I was actually very surprised by this location. We stopped in on our way through because we didn't have time for a sit down meal. All of the Sonic location around Nacogdoches have really slipped on quality of food and drinks but the Woodville Sonic is really good! First good Sonic burger I have had in years! Tater tots and onion rings were crispy and hot as well. Keep it up!

You ask me for my opinion here goes. Your food is nasty, The only reason I went there was because of the 1/2 price drinks. Now that that's out of the picture I have no reason to return. Instead of Sonic, it should read "Tomaine Tabernackle" Grade B on your food? I would be embarrassed. When you know better, you do better, apparently not here.

Love the meal and staff very friendly and helpful even if you have accent and is not from around, they make sure they get the right order for you and leave happy with your meal and drink. (lovely strawberry classic shake, high recommended).

No issues. Fast service and food is tasty. Have three options for payment, cash, credit card or by the Sonic app. Tipping isn't expected, but I think the car hops make a dollar or two less an hour compared to the other employees so I give a little extra.

They have daily and weekly specials. Clean appearance outside and patio. Orders are brought to your car by a carhop. Food is cooked to order so it's hot and fresh. Reasonable prices and fast service.

The food was above average but not the best but the weight staff was really nice so that made up for the loss. So it was a long day, I still had a lot to do once I reached my destination, and I already knew I was going to be pretty exhausted by the time I finished. I decided to grab Sonic for dinner and I have to say, awesome decision! From the time I pushed the button to the time my food got to the truck, it was a positive, uplifting experience. All the way around! The lady that took my order was very patient, knew the menu, she never skipped a beat! The lady that brought my food made sure the order was correct and that we had everything we needed. She was smiling and upbeat, very positive! The food was everything we ordered! All of the little things I changed and added were done just as I had asked, and no doubts this was a picky complicated order! Go Woodville,TX Sonic!! This entire team rocks!!

Sonic is one of my favorite stops. The fish sandwich was great. Grill cheese soft my baby could eat it just fine.

Usually quick service and always fresh food. Sometimes some of the order boards don't work though. But overall, great place to eat.

The service is great and the food is what you expect from SONIC. I wish this location would allow tipping on the app. The workers really do a great job!

*The on shift manager fixed everything* I wanna start by saying that I’ve worked at a sonic before, therefor I know how stressful and fast pace the environment can get when it’s reached it’s busiest hours. The poor girl at the drive-thru window had such a hard time hearing me, and my order was “put in” then wrong way. I asked for a manager and she brought one out to me and she corrected the error, while she was inside I noticed my order had been completely messed up. The second manager came out and I expressed my concerns with the order and she listened, fixed the order completely, and refunded me the entire total of my order. She was super nice and understanding about the situation and apologized. I will admit that I was a tad bit frustrated at the beginning, but everything was made right at the end.

All I had was a couple corn dogs onion rings and iced tea but it was pretty good. I really enjoyed their onion rings. Service was fast very polite and courteous. I will go back and try one of their hamburgers.

I love your iced tea. Get it all the time. It's awesome. But today the tea had an almost ready to spoil flavor. I tried calling them to let them know before they got a bad review but, no one would answer. I understand this is busy season. I just wanted someone to know. God bless.

The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's hot and good, then other times it's cold and flavorless. Most of the car hops are sweet and try to fix mistakes made.

They're not very friendly here maybe it is because the average age is like 18, but if they focused on customer service just a little they would definitely get a better rating. But almost every time I visit this location I am at with the sense that I am inconveniencing them in some way through their tone.

Clearly has been a change in staff, management is clearly the same, but at least it appears some effort is being made. My kids eat here because their friends work here. I still will go to the gas station for a drink.

Order wasn't right. I asked for large drinks. When carhop Came out to deliver she started with med dr pepper med cherry lime aid I said that's not right she walked over the parking lot to see who the order was for. I finally had to call them again asking about my order they said we bought it out and you said it wasn't your order I had to explain that the only thing wrong was the drinks. They had thrown the meal away so we had to wait for them to make it again, and they still charged full price. Never in 60 yrs have I has a problem with sonic.

Sonic used to be a favorite of mine, but sadly the last two times I have eaten here, my cheeseburger 🍔 was stone cold! My onion rings were hot, but not my cheeseburger BOTH times. I doubt I'll try again.

These places always miss me with the changes in ingredients. I used to love Sonic. After they changed the weiners for the coneys and the horrible pickles they now put on burgers, I go there only for drinks.

