removed.

Very expensive for a Taco Bell but I Liked that there was ample seating with charging outlets, I felt cared for. They got my order right so I was happy with the food and happy the soda and hot sauce was self served. Felt like a warm hug. A little too warm wish they had the AC a little crispier. Quesadilla, burrito, 2 tacos, 2 drinks came to almost $30. But All in all a happy experience.

Great food. Awesome customer service. Horrible men's room. No paper towels. The hand dryer was inoperable. The water tank cover was replaced by a black trash bag. Floor was dirty. There were unpaid customers just charging their phones and watching YouTube with FREE WiFi. Management, please do a better job with observation. Just a thought.

Got food at the drive through on a rainy weekend night. I have no complaints as it was a good drive through experience and the food tasted delicious. Only reason for 4/5 stars is because they ran out of one of the menu items.

I think this store is good especially coming from the city. The employees here are always rushed it seems. This gets orders wrong. The drive through brings it home for them. Taco bell in Flushing in Utopia and Northern Blvd. They are the best in service and Freshness. Prices ive noticed are different at all Taco Bells.

Dropping it down to three stars instead of four this time. Reason being, all employees work at the slowest rate of speed. We can have eight to ten workers in the back and the line could be to the door for no reason with only one cashier sometimes two. I eat there every Saturday. Even with all the patience in the world sometimes you get very aggravated and frustrated. It's like I want to turn around and tell the guy behind me Merry f***ing Christmas!🎄

They are taking super super long to get the orders out. We waited about 20 minutes to get our food last night through the drive thru. We though it would be quicker. Nope! Food is good but they have to work on the quick service. Please!

After they renovated this location, the place has a much better layout. The rating is due to the inconsistency of the food items. Sometimes they are sloppily made, and sometimes they are incorrectly made. One time, I was shortchanged a couple of items. Now I check the order before I leave.

Nobody does register transactions. Or at the very least at night. It seems customer service is highly lackadaisical, will forget items on your order and doesn't even greet you hello, thank you or good day/night. But the price is nyc specific to the rest of the country and still are fast food tasteful. Not great, but it does the job and still give you indigestion.

No issue with food. Be careful having to wait because every employee will just pass right by you without acknowledging you until you make a scene, only to find out your food has been ready and been sitting there for 5 minutes but no one had to nerve to hand it out lol

Super slow. They always keep customers and delivery guy waiting.

Bad service. Employees with aptitud starting with the supervisor or manager she is very rude. Update, today is even worse. Kitchen looks dirty and nobody even acknowledge customers.

Overall, the order was great. All the food arrived, and everything seemed to be in order. However, in two of my spicy potato soft tacos we found large chicken tenders. The people the food was for are vegetarians so this was not good. We gave those tacos to our neighbors. Everything else was good.

This Taco Bell location is easily one of the slowest operating fast food chains in North America. I keep coming back to this location every few months thinking maybe the last experience was a fluke or they've improved, the answer is no. Always worse. If you're going through the drive through, make sure your car has enough gas to idle for 30-45 minutes. Taco Bell is a restaurant chain built upon the premise of quick service, this chain is the exact opposite. Even in person, it is shockingly slow. The drive thru is also a single lane, so once you're in line, you're trapped and can't exit. You're literally a hostage to their slow service. Do not come here if you need fast food, there are a few other chains within a couple of blocks of driving that operate like advertised.

I was craving taco bell crunch supreme so I went inside ordered from kiosk since no one there to help. Ordered wrong one without the crunch...Fine! Big Problem - there was hardly any meat. Mainly lettuce and tomato. So disappointed $14 for combo . Also while I was there A man asked me for money to buy a drink. I don't give men money I'm alone too. Couldn't wait to get out. 🙄

Worst “fast-food” place I’ve ever been to. It took me literally 20 minutes to get my to go food. Manager seems to be oblivious to what’s going on. Priority is for the drive thru and not the people ordering inside. I never give reviews but from my experience today I’d recommend you stay away from this Taco Bell unless you have unlimited lunch time.

The WORST service: Only one cashier open on a busy Saturday night with a long line, and there was no attempt to open another register, despite the manager walking up and ignoring the line on three separate occasions. The drive-thru seemed to be her only concern; she couldn’t have cared less about the walk-in customers. I cannot comment on the food because, after a 12 minute wait in line for my turn to place my order, I had to walk out or I would’ve missed my bus. Slowest “fast food” imaginable.

I ordered From Door Dash and they told my Door Dash driver that the order was already picked up. They did not confirm that the food was picked up by the correct person. My doordash driver was on the phone with me and I overheard the drive-thru window employee say that it was a doordash issue, when he is clearly the one who messed up by giving the order away to the wrong person. You should at least confirm that the person you were giving the order to is the correct dasher. He blamed doordash for his own mistake. Good job taco bell. The woodside location's quality had gone down hill

I will never visit this location again after an extremely long wait line at the drive thru; also called in to report issue to corporate. Any employee or manager could have come out to the drive thru and apologize for the high volume and have me back out and try another fast food location. Incident occurred on 5/21/19 at approximately 9:45 PM. I had to wait 25 minutes. So many patrons appeared to be very frustrated. I am waiting a call from the store manager to explain themselves. Stay away during night hours. Thank you

Ordered at 8:40 PM and after waiting for 45 minutes, was told there was a computer screen error. Had to give my receipt for them to make my order. Other customers, around 8 other orders, also were waiting., while the Drive through orders were fulfilled. It is now an hour waiting for a very small order to be completed. Two people canceled their order 30 minutes ago. This is a bad night trying to get something to eat. I left at exactly 1 hour after finally getting my order.

