Large thin crust Supreme extra marinara and cheese and no pork. Cooked to perfection. Not always but today it was. Pizza Hut keep this employee and give them a raise.

To be honest, I haven't eaten INSIDE Pizza Hut in years but...I do order, via online at their website, take-out a lot. Periodically, they'll have some insanely good deals that you can only get online. They've never screwed up my order. Perfect every time and it's always ready at the time I've specified online. Plus, who can deny the schnazzy of not having to get out of your car and going to pickup in your jammies! Only good things to say about Pizza Hut - Woodville.

I always eat the food before I think to take a picture lol. Based on this review and the amount of stars given you should know how I feel about the food. I never sit and dine in so I can't give you any information on that but it's overall clean. 👍

Pizza Hut could be so much better if the dining area was offering game day events, birthday parties, date night specials, etc.

The Supreme pizza was perfect, as was the order of cheese bread sticks and Cinnabons. Service was also excellent. On a Tuesday at 5pm.

This Pizza Hut is great. Pizza toppings are plentiful without being too much and causing a poorly cooked pizza. Pastas and other sides are great tasting. Employees are exceptionally pleasant. No lunch buffet, but that isn't detrimental to visiting. Just wish there was a lunch one.

Managers a lovely lady, she's stern but more motherly than any person in this place, the rest are highly family like, they grow on you. Never had food poisoning and I've been going here for food for 16 years, but then again, I usually don't get sick.

I always order the same thing whenever dining or picking up here. My order is always done correctly. It’s nice to be greeted by a smile either way. Food is always delicious and served with a fresh taste! Wish they were available via delivery (DoorDash, Waitr, Uber Eats).

There is Dine-In! Worth a stop if you're on the the road. Amanda was fantastic and very nice. VERY clean dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. Only downside is not fountain drinks.

Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorite pizza places. I have always loved their crust and have a great experience when I go.

Coming from DFW area, this was by far the BEST pizza hut we've experienced. My husband worked at one years ago and he agreed. The dine in area was very clean so instead of it feeling outdated because of the dust, it feels like you jumped back in time! Not only was the pizza great but the service as well. Zachary was awesome! He was nice and courteous!

We came from an hour and a half away to play football against the home team but you would have never known. We ordered ten large pizzas and some wings for our cheer squad and were treated with the most respect. Puts our hometown pizza hut to shame. Everyone was incredibly polite and refused to let us carry everything to the car and loaded it for us. If I ever need to feed a team again while I'm in Woodville....They're getting Pizza Hut!! There are many Huts like it but this one is mine. Seriously been a pizza hut fan for a long time. This one is pretty great. Workers always seem upbeat even when it seems like they are really busy. My pizza is always cooked right and hot when I get it. No complaints.

I decided to go inside to pick up my order and the quality of the restaurant was excellent, I went back to my hotel got my family and we went inside Pizza Hut to eat. Staff was very polite and friendly! Fountain drinks were wonderful, after having to leave our home due to the hurricane and drive over an hour away for a place to sleep. We were very happy to find a wonderful place to sit down and eat.

Hands down the absolute best!! I somewhat special order my pizza, I change a little things here and there and it's always so delicious! The roasted garlic cheese bread sticks don't make it home before you HAVE to eat one because the aroma coming from the box. Very friendly staff as well. And always clean inside and out.

Me and my sister came in to get a pizza and we were greeted by the most sweetest cashier/ hostess I have ever met in my life. Hannah was her name. Even after she took our order she was constantly checking up on us making sure we knew how long our order would be, making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. i was very disappointed that i had to wait till 3 p.m. to get my pizza-for some reason the store was closed until 3. I also had trouble ordering on line-it kept telling me access denied. I had to finally order on my phone app.

We eat at the Pizza Hut with our church sometimes. I have very bad teeth. I told the manager my bad teeth just can't eat the crust so they made an extra soft crust for me and was so good. The people there always goes well out of their way to help and please the customer. Very nice place.