I am not in Woodville very often, but did visit this establishment recently. I ordered my usual Rt 44 Fresh Lemon Berry Slush with extra lemons. I pulled into a stall to make a couple phone calls. While sitting still I opened the lid and had not even 1 lemon. I'm sure I paid extra for extra lemons. So I drive back around and told the girl on the speaker my problem. She acted like I was a pain in her butt. She had just a little attitude. But she gave a small cup of lemons. It was not a pleasant visit, for me, for sure.

The jalapeno poppers was awesome. We only got one of the two grilled cheese that we ordered. The grilled cheese was not even grilled, just rubbery melted cheese in-between two pieces of bread. N the cheese on the burger tasted like plastic. But the 63 year old lady was great at her customer service. I'm sure that this place tried like any place in woodville but I'd rather go to Subway.

Their drinks are so good. Love their crushed ice. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. It's the worst chicken sandwich I ever had. It was way over cooked or it could have been from yesterday. The vegetables played hide and seek. I will not be spending my money here until they find someone that knows how to cook.

We were just about the only customers there and it took over 15mins to get our ice creams (which were melting everywhere). We had a burger and this wrap, which is smaller than my palm. It was pretty sad.

My onion rings were globbed together and some raw dough. Took forever. Won't be going back there for onion rings again.

Sat in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes waiting for drinks because someone ordered 1 food item and they wouldn't ask them to pull ahead and park. There were at least 3 cars behind us waiting as well. No wonder they're only rated 3.8.

I thought this one was bad, until I visited the Sonic in Laporte Tex, it's terrible and nobody cares from their Corp office. They screwed up my order 4 out of 6 visits. Terrible, they need to start at the top and get New employees.

I ordered the jalapeno burger and fries which I order every time I go to Sonic, I got a burger with 5 jalapenos, no exaggeration and extremely disheartening. The fries were luke warm at best and dear God the salt that was on them was absurd, I couldn't eat a quarter of them because I would have finished my soda which I asked for easy ice and was full of ice. I'm hoping it was a one off or the person was new and didn't get the proper training because I know help is hard to find these days.

I ordered a cheesecake shake from here and got a strawberry shake instead. I am allergic to strawberries this is the second incident that has occurred at this location where they gave me the wrong thing and it ended up having strawberries in it.

Super frustrated. I usually love this place but the night crew just straight up ignored us. We pressed the button on the menu and waited two times. Not sure if it was an issue but all of the team that was working was in the building. I usually love sonic.. but was not happy this time.

They handed us sodas that didn't have the syrup and when I said something, the young woman tried to tell me that it was probably fine and gave me two new ones, again with no drink syrup so it was straight carbonated water. I had to get out of the car and go to the door and knock several times to get someone's attention. I politely told them that the Sprite was out of syrup and they gave me two new different kinds of soda and it was good. The French fries and tater tots had been sitting under the warming lamp. They didn't make them fresh when we ordered them... It's not as if it was too hard. I used to work at Sonic and I can tell you all of the employees at the Woodville store need retraining.

Usually Sonic is a "go to" place. This visit sucked. I ordered the chicken strip dinner. When I checked it, the onion ring was extremely burnt! Everything looked like it was fried in old grease! I even asked if they changed out their grease, which the carhop replied they did. Of course they would say they do!

They never have onion rings! Second or third time in a row that I have been there. Got yummy (I'm being sarcastic!) COLD, HARD, PROBABLY COOKED TWICE TATOR TOTS instead. Last time!

If you get your whole order, it's usually obviously old. Gray hot dogs, a totally shrivelled kid's meal corn dog (that a STEAK KNIFE could hardly cut). The drinks vary greatly, so it's always a surprise if it's not mostly water. Try another fast foid place, this one is bottom of the barrel.

Had to redo my chili dog twice! Had about a fourth a cup of mustard on it both times. The girl wanted to argue about it saying they only pit half ounce on it! I said it didn't matter but when it is literally running off of the top of the bun it's too much. It was all over the inside of the sack and everything else. This is the third time this has happened to me and I will never go back. Dairy Queen is better.

Worst example of a Sonic I have ever been to... All of the food on separate visits tasted and smelled of rancid oil. Food always makes us sick...

Messed up my order not once but THREE TIMES. Brought out the wrong order. Took it back. Brought out the order again and we drove off. WRONG AGAIN. Brought it back to the drive through window. Took another 5 minutes. Gave us the order back and we drove away. IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I gave up

Horrible! Waited FOREVER for food, when the system said Deija was delivering my order. I waited over 15min and my food still didn't arrive. Pressed the red button to ask, but nobody answered. Called on the phone again no answer until the 30th literally 30th ring. Went through the drive through to pick up my COLD food, no apology, NOTHING! Won't be back!

