I love Taco Bell and this location done everything Taco Bell does. Goods good the inside was nice and clean. The complaint I have is when you walk in there is no menu except these little computers you have to self order. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I was not impressed and some people just walked out waiting or trying to use self order computer.

Ok, so it's taco bell. It's in Jasper which immediately puts it in the top 5 places to eat. I ordered crunchy tacos, which should be the most basic thing they make. I had to drive around to the front and wait... For 4 tacos. They were pretty good though.

So here's the deal. This Taco Bell makes great food. The food comes out hot and ready to eat. I have no complaint about the food quality here. With the exception of I occasionally get extra items I didn't order or missing items that I did order. One of the biggest things that I'm usually missing is condiments that I have to pay a dollar for a squirt of. If I'm paying you .89 for a literal teaspoon of guacamole I should definitely get that guacamole. I think if you add onions it's even a few cents. Same with tomatoes and everything else. They add a few cents to all these things you want to have extra of But if you ask for one of these toppings to be removed they certainly don't take the money off of it then. I do think that's really unfair. But back to the subject at hand... One of the criticisms that I have about Taco Bell as a whole is when I order a Mexican pizza they put it in the bottom of the bag and then put everything on top of it and when I take out my Mexican pizza, it is squished to the top of the box. This is a consistent problem that happens every single time that every single Taco Bell I go to. My biggest complaint about this Jasper Texas location is when you do a mobile order or you order straight through the drive-thru they make you pull up and wait. Thus making their drive-thru times to their higher ups seem like they have good drive-thru times when in fact, it's time fraud. It is a misrepresentation of how long we are actually sitting and waiting for food right around the window. At this moment, as I sit here right now, there are five cars waiting for food. Not one car at the window but five cars waiting. Now they have brought me food 15 minutes in. That drive-thru window time reflects much much much quicker than that probably two or three minutes tops. And wouldn't you know it, I stand corrected. While I've been here waiting on my food, my Mexican pizza is sideways in the bag not on the bottom. I'll take a picture. There's also nacho fries in here and I did not order nacho fries. So I'm going to check this order before I finish this review. And after checking my order it seems to be all there I just have a nacho cheese fry that I did not order And a Mexican pizza that is now not only smushed from the top of the box but since it was put in sideways it's deformed lol And if I want to enjoy the sour cream that I paid a dollar for the squirt for I'm going to have to scrape it off the top of the box. I attached the pictures. Let me finish this review by saying that most of the employees I have encountered at this Jasper Texas Taco Bell have been very courteous and very friendly. I have ran into a few that were kind of rude and you would speak to them and they would just look at you and not say anything. You would say thank you you would get a blank stare, things of that nature. But for the most part there are employees at this location that you can tell really do care and try to give customer service to the best of their ability. This Taco Bell definitely needs some more experience management and some employees with a little more experience as well. Again this review is not a reflection of all of the employees but I would have to say that I encounter more incompetent employees than I do competent ones. I not only find this at this Taco Bell but also every other fast food restaurant in the area. If the powers that be read this review please tell your employees to stop making us pull around, just cook our food and let us go. I can literally eat at a local Mexican restaurant for about $8 cheaper for myself and get faster service and more courteous service than I can at this Taco Bell.

Only leaving 2 stars because the young man at the counter tried his best to help us, should be less than 1 star. First of all, we were waiting to order but he had to point us to the kiosk. He said they aren’t allowed to take our orders at the counter anymore, that we have to order through the kiosk. That’s ridiculous, but we tried anyway. Of course, it took much longer & ended up freezing up before we were finished. He ended up having to put our order in at the counter anyway. Then a young lady that was putting orders together in the back began getting on to him for taking our order there and not making us use the kiosk. He explained why he had to. She continued to scold him and mouth off about it, even saying something to the tune of, “I don’t care if they like it or not! If they want to order, that’s how they will have to do it.” The food was not good. They were out of multiple ingredients & drinks. We all ordered Pepsi. 4 out of 5 Pepsi were out of syrup. So we changed drinks. 2 of which were sweet tea, we ended up with unsweet tea. Needless to say, we won’t be back. And to the guy that was running the front that took our order, go find another job. The lady there was extremely rude to you due to no fault of your own. Find a place that values you more. To the manager of this place, do better. We can get past missing ingredients, drinks, etc..but the way the lady in the back treated this young man and her attitude towards us not wanting to use the kiosk was unacceptable. To Taco Bell in general and everywhere else that uses them, these kiosks are a joke. Nobody likes them. We’d rather have human interaction.