Make the on-line ordering easier to add items to the order. I tried to order bone in wings in addition to my pizza order. The system got the pizza order right, and when i checked out, the wings were on the total. When i got to the restaurant to pick up-no wings were in the order. So i had to wait for the wings to be prepared.

Hot pizza brought out right on time and friendly service. We're going to skip the salad next time, as it was limp and warm as well. Barely edible.

Sorry this review isn't more informative, we only use the drive thru. But that being said, everyone is always very nice and courteous. Even when we had to call because the app was messed up. I really do highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Service was good, order was for take out Garlic sauce wasn't in boxes when I got where I was going. Quality was way below expectations.

Pizza here is good. Its pricey, but it may be because it's a small town. People are always friendly.

Service isn't too attentive to check on you often and food seems like it takes so long but it's the only pizza place in town ..Also on to go orders they repeat it back to you but food most of the time is still not what I ordered.

Tried to call the location and had to listen to the advertisement. Then "someone's" voice took my order. I know it was not someone from East Texas. Have called MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. Pizza is ok, here. Restaurants are struggling everywhere, but Pizza Hut STILL won't bother delivering 4 miles away, to my house?! You'd think they would so SOMETHING to compete with the better pizza in town.

While the staff was very friendly and courteous I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, but not only was there not extra of either, there was a substandard amount for even a regular pizza. We will give them another shot...

I live way out in the country, I placed an order one time while we had company over, they requested that they didn't want certain things on their pizza so I ordered one for them and one for us along with cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls. I drove to town and picked up the order at the drive through and drove all the way back home to find that they basically just gave us two of the exact same pizza with all the toppings that our company didn't want. I called to let them know of the mistake, they said they could refund the money or make me a new one. I asked for a new one since our company was quite hungry at this time. By the time we made it back to town the new pizza was ready, this time we checked it before driving away. The food is always delicious, you just gotta be sure you get what you ordered.

The lady at the counter, Donna, was very nice and friendly. The pizza was good, we had a thin crust Pepperoni. We also ordered cheesy bread sticks that had good flavor but they weren't that cheesy at all. That's the reason I'm only giving 3 stars. The wait time was crazy but they were fairly busy so I'm assuming that was why.

When there are special instructions please follow them. I ordered 3 pizzas and asked for them all to be cut into squares and none of them were.

Medium thin crust pizza was way over cooked. In some places the crust was black. Wings (12) were soggy bc they send them home sitting in a bowl of liquidy sauce. I ask for extra sauce on the pasta and got none. Chocolate chip cookie was good lol. Definitely not a $48 dinner

76.00 for two medium pizzas, nothing special. Wings yes they were 18 count and we got water. That is my last trip to Pizza Hut.

All food tasted good, But Extra Cheese should NOT be charged Extra when IS AS ONE of the 3 free toppings on the Special.

The restayrant was immaculate. But, there were no prices on the menu; even though we were eating in, we had to go to the countet and order ourselves; there were only bottled drinks, no ice in glasses; receipt had only total on it, ; had to ask for itemized receipt. It was a very disappointing experience. Doubt we will be back.

The app rarely works. I ordered pizza Friday night. I was charged for what I ordered. Got to the establishment to pick up the pizza when the app said and there was no pizza. The app took my money but the store never received the order. I had to sit for 20 minutes while I waited for them to cook my pizza plus I had to pay for that one as well. I was told there was nothing they could do. I would need to call my bank on Monday to get my money back. Not a very good experience.

We usely eat at this location. It has always been good. This time it was not. Nicer service. The older lady was unfriendly. The pizza did not tast right. The boneless chicken had way to much honey BBQ sauce on it.

The pizza and service were good. The problem was that they don't serve fountain drinks, tea, or ice water. They don't even have ice in the restaurant. You have to buy bottled drinks at $2.80 a bottle.