They always have stalls that are out of order, they have super slow times, and they don’t answer the call button bc they are talking outside with friends. Card slots are also always broken.

I’ve tried this location twice and both time it was terrible. Chicken strips and tator tots taste like they were cooked in old burnt grease.

I stopped for a chocolate shake. After waiting in the drive thru line I was told the shake maker was broken. Then had to sit in the line as there was no way to get out. Not s good trip, at all.

The service was terrible. As we were trying to make our order, the girl would not let us talk. Our order was all wrong, only half of what we ordered, she never gave us a receipt to check what was charged. Maybe some retraining is needed

It was terrible! We ordered three corn dogs, large cheese sticks, french fries & 2 large drinks. The corn dogs were terrible. One was busted open and totally uneatable. We ask for extra mustard and got about 10 packages of mayo. The french fries were old. The cheese sticks were the only thing that was pretty good. So we paid $20... Including the tip for this. When we called to complain they said to come back and they would give us another order of the same thing. We were in a hurry to get to a funeral so that wasn't an option for us. I know they can do better than that! Very dissatisfied.

The worst experience ever at a Sonic. Something was wrong with all 3 orders. The plain hot dog was served with EVERYTHING, the hamburger had tons of mayo added that was supposed to be mustard & ketchup, and they forgot the marinara with mozzarella sticks. Also, there were no napkins. WOW!! Epic fail.

Horrible... Apparently they changed owners and they no longer have sait.... The burger no longer has any flavor and plain fries.... I believe that should be each person decision if they want salt on their food. Not to mention they messed up my husband's order...been going there for 16 years. We are done..

Horrible! Bad service. Made it clear I wanted a large Dr. Pepper for my husband ,whole meal enlarged and they sent out a medium Dr. Pepper. Then when I ordered they did not let anyone know they wern't excepting $100 bills. So we wait 25 minutes for our meal to come out to not only be wrong but it was a waste of time to even get out meal then the car hop was rude. Never again will we eat there. Very poor service! and meal is never correct.

We ordered two breakfast burritos with three orders of tots - one for our dogs. They forgot the third tot order and we had to reorder and pay - I now think pay again. Then we requested picante sauce and they argued with us that it was in the bag. Nope, only ketchup. So they’re going to charge us for more! We showed the carhop the bag with no picante sauce in it and as we’re arguing our case, a woman’s irritated voice comes on the speaker and says they’ll have it right out. So they listen in when no button is pushed????? Invasion of privacy much?

Burger was almost to dry and hard to chew. Bun disintegrated when bit into. Food cold . Near 1/2 jar of mayonnaise slopped onto cheeseburger. First visit to this sonic and last as well.Employees very bad. Gave a 4 dollar tip for 20 dollar order which the dogs wouldn't eat.

We ordered two #1 Hamburger with mayo...the buns were really old, no flavor to the meat, cheese wasn't melted they put catchup with huge pieces of onions (someone did not chopped the onions), lettuce was nasty, old with some rotten pieces. The Fries were cold and old, no salt, flavor tasted like old grease. Very sad because usually I get a really wonderful burger and fries. Not sure what happened on Monday, December 4, 2023. I hope they get this right for the future.

This Manager Asia was the most unprofessional person I have literally ever dealt with in my 53 years!!!! I literally walked inside to get her name. I have never dealt with this sort of rudeness in the food profession in my life. This Sonic, as a local, will never get another dollar from me or my family!! DO BETTER!!!$

Just to ask for one thing, get rid of this restaurant. They never serve well, the food is cold, the employees are rude. Leave the space for another restaurant that actually wants to serve people.

I order food for my kids so happy thanks them. i live 45miles aways got home open the bag. the brioce i order for my kids not in the bag. they forgot it put in. i look at the receipt yap i was charge for it. When you work and home late your family expect you with food and end up one of my kids can't have because they forgot it. I was pissed.