Ordered for pickup, the workers just kept my food on a table and wouldn’t attend to delivery drivers who were also there to pick up food. It’s like this Everytime. The worst customer service and they’re even smirking as they’re holding our food hostage. If you don’t want to do your job you shouldn’t work here, this Taco Bell needs new workers.

I do not understand how it is possible that a fast food store as prestigious as Taco Bell in all this time of the pandemic has not taken the trouble to repair the bathroom, every time I come the bathroom is closed. Apparently the owner of this business doesn't have enough money to spend something to fix it. I think that a health inspector should go to this business because it is very probably what if they don't have to repair the bathroom then other things within your business may not work either

UBER EATS/GRUBHUB/DOORDASH DRIVERS DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THIS PLACE! they take so long to make orders even for regular customers who are there. TWICE I have waited 30 minutes for a order to be finished so I can deliver but not with this place. The whole kitchen is a mess. Unsanitary. The drive thru crew and kitchen workers aren’t working as a team to get orders complete. Needs more workers and a leader for orders for customers and delivery people.

Today this TB was so out of it. Placed order through the app for pick up withinn5 minutes. Got there 10 minutes later and order was not ready. Informed employee I was there for pickup, told them my name and was told order not ready. Waited and watched as others (delivery uber/doordash) came and got their orders. Was asked what I was waiting for and my name 4 separate times just to tell me they cannot find my order. They had to scroll through their computer of old orders to find my order and still put on the order line as if I just placed the order. Did not get my order until 50 minutes after the order was places on the app.

Service and food have gone way downhill and prices have gone up. I used to love this place. Portions get smaller and smaller and I have a simple straightforward order and they still got it really wrong. That's it for me. Seems to be a recurring theme within the fast-food industry too. Big corporations chasing profits and hoping customers don't notice. Well I notice. Another one off my list.

Taco Bell sets prices by location. This specific Taco Bell charges higher prices for menu items than others in the area. A meal would have cost $5 less 10 min away than offered at this location. Rip off and recommend finding other locations instead of this one.

Young black girl on drive thru has bad attitude every time I come there for lunch. Sorry you don’t like your job but you should find something else if you’re not happy at the window. Waited 10 minutes even after placed mobile order via their app 10 minutes earlier.

I ordered 3 times delivery the first time order was fast, well and everything was perfect. However, for the second time few items were missing that I paid for and, now the third time it says it already delivered when the food wasn't even delivered to me. And yes my address I put was correct, and I was at home the whole time.

Rating is compared to other Taco Bell. They make the food here decent compare to other Taco Bell. The nacho fry’s amount is good. Other places gave me 5 fry’s that I won’t go to the other ones. But the reason for the 2 stars for service is because the female manager needs an attitude adjustment. So I ordered using the stupid Taco Bell app and it ordered from wrong location. The app doesn’t let me cancel it. So I lost my money. She tells her staff to ignore him(me) it’s not our problem. The gentleman was trying to help me. No other customers was in line. I probably will still come here. It is fast food. Close to my home. But just hopes karma hits her back.

Slow dinner service. Ordered from kiosk. Guac and chips side was awful. Guac was like something out of a grocery store tub and small portion, container was 1/2 full. Black bean crunch wrap was ok as a veggie option. Expensive fast food for what it is.

I bought a box packet of burritos and tacos throught the drive thru. pay extra for supreme just to find out they gave me regular went back at least as a courtesy they should have giving me back the tacos they did by mistake. These employees are so unprofessional and rude. I went to pick up a Uber eats order that they marked as ready, when I got there all the doors were locked to the restaurant and I had to knock for a customer to let me in, well ahead of closing time. When I got inside I showed my order to an employee who sternly told me to mark as done they had completed it and were waiting on me. After waiting 10 minutes at the counter a young woman came up to me and asked if I had my confirmation code, I said I had already marked the order as complete bc her coworker had told me to. She then proceeded to tell me that she can't give me the order bc it was against her restaurant policy to do so. I don't know what kind of scam this restaurant is trying to wage on their customers but it didn't fly for me! Worst Taco Bell ever! Avoid at all COSTS! And as I left she yelled at me to "have a good day" it's literally midnight, well past day time. Get some common sense and train these young folks PLEASE!

New employee at the drive through took my debit card to pay and will I slept the were stealing from me. Thankfully my bank was alerted. I know it's from this location because I didn't use my card in a while.

Tried to order but was told to use kiosk which I do not use. They LIED and claimed they cannot take my order at the counter. The manager refused to take my order. They were also ignoring all the delivery people. Preparing order after order quickly as possible (to beat the clock on the performance system) to just put them on a shelve to get cold as delivery people are ignored. This particular Taco Bell has ALWAYS been by far the worst in service in Queens unless you’re on the drive through.

Yesterday I placed a total order of $52.12. One order was for a Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch Nacho Cheese with STEAK for $9.37. What I received was a tortilla/Dorito wrap with five (5) small pieces of meat with some sour cream and a pinch of lettuce - nothing else. Horrible preparation by worker. See photo! Don’t order from this Taco Bell!

2 weeks ago on march 22nd i got the worst food poisoning in my life, i saw another review saying it was the lettuce (?) but honestly i am not sure what it exactly was. I ate my usual beefy 5 layer burrito but changed the beef to chicken, i've eaten here many times the past few months and never had an issue. I had half of a crunchy taco which could explain the lettuce (?) this is more of a PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INGREDIENTS ARE STORED SAFELY!!!!! i love this place but now i'm scared to go back. the food poisoning was horrendous. and it was the only thing i had eaten that day, it couldn't have been anything else.
