All normal expect which Starbucks location on earth or any restaurant/cafe for that matter doesn’t allow paying customers access to a washroom?? Come on..

Redeemed some stars to get a drink think morning, showed up 2 min after order was placed on the app, there was a drink sitting behind the pickup shelves with the letters, so only an employee can see what the drink or tag is. Waited 5-6 minutes for my drink to be made thinking I came in too early, all while the barista was making drinks and placing them on the pick up shelves. Once they finished making all the orders they finally decided to check for the drink that was being hidden away and then said my name out loud. So I walked up to receive a drink that was extremely poorly made and cup 1/4 empty and ice melted. Not sure what the reason was behind any of those odd actions as I regularly get the same drink here. But BE CAUTIOUS of redeeming your rewards at this location. Glad I didn’t raise an alarm in store after reading some of the reviews about management here!

This starbucks used to be my favorite, the baristas were excellent at making drinks. Now the morning to afternoon shift baristas make the drinks average, watered down and less flavorful. And don’t fill it up all the way, however at night the drinks are made well. The atmosphere for me during the day is a 0, I can’t come study or sit in here at peace, it’s filled with groups of loud men that take up all the seats, and they’re their everyday. While anyone can come whenever and as often as they’d like, they are always extremely loud to the point that I have to leave after getting a drink. I’ve started to go to another location

Not the best Starbucks I have been. I usually go there since is the closest one to my house. The coffee, the tea, the food is good as every Starbucks, but the service depending on the server is not good. Sometimes when I ask for a refill they act strange and show a mad face like they are paying for your refill, like they own the place. That's not the way to treat clients, do the refill like every other order, that's your job and that's what you get paid for.

The worst customer service. I ordered 2 vanilla scones and asked them to warm it up. It was such a big problem for them to pop it into a toaster over for 10 seconds. I am making a formal complaint today. Everytime I go there, I’ve been disappointed by the management and the workers know me and purposely give me terrible service. Do better! Sadly, I am returning to this review to say that management does nothing for the customer. Reviewing all the other “1-stars,” the manager has the same response which is probably why the store rating is so low. Wow. Just sad managing, customer service and resolutions.

They make the Worst lattes. I go here against my better judgment just because it's close to where I take the train and every time I'm disappointed. Usually, I'll just take it and go but today I had to get my money back cause enough is enough. A latte is too high of the price for it to be that bad every time.

I’ve been drinking Starbucks for years. I just bought an iced latte at this location, and I have to say — the quality has really gone downhill. The taste wasn’t as good as it used to be, and the cup was poorly made. The lid didn’t even close properly, and it ended up spilling all over my car while I was driving. I paid $7 for the coffee, and now I’m out over $100 for a car wash and cleanup. I’m honestly speechless. Starbucks seriously needs to revamp its operations — at the very least, improve the quality of the cups

Worst Starbucks experience of all time thanks to the manager Joanna. She didn't have on a name tag so I don't know if that's actually her name. She was extremely rude to my wife and I. When I asked for the contact information for the district manager she said, "what the hell".

Disappointed by Lack of Basic Amenities Stopped in at this Starbucks expecting the usual standard of service, but was surprised to learn they don’t have a restroom available for customers. When I asked, the staff told me to walk down the block to a McDonald’s if I needed to use the bathroom. For a major coffee chain that encourages people to sit and work or relax with a drink, not having a restroom is unacceptable—especially in a busy city location. It’s frustrating and inconvenient, and frankly, not in line with what I expect from Starbucks. Will think twice before stopping at this location again.

I understand my drink was a small size but that doesn’t mean I can get brewed coffee instead of a latte. I literally got coffee with syrup. There’s no way this could be a latte! I have my app and it shows up as a latte purchase on my history. I really have no time to go back and make a complaint in person about my drink but I genuinely wanted to enjoy a small seasonal drink. I am a barista myself and I understand the coffee field very well and what I’ve gotten was not pleasant.

The drinks at this location just don’t taste good. Time and time again. Please re-train your staff!! I ordered my regular drink at an off peak time, in advance- the formula is off. AND light ice does not mean no ice!!!!!!! My iced coffee is still warm and should not be that color. 🤮