I can understand how this location has less than 4 stars overall. About a week or two ago, we had ordered Ultimate Breakfast Burritos. That's the one that has practically everything in it. I really wish I had double checked the back before getting home. Because those were some sad looking Burritos. There was absolutely ZERO care in how they were put together. In addition, they were as small as the Jr. Burrito I got my toddler. For "Ultimate Burritos" they were lacking heavily on everything. Basically only had one tater tot, one piece of sausage, a quarter (if even) of a strip of bacon, a teaspoon of egg... for ALL THREE Ultimate Burritos that we had ordered they looked like that. It was very disappointing. And you know what? Those dang Burritos are OVER $5 for JUST the Burritos. The Burritos we got were worth, at most, 2.99. What a waste of $15. Today, I decided to give them another chance and along with an order of the Ultimate Burrito again, I ordered some pretzels. Have you had stale pretzels? I can now say I have. I can't even call them pretzels... they were rock hard by the time I got home. Now, I was there fairly early today, but rather than giving 2 week old bread, just say you weren't prepared for those items and don't give them to me. That's messed up. I guess the Burrito looked better... but come on... do we have to complain about every single item for them to be done right? I've gone to the Woodville location because it's closest. Normally, I would have gone to Lumberton or Silsbee. They haven't messed up a single order for us. But with gas prices as they are, decided to go to this one for convenience. I don't think we will ever make that mistake ever again.

Just going to stop ordering from here. Every time I order a large fry, it’s a large container with a small amount of fries that are really just crumbs. Then the last few times I ordered a blast, I get a few pieces on top and then the rest is just plain ice cream. So I decided to order EXTRA Oreo, Reese’s and m&ms and a Small blast today thinking that maybe I’ll have toppings throughout the entire blast…. NOPE. Literally just the top layer AGAIN and nothing mixed in at the bottom. At this point I’m just donating to the company because I don’t get what I pay for.

One thing I hope management understands is that there may only be one sonic but there is allot of competition in this little town. I'll start with the food... my fries were old and cold. The burger... the bread was hard the meat was cold. There was 3 tiny pieces of lettuce LITERALLY the tomato was wilted. Ontop of that the drive through order machine is super quiet. How are we supposed to order if we can't hear eachother. I promise you I will never come back and by the looks of these reviews... most people will absolutely just hit jack n the box first

Ordered through DoorDash. Dasher was amazing. Burger was really good. But I paid $5 for a peppermint brownie bark shake and there is literally nothing in it. It's strait ice cream with whipped cream on top. If you're going to charge out the butt for a shake you should probably actual put the ingredients for it in the shake.... Thanks for wasting my money.

I went to the Sonic in Woodville Texas and I paid $3.99 each for cold tortilla with a little nothing inside. I will post my pic. What do you say Sonic?

I was there at the drive thru waiting to order for 10 minutes and nobody helped me, then the lady who was in the car behind me told me to go to the window maybe the speaker wasn't working, I went to the window and was there for 5 minutes and nobody came out to ask what I wanted, they were inside, because I could see them through the window, but nobody came out to help me, I had to leave, the 2 cars that were behind me left too, and it's not the first time this has happened, I have decided not to go back there, what bad service.

I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks and have sat waiting for 45 minutes and still haven't gotten it. They have the door open and I can see them talking and goofing around with one another. There's at least 7 people inside. I can see the trays on the counter and it still takes them 5 minutes to collect a completed try and bring it out.

Ordered 3 meals, they got all 3 wrong. I had to drive all the way back for the replacements, then there was a pube hanging out the side of the replacement. The manager was a walking joke who told me they had been really busy, there were 2 employees outside hanging out and very few cars in the lot. Lies and excuses for bad service.

Went to 3 Different Dr. up stalls waited around four minutes on each one and never gotta welcome to Sonic . May I take your order so I ended up driving through the drive-through service really sucks. The lady got rude. Whenever I told her that I had said it three different stalls and no one answered for my order. I definitely will not be coming back to this Sonic I’m from out of town and I’ve never had a terrible experience like this at any Sonic other than Caldwell Texas. Their food is never correct.

The service here is on a continuous decline. I placed a mobile order last night, went to pick it up. They brought my drinks out with the wrong name on the order, ok fine, whatever, the drinks handed to me were correct. I had to ask for the food that I ordered as she was walking away. Had to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be brought out and after leaving, realizing the food was barely room temperature and was missing one of the mozzarella sticks ordered. Tell me you don't care about your job, without telling me you don't care about your job.

The food was horrible. Barley edible. Burger was so greasy the bread was soggy. The burger was just falling apart and created more of a mess on me than I could actually eat. That's when I found out the bacon burger I ordered didn't have bacon. Slopped on a bunch of mayo that just went everywhere. Only good thing about this place is the fries. Def not worth the trip or the money.

This has to be the worse sonic I have ever been to. The drive through employee was sweet. The food was cold and nasty. Didn't get my order correct. Won't be coming back here again. Pretty sure the refried(or just used old) chicken strips if that what they can be called. Threw it all in the trash.