Pizza is experiencing shrinkflation. My crust now is over 2” long. With everything costing more, i expect a normal pizza. The 2”+ crust stinks

Drove 30 min round trip to pick up our take out. Pasta was good. My cheesy breadsticks were lacking the cheese covering them all. And I didn't receive the extra marinara I paid for. 😒

This is the second time I have ordered 2 pizzas online and when I get to the window they only have one ready, and they tell me that I only ordered 1, and I have to wait 15 more minutes for the other pizza.

Good pizza Terrible at getting your togo orders right and the snooty manager is always “right” so if you Get food from here make sure to check your order good because they have a problem with reading I think

Had issues the last 2 times ordering from there. When they offered me a discount on the next pizza because of their horrible pizza they made me. I had issues when I went to go back. Maybe it's new workers making the pizza. I'm not sure. I don't think ill be going back there ever again

The Pizza I ordered was cooked dry with no sauce, apparently they realized this after it was cooked and instead of making another one the sauce was put in a container and placed in the takeout box with the pizza.

Food was lacking flavor but there was plenty of grease on the pizzas. This has happened the last few times we have been here.

They just can't get themselves together. Service is always terrible. Employees have an "I don't want to be here" attitude. They double charged me once on my cc. When I found out and returned to complain, I was told that it would be credited and it takes a few days to show up on my cc account. After seven days and three trips to the store, cc was still not credited. Asked to just get food in place of the credit that never came and the entire time there was treated as 2nd class; plus they charged me for drinks. No wonder the location is always looking for help. Service sucks.

No staws, ordered cheese stick as appetizer and a salad didn’t get it till almost done with pizza, horrible on refills, wanna charge for a side of ranch??

If you like dry pizza that's worse than frozen store bought pizza, you'll enjoy this place. If you don't like pizza sauce on your pizza, you'll love their pizza.

I ordered 2 large pan pizzas. Meat lovers. And a brownie triple chocolate. They gave me two medium 11inch pizzas, which I didnt notice until i got home, And a cookie instead of brownie, which she told me about before I left. Said they accidentally made cookie. All in charged me 65 dollars. They've never done this before. The pizza was good, but for that price you should get what you order. The two little pizzas wouldn't even feed everyone. Now we gotta find something else to eat. Their pizzas used to be alot better. Guess we have to find a new pizza place. Probably just be better off getting pizza from Walmart now if they're gonna be like that. I hope they don't treat all their customers this way

This is my go to place for my kids on the weekends. I downloaded their app which makes things a lot easier for ordering and picking up. Their pizza I have to say is amazing! But the app is not, at least not when I'm trying to redeem my rewards points. Today is the THIRD time I've tried to redeem a medium pizza for my kiddos. It will not let me! I've been told that everyone is having problems with the app this weekend (3 times now), I've been told to update the app (there's no update available for me right now), I've been told it's not their app that it's a third party app. I feel like if the business decides to use an app that gives loyal customers rewards, that the app is indeed the company's app. The app doesn't give me issues when I'm ordering and paying for my order, only when I try to redeem my rewards. This isn't exactly great customer service but that's just my opinion. I stand at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledges that I'm there. I would love to give the manager 5 stars, but I'm just not going to do that.

I wish I had taken a picture. I ordered by phone a large thin crust with ham, pineapple and mushroom. Showed up a correct time to pick up at window but had to pull over and wait for about 7 minutes to get a cold pizza. The pizza has so little sauce on it. There was less than 12 pineapple tidbits on the whole thing and very little ham or mushrooms. This was not enough toppings to make a small pizza much less a large. On top of being cold! Very disappointed.

It has taken me an hour to get a pizza there the past 2 times that I've gone, so much for fast food. Further, the staff pretty much ignores the customers. You are better off getting a stuff crust meat lovers from Walmart and cooking it yourself!

Ordered online at 1015 for a noon pickup. Arrived at noon and had to wait an additional 10 min before pizza was ready. When I got home order was not mine, not even close. Called the store and because I ordered online the manager said she could not refund the charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR ONLINE ORDERING.