This place is trash! I have never felt so discriminated against as I was today . All I can say is if your white, don't stop on Jasper. I was ignored in the lobby for 25 mins. Not because they were busy but from lazy people not wanting to wait on anyone. I was warned by a couple as I was walking in. But I took the chance. Sure enough the girls working wouldn't even step up to the counter. One was playing in her phone while the other was just standing there. When I asked her to wait on me she pointed at the self help kiosk and told me to order from it! I thought this was a bad experience at this establishment..... BUT Nooooo burger king is just as bad! If you can help it DO NOT STOP IN JASPER FOR FAST FOOD! ABSOLUTELY disgusting how in this time of day there is NO customer service any longer!

My girlfriend's food was wrong I got three soft tacos Completely cold Took it back and could people in back arguing about it Still came out cold I will never eat taco bell again At any locations

Why can’t a real person can’t take your order anymore? I know what I want so why can’t I speak to someone? Instead I have to spend 10mins to look up what I want on a computer screen. And now even the drive thru is a robot talking to you. Absolutely ridiculous

Went to taco bell with a friend at 11:20 pm mind you, they close at 1am. Waited with the car infront of me, for about 10 minutes. Still no answer from the intercom. We ended up pulling up to the window and honked still no answer. So, we opened the window and hollered for anyone. They then said their system was down but their intercom worked. Why didn't they just say on the intercom that their system was down? No service, no food. Terrible.

They gave us coffee with flavor like they put chemicals on it and the food was expired everything could like they have leftovers and give us that . Also no cream for coffee 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very disappointed. I worked in Jasper for over two years and i was always eating here because the staff was friendly and most days the service was quick. One of the fastest places in town at lunch time. I order the same thing every time I come to Taco Bell. My order is normally 9 and change. Today it was $17 for my usual. The side of guacamole I get normally is a cup full and they charge a dollar for it. Today it’s full of lettuce. When you take the lettuce out there’s hardly anything in there. Three people were around the drive through window walking around like they were lost and there was a line of vehicles around the side of the building waiting for their food. I changed jobs a month ago but this is probably the last time I’ll stop here on my way through Jasper.

had a really bad experience with this taco bell never in my life have i been to taco bell like this one in jasper Texas. first of all when i ordered my food they was extremely rude they said i could find somewhere else to eat because they was *too busy* so i waiting over 15 minutes when there was no one else in there but me. when they finally decided to take my order i had to wait another 25 minutes for my food to be done when it got done it was cold and looked like it had been sitting in grease all day. i took a bite and almost threw up. they had defiantly did something with my food because the taste was abnormal. i threw the rest of it in the trash and left as i was leaving the lady said was your food good like they wanted me to say it was. never again am i eating at this place they have ruined taco bell for life . need serious work being done in that place needs new workers in the kitchen and nicer people at the front. absolutely terrible place to eat.

Jack thought it was proper to throw my food at me. When I asked his name, the new employee directed me to the manager whose name was James, who cared less than the employee. Get this! Went back to give them another shot and had the same results. Shame on me. Still throwing the food @ customer's. Will NEVER return.

Other than them getting rid of cashier's completely, thy will rip you off on your food. My $2 taco has way more meat in it than the two crunch wraps we ordered... It's poorly made, and is as thin as my drink coaster or iphone. I will not be coming back here. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. It use to be a great taco bell a couple years ago. Not anymore. What a shame.
